When you think of animal fat, what comes to mind? Unsightly blobs of cellulite? Artery-clogging strips of gristle to be trimmed off your steak and tossed into the trash? Or a sophisticated substance that contains within it the secret to human intelligence?

Fun facts about fat

We think of fat as bad—the less of it we eat, and the less of it we carry on our bodies, the better—but this isn’t the right way to think about it. Fat is not just for insulation and energy storage, it’s also for nutrient absorption, cell signaling, immune function, and many other critical processes. Many people think the main difference between plant and animal fats is that animal-sourced foods contain more saturated fat, but here are a few fun, fatty facts that may surprise you:

1. All whole plant and animal foods naturally contain a mixture of saturated and unsaturated fats.

2. Some plant foods are higher in saturated fat than animal foods, with coconut oil topping the charts at 90 percent saturated fat. That’s more than twice the saturated fat found in beef fat (tallow).

3. The primary type of fat found in pork is a monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) called oleic acid, the same fat found in olive oil.

For decades now, we’ve been told to avoid saturated fats—particularly those from animal foods—and to consume “heart-healthy,” cholesterol-free fats from plant foods, such as seeds, nuts, and olives. What often goes unsaid is that both ALA and LA are found in a wide variety of both plant and animal foods, so it is rather easy to obtain both of these PUFAs, regardless of your dietary preferences, so long as you are including enough fat in your diet.

But here’s the rub: Our bodies really aren’t looking for ALA and LA; they’re looking for something better. ALA and LA are considered “parent” omegas, because they are used to manufacture the omegas we actually need: EPA, DHA, and ARA—none of which exist in plant foods.

Introducing DHA

Our brains are extremely rich in fat. About two-thirds of the human brain is fat, and a full 20 percent of that fat is a very special essential omega-3 fatty acid called docosahexanoic acid, or DHA.

DHA is an ancient molecule so useful to us and our fellow vertebrates (creatures with backbones) that it has remained unchanged for more than 500 million years of evolution. What makes this particular PUFA so irreplaceable?

DHA’s job description is a lengthy one. Among many other functions, DHA participates in the formation of myelin, the white matter that insulates our brain circuits. It also helps maintain the integrity of the blood-brain barrier, which keeps the brain safe from unwanted outside influences.

Perhaps most importantly, DHA is critical to the development of the human cortex—the part of the brain responsible for higher-order thinking. Without DHA, the highly sophisticated connections necessary for sustained attention, decision-making, and complex problem-solving do not form properly. It has been hypothesized that without DHA, consciousness and symbolic thinking—hallmarks of the human race—would be impossible.

For those who choose vegan diets, it is important to know that plant foods contain no DHA. The omega-3 fatty acid found in plant foods like flax, walnut, and chia is alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Unfortunately, it appears to be rather difficult for the adult human body to make DHA out of ALA, with most studies finding a conversion rate of less than 10 percent:

Whether this pathway can generate adequate amounts of DHA in all adults under all circumstances continues to be a topic of debate. Some scientists have advocated that DHA, rather than ALA, should be officially considered the essential omega-3 fatty acid. Even vocal advocates of plant-based diets, such as the authors of the recent EAT-Lancet report, acknowledge that it is unclear how much ALA one needs to consume to fulfill DHA requirements.

However, when it comes to children younger than 2 years old, the science is clear that this conversion pathway cannot and should not be relied upon to keep pace with the DHA demands of the rapidly growing body and brain. Therefore, most experts agree that caretakers should provide infants and very young children with dietary or supplemental sources of DHA, as ALA alone is not sufficient to support healthy infant development.

DHA status and intake recommendations are based on blood levels, not brain levels. Unfortunately there is no way to measure brain DHA levels in living human beings, and it’s unclear whether blood levels reflect brain levels.

The USDA has not established specific DHA intake targets for the general population; instead it recommends everyone consume at least eight ounces of seafood per week. The easiest way to obtain DHA is to include some fatty fish in your diet, but as you can see from the table below, there are other options.

Nearly all processed foods, prepared hot foods, packaged snacks, and convenience foods are made with refined vegetable oils, such as soybean or sunflower oil. Most vegetable oils are extremely, unnaturally high in LA (linoleic acid), an omega-6 fatty acid that reduces the production and effectiveness of DHA within your body. Excess linoleic acid can tilt your immune system too far towards inflammation and away from healing, so there are many reasons to minimize your consumption of vegetable oils. Your best plant oil choices are olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, or red palm oil. If you must include refined vegetable oil, canola oil and palm kernel oil are low in linoleic acid. Lowering your vegetable oil intake can increase the availability of DHA in your body, decreasing your need for dietary and/or supplemental DHA. The presence of high amounts of linoleic acid in the typical modern diet may help to explain why so many people appear to have low DHA levels despite the fact that most people do include animal foods in their diet already.

Thankfully, vegetarian and vegan-friendly DHA supplements extracted from algae are available. [Algae are neither plants nor animals . . . discuss!] These supplements are more expensive and contain lower concentrations of DHA than fish or krill oil supplements (meaning higher doses are recommended), but may be important for maintaining healthy DHA levels, particularly in mothers and babies during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Directly consuming seaweed and other forms of edible algae instead of taking algae oil extracts is unreliable, because it's unclear whether the DHA within these fibrous foods can be released and absorbed by the human body; in other words, the DHA in edible algae may not be bioavailable. You may be surprised to hear that most of these studies have generated only weak or mixed results. There are many possible reasons for this, not the least of which may be that the amount of linoleic acid in the diet was not taken into consideration. In other words, taking a decent dose of omega-3s without also lowering your linoleic acid consumption (by avoiding vegetable oils) may not be very helpful. However, supplementation is widely viewed as safe, and some studies noted modest benefits at doses of (combined EPA+DHA) of 1,000 to 2,000 mg per day, particularly for people with depression.

I titled this post "The Brain Needs Animal Fat," because although DHA does exist in algae, algae are not plants, and we don't know if we can access the DHA within edible algae without special extraction methods. Prior to the availability of algae-derived supplements (which only became available recently), the only pre-formed DHA naturally bioavailable to everyone would have come from animal foods. For those who choose a vegan diet, I fully support and recommend algae-based supplements.

It is difficult to be sure precisely how much DHA we need, and both conversion rates and availability can vary significantly depending on age, gender, genetics, and dietary composition.

There are many questions left unanswered that go beyond the scope of this post and may deserve a follow-up post. For example, if most land animals are extremely low in DHA, does that mean everyone needs to eat seafood? Are wild land animal foods higher in DHA than standard land animal foods we find in the grocery store? How do adults choosing plant-based diets know whether they can rely on their ALA conversion pathway? Could eliminating processed foods and vegetable oils completely eliminate the apparent requirement for animal-sourced DHA (or algae oil supplementation)? Does eating a low-carbohydrate diet affect the conversion rate from ALA to DHA? Should you get tested for omega-3 deficiencies, and if so, how? Are there any disadvantages to obtaining DHA from supplements as opposed to obtaining them from animal foods?

The bottom line about DHA

Until next time, minimizing refined vegetable oils and other processed foods, and either including some animal foods in the diet or supplementing appropriately, seem to be reasonable options that likely minimize our risk.

One thing is clear. DHA is a wondrous fatty acid that the human body cannot function without, and it deserves our admiration and respect. While it is important for all of us, when it comes to building the brains of the future, it is precious and irreplaceable.

My doctors rang me drumming up business. So in I goes.
Blood pressure is high are you taking your meds?
No!
You have to take them and your cholesterol is high you need to go on statins to bring down your cholesterol.
Why? Where are you getting your information from I asks the doctor!
I get it from the cancer council.
Can I see there research.
NO WAS THE ANSWER.
Well that gisumped me. I then said I have information that the cancer councils research is fabricated. Will you look at my information and get back to me?
No I do not have time for that research take the meds I give you or you will be dead in five years.
Great the bone pointing is started,I immediately felt sick.

I took his prescriptions after saying that I think the problem is trans fats I also said that the weight problem started at the age of 20 and so did the athletes foot. This was the same time that we were told not to eat fats and margarine was good for you.
This turned out to be one big fat lie (pardon the pun).
The itchy feet was got rid of with an anti mould spray from Bunnings hardware shop. I recon over the years I put some doctors kid threw university with my feet.
So here is my research into the drug industry not funded by me or the drug companies or the fraudulent cancer organisation that strips away peoples time and efforts in fund raising since I can remember.
With that said this mineral has amazing properties to benefit ones health. I have been the guinea pig for this post and I will list the things that I have found.
The first day
The pain in my hands was reduced to half. The energy I have has quadrupled and I feel good even to the point of doing some work in the yard for the first time in a year.
Day two
Energy levels have gone up again and tiredness has gone.

I have read that borax has the ability to change these things
mental illness blood pressure skin rashes itchy skin leaky bowl syndrome changes in individual cells removal of heavy metals cancers and more.
I will continue with this over the next months and will report on my findings.
More can be read about borax on
Ten researchers from the CDC’s National Centres for Immunisation and Respiratory Disease (NCIRD) released a paper arguing that because the immune-boosting effects of breast milk inhibit the effects of the live oral rota-virus vaccine, nursing mothers should delay breastfeeding their infants.

This, dear readers, is the kind of convoluted logic that permeates the pharmaceutical industry. To be fair, The paper does not recommend that mothers stop breastfeeding, merely that they delay nursing at the time that the vaccine is administered. It also says that other avenues for boosting the vaccine’s efficacy should be explored.

Honestly, I don’t care how nuanced their recommendation is. Do they not realise what they have stumbled upon? In demonstrating that breast milk counters the live vaccine, they’ve shown that breast milk counters the virus.

A live vaccine contains a weakened form of the virus that causes the disease. The idea is that by presenting the weakened virus to your body, your immune system will develop an immune response to the virus sufficient to help you fight off a more virulent attack of the virus later. In other words, when your body is fighting off the live virus, it is effectively fighting off the virus itself, just in smaller quantities.

If breast milk’s immune-boosting properties fight-off the live vaccine, then that means that breast milk is fighting off the virus itself (just in smaller quantities).

Yet instead of recommending that the best way to fight this disease in infants is to encourage mothers to breastfeed, they’re recommending that mothers refrain from breastfeeding so that the vaccine can work!

I’m troubled by the underlying assumptions these researchers are making. They’re assuming, for example, that the vaccine should be used regardless of its efficacy. They’re assuming that the vaccine is better for the baby than breast feeding. They’re assuming that the vaccine is safe.

Or, perhaps they’re not assuming any of those things. They are single-minded scientists after all. Their sole goal in this paper seems to simply be to measure the inhibitory effects of breast milk on the vaccine. They compared the breast milk from mothers in India, South Korea, Vietnam, and the U.S. Indian mothers had the most potent breast milk in fighting the vaccine, while U.S. moms had the weakest.

(I wonder if that’s because of our poor diets of overly-processed, industrialised food?)

I think it’s interesting to note that the researchers aren’t asking about what’s best for the baby. The question they have in mind is quite focused: just how much does breast milk neutralise the vaccine?

Arguably, it’s a win for nursing mothers everywhere since it proves just how effective breast milk can be!

And yet, these researchers didn’t stop there. They took their snazzy results and had the audacity to call them a “negative effect” of breastfeeding.

Clearly, they have one goal in mind: to sell more vaccines.

And therein lies the rub. The pharmaceutical industry could care less about actual health and wellness. After all, if you are healthy, they don’t make any money off of you. It is in their financial best interests for you to be perpetually sick.

I doubt that these researchers sat in their break room clad in black leather, sipping spiked coffee sporting evil grins as they plotted about how to take over the world. Most likely, they’re family folk feeling quite proud about the fact that they are developing vaccines to use in poor, undeveloped countries.

And yet despite their noble intentions, they can’t see how their assumptions influenced their recommendations. For if they were truly all about the health of the baby, they’d look at their findings and recommend that more women breastfeed. Or they’d look at their findings and ask why Indian breast milk is so much more effective than American breast milk, then start creating studies to unpack all the implications of that.

But who would fund those kinds of studies? Surely not the drug companies who are creating and selling vaccines? Surely not the universities who are also funded by grants from those same drug companies? Surely not the U.S. government which also receives large sums of money (as well as employees) from those same drug companies?

Nobody would fund those kinds of studies. (And that’s why they’re not done.)

It’s been said that good health makes a lot of sense, but it doesn’t make a lot of dollars.

If I have cancer I will look at this seriously as a treatment but for now I will drink my treatment before it becomes a problem. Yeast found in beer and bread can be a problem to some so the answer is to drink small amounts of bi carb soda to make ones body alkaline. Look roses like acid soil try feeding them with bi carb soda just to see what happens azalias like alkaline soil put them in acid soil and they suffer. Funny thing is a glass of water with lemon juce in it is good in the morning dont know why but it lifts the spirit.

A major drug company has prepared a report that states there to be an oversupply of Psychiatrists at a ratio of three to one. So for every one psychiatrist in practice two should be retrained.

The report goes on further to say that the field of Psychiatry should only be used to treat chronic mental illness and then only when chronic. It suggests a revival of psychoanalysis with two psychoanalysts for each psychiatrist. Which came about due to supplementary reports showing the previous holy grail of Psychiatry, cognitive behavior therapy, is only and potentially only ever did work temporarily in the presence of the Psychiatrist. So it is back to the old tried and true methods of Jung or the bloke beginning with 'F'.

The first process is psychoanalysis is to Heal By Listening but does the hierarchy want to hear this.
Suspensions of skulduggery and maybe even murder have played out in my life. What would be the ultimate price be to learn to become an expert one might ask?

It was the untimely death of my eldest son to prescription drugs administered by the doctors of death and the incompetence of the pharmacist shop to detect the problem.

Then there is the police report on his death with allegations of wrong doing by my son. Then the loss of over $750,000 in property to a non family member of his estate, The insurance payout of $300,000 and the demise of my son some weeks later. Then being told it was a civil matter.

Dr. Warburg has stated that oxygen deficiency creates an acidic state in the human body, and it is this acidic state that allows cancer to form.

Ganodermareview reports:

Biochemist Otto Heinrich Warburg, one of the twentieth century’s leading cell biologists, discovered that the root cause of cancer is too much acidity in the body, meaning that the pH, potential hydrogen, in the body is below the normal level of 7.365, which constitutes an “acidic” state.

Warburg INVESTIGATED the metabolism of tumours and the respiration of cells and discovered that cancer cells maintain and thrive in a lower pH, as low as 6.0, due to lactic acid production and elevated CO2. He firmly believed that there was a DIRECT relationship between pH and oxygen. Higher pH, which is Alkaline, means higher concentration of oxygen molecules, while lower pH, which is acidic, means lower concentrations of oxygen…the same oxygen that is needed to maintain healthy cells.

In 1931 he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine for this important discovery. Dr Warburg was director of the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute (now Max Planck Institute) for cell physiology at Berlin. He investigated the metabolism of tumours and the respiration of cells, particularly cancer cells. Below are some direct quotes by Dr Warburg during medical lectures where he was the keynote speaker:

“Cancerous tissues are acidic, whereas healthy tissues are alkaline. Water splits into H+ and OH- ions, if there is an excess of H+, it is acidic; if there is an excess of OH- ions, then it is alkaline.”

In his WORK The Metabolism of Tumours Warburg demonstrated that all forms of cancer are characterized by two basic conditions: acidosis and hypoxia (lack of oxygen). Lack of oxygen and acidosis are two sides of the same coin: where you have one, you have the other.” “All normal cells have an absolute requirement for oxygen, but cancer cells can live without oxygen – a rule without exception. Deprive a cell 35% of its oxygen for 48 hours and it may become cancerous.”

Dr. Warburg has made it clear that the root cause of cancer is oxygen deficiency, which creates an acidic state in the human body. Dr. Warburg also discovered that cancer cells are anaerobic (do not breathe oxygen) and cannot survive in the presence of high levels of oxygen, as found in an alkaline state.
Because of the high intake of sugars in our modern diet the the Ph level of the body turns acid and overweight.
Now for the layman if you plant a rose in acid soil it will thrive change the soil to alkaline the rose will suffer and my be die.
Just say that cancers like acid bodies which are feed by unnatural amounts of sugar that turns the body acid then taking thee half tea spoons of Bi Carb Soda in water three times a week to make the body alkaline it stands to reason the cancer might die. I personally know Jock rash will die.
Bi carb soda taken in the amounts suggested will cause less tension in the body than chemotherapy over the same period of time and just maybe kill cancer or other acid related diseases.
The other side effect from personal experience is I seem to have more energy.

New mental illness

Having to sit in a mental health tribunal today it was decided that Poor judgement was considered by Mr Oyelan a physicist at ST George hospital in Sydney as being a mental illness. The patient was locked up for three weeks and has drugs (lithium)forced into the patients body against his will. I am to understand that drugs being administered by force is illegal.
Battery: the act of battering or beating : an offensive touching or use of force on a person without the person's consent.
What is lithium?

Lithium affects the flow of sodium through nerve and MUSCLE cells in the body. Sodium affects excitation or mania.

Lithium is used to treat the manic episodes of manic depression. Manic SYMPTOMS INCLUDE hyperactivity, rushed speech, poor judgement, reduced need for sleep, aggression, and anger. It also helps to prevent or lessen the intensity of manic episodes.

Lithium may also be used for other purposes not listed.
