The breeze today is an exception. It has been really hot in Virginia. I am always thinking 
about how I can optimize the current season and weather to accelerate my health restoration.

To slow down: Sometimes the pain actually causes me to have to slow down. At one point I stopped being angry at how slow I moved and I started enjoying the slower pace. Now I am moving fast again, and I need to remember

I'm supposed to mix all three of them into juice or water and drink.  To be honest, they don't taste that great and they kind of make me gag unless I hold my nose. So, I'm trying to come up with drinks that would compliment/mask the flavor of the tonics.  I just came up with

It's hard to tell, but these blueberries are huge!
 It's easy to eat lots of fruits and vegetables in the summer. I'm doing about 7 servings of fruits and vegetables/day now. Lots of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, dandelion greens, wild cloves, kale, parsley, lettuce, celery, cucumber, peppers, squash, cilantro and basil.

My neck incision is almost unnoticeable, my anemia is gone, I am gaining weight, I have normal energy levels again and I have only 2 more days left with

I am dealing with extreme fatigue, but that's what I chose when I refused the blood transfusion which would help reverse my anemia. I am eating lots of iron-rich foods (red meat, fruits, dark green vegetables). I've found that the more I sit the harder it is to get up and move. So now I'm trying to do more things for myself so that I get back the stamina.
