Pepper – To taste
Shallots diced thinly – 2
Fresh thyme - 1 tbsp
Lime Juice – 1 lemon
butter - 25 g

Halibut are the largest of the flatfish from the family of the right-eye flatfish ( to know which eye side - hold a Halibut , jaw  pointing up ). Usually a chocolate to olive or slaty brown color.
