SS13 Festival Fashion Featuring Bliss Clothing!

Hopefully you aren't bored of my festival fashion posts because Glastonbury is less than 6 weeks away and I need to sort my outfits! My friends all know that I'm quite precious when it comes to my clothing, I like everything to be perfect and I can't cope if something has a hole/mark/unintentional rip. Therefore I'm trying to take a cheap wardrobe to Glastonbury so I won't care if it gets destroyed/torn/muddy in the name of fun.

This Vanessa Hudgens-inspired aztec denim shirt is from Bliss Clothing, a super affordable online retailer we were recently introduced to. At only £10 it's cheaper than Primark and pretty darn cute and ideal for throwing over a tee/vest. Mine is a size 8 but it has a nice, loose fit so it's more like a 10. The sleeves are long (which I love) and they're just the right size for rolling up.

I'm wearing it with a strappy camisole from Topshop, this cute lace skirt from H&M and my Steve Madden studded cowboy boots. My skirt retails for about £24.99 but I copped it from eBay for less than half that! Bargain. I still haven't decided if I'm taking my cowboy boots with me, it depends if there's a heatwave at the end of June... I'd cry if they were ruined.

I'd say this outfit is just right for frolicking in the Glastonbury fields and if it's chilly I'll simply add a huge oversized sweater or cardigan. Since it's really affordable look, I wouldn't mind having a mud fight in it (if I could shower afterwards ha). Huzzah!

Vanessa Hudgens: Festival Fashion 2013 Inspiration!

It's no secret that I'm obsessed with Vanessa Hudgens and her beautiful bohemian style! When I win the Euromillions this Friday, I plan on moving to LA and buying her entire wardrobe. We're both huge Wildfox fans and we have a few of the same pieces (for reals), but at the moment I can't get enough of her wearing Jen's Pirate Booty.

Vanessa has such a perfect festival style. I'm off to Glastonbury 2013 next month and I'm hoping the sun will shine so I can also get my 'boho chic' on. This picture was snapped at last year's Coachella and I heart it so much. I'd definitely rock this look and a long waistcoat is #1 on my festival want list...Someone please buy me this Electra Vest!? ;)

In case you aren't familiar with the brand, designer Jen is a well-travelled, Malibu babe with an awesome personal style. She describes her style as part gypsy, part bohemian and part pirate! If I lived in cali I would make it my mission to dress like a pirate 24/7.

Jen's Pirate Booty also have a few denim pieces and my favourite is this Guipil Texas Tuxedo Shirt. Denim shirts with woven patches are too cool for school and I'm taking a more affordable version to Glastonbury. This outfit has inspired me to clash prints and be a bit more adventurous. I nearly squee'd with delight when I spotted a cream lace skirt in River Island yesterday, it's so similar to Vanessa's! As much as I love the fringed bag, I think a backpack is more Glastonbury appropriate so I'm searching for the perfect one...

Rawr Love For . . . Violet's Knickers - Designer Lingerie & Loungewear Boutique!

I'm a lingerie addict, have been since my mum bought me my first bra (none of that Tammy Girl printed cotton nonsense for me, I went straight for a white lace number with appliqued doves on it!) and as the years have gone by my craving for the good stuff is still with me. I love unusual and risque but well made lingerie, so finding Violet's Knickers, an online luxury boutique stocking an eclectic mix of designer lingerie, swimwear and loungewear, was a bit of a moment for me!

Each piece is handpicked by the mysterious and sophisticated Violet, and she makes sure there is something for everyone; decadence, playfulness, sensuality and femininity. So who is Violet? I've bookmarked the store in my favourites on the off chance that the boyfriend might fancy buying me a naughty surprise. And by naughty surprise I mean this Kriss Soonik Kristal Monarch Suspender Top - £90. It's totally underwear as outerwear worthy which means it's like buying two items for the price as one. I'd wear this as a top with skinnies and a lightweight slouchy cardi, or denim shorts and biker boots, it's too pretty to just keep for one set of eyes to ogle! ;)

Another amazing piece from Kriss Soonik, the Inge Fishnet Beach Wrap - £130, is intended for the beach but it could be so much more than just a holiday cover up! I'm loving the little hood, so how about a cute layer for an everyday outfit, and obvs a saucy cover up for your fave lingerie set? Gotta love a multi tasker.

Tara and I have long swooned over the Made By Niki range, it's ridiculously luxe and gorgeous, and this Barbie Pink String Playsuit - £199, is a total stunner.

Finally, I'm lusting after my own piece of Tatu Couture since T got her paws on the body she featured last week, and this Mila Slip - £180, would be my pick for after hours. I wonder if I can convince my man that I would magically transform into Mila Kunis when I put it on? ;)

This love is serious. I could spend a fortune on this webby so please, someone please remove my purse before I do something I won't regret at all.

Ruby Rocks in Dreamland for SS13!

Is it summer yet? We've been preparing for the warmer weather by prepping our skin and completing our SS13 wardrobes! One of our favourite online stores at the moment is www.rubyrocks.co.uk. Ruby Rocks is crammed with feminine vintage-esque pieces and bright statement prints which we want all over us.

You may have already spotted us rockin' RR in some of our recent outfit posts, we just can't get enough of their SS13 collection! A few days ago we were sent a link to their Ruby Rocks in Dreamland movie, it's uber whimsical and full of yummy pieces for us to drool over...

We'd quite like to play dress up in that wardrobe. Can we audition for the next movie? ;)

The pink dress in the video is beautiful, we especially love the cut out detail at the back (any excuse to use our magic bras). At the moment we're a bit obsessed with peacocks and we both own dresses in their amazing peacock print. While browsing their YouTube channel we stumbled across last season's AW12 video which is also rather cool and worth a watch.

We actually visited the RR stand at Pure London earlier this year and fell in love with their range of shoes. The leopard print wedges are definitely on our want list. It's a Onesie Warehouse Weekend!

Today is the first day of my much awaited week off and I'm celebrating in style by rocking my new zip up LOVE Print onesie (£20) from Onesie Warehouse. The lovely Lucy at OW sent me it about a week ago and it's already pretty tricky to separate us for longer than a wash cycle!

Onesie Warehouse stock all in one's for men, women and kids in a wide range of styles, starting at £15 :) I love that this thick cotton one is form fitting all over because it's nice to look kinda hot even when you're not trying to be, but for this reason I'd consider sizing up if you're after a looser fit (this is an L/UK12). The hood is a great hide behind for those dark Sunday morning moments and you can keep your phone or a sneaky stash of M&M's (ahem) in the kangaroo pocket which is always handy. PICS!

I love the graffiti print, I feel like I could just bust out a slick dance move on the way to the kitchen from the living room ;) Oh, and please excuse the puddytat, basically if I'm on the bed, then he's on the bed!

So this is finally my week off and I'm the happiest girl in the world. Let the onesie wearing commence!

Festival Fashion 2013: Wildfox Tank and Stud Biker Boots from SoYouShoes.co.uk!

My outfit inspiration comes from all different places, I read a lot of blogs (shock) and style stalk a number of celebrities. I'm heading to Glastonbury 2013 next month so I've been checking out what the celebs wore to Coachella 2013. I loved what the Victoria's Secret angels were rockin', those girls have such a natural style!

Ludi Delfino looked awesome in a wildfox tee, shorts and boots, so I decided to wear something similar today and channel my inner angel.

Vanessa Hudgens, Demi Lovato and Fearne Cotton have all been seen wearing studded biker boots and I'm an absolute sucker for this style. I've had my eye on some different designer pairs for a while now but my heart skipped a beat when I spotted these biker boots for only £40 from SoYouShoes.

Wildfox vests are perfect for throwing over a bikini/tube top and pairing with ripped denim jeans. Alessandra Ambrosio, Miley Cyrus and Ashley Tisdale have all been papped wearing theirs and I have a few (aka 5ish) myself. This beauty was given to me by one of my favourites on my birthday - I really like the Asymmetrical hem!

Here's a close up of my biker boots, as you can see they cope well with mud which is good! These snaps were actually taken in the rain so I like to think of today as preparation for Glastonbury haha. It may rain but I'll try my hardest to keep stylin'.

SoYouShoes have tons of cute styles at really affordable prices, I definitely recommend giving their site a browse if you haven't before. I'm in between sizes but I took the smaller size in these and I still have room! They're really comfy and I think they look like they're worth more than £40.

Today I'm Wearing . . . Ruby Rocks Eastern Peacock Dress at Fuse Fashion!

I'm so into shirt dresses right now, they're such a cool shape and easy to wear. Today's outfit post features a beautiful printed button up dip hem shirt dress by Ruby Rocks at Fuse Fashion..

The Ruby Rocks Eastern Peacock Dip Hem Dress - £39, instantly caught my eye because I grew up staring at silk prints and embroidered pictures similar to this pattern in my grandfather's house, lost in the bright colours and delicate drawings. It's quite long on me, but I belted it up and ta daaaaa, one super cute dress for summer! My grandpopz would be proud of me embracing my oriental heritage ;)

I took inspiration from Bai Ling's costumes in Wild Wild West and styled it up with some east meets west flavour by teaming it with black leather and fringing on both my boots and bag, adding some vibrant purple nail polish to pop against my bag!

The dip hem on the dress gives me a nice sense of security. I knew I'd made the dress shorter than it was meant to be, but the longer back and long sleeves made sure that my modesty was firmly intact all day and I felt really confident even when hit with a River Mersey summer breeze!

The boots are from So You Shoes - £35, and are my new fave shoes for sure. They're the perfect skirt and dress boots, that rare breed that you can look down on and smile at :)

The pattern of the dress is so vivid and busy that I went without jewellery for today. Tis' a special piece that comes between me and my jewelz but I felt it was a stand alone print that spoke volumes by itself. I'm not sure I'll ever wear it as a knee length style (I'm too short for that really) but I couldn't be happier with how it looks belted. This dress is definitely going to be a summer fave, I think it would look really cute with strappy heels for a summer wedding too!

White Shoes . . . Woahohoh... White Shoes! Steve Madden Cut Out Grizz Boots!

So I've ummed and ahhed over getting a pair of white cut out boots for summer, it just seems wrong somehow, but I'm seeing more and more white styles on the high street lately so I figure hey, I need to cast my fears aside and dive in. This is where the Steve Madden Grizz at Dune come in. £110 of summery white goodness, not too chunky, just the right amount of cut out for me and a pale heel so I won't feel like I need to bring down a pastel mood with black (booooo!) . . .

What do you guys think of white boots? Are you into the cut outs? Push me over the edge!

Luxury Lingerie and Bodywear - Introducing Tatu Couture!

Back in January I discovered a new luxury lingerie brand called Tatu Couture. Inspired by tattoos, talented designer Luisa Sidoli has created a range of lingerie and bodywear pieces aimed at fashionistas. I don't often drool over every item in a collection but Tatu Couture had me mesmerized from the get-go.

I think luxurious lingerie is definitely the most interesting, the high street can be so boring and I think it pays to invest in good underwear. I'm always on the lookout for something unique and as someone who wouldn't get a permanent tattoo, I really like the idea of wearing ink inspired pieces.

I almost fainted when we received an email from Tatu Couture a few months later, asking if we'd like to style a piece of lingerie as outerwear. OH MY. My answer was obviously hellz yeah and I knew which piece I wanted to style because I was instantly drawn to it, it had to be the incredible Adele bodysuit.

I've always had a thing for peacocks and my favourite tattoo (spotted on a travelling pal) is of a peacock feather. The body is made from a soft and flattering smooth fabric set against sheer mesh panels. The back is out of this world, it features an exquisite peacock design...Wowza, right?

Although I'm brave enough to wear underwear as outerwear, I'm not brave enough to go without underwear which is why I'm also wearing a backless strapless bra. This bra is pure magic.

I chose to wear it with my lace H&M skirt, a leather jacket, heeled ankle boots and some of my favourite jewellery/accessories. I love that it can be worn as lingerie or outerwear. I can definitely see myself wearing it with some jeans and heels in the future. At £180 it's certainly an investment piece but I'll treasure it for years to come and it is made in Britain. It arrived beautifully packaged and would also make a wonderful gift...*hint hint* ;)

Oh I do like to be beside the seaside! I wish I lived closer to the sea…However, that doesn't stop my love of all things nautical. In particular, hats, boat shoes and loafers. Last year I scored this super cute boater hat in the kids section of H&M and I've been waiting for the weather to warm up so I could wear it again.

Since the weather has been pretty nice this week, I've started rocking shorts and jumpers. Although it’s still a little blowy, this rainbow Wildfox jumper is so toasty and just wearing it makes me smile.

My nautical look wouldn't be complete without the perfect pair of boat shoes! These awesome Fern loafers (£45) are from Chatham Marine, a British company specialising in marine inspired footwear with something to suit everybody. Even if you aren't in need of deck shoes, they have a wide range of fashionable shoes and boots ideal for the nautical trend.

They’re so comfortable and fit perfectly. I can sometimes be an annoying half size but the 6 in these fit just right. I love tassels and fringing, and to me these aren't just suitable for the nautical trend, I think they’re also quite boho!

Rawrgirls Bake: Rainbow Cakes And A Special Birthday Wish!

It's time to confess that I'm a closet baker! The thing is, I only like to bake on special occasions or when I'm feeling inspired. I recently found out that my pals at Zalando were celebrating their 2nd birthday (whoop whoop) and were holding a competition. I'm a huge Zalando fan so I wanted my birthday wish to them to be extra special.

Since Zalando & I are both pinning addicts, I headed to Pinterest for some pinspiration. After finding the perfect recipe, it was time to pop on my apron, go to the kitchen and sprinkle a little rawrgirl magic. Low and behold, my birthday wish:

Happy 2nd Birthday Zalando! I hope you like your gift. I mean, who doesn't love rainbow cakes, right!? I adapted an American recipe I found thanks to Pinterest but if you want some rainbow nom noms in your life, here's an insight into my magical baking experience:

First up, you'll need some cake mix. I cheated and bought 2 boxes of the classic vanilla cake mix (£2.15 each) by Betty Crocker. Follow the instructions on the box making sure you pre-heat your oven.

The next step is the most important. Divide your cake mix evenly into 6 different bowls (I bought cheap plastic ones). This takes a while but it's crucial you get it right. I used a ladle and found that I needed exactly 2 scoops per bowl.

Now comes the fun bit, time to use some food colouring. I bought 6 gel food colours (£1.29 each) by Dr. Oetker because apparently gel colours take better to food mix. I used 1 colour per bowl (make sure you follow the food colouring instructions) and gave them all a good mix.

As you can see the colours aren't particularly bright but I have a lot of love for pastels (and so does Zalando) so I didn't really mind. Here comes the time consuming bit...

Each layer has to be baked individually. Ideally you should use a deep rectangle-shaped cake tin (9" x 13") and then line it with baking paper, ensuring you leave a few inches overhang on 2 sides of the tin. This makes it easier to remove each layer once it's baked. Since I used a round tin, I had to cut my baking paper to size and give each piece 'wings' so I could still remove the layers easily.

You'll notice the layers are really thin but don't worry, I baked each of mine for about 14 minutes. After baking each layer I let it cool in the pan for a few minutes before removing it and placing it on a cooling rack. Repeat this process for each colour.

After all the layers have cooled, it's time to get frosting! You can easily make your own frosting/filling but I cheated bought 2 pots of Betty Crocker's vanilla buttercream style icing (£2.15 each). I started by putting the red layer back in the tin, frosted it and then moved onto the orange and so on, ending with purple. Do not frost the top layer.

Once the frosting is complete, wrap the tin in baking paper and then heavy foil. Pop it in the freezer for a few hours (I left mine overnight) with something heavy on top to help flatten it. When you remove it from the freezer, just unwrap and carefully remove it from the tin using the baking paper wings.

You can either cut each cake out using a deep cookie cutter or (like me) use an empty soup tin. I removed both ends so I could push each cake out easily. I then finished them by adding a bit more icing and some sprinkles. Voila!

Leave to thaw for an hour or so and then dive in. They're very sweet so each 1 could be shared between 2/3 people... don't let the size fool you! I made 7 small cakes in total which my family will be enjoying tonight, we'll be toasting to Zalando of course! ;)

Galaxy Tie-Dye Sweatshirt and Long Dr. Martens 1460 Boots!

The men is my household know nothing about fashion. When I opted to wear my new tie-dye jumper earlier this week, there were lots of raised eyebrows and the question, “Why do you look like you’re from the 90's?” Oh boy. I think I was expected to be embarrassed but instead I was quite chuffed, I love the 90's trend, it lets me recapture my youth (haha).

Thankfully my handsome beau is quite a stylish chap and he said I looked ‘pretty cool’ which just about sums up how I feel in this Galaxy Tie Dye Sweatshirt (£25.99) from Own The Runway. It’s the most comfortable sweater I own with a super soft fleece lining, long sleeves and all-round oversized goodness.

I’m wearing the XS (size 8) which gives you an idea of the generous sizing. For me it has the perfect fit, I can see myself taking it to BBQ’s in the summer since it’s ideal for throwing over a dress/denim shorts when it gets cold.

My long black Dr. Martens, favourite Hudson Jeans and a bowler hat complete this 90's look. I’ve always been obsessed with tie-dye so I can’t wait to try and upcycle some of my old tees and embrace festival fashion. Thinking about it, this jumper would also be perfect for Glastonbury! Ahhh yes, I’ll just add a pair of distressed jean shorts, wellies, lots friendship bracelets and some hair feathers. Sorted.

A few months ago I won an Instagram competition with Look Fantastic to win a Nails Inc. Bling It On Rebel - Leather, Crystals & Skulls set (around £25), and it's took me a while but I've finally got around to doing a little review of it!

As soon as the leather look nail polish dropped I had to have it, so winning this set with the dark red shade in it literally made me squee because obvs it's not cheap! The polish itself is Shoreditch Lane, a deep mulberry red with a leather finish, and you get 5 types of embellishments (four large silver skulls, teeny silver pyramid studs, plus 3 different sizes of black and clear Swarovski crystals) to help you create different nail art designs. Glue and orange sticks are also included.

It was really easy to use. As always, the Nails Inc. formula went on like a dream (this is 2 coats) and dried super fast. As soon as the polish felt dry enough, I put a small drop of glue on the back of a skull and dropped it onto my thumb nail, it stuck immediately which gave me confidence so I carried on with the smaller embellishments and ta daaaaaa . . . .

Do you like it?! I left one nail free from embellishment to show off the colour and texture of the polish. The silver pyramid stud cross is probably my fave and it was super easy to arrange too. The little black cluster on my pinkie reminds me of Lady Gaga for some reason! They all feel pretty sturdy and I don't feel like I've got a huge foreign body stuck to my nails which is nice, so I guess we'll see how long they last!

Overall, fine holiday fun and a great gift idea for a nail enthusiast. I'm also loving the selection of nail products at Look Fantastic too, it's a bit of a purse bothering webby that's for sure!

Our T is off on a Barbados holiday in July, so the hunt for some hot swimwear is ON. Here's a few of my picks for her, because I like to treat her like a dress up doll, annnnd I'm the one who will be left at home and this is my way of getting in on the act ;)

1. Banana Moon Squaw Showby One Piece Blue - £74.50, from Simply Beach. This is totally Tara and would suit her figure perfectly.

2. Sannah Under The Sea bikini top - £35, and Sallii Under The Sea bikini bottom - £35, from Ted Baker. I know my girl adores seahorses and this is so pretty - we love you Ted!

3. Coronado Cat Print Bikini - £18 from Boohoo.com. KITTEH! The cute bandeau would also double up as an under vest top for day or night with shorts, purrrrrrrfect!

4. Lascana Lobster Ruched Bandeau Bikini - £59, from Swimwear365. VA. VA. VOOM. Another peach from the 365's.

5 and 7. Juju Babe sandals in Silver - £27, and Juju Maxi sandals in Green - £19, both from Zalando. We love Juju's, and the heeled ones are the perfect leg lengthening beach shoes!

6 and 8. Bel-Air frames - £196, and Starstruck frames - £224, both from Wildfox Couture. Well, a girl can dream right? Wildfox sunnies still elude us, but they're still awesome.

Ta daaaaaaaaaa!!!! It's all so beautiful right? I love my picks, now to just get my yoga on and find a Jade size suitcase . . .

Olly M Jewellery and Colour Xtreme Hair Art Review!

I was recently introduced to Olly M Jewellery, a really sweet brand who specialise in friendship jewellery. I'm a self-confessed magpie and I have a bit of a weakness for friendship bracelets, especially if they're crafted from precious metals.

I literally squee'd with delight when the lovely folks at Olly M asked me if I'd like to review a piece from their collection. I was instantly drawn to the gold friendship bracelet (£79) which features 14k gold rondelles on a chocolate-brown cord. As much as I love affordable jewellery, my favourite pieces are real gold or silver. This bracelet is still fashionable and wearable on a daily basis, but it's a classic piece which I can keep for years to come.

I think it's important to support smaller, British companies, so I'm hoping Olly M Jewellery will continue to grow. I'm also grateful that this gorgeous bracelet now lives in my jewellery box! Designer Michelle is a sweetheart and I can't wait to see what she comes up with next. Are you a fan? Colour Xtreme Hair Art sprays c/o Colour Xtreme Hair Art and AX Paris

You may have noticed that for once I have a bit of colour in my hair... A few weeks back we were sent some bottles of Colour Xtreme Hair Art (£2.99) spray to play with. I used the purple spray on a single plait and as you an see it even looks noticeable on brunette hair. I've also seen the pink on blonde hair which looks amazing, I had to layer quite a lot of colour to achieve this look but I'm rather happy with it. You can buy the colour sprays online or from Boots, Urban Outfitters or Asda. Just a heads up, when it came to washing it out, I used some leave-in conditioner and now that section of hair is back to normal. Simple.

Rawrgirls Review... Paul's Boutique Isla Neon Satchel!

Last week Jade blogged about the new leather neon range at Paul's Boutique. The brand has started to re-vamp its image by introducing cool new pieces that are suited to the every day fashionista. We feel its our duty to spread the good news and encourage fellow handbag lovers to take a peek at their new styles!

One of the biggest trends this SS13 is neon. I love adding subtle pops of neon to my outfit and this Isla raw edge satchel (£50) is just perfect for adding *a little somethin' somethin'* to a casual dress. I know a few of my friends hate how stiff leather satchels look but this bag is leather coated so it's super soft and lightweight.

I opted for this yummy neon pink but it also comes with green, blue and yellow accents. I'd happily take one of every style from the new Paul's Boutique range, they've really upped their game and I can't help drooling over the larger satchels as well. NOM.

Outfit Post and the Lady Boys of Bangkok!

On Tuesday I was invited to the Ladyboys of Bangkok UK Tour which is currently in Bristol. I had no idea what to expect, even though I've travelled to Thailand and already spotted lots of beautiful Lady Boys. Although I wasn't sure what I was letting myself in for, it just sounded like fun and I was game!

I decided to keep my outfit really casual and wore my grey dip-hem dress from River Island with some tights (it was pretty chilly in the evening) and flat studded boots.

This pretty Blue Flower Necklace was in my Next POTO goody bag. Surprisingly, I don't own many statement necklaces but I love the colour of this one and it's rather affordable at only £10.

Oh what I night! I attended the show with Brownie from Soul Sparkler, and when we arrived we bumped into some other blogging babes including the lovely SJ from Ship-Shape and Bristol Fashion. The evening was filled with dancing, lip-syncing (like the best 90's popstars) and comedy!

I was blown away by their amazing bodies and gorgeous costumes. My favourite costume was the showgirl outfit which I'm now trying to source for Halloween (I just need to hit the gym first). They performed lots of popular songs ,old and new, my personal favourite being Starships by Nicki Minaj. There were even some original songs which had most of the audience in stitches. Thankfully I wasn't invited to go up on stage (I chose my seat wisely) but there was a fair bit of audience participation which was hilarious!

I have so much love for these Lady Boys, they're all fabulous but 3 of them were unbelievably foxy... I had serious hair envy. The finale was very Angel-esque and throughout the show they wore yummy Victoria's Secret pieces. I now fancy a trip to VS in London for a lingerie spending spree!

Anthropologie Macrame Day Dress and Fashion Targets Friday!

I'm loving the perfect maxi dress weather we're experiencing at the moment, long live the sunshine! Last week I attended the Next Press Office Take Over and just before we headed to the party, Kylie (Memoir Mode), Steph (FAIIINT) and I took outfit photos for each other.

I wore my new Macrame Day Dress from Anthropologie which is now my 2nd favourite dress ever (my favourite also being from Anthropologie). It's so comfortable and incredibly soft. I adore the beautiful neck detail and relaxed fit. I wish it came in other colours!

If I could wear a maxi dress every day, I would. Today is actually Fashion Targets Friday and since it's been over a week since I wore this outfit (and the sun is shining), I've decided to wear it again for the most fashionable day of the year!

Fashion Targets Friday is all about encouraging the UK’s schools, colleges and universities to support the Fashion Targets Breast Cancer campaign by holding a fashionable fundraising event. Although the official Fashion Targets Friday day is today, it's all about raising money to help beat breast cancer and you can arrange an event for any day. The gorgeous Rosie Fortescue from Made in Chelsea is the celebrity ambassador and the idea is to ditch your uniform and showcase your favourite clothes to raise money! Even if you're not a student, there's no reason why you can't get the office involved.

1 in 8 UK women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime, so every penny raised is crucial in order to help beat the disease. Another way you can support Breakthrough Breast Cancer is through buying the specially designed products (which are hella cute) by some of the UK's leading high street brands. At least 30% of the price is donated to the fight against breast cancer.

Rawrgirls Review . . . Jacava London Nail Polish - Blueberry Muffin!

Now I love nail polish, I have close to 80 bottles of the little guys, but when Jacava London got in touch to see if I wanted to try a bottle of their good stuff, I had to admit that I hadn't heard of the brand, which is a good reason for trying it out really! Here's a little info for you before we get to the colour ;)

Designed in London and made in the UK, Jacava London is a quintessentially British nail polish brand, and is the world's first 8-free nail varnish! It's free from DBP, camphor, formaldehyde, toluene, collophane, parabens, phthalates and animal ingredients, plus they never test on animals. The polish is a premium, high gloss, long-lasting and nourishing formulation which helps your nails stay stronger and grow longer. Ta daaaaa!

Using the Colour Selector I chose yummy purple, Blueberry Muffin - £14.50. It has a really great consistency which makes it easy to apply. It's also really dense and opaque, so 2 coats later and I was good to go with one of the glossiest high shine finishes I've seen without a top coat! I LOVE the colour and got a ton of compliments from friends and colleagues, result!

I'd go as far as to say that the consistency is better than Illamasqua (a similarly priced polish and one of my faves). I did find that it started to chip after two days BUT I do a lot of typing in my job and I generally find it difficult to find a polish that doesn't start to deteriorate after a day or two, so I'm not going to hold this against it. Overall, I liked this polish and would definitely buy one if another colour took my fancy, so I'd really like to see a wider colour range from Jacava London :)

New Paul's Boutique Neon Leather Satchel! Oh Scarlet, I DO give a damn!

So last year we did a little focus piece on the much awaited reinvention of Paul's Boutique, and sure enough we started to see some more 'grown up' styles from them in the seasons that followed. The much copied padlock bags nudged over a little to make way for sleek, chic, discreetly branded leather styles in trend led colours, and the now mature, original fans of the brand rejoiced! Now we're coming into summer and PB have been quick to set their fans on fire with the brand new Leather Neon range - nude leather satchels, shoppers, purses and phone cases with flashes of neon snakeskin, and we LOVE!

I was lucky enough to be sent the Scarlet Raw Edge Satchel With Neon Pink - £70! As soon as I opened the box I was a smitten kitten. It's just gorgeous! When you consider that other leather satchel brands run their large styles at over £100, these bad boys are kinda bargainous . . .

The Scarlet is VERY roomy, and houses an inner leather zip pocket (which is cheekily embossed with We Heart Leather!) and plenty of space around it for those easy to reach-ables. The neon pink snakeskin is SUPER bright and is accented with gold hardware which gives it a luxe look. If you're wondering, it has magnetic popper fasteners, so no scrabbling to open your buckles at the tills ;)

The only touch of branding is on the teeny rivets and the detachable charm, in my case a heart, but from what I can gather from the webby you could also get a bow or anchor. I like how this is in keeping with the original Paul's Boutique bag charms, unless you picked one out from a store, you never knew what patches or charms you'd get! Check out the close up!

I love this entire range and it's the perfect step into the new season for a new look Paul's Boutique. I can see myself wearing this satchel across my body with a cute tee, denim shorts and boots all summer long, and as long as I keep my hands clean (dirty hands only on command thank you very much!) I think Scarlet and I are going to be very happy!
