We've all been there. You upgrade from one cellular service plan to another and your carrier says "Sorry... your old phone won't work with your new plan... you need a new phone."

Do you realize this happens over 5 million times each month? It's not surprising that there are over 100 million unused cellphones in the hands of U.S. consumers and businesses. And you can't bring yourself to throw that old phone away. You think to yourself, "It's got to be worth something!" You may be right!

At Cellforcash.com our mission is to help consumers and businesses capture the value of their unused cellphones. Your old cellphone may be useless to you but of great use in a different market or even in a different country. We want to be the missing link in a broken supply chain.

So keep this site bookmarked in your favorite's folder, if you don't need us today you will in the future. After all, sometime in the next year you'll walk into a cellular store, upgrade your plan, and walk out with an old cellphone that you now know is worth something.

Each week we feature a business opportunity we think is great for making money or start up business. If you have a great business opportunity and would like to be posted or featured please contact us for details.
Unfortunately, this just won't happen. They may have built a really outstanding website, but with nobody visiting it.

However, there are ways in which you can achieve a substantial amount of traffic! You need to have a site that has good quality content within the pages and also that the backlinks you get are high quality ones. It is these high quality backlinks that will help to boost your website traffic and in turn, this will make your page rank with the search engines increase. This will bring you a higher position when people search via the search engines. The higher you are, which hopefully may be in the top 10 on the first page, then the more organic traffic you site will receive. The main thing to remember is that everything centres upon having a large number of backlinks that point straight at your website. To put it in simple terms, each backlink you have is like having a vote for your site -- the more you can achieve, then the more popular your website will be. So, what are the best methods to use to achieve the best backlinks?

To start yourself off, try article writing for your website. This is an efficient long term approach that will help to accumulate backlinks over a period of time, particularly if you work at it consistently each day. The best way is to write an article of between, say, 450 and 650 words, adding a link to your website at the bottom of the article, or in the resource box. You must write continually over a period of time in order to achieve the sort of success with the article writing you need to make your site a winner. A fairly short article should only need around half an hour to compose and then a few minutes to spin. If you work hard, you should be able to produce a few articles a day. If you can keep this up for several months, you will most definitely see the results!

Bear in mind, however, this is not a quick fix, but more of a long term approach, so you need to be tolerant. If you show consistency, then you will be rewarded with the results you deserve.
Producing a blog is yet another method for the creation of quality backlinks to your site. You should link between the pages of your website and your blog time and time again, again ensuring you are consistent and try to do this each day. Once again, you will ultimately see the results. Blogging is something that should be an ongoing process. If you don't want to keep it up, then don't start. It is not the same as producing a website and then having a completed process. If you keep your blog up to date, then the search engines will give you a high rank.

The blogs and articles you write together will achieve good results and therefore help you to make money. Remember the higher your page rank, the more traffic will come to your website and the more money you will make.
Being independent involves a lot of financial investment. As an entrepreneur and a self-published author, it is necessary that you consider ways to utilize monetary investment and generate a substantial return on your investment.
For most people, budgeting is never an easy task. Money is something that everyone else in the world worries about.

Mistakes, no matter how small, can cost you dearly. You should decisively look at the "big picture". Decide on how much money should be devoted to what stage of your book's publication. Learn to organize things according to their priority. Identify the things that are not necessary to fully optimize your budget.
Here are a few suggestions to determine a realistic budget for your pre-publication marketing plan:

(1) Have a list of quotes and estimates for all publication, distribution, marketing, and promotional activities.
Printing - book printing (number of finished copies) - ISBN numbers (do you have to pay an additional fee?) - Advance Reading Copies (are all your recipients interested?)
Distribution - list of distribution centers (local, national, or international) - postal or online purchasing for booksellers
Marketing - bookmarks, flyer's, posters, and postcards (design, printing, and distribution) - book launching (date, venue, expected number of guests, gimmicks, and reception)
Online Marketing - author website (hosting, content, domain, design, and maintenance) - ads (banners, e-mail ads, pay-per-click ads, etc.) - online bookstore fees
Publicity and Promotion - PR (number of copies, type of media outlets and organizations, and distribution) - press kits (supplies, shipping and postage fees)

(2) Spend more on interested parties.
Marketing and publicity can be quite a risk, especially when you are new in the industry. It is wise to ask first before sending out your ARCs (Advance Reading Copies). Identify which individuals or media outlets may be interested. This way, your efforts and publicity materials will not most likely to end up in paper shredders.

(3) Take advantage of the Internet.
Blogging will definitely help you disseminate information about your book -- at no cost. By joining and participating on social media sites, you can develop reader to writer relationships. You don't only sell your books; you have to market yourself as an author. Have your author website provide another avenue for getting more readers, online book orders, and link exchanges.

(4) Embrace innovation.
Create a perfect media mix for an effective and extensive marketing campaign. Radio and television appearances can be quite pricey for self-publishers. Print and online publications, on the other hand, are tangible and are perfect for references. Read and take time to adopt what's new. Learn how to maximize micro blogging and how to keep your prospective readers following you. Technology and innovation have endless marketing and promotional possibilities.
It is possible to improve your credit scores anywhere from 100 to 200 points or more, by removing derogatory information from your credit reports.

The first step is to review your reports so you know where the problems are. Start by getting copies of your reports from the three major credit bureaus. The three bureaus are Equifax, Experian, and Transunion.

If you have not taken advantage of your free annual credit report this year, contact Annual Credit Report or phone 1-877-322-8228. You can also mail your request to: Annual Credit Report Request Service, P.O. Box 105281, Atlanta, GA 30348-5281.

If you have already received your free reports for this year, contact the three bureaus individually for your reports. You will be required to pay a small fee for each report.

Experian
PO Box 740241
Atlanta, GA 30374

Equifax
PO Box 2002
Allen, TX 75013

Transunion
PO Box 2000
Chester, PA 19022

The next step is to review your reports carefully, looking for errors, omissions, and inaccurate items. Make note of all you find. First check the spelling of your name and verify that the addresses they show you've lived at are correct.

Then look for items that are incorrect or inaccurate. Pay particular attention to: derogatory items still showing even though they should have dropped off your report by now (most derogatory items can only be reported for seven years, bankruptcies for ten years). Also look for accounts that do not belong to you and accounts that show a balance due even though they have been paid off.

Deleting any bad credit items you discover is done by sending a letter to the credit bureau disputing any incorrect or inaccurate items you find. The credit bureau then forwards your dispute to the creditor that reported the item, and asks them to verify the legitimacy of the reported item.

If the creditor responds that the report is accurate, then the item stays on your report and is not removed. However, if the creditor does not respond to the dispute within 30 days of receipt, the item, by law, must be removed from the report.

It is possible to improve your credit scores anywhere from 100 to 200 points or more, by removing derogatory information from your credit reports. Deleting bad credit items on your credit report is definitely a worthwhile pursuit.
These debt management solutions have been tested with proven effects.

Debt Management Solutions for Handling Debt

Debt is something none of us want, but some way or another we tend to find ourselves in its trap. Sometimes unavoidable factors like an accident, job loss, medical bills, etc., push us to borrow from creditors. And sometimes we invite the trouble ourselves with our impulsive spending habits. Timely debt payoff is very important if you don't want to go through the nightmare of having creditors banging at your door. Debt management solutions professionals suggest some advice which is helpful in your endeavor to be debt-free.

Tips on How to Eliminate Debt

* Effective budget planning
Based on your income, a consolidated budget is the first approach towards debt avoidance. If you are not able to prepare one for yourself, take the help of debt management experts. They will prepare a detailed budget and set up a monthly expenditure limit. Always make it a point to maintain the limit set by experts. It will help you bring down your debt amount.

* Lower the interest rate of your debt
Debt management experts suggest reducing your interest rates as it will help you prevent further debt accumulation. Credit card balance transfers, low interest cards or 0 percent APR credit cards are some of the many options through which you can reduce the interest rate of your debt.

* Review your credit score periodically
You need to be aware of your credit situation. If you can maintain the credit list yourself, then good. If not, you can follow your FICO credit score to know the status of your credit. Debt management solutions experts recommend the FICO credit score because most creditors consider it to be standard.

* Don't risk credit card payments
Time and again debt management experts strongly suggest the timely payment of credit cards because even one late payment might earn you a bad credit score. This is not a good sign while dealing with getting rid of your debt problems. So it's very important to be consistent in your monthly payments to maintain a good credit score.

* Curb your expenditures
If you are serious about being free of your debt problems, you have to compromise on your extraneous expenses. Debt management experts suggest a very effective way to handle it. Set up your monthly expenses clearly; it will help you take notice of where you are spending more than required. And once you track down the source, it's not tough to control it.
But do you actually have a plan or specific corporate growth strategies to get there?

Here are 3 actionable New Year's Resolutions that will help you achieve profit maximization more quickly and easily, with integrity

1. Optimize Your Pricing Strategies, Safely, with Integrity, and Increase Your Bottom Line By 25-60 percent
Most leaders have been taught that there are certain pricing "rules" in their industry. Most of us, at one time or another, have fallen into the trap of discounting to match or beat competitive threats to maintain business.

Here's a terrifying fact:
* Just a 1 percent decline in price typically leads to a 16 percent decline in profitability... and I'll bet you're discounting a lot more than 1 percent!

Next Steps to apply strategic pricing across a wide range of possibilities:
A. Raise less-visible prices. Do you know the difference in "extra baggage charges" from one airline to the next, or the price of Internet services at various major hotel chains? B. Price for value-add services. Most of your customers are probably following the rule of "do more with less" -- ask them how you can expand your offering to meet their needs, and charge more for something they don't want to do themselves. C. Take a leadership position and price for valid market conditions. Have your raw materials costs gone up? Have delivery costs risen due to fuel prices? Is scarcity a factor in your industry? Has capacity been downsized in the industry such that "peak order times" could command a premium?

2. Reduce Business Costs By Getting It Right the First Time, for Bottom Line Results
70 percent of calls to customer service centers today are due to the company's own failures, NOT unreasonable customer demands. Firms can reduce service costs by as much as 50 percent, and can often sustain an 8 percent higher price than competitors, just by using the approach outlined below that addresses these common issues:

* 80 percent of service issues are caused by just 5 categories of complaints * 97 percent of the company's time is spent simply responding to the complaint, rather than fixing the source of it.

Next Steps:
A. Schedule front line staff to spend ½ day per week on improvement initiatives that identify where your failure as a company is resulting in support and service requests from customers and staff. B. Seek input from customers and staff involved at each stage to identify roadblocks, cumbersome workarounds, inefficient systems, and missing information. C. Solve problems for good at a root cause level by repeatedly asking "Why is this occurring?" until the root cause is identified.

3. Action These Corporate Growth Strategies for Bottom Line Results
Are you finding an increasingly competitive marketplace that's squeezing your margins mercilessly? Do you find yourself playing follow the leader with your competitors? Instead, be the leader that others follow and regain customers you've lost:

* Research shows that there are at least 16 ways to change the playing field and differentiate from your competitors to add value in ways that are almost impossible for your competitors to copy.
Easily said, you say, but MY market is too competitive -- every order is a bidding war, and customers will switch in a heartbeat for a lower price. I've been in your shoes... but by doing things just a bit differently from my competitors, I reduced a "standard" 40 percent discount off list to less than 5 percent, with high retention rates year after year. And in the highly competitive wireless field during the 2000 tech meltdown, a similar approach yielded a 589 percent increase in revenues.

Next Steps:
A. Justify a Price Premium by Saving Time or Money: Look at cost of ownership vs initial purchase price -- could your product save time or effort by being shipped or packaged differently? Could your product save money with a longer mean-time-to-failure? B. De-commodities Your Pricing by Solving a Real Problem: Look at the bigger picture of what your customer is actually trying to DO as a result of using your product, ask them what drives them crazy about the overall process, and then solve that problem. C. Justify a Price Increase by Providing Peace of Mind: Think back to the "nobody ever got fired for buying IBM" days, and you'll find that the emotional side of the brain is often the decision maker -- facts and figures are merely used to support the decision. Make sure your products or services have emotional value to your customers -- are you lower risk? More trustworthy? Offer higher service levels? Have a "cool" factor? Easier to do business with? More Fun?

Tackle 1 of these 3 Resolutions every month for the next 3 months. By the end of the first quarter, you'll be well on your way to profit maximization and seeing tangible results from your efforts. Have a great 2011!
You feel there is an invisible wall between you and reaching your dream goals and if only you could pinpoint that wall and breakthrough it, all your struggles would end and you would soar.

Often when you get stuck, all your dreams, plans and goals go out the window because they suddenly seem unattainable and you feel like you're just muddling along day by day. What I see often in clients I've worked with, is that they need help learning both marketing tactics and mastering strategy. And then we need to work on overcoming mental roadblocks, habits and beliefs that can slow down even the smartest, savviest people. We all have them. We just need to be open and honest about identifying them and courageous enough to try to change.

One of the biggest roadblocks has to do with how you present yourself to your market--your "virtual storefront". It determines how people who may be interested in working with you perceive you. Unless you have a real flare for creative expression, this may be what is holding you back.

When I owned restaurants, one of the best attraction tools we used to bring people in the door was how our restaurant looked to people driving by. If it looked appealing and quaint, people would make note and start talking about trying us out. If it had looked like a rundown dive, we would have been really hurting our sales.
The same is true for your business even if your "storefront" is online. If your website doesn't have specific elements that attract people, interest them in what you offer and get them to take immediate action-whether that's signing up for your mailing list or buying--then you are not attracting the "drive-bys".

You could even be driving lots of traffic to your website and it still wouldn't do you any good because visitors would arrive and leave. Yet, with just a few key changes you could begin to see a huge spike in sales. And if you don't know how to get traffic to your website, then that simple roadblock is easy to remedy, in spite of what some Internet marketers would like you to believe. Getting traffic is actually easier than converting it!
Take an objective look at your website and ask yourself:

* Am I coming across as unique and somewhat different from my competitors?
* Am I proving that I can get results for my clients?
* Am I making it clear what action I want visitors to take on every key webpage?
* Am I speaking to their problems and the results they want and need or am I trying to promote myself?
* Does my website look inviting, attractive, and easy to read and navigate?
* Am I consistently doing online lead generation activities to generate targeted traffic?

If the answer to any of these questions is no, then this could be the easily removable roadblock between you and your goals. I've seen this more times than I can count. In fact, 90 percent of the small business owners who come to me for help have ineffective websites. This "storefront" needs to express the authentic you with words, pictures and video. If it's not, it's time for a change.
Everyone has the 'tools', you just have to know how to use them. First of all, you have to look for a problem that has yet to be solved and then ask yourself how you would find a solution. It could very well be a problem that you have experienced personally or one that is causing grief to a family member or a friend. The more people who can relate to the problem, the more profitable it could be. Also, the bigger and more complicated the problem is, the more potential it will have.

Having found a suitable problem, you need to think about the best way to find a solution. You don't necessarily have to brainstorm it; just keep it in mind and the solution may suddenly come to you. Of course, there's a lot more to it than finding a problem and its solution. First of all, you must also be convinced that this can happen. If you don't believe something, it will never happen and you are just setting yourself up to fail.
Here are a few suggestions to help you to discover some cash producing problems and to find solutions:

1. Become adept at solving your own problems before you try to solve other people's.

2. If something sets you off moaning or blaming it, stop and think about ways to remove the cause.

3. Ask other people about their problems. Become a good listener and people will tell you things that will give you problem solving ideas that could make you wealthy.

4. Always be on the lookout for problems associated with certain groups of people or specific markets.

5. Constantly be on the look out for anything that could be improved or designed better.

6. Always be positive and believe that there is a way to find a solution. Concentrate on how you can make it work rather than just accepting that it won't work.

Use these suggestions to start building up your problem solving skills. As you build them up, you will be able to focus more and more energy on the process and this will enable you eventually to find the solution. The process is gradual and cumulative and even solving little problems is all part of the process which will lead on to bigger and better opportunities. It is not even necessary that finding a solution will lead to a money-making opportunity; any solution finding is good practice. With practice comes the confidence to take on tougher problems, to solve them, and to find that niche market which becomes a real money-spinner.

Especially look out for problems which are common to many people and don't be afraid to follow your instincts. Most successful inventions came about as a result of someone solving what was a problem for a great many people and providing a service or a product to satisfy their needs. It may even be the simplest of problems or a need which was not particularly evident to anyone; they may not even have realised that they needed it until they became aware of its existence. How often have you seen a completely new product and thought that it could prove very useful?

Whilst many problems require you to find solutions which might then result in an invention and a product with great commercial prospects: many others cannot be satisfied by a physical product as people who are suffering from them simply require an answer or a way to deal with it. So the solution could be in the form of information, which is where writing articles, newsletters and ebooks comes into play. In some ways, this can be an easier option as you are more in control of production and, once created, the unit cost is negligible. This is just another way of providing a solution to a problem.
Unlike traditional business brokers, we don't charge huge commissions when you sell your business. Our flat fee model gives you the tools, tips, and techniques you need to sell your small business without a broker.

Step One -- Getting ready to sell your business. When you decide it is time to sell your Communications & Media business, there are certain things you will need to do before you get started. Just like if you were trying to go on a road trip to a place you'd never been before, you'd want to have a map involved with the planning process, right? You will need to figure out the various types of buyers and what they are looking for before you get started:

Step Two - Prepare financial and other documents. We know: it's your very favorite way to pass a lazy weekend. Or as exciting as watching paint dry. But the reality is that prepping your financial documents is a component to success if you want to have the best chance of successfully selling your Communications & Media business for a fair price.

Step Three -- What's your business really worth? This is one of the most important questions of the whole process. You've heard rumors and stories about this, but do you know what buyers are really willing to pay for a small business like yours? You'll have a much easier time selling your business if you know how much to ask for it, how Communications & Media business sales are financed, and proven strategies you can use to get the best price for your business.

Step Four - Create a compelling marketing packet to attract the best buyers. Advertising your Communications & Media business for sale is a balancing act. You need to be able to tell prospects about your great opportunity while maintaining confidentiality. This module teaches you how to create a compelling marketing packet that makes you feel comfortable posting for the world to see and makes buyers interested in learning more enough to contact you for more information.

Step Five - Finding buyers and getting them to respond to your ads. Here, we guide you to the places to find ready, able and willing buyers for your business. We'll show you how to write effective advertisements that help your Communications & Media business stand out from the thousands of other ads your prospective buyers will read. You'll learn the pros and cons of advertising in print and online. Plus, we'll give you a few out of the box ideas for finding buyers.

Step Six - Screening buyers to keep the good ones and say goodbye to the bad ones. An important aspect of selling your Communications & Media business is determining who's serious in their pursuit of your business and who's just kicking tires. In addition, confidentiality regarding certain details needs to be maintained. We'll help you start a meaningful dialogue with buyers and make sure you don't screw up your deal.

Step Seven - Negotiate a deal that will make it to the finish line. Unless you're looking to undersell yourself, there will be an inevitable bargaining process regarding your Communications & Media business sale. If you screw up the negotiation, you will lose money or completely drive the buyer away. We'll help you avoid common negotiation mistakes and ensure that you gain the upper hand as you move down the path of selling your small business.

Step Eight -- How to survive due diligence. Details are crucial in Communications & Media business deals. If you don't put in the required amount of effort and focus, your arrangement will fall through when inspected. We'll help you avoid any sort of trouble in the legal and accounting departments, ensuring that you'll receive your payout with no following headaches.

Step Nine -- Things to remember during closing and transition. You want your money. However, you'll need to make sure all of the smaller details of transition and making sure that the new owner starts out pleased with their deal before you enjoy your rewards.
While there is some debate on whether they command as much SEO "weight" as other types of back-links, no one denies that they can help your search ranking. The problem is that, with that in mind and the fact that link-building is largely a game of numbers, many Web marketers pay too much attention to the volume of back-links they build, and not enough attention to the quality of their back-links. In so doing, they hurt their reputations and those of the websites they hope to promote. Albeit slower, there's a way to use blog comments to build a high number of back-links that are relevant, and serve to enhance your reputation and that of your company.
First of all, let's list the main benefits of leaving blog comments with back-links: * Search Ranking -- Some blogs don't allow back-links in your comments. In those cases, you don't get this benefit. They may not be worth your time. However if you leave a comment that is very insightful and helpful, the blog author could edit a future post to include a link to your website. * Brand Awareness -- At the very least, leaving a comment will get a look from the blog author. Consistent high-quality contributions can help build a relationship with the blogger. It also promotes your brand with those who read your comment. Even without a back-link, you can put the name of your company or brand in your signature line. * Direct Traffic -- An obvious, yet less considered benefit of back-linking is the traffic you can get from interested readers of your comment that click on your back-link. Search ranking is important, but the people who click on your link are gold to you. When possible, make sure that whatever page you send them to speaks to the topic of your comment that interested them enough to make them click on your link.
It's important that you don't negate these benefits by turning off the blogger or his or her readers. Here are some good rules of etiquette to follow:

1. Read back over the posts and comments from the past two or three months. Get a good sense of the author's perspective and writing style. Look at the level and style of regular comment posters. You want to stand out from the crowd because of your insightful or useful comments, not because your comments appear awkward, out of place, or unintelligent.

2. Before you click the button to post your comment, read back over it to check for errors in spelling, grammar, and clarity. The more correct your comment, the better you look.

3. Make your back-link go to a relevant page. Not only does link relevance count to search engines, but those who click on your back-link will feel like you've played them if your back-link page is unrelated to the topic of your comment or of the blog. You'll only succeed in increasing your websites bounce rate.

4. Promote your comment--and the blog on which it appears--socially. Share it on your Facebook page and tweet it. Bloggers love that.

5. Don't try to hide the fact that you're a Web marketer, but be careful how you present it. Don't make your job title "Link-Building Specialist" or "SEO Engineer". On the other hand, it's okay to call yourself a content marketer or even a blogger.

6. Use your real identity and photo. It builds trust when people see that same bio and photo in your social media profiles. It eases a blogger's fears that you're just another black-hat spammer. Also, use a professionally-done head-shot for your photo. Showing a photo of you on your last vacation may be good for showing your human side but won't do anything to help position you as an expert.

7. Only use one link per comment. Using more is annoying to readers and bloggers alike. Also, putting two links to the same page is waste of effort because search engines only take into account the first link to a page and ignore other links to that page. So including multiple links to the same page in a single comment won't help your search ranking at all.

8. NEVER just drop a junk comment that you use on several other blogs. For example, "What a great post! I'll definitely use this information!" Bloggers usually see through such blatant link-dropping and reject the comment. And if the blogger remembers your name, your reputation with her or him is ruined.

9. Don't make your comment too long. It needs to fall somewhere between a tweet (140 characters) and a short blog entry.

Use these rules of etiquette and you can use blog commenting as a big part of your link-building campaign without hurting your online reputation or that of your brand.
If the contents on your web page are updated on a continuous basis the likelihood that the spider or crawler will be going through your website are high.

With millions of websites all wanting to appear in the top ten of search engine result page, making use of these forms is only a futile process. Given the factors such as the number of websites that go live each day or are updated, the period it will take to index your website will be disheartening. The only way out is to make use of websites that have link building done with sites that have been indexed.

Link Building on correlated websites is one of the ways in which you can be indexed much faster. This is because the crawlers are known to go over some specific websites on a daily basis looking for newly updated information. If your link happens to be there, the chances of getting indexed are higher rather than wait for the spiders. Search engine indexing is the way in which data is gathered and stored in search engine catalog for ease of access and retrieval. SEO is all about developing websites that can meet the conditions required by search engines. But how can you get indexed faster?

First and foremost, you need to avoid the use of automatic link building strategies and submissions as there are millions and millions of such submissions and the search engines strive at eliminating them. This is because the applications used in automatic submissions have no way of knowing how to place links in the required categories. If you are using such a tool, you are treading on the path to failure. Secondly, having the same website submitted over and over again can be viewed by the search engine as an act of spamming and will only result into your website getting banned.

The best way to get indexed faster is to submit your website manually and also hire professional link building service providers that do the work manually as it gives you the power to choose where your website will be listed. Furthermore, it is worth noting that when adding links to your website avoid using common or shared links. Last but not least, you should consider using inbound link building as a way of getting indexed faster.
From An Obstacle, Don't Quit.
There's a Way
To Make Obstacles Pay
And Turn Problems To Profit."

When people talk to me about their money problems, the first question I ask them is what problems are you helping to solve for others. I admit this goes against the grain of most peoples thinking.
The normal response to problems is to immediately complain, worry or run. But the key to turning problems into profit is to refuse to accept the limitations problems can trick us into believing.
Here's a Simple 3 Step Method To Help You Turn Problems Into Profits

I. Change Your Attitude About Problems
This may seem uncomfortable at first, but fight it. Why? Because you'll be going against the grain on the way most people think about problems.
But that's what makes this first secret so powerful and why you'll see opportunities others walk pass and wonder how you saw it and they didn't. Imagine the power you'll feel by harnessing problems most people worry about and turn them into profits. Here's a powerful exercise that will change your attitude about problems almost overnight.

1. At bedtime just before falling off to sleep say this phrase out loud 10 times "problems are good, they show me profitable opportunities."

2. When you wake up the next morning say the same phrase again "problems are good, they show me profitable opportunities."

3. Do this for 7 days in a row. If you miss a day or a bedtime or morning session start over again. Don't cheat yourself by not doing this simple but powerful exercise.
After doing this exercise 7 days you'll notice how you'll complain less about problems and start seeing more solutions and profitable opportunities. If you find yourself slipping back into old habits do this exercise again. In fact, it's a good idea to do this once a month as an attitude tune-up or maintenance.

II. Practice Aggressive Listening For Problems
This is a powerful habit few experts discuss, because everyone clamors to be heard, to express themselves and to vent. But few people take the time and effort to listen. This is another secret that will make you see opportunities other miss. Here's 3 action steps to practice to help you develop aggressive listening habits.

1. Listen to what people complain about, what irritates them and what they worry about. This may seem depressing at first glance but in reality they're exposing how and what to market to them and people like them.

2. Watch television and listen to talk radio. Don't do this idly like most people, but do it as a way to practice aggressive listening habits. Again listen to what people complain about, worry about and what irritates them.

3. Listen for problems that need solving, whether you think you can solve them or not, especially the types of problems that's related to your career or business. Aggressive listening involves not only what they say, but what they don't say, as well as how they say it.

III. Choose A Problem and Find Ways To Solve It
The key here is to find a solution people are willing to trade money for. That's why it's important to discover what people complain about, what irritates them or what worries them. Because these are the top 3 states of mind people would pay almost anything to eliminate. Studies reveal people will spend more and do it quicker to get rid of a worry, irritation or a complaint than anything else.
Here's a 3 prong approach to finding a way to solve a problem for others ...

1. Ask
Ask them about their problems, irritations or worries. Most people will be all too happy to tell you as much as you want to listen. But remember to do it with a goal and purpose in mind so you're not overwhelmed or asked to play therapist.

2. Listen and Hear
Its important to do both. Most people can get one or the other right but few people can get both listing and hearing right unless they practice doing it everyday. Because most people have ears it's assumed everyone can listen, but listening requires concentration and thought.

3. Act
Once they've expressed a problem, irritation or complaint action must come into play to solve find, create or uncover the solution. That solution could be in the form of a service, a book, product or a referral. If you've done your research the natural instinct inside you will tell you the proper course of action to take.
No one wants to read a boring blog. Therefore come up with interesting topics that will have your readers returning to your site. Don’t just post links all over the place but have interesting, creative and useful content.

4. Link it to your business
One to the most common mistakes often made is for bloggers to think visitors understand how your blog relate to your business. Make it clear who you are and what your business does.

5. Capture your audience
Blogs should not require visitors to register to read content. By writing eBooks, recording an interview or buying resale rights to useful resources may be offered to those who wish to register.
6. Keep updating
Its no fun visiting a blog with content that hasn’t been updated in months. To keep visitors interest bloggers must maintain fresh, useful articles.
However, you don? want to just develop a website any old way. Instead, you want to develop a website for your audience. When doing research online you have probably seen generalized information on how to develop a website, however it is unlikely you have found significant information on how to develop a website specifically for your audience. The following tips will be really helpful to you to develop a website just for your audience.

Tip #1 Goal
First you need a goal when you are developing a website for your audience. If you do not know what you are looking to achieve then it will be very difficult to be successful. Also, it takes a goal to drive your website where it needs to be. A goal is what allows you to develop an initial plan for your website and helps guide you in developing your website as well.

Tip #2 Audience
Your audience is very important and should be considered in conjunction with your goal when developing a website. Basically, you are developing your website for a certain audience and these are the people that will help meet your goal so this is very important to consider. Just make sure you determine who your audience is before you begin developing your website.

Tip #3 Content for Audience
Once you have determined your goal and your audience it is time to determine the content that will be used for your audience. You might not realize it, but the type of audience you are focusing on will really affect the content you use on your website. So, make sure you have your audience targeted so you know what content will work best for these individuals.

Tip #4 Update
Another important tip for developing a website for your audience is to plan when you will provide updates. This might seem like something you could consider down the road when your site needs updating, but is really not the case. You need to know when your audience will most likely be viewing your site and when they won't so you know when to provide updates. A little bit of planning will go a long way.

Tip #5 Format
The format of your website is also a very important aspect and one that will really affect whether or not you reach your audience. Once you know who your audience is you will have no problem developing a format that will reach them. Also, your format improves your site message, so it is beneficial in a variety of ways.
A blog is basically a way for you to communicate your personality to the world and that's ideally what it should be used for, you can of course use it strategically for your business and offer up advice about discounts, models and sale offers, this is what most companies do but really I think they are missing the key point of blogging which is to inject a company with actual personality, after all customers don't like dealing with machines or websites, they like dealing with other human beings that they know, like and trust and a blog is the perfect platform to launch you as the company director into the limelight.
A blog can also be useful if you want to build links back to your website, often talking about a controversial subject will get others blogger to link to your page and then this can have a viral effect as other blogger post it up as well, this is a great way to get started in the SEO world and you get lots of great high quality back links to your domain name but to honest I believe a blog is something that you can use to do the soft sell approach, since it's a separate part of your website people typically believe it's less of a sales platform and more of an online diary so if you want to make it into a sales funnel then make sure you do it subtly.
The other use for a blog is simple online PR, it can help boost your brand name and offers you an opportunity to build a lot of rapport with potential customers or existing customers that have already purchased from you can get a platform where you can contact them regularly and get them to reorder from you.
In this article I will be sharing with you how to drive targeted traffic and increase your viewers on your videos, as well as your YouTube channel.
There are hundreds of thousands of people on the Internet who like to watch YouTube videos instead of reading long articles. As an Internet marketer, you must target them with creating some interesting videos on YouTube. Would you like to know 5 easy tips to help you obtain thousands of those viewers? Be happy to know that, in this article, I will give you 5 good tips on how to get more views on YouTube.

The first tip is: Title Optimization: The first thing you need to do is to optimize the title of the video. Add keywords that people usually look for on YouTube. Basically you must add the type of keywords that people are searching for on Google and YouTube. The easy way to do that is is to think for yourself what would you be searching for when you are looking?

Often it is something like: "How to . . . .?" And then the topic of your video.

My second tip is Optimization tyhe Description: Make sure the description area is optimized also. What do I mean by that? First make sure you have your website address in the first line of the description. And also make sure you use: http:// and then your website name (e.g. http://LloydDobson.com ) like mine. This makes it into a e link you can click on.

Now someone can get to your website or blog. I have noticed many YouTube channels that do not have links people can click on in their descriptions. And many have thousands of views. You obviously want people to get to your website. Also write the description like a blog. Tell a little story about your video.
Also don't be afraid to write a lot of relevant content inside the description area; because Google and YouTube will look at the content and different keywords you are using to see if your video is really relevant to the searches that are made on YouTube and Google. Don't be afraid again to write a lot of content.

Next Optimization Tags: These are the keywords that you need to enter in the tag area. Make sure these tags are optimized keywords people are searching for. The easy way to find out the keywords relevant to your video is to type into the YouTube Search Box one word that relates to your video and than you will see a whole bunch of suggestions that YouTube will give you. This is a real easy way to find the keyword or phrases.

My fourth tip is Run Competitions: Running races is a great option for you, cool. It may surprise you that there are some channels on YouTube that organize some events and give away a lot of things as gifts to the winners. Once you organize races, people love to participate on this and tell their friends about the competition. Then, run a few races and get tons of traffic to your site.

The fifth tip is to co-op in Joint ventures: Making joint venture is a great way to get more exposure on YouTube. Look at YouTube as a huge Joint Venture Machine where you can find other people in your niche. They are very popular on YouTube and have thousands of friends, subscribers and traffic. Ask them for an interview and upload it to your channel. It is a good way to get better exposure on YouTube. Always GIVE value and not take the mindset of what you can get.

As an Internet Marketer, you must apply the tips above to get more views on YouTube. However, remember to follow the 5 steps out lined above. Optimize your title, Optimize your description, optimize your tags, run the competitors and do joint ventures.
The fact is Business Joint Ventures have been around for years, upon years. The fact is as long as there has been business, the Business Joint Venture has been used. However, how can you tap into it?
Any Business or Entrepreneur has the opportunity to participate in the Business Joint Venture. Fact is, those that thrive in the online world and the offline world have been and continue to create Business Joint Ventures. So if this is true, how can you participate for your Business.
Whether you are a plumber, Doctor, Network Marketer, Affiliate Marketer, Retail Sore Front, Internet Store Front, Selling Gift Baskets, CPA's, it doesn't matter what your business is you have the ability to participate in Business Joint Ventures.
First, you have to understand that everyone, is seeking to have the same result as you. The ability to grow their business, provide value to their clients, and to make money. The trick for alot of new entrepreneurs we think we have very little to offer in the way of a Business Joint Venture, because we do not have clients. How wrong you really are....
Let's say there is a large affiliate marketer. He/She is very successful. They have a large client list, make money, have a great presence for their company on the internet, why would they want to do Business with you? Simple. To be an effective marketer and entrepreneur, affiliate marketers are always looking for ways to monetize their clients and lists. Just because a marketer is successful, they are ALWAYS looking for new products to keep their lists and clients buying and being something of value.
Here is a great story of a JV. The was an associate in a network marketing opportunity called the Reverse Funnel System. He used his last $3,000 dollars to get started in the company. The buy in for the product and marketing system was roughly $3,000 bucks. After a few months of marketing and advertising every way he knew that was free, he was at wits end. He was out of time and out of money....
Then on one training call the idea of Business Joint Ventures was brought up. It wasn't taken very far, as many people did not know how to develop them. He sat down and made a list of all the people on the internet that he could do a Business Joint Venture with. He began to take action.
Long story short, he sent an email to Stone Evans the Home Biz Guy. The creator of Plug in for Profits. Well $400,000 dollars later in his business, it was the start of massive JV success. See even though Stone had massive online success, this product and opportunity allowed for Stone to make $1000 a sale as opposed to $100 a sale. Even though this associate could offer what you and I would think as nothing in the relationship, the fact is he brought Stone into a whole new world and income possibility. With that he began to develop Business Joint Ventures with anyone and everyone and the rest is history.
From experience I can tell you that the right group can create spectacular results.
While you can seek out an existing group, a more powerful option is to start and manage your own group. This will give you the opportunity to cultivate a group with the right level of experience and synergy. Following are some suggestions for getting started.

Develop Meeting Structure and Frequency
Knowing how often your group will meet and where those meetings will take place are some primary considerations. Some groups meet weekly by phone, some meet monthly in a local conference room, while others meet quarterly. If your group is geographically disbursed you will need to facilitate conference calls or meetings at a remote location such as a resort or hotel.
While establishing frequency, a big consideration is how many members you will have and how long meetings will last. Since the purpose of the group is to brainstorm and leverage each other's experience and advice, each member needs a chance to be heard. Some groups rotate this benefit around, while others make sure each member receives focused time at every meeting.
The amount of time you can allot to each person depends on how many people are involved. If you have a group with ten people and each gets 20 minutes to present their ideas and challenges, you will need about three and a half hours of spotlight time, plus extra time for breaks and transition. Keeping the group size small--six to twelve people--allows members to each benefit from more focused time.

Select Your Members
While you could place an ad on Craigslist or Meetup.com to find members for your group, I encourage you to hand-pick participants. Your group should be a safe place for fleshing out ideas, which involves a level of trust among members. Also, consider the different skill levels you want to bring to your group. Some people are highly creative and generate a lot of ideas, while others are detail-oriented and can serve in the role of devil's advocate. Both types of people should be included in your group to keep the creativity flowing, and to refine ideas and uncover potential road blocks.
You might also want your group to consist of people with specific skills. For example, someone with a financial background can help focus on the numbers, while someone with internet skills can bring online marketing ideas to the table. Consider carefully what roles you want filled and how these roles can compliment each other.
Experience is also an important consideration. The point of a mastermind group is to collectively help each other grow your respective businesses. With that in mind, the members should consist of people who have been around for awhile. If you fill the room with new business owners, more experienced members may feel like they are carrying the load and won't stick around for long.

Establish Guidelines
Your group will benefit from some policies that outline what is expected of members. These guidelines could include a mission statement that describes the purpose of the group, an attendance policy to ensure members are committed to participating regularly, and a confidentiality agreement.
Inevitably members will need to be replaced when they leave the group for any number of reasons. It is wise to outline a member selection process with guidelines for nominating and inducting new members. For example, you might want to exclude anyone who could potentially be a competitor of an existing member. You might also invite potential new members in on a trial basis before voting to make things permanent.

Keep the Momentum Going
Strong leadership is essential in setting the tone for the group, inspiring members to participate, and ensuring that the time is well spent. If someone is disrupting the group or affecting its level of quality, it is up to the leader to deal with the situation. The leader must also coordinate and manage an agenda effectively.
Ongoing communication is also required. E-mail is the standard for keeping in touch, but you might consider developing a private online forum through Yahoo Groups or Groupsite.com. This can provide a central place for members to share information in between meetings and further build the kind of bond that is essential to the success of your group.
Some members will thrive from the accountability that can come with a mastermind group, while others will be inspired by the exchange of ideas. Celebrate each other's successes and make sure the group is focused on helping members take giant leaps forward. This is the ultimate pay-off of a good mastermind group.
