Need not to say... it's been long since I last posted anything..
no excuses.. its solely my fault.. =P

Well.. what I got to say this time is that..
Global warming sure does take its toll...

recalling about the same time the past years..
it will be raining almost everyday from 4 or 5pm..
till 6 or 7pm.. almost without fail that I will be
drenched by the time i reached home cycling back home from campus.. =/

Instead these days... It's pouring hot shiny sun rays on top of me..
Could have not make it to campus without my back soaked with sweat..
heck.. with such weather.. I could not even get a good night sleep
without waking up before the alarm rings.. >__>

as for now... All I can tell is that I just got myself
another 1TB HDD... =D

WD My Essential Book... a standing 1.. with nice
ventilation.. though I don't think I will be letting it
on long till that I heats up...

FYI.. my old 1TB HDD is full... for like 3 or 4 months now...
had been deleting stuff since then.. and finally got the cash
to get a new one..

After-CNY Resolutions

I know… I know…
This is supposed to be like 2 weeks ago right…
I’m to be blamed for such late posting (as if there are others to blame.. =O )

Anyway, as the title reads..
Everyone has something that they wanted to change for the better every year..
and not to be left out.. I have some of my own..

and yes.. mine is after CNY since it’s hard to change for anything especially it was still during the holiday season..
so let’s not make this post any longer and start with the listing..

1) 1st would of course to update my blog more frequently
(twice a month at the very least)

2) Attend every class.. =D

3) Not to be later than 5 mins to enter classes
(I think this would be the hardest to achieve)

4) Eliminates D’s and attain at least an A in every semester

5) Finish my anime download list

6) Not to rush assignments
(it sucks lots especially u have more than 1 due in a week)

7) Be a better person and less of a jerk.
(Does people thought of me as a jerk?)

8) Get more rest.
(to have this as a resolution..I must have got very less sleep)

9) Lose at least 5kg every semester.. =D

10) Get to know more of my own course mates.
(Sadly to say, I only knew a handful of them)

I guess that enough.. anymore and I don’t think I will be able to achieve them.. =O

Various Updates

haha... I did it again... in not updating my blog for weeks... =x

Well.. I can't use the "I-too-busy-to-update" excuse for this time too cause I'm actually considerably free... since it's just the 1st week of the new semester.

Anyway.. I don't think it will be much of a bother to anyone since nobody is waiting for an update from me... unlike some of my friends whereby people will get upset if they don't hear/read anything new..

Nonetheless.. I should uphold my right and responsibility as a blogger and keep updating even if there isn't anyone who will read..

Now then.. the main updates that are intended to pass on..
1st would be a GREAT Thank You to those who remembered the 'Forgotten Day' of the year.. which also thanks to 'Muka-buku' as in Facebook for its birthday reminder that the day is no longer forgotten..
though it's nothing special to it even though it's my 21st birthday... cause i had classes from morning till evening.. celebrated with a pizza-hut's delivery.. =x
but then.. it was a bargain.. 4 large pizzas, 2 garlic breads and 2 bottles of 7up for RM106 including taxes.. =O too bad they forgotten about my thin-crust-sweet-syrup-pizza which i think they don't do delivery for that.. =(

and now.. news for vivid Malaysian downloader.. do download all you want now.. cause the new memorandum for internet law will soon hit Malaysia..
for those who are interested in Animes.. better get your hands on those u wanted now.. cause even before the new internet law is approved which i don't think will effect our animes, Funimation (an anime company) may already licensed them.. by that time, it will be very hard to get them cause the fansubs who sub them will delete them from their server..
you will have to rely on megaupload/rapidshare/hotfile or anime hosting websites to get them.. such as :

1) Anikat
2) Zone Anime
3) AnimeTake
4) AnimeA
5) Chauthanh
6) Anime Eden
7) Anime-Ds

some of the above sites may require registering... but they are all for free.. =D

And now with all those I wanna share of the update list.. It's time for something during my 1st week of the new semester..
the subjects this time seem more assuring compared to the last 2 semester.. though it's still too early to proclaim anything and will still give it all I got..
new year comes new resolutions.. and 1 of them is getting better results.. =D

though there is 1 particular subject which really getting into me.. Discrete Mathematics.. and the 1st topic is Logical Algorithms.. and so I was thinking to myself that it's something logical and of course I'm able to comprehend such subject.. as the topic goes deeper.. so are my eyes opened wider.. and all hell broke loose with I stumble upon an example..

If 1 + 1 = 3, then cats can fly.
p : 1 + 1 = 3 => False ;
q : cats can fly => False ;
Hence, p implied q as true by default.

WTF... been ringing in my head ever since.. how can 2 false statements equal to true.. and as by default.. >_< even with explanation, I still can't get it through my head... I guess I will become wiser and imaginative after I'm over with this subject.. =O

I guess that it pretty much all I need to update.. stay tune till CNY which I most probably will be posting only by then.. =x ya.. another hiatus..

P.S. : I just upgraded my my streamyx line to 2mb.. go check put at the nearest streamyx outlet.. a new promotion.. upgrade your existing 1mb to 2mb with only an extra RM10. TRUE!!

P.S.S : I'm about to burst my 1TB HDD... won't be long till I need a 2TB one..

F.R.I.E.N.D.s

With my cousins away and my Uni friends back to their studies...
I will be left at Kuantan with those of other Uni to do anything with..

things won't be that merry but the bright side is that the town will be less crowded and i won't be able to bump into any friends on a simple day out

speaking of bumping into friends.. there's not a day that I went out without seeing some old friends.. be it a movie night or just a simple lunch out with my brother and sister...

It may seems that I have lots of friends.. and I knew lots of people...
but my friends' list only begin from my Form 4 year..
I kinda forgotten the names of my earlier years of friends.. but I do remember their faces.. maybe cause I don't see them anymore...
those that I still see till today of course I will remember..

I think most of everyone out there will agree with me on this..
that the friends that you can really hang out with and have a good time are the ones from secondary school, Form 4 & 5..
but the friends that I used to see are the fellow student of Form 6..

don't get me wrong.. I do cherish the friendship of my Form 6 year
maybe it's because I knew the Form 4 & 5 friends since Form 1... and the Form 6 only for 2 years..
or maybe it's because I still see my Form 6 friends often in Uni but not my Form 5 friends..

either way.. I glad to known so much of them.. It's good to catch up with them all.. calling them out for a drink and just hearing them chat all the way out and I... sitting there listening to their stories..

It ain't that bad.. =DD

I know.. I'm not actually that busy until i had no time to update my blog..
but the thing is when you got no idea or interesting stuff to talk/write about then you won't feel like talking or writing anything..

besides nobody wants to know something as boring as starting the new semester.. attending classes or doing assignments.. is there??
I bet everyone else is the same too.. some probably preparing for their finals.. some may even be sitting them at this very moment..

Well.. for what is worth.. let hope we all stay healthy and living life to the fullest..
even though our life might not be any different from a coffee machine..
making the exact same coffee everyday and as Shakira would sing..

Lifeless-ness

It's been a week since my semester break started...
Been going out as much as possible...
driving all around town.. fetching friends all around..
eating all sorts of foods... especially McD.. =D
watching movies.. though there isn't much to watch lately..
playing badminton with friends..
or just staying home watching some movies and animes i downloaded long time ago... or just playing some online game to kill the time.. =x

I pretty much done everything a person could do when back home
and now i had run out of things to do on my to-do-when-back-home-list =o
and i could already see that my next 2 weeks would probably be similar
it's kinda lifeless, don't you think so??
like the old days when waiting for result.. and it's just been a week... =3

I decided to help my mom with the curtains which usually I won't even when my brother and sister are there to help out... and now I'm voluntarily doing it alone... >_< that shows how bored I am..

ok.. time to wash them curtains now before the sun plays hide and seek...

Exam is finally over...
while waiting for my friends.. I'm going to stay here for a while to relax before returning home...

While I'm at it.. I think I'm going to finish watching all my animes and movies.. I think I might take on a new online game too... =x

I just fixed my laptop overheat problem..
Last night I operate my laptop and found a layer sponge-like layer of dust...
it's no difference compared to a pinch of cotton.. no wonder my laptop heats up to quickly... the fan isn't moving.. =O

Study Week

Study week is finally here...
that means there won't be any classes for a week =D

I have started studying but only still at a minimum...
well.. I guess my heart still want to play some more given that I was busy and had to rush for all assignments and exams till last week..

well.. it's about time to put my laptop aside and reside my books..
though i needed my laptop to study..
what is computer science without a computer.. =x

Degree is truly harder..
At this moment, I'm only confident in getting 1 A this sems, and maybe.. just maybe 2 B's... >_<

The calm after a storm

Been very very busy for the past week... and still is today..

trying having 3 assignment due and 3 exam in a week...
not something to brag about..
but all 3 assignment due today along with an exam to top all those...
calculus to be exact.. >_<

having 3 assignments is tough enough.. but doing all 3 at the same time... it's devastating and life-taking... I feel that I getting older..

well... with no more than 5 hours of sleep a day for 10 days straight.. feeling old and tired is a given... luckily i had more than 4 hours if not I'm goner or will be... =x

and yesterday was the PTPTN submission date... waited since 8.30am till 3pm...
what a hustle it was.. thank god we are not standing... =)

anyway.. things are settling down already.. though I still have 1 more assignment and 1 more exam coming Monday..
I would not say that it's an easy one but at least I don't have to rush to get it done..

P.S : all assignments are given 2 weeks earlier but 1, which is since last month or so.. so don't say that I rush my assignments now before I didn't start earlier.. >_<

Downloads!!

Well.. most of everyone who known me for at least 2 months knew that I downloads... A LOT.. tons of them downloads =X

And these questions are always thrown at me :

a) What program you use?
b) How you download?
c) What is your connection?
d) LOL! You serious? =O

Well.. I used BitComet.. usually i keep it up-to-date.
default settings... so don't come asking me what i change..
i didn't even portforward... LOL.. =X
See for yourself... it's blocked... =D

And it really is a thrill when you get such download speeds especially when you are living in my country.. cause the internet here is like 10 times or more slower than other countries.. =(

The below screenies are taken when I was living at Wangsa Maju
I lived in a condo with 5 other housemates..
It has a 2MB Streamyx connection...
3 out of 5 housemates uses PPStream, 4 out of 5 downloads too, and 2 out of 5 watches YouTube very often... I only download.. nothing else.. =)
So under such conditions, what speed could I get??

And now that I have moved to Kampar.
I lived with 6 other housemates.. with a 1MB Streamyx connection..
though there is only 1 housemate who uses PPStream and another 2 who watches YouTube here.. the others are just normal net surfers.. So I'm still getting the below speed in the screenies.. =D

Some of the speeds are getting from direct downloads just with the use of BitComet as a download manager. **those without upload speed**

I seldom download movies.. only those that I don't think is worth watching in the cinemas or those that are not in the cinema anymore.. sometimes i even delete those movies without watching them.. I just don't have interest in them anymore.. =)

songs are at a minimum too..
only those that are like 2 or 3 years ago.. miss those old songs so much..

I download animes the most.. from free fansubs..

It has been a while since i posted something worth reading... though I dunno whether are my posts worth reading anyway...
been really busy with the new Uni.. and since I'm a late comer... more things needed to be done at the registration and admission parts..

nonetheless.. assignment groups are formed before I came along.. and with all those rules set by the lecturers.. it's making it hard for me to join a group...
fortunately... at the very end of last week.. I finally got all of those stuff out of the way...
and now I can concentrate on studies...

but 1st.. I need to mix some friends.. I'm totally going solo in most of the classes.. >_< ............................................................................................................................................

cause it's my dad's working trunk.. =X and this is some road to Sg. Besar in the Sabak Bernam district... this road is so long and straight yet bumpy... My dad was basically driving 120 - 140km/h on the middle of the road or on the incoming lane or would I say 'on the wrong lane'.. and we are bumping and hoping inside...

the road stretches for like some 40km or so.. and only with around 6 small corners along it.. there are almost no cars on it... it's like somewhat isolated... there aren't any signals on most parts of this road.. all Maxis, Digi and Celcom.. are down...

if I would to dump a body, not that I did.. this would definitely be the place... it's a jungle on the left of the road... and palm oil plantation on the right... I even spotted a snake crossing the road.. =O

Holiday at last

exam sudah habis... quite satisfied with yesterday final paper...
I done quite OK I would say...

and with the exams and studies out of the way... I can finally do whatever I want to.. xD
alone in a master room, lots of space to lay around, empty enough to pump up the volume... gg
but it's rather lonely... without and noise of my room mates...
no more "Yeah.. Yeah!!~", "Ni hen MAN Ahhhhh!!~", "Fuck you la...", "Chun Doi..", and other bad and rude words... english and chinese ones... >_<
My 2 room mates had ended their stay in KL and headed back to their respective homes...

Well... this will all end in another 2 days... since I will be going back to my hometown too...

Kuantan here I come...

and after 2 - 3 weeks later... result will be out... and then it will be getting busy again...
so I might as well enjoy myself now...
now that I thought about it... next 2 days would be my 5th time moving again in 1 year time... just that this time is away from KL.. xD
there will be a 6th time since I 1st moved was last year July... and before this year's July I would have to moved to continue my studies...

haha... unbelievable.. just unbelievable...

Daily schedule without exam

I know it's been a while since my last post... I wouldn't dare to say that I didn't have the time...
As a matter in fact... I do have the time... but still do not wish to update my blog... >_<
mainly cause what I do daily is like a routine... been doing the same stuff almost everyday when there is no exam on that day...

Woke up and relax in the morning... then have brunch around 12 to 2pm depending on what time we slept the night before... watch animes or movies in the afternoon until dinner time... dinner around 7.30 to 8pm.. then bathe and start studying... usually i would set how many chapters to revive... usually stop around 11 to 1am.. depending on progress... then it's either game time or watching animes and movies time... xD

my 24 hours a day can be divided like-wise :
--------------------------------------------------
6 - 8 hours of sleep
1 - 2 hours for meals
1 - 2 hours of gaming
4 - 5 hours of studying
1 - 2 hours for surfing the internet
5 - ? hours for watching animes and movies

interesting isn't it... xD
even though I spent most of my time sitting in front of my laptop watching... that doesn't mean that I'm some anti-social person...

P.S. : Don't worry... my animes and movies do not run out... there is always something to watch... and it's not streaming... it's downloaded... xD imagine having download speed of 100 - 200kb/s half of the day..

A week of peace perhaps??

It's another study week again... in other words.. it's a holiday.. xD
but is it time to relax after a sems of studying or is it to study harder before the final exam...
it's like the study week is the present, the sems studying is the past, while the future is the final exam..
we will doing something reflecting what we have done in the past.. but we will also be representing what we will be doing in the future...

the way I see it... it's both.. to relax and to study harder...
it's hard to forget what we had been through just months ago... and then we can't just be narrow minded and do what we want to do now without thinking what will happen in the future...

so this study week... I'm going to study a few chapters or few hours as in 4 hours or so a day...
while relaxing the rest of the day... xD

P.S. : Even though I said so... I know I will procrastinate my studies... xD

Somehow I think the internet at my house is seasonal...
Fast during Spring and Autumn.. slow during Winter and Summer...
Thank God it doesn't follow Malaysia's season, Summer all year.. >_<

Wanted to blog 2 days earlier... but the internet is devastated to even surf the net...
if I'm lucky then I might still be able to sign in my MSN...
if not then I won't be able to see the blinking LED of the modem...

seem that there are some technical issues at TM...
so we were told la upon calling up for quarries.. >_<

well enough with the internet stuff.. even though I'm very frustrated with the fact that most of my downloads aren't moving... they just stuck at 80%+ ....
Damn.. I was waiting for a while now for them to finish up...
well.. it's has nothing to do with the internet... it's the torrent itself... >_<

I even bought a 320GB Western Digital external HDD at the recent PC Fair to store those downloaded files so i can continue download and watch them some other time... ^^

Another separate issue I'm facing here... that I think I won't be able to put down if I don't voice out...
I don't usually regret the decisions I made solely on my own... but is it the right or wrong decision this time??

throughout my foundation course I have been selflessly helping others in their assignments..
it doesn't matter if the person is in my group or other group... If they ask I will answer if I have the answer to it...
and most of the time.. I don't even get a simple 'Thank You'..
now this is the final assignment I'm working on.. in fact I just finished yesterday...

a friend of mine ask for mine... and well he's the kind of friend who takes things into granted...
and without my help from time to time.. he would probably has some F's rather than a CGPA of 2.0 flat now..
well... he requested for my assignment... and I answered :
"You ah.. always know how to copy only"
and he said ok and return me my assignment.. with a sour face..

I explained to him that your project is different that mine cause our project are diff in terms of logic as in way of thinking and solving...
mine I done myself so I can do the reports and all...
while his on the other hand is done by calling other lecturer to do for him.. at least 80% of it..
in fact when the lecturer do for him.. the foundation of the project was mine to begin with...
and with the use of my idea when I asked that lecturer about my assignment..
and because of that I had to change mine so it won't be the same.. as to avoid plagiarism..
it's more like I helped him to avoid...

Then just this morning.. he woke up extra early and went to college 3 hours before class...
and which today is the day to pass up the assignment...
he didn't tell me why but I knew... it's written all over his face...
he probably went to college and ask that lecturer about how to write the report of his project..

I just can't stand when everything (ya.. this is not the 1st time)... I spent restless hours.. days.. (each assignment won't take a week time in total la... ) doing all those assignment which he's always in the same group as I'm.. this is the 2nd assignment we had to do individually... the 1st one I actually had it done for him entirely...
