I'm very happy about this one, my project the "Swamp Music Players" a collective of local artists that perform for the Asocderu non-profit to help communiucations in Africa.
Swamp Music Players perform a cover of "Country Strong" and its been climbing the rankings of cover songs of that track. Been getting lots of positive responses so we hope it brings more attention to SMP and the charity !

Mountain Tops and Water Drops, Neo Folk Show Solstice

Do you remember "Mountain Tops and Water Drops" a Neo-Folk show at Solstice Cafe in Victoria BC Canada? It was a full house and featured Special guest star "Blake Andison" and Master of Ceremonies Jon Dowdall.

There was Greg Wolfe part singer song writer and part performance artist and there was the amazing "Cassie..." also known as Cassandra Fenske.
There was the debut of Rowan Hynds, the return of the jazz group "East & West" and there was "Grid Charger"

The night ended with the two house bands from "Swamp Music" that made a special appearance; "The Swamp Music Players" and the return of "Déjà-Drew & His Déjà-Crew".

It was a tremendous show for Solstice with a full house and an attentive crowd, we could not have hoped for better. If you enjoyed the show let us know and be sure to follow the various artists in the future !

"Mountain Tops and Water Drops" was a Neo-Folk show in Victoria BC that was inspired by a speech by Edward James Olmos !
