Given it's been a fairly long time since I went and did something remotely close to recording, I was encouraged by some of you to start a podcast where I people could listen in on my thought process on the songs I write as well as experiences I might have encountered along the way... but I would be be lying to you if I said I wasn't nervous!

Like all first meetings, I give you a little background on myself and my initial feelings about starting this podcast. I then dive into how I came up with the Subtle Flows name and why it holds so much value to me.

Before jumping into the featured song for this episode, I address what direction my music group is headed as I know there have been various people who have wondered what has been going on with Gold&Palace 8.

Lastly, touch upon one of the most recent songs I wrote and performed at the Fam Jam 2017 event, where I shed light on the meaning and recurring themes behind its lyrics.
