Why was I born this hour, today, this month, this year? Why was I born here? Why was I born into this family? and Why was I born in this place? These questions are of course not be answered by our human mind. These questions are of course only be answered on the basis of love and the will of God. Because everything will be there or everything will not be there because the will of God. In the Book of Psalms says: "For He spoke, then everything went, He gave the command, then it's all there." And also in the Gospel of John 1:3 says: "All things made by Him and without Him nothing that has been so from all that has been made."

It is recognized that a person born into this world is always through biological processes. Biologically human birth, beginning with a meeting of two lovers who agree to live together as husband and wife in a household. Her two lovers agree to live together in a household, beginning with the wedding and blessed by God, then gave an offspring (Genesis 4:1). Human births in a household that is blessed by God, still remains a puzzle or mystery. This is because the presence or absence of offspring in a family or household, it depends on God's love and God's will. Although human knowledge has the ability to produce findings that sophisticated and modern in increasing the hormone or the level of human fertility, but the presence of a child in a household or family (descendants) depends entirely on the greatness and the will of God.

There are also some questions, some of them: Can the man answered and find out the origins of life? Can the man answered or find out when the soul entered his life? Can any person answer why he was born as a male or female? This is the mystery or riddle of human life will never be answered by the man himself, except by the will and freedom of God. Human beings are also mortal. When man is born into this world, it is also confronted with death, because of mortality. At one time, man will leave his life, in other words he will experience a death. Is death can also be said of a mystery? The answer is yes or true. Are humans able to plan when he will suffer death or whether the man will know the time of his death? answers to these questions is will never ever know.

One thing that will be known with certainty by the human race is that one day he would experience death. But if we'll find out when the mortality experienced by a human being, there will never be able to or can answer. Both birth and death, both of them is a puzzle or a mystery. Death is a mystery, because death is a human experience that surely will never be discussed or described. While the other experiences in human life can be clearly described. In other words, we will never hear a story, a story or testimony from people who have experienced death.

If anyone had told us that had never died, then of course our response is not believing. Death is something that can’t be studied thoroughly and clean by humans.

revsavrisonmanembusth@yahoo.co.id (Rev. Without a crown, a man can’t do anything. Through this crown also, people can think logically. Correct and reasonable. But also with this crown, people can abuse it, so that thought is not logical, not the right thing and not something that makes sense. By thinking in a logical and reasonable, people can be smart, people can be honest and can discipline himself or be careful in removing the words, phrases or actions. The issue here is: Do men can or is able to think logically?

There are 3 ways of human thinking, human logical thinking, Man of non-logical thinking and human thought not logical. Human non-logical-minded man whose mind is always breaking things that logic. What is meant by something non-logical is something that can’t be disputed. While the non-logical mind is the thought that basically violated various rules of logic. Logical thinkings often equated with "healthy thinking", that is the human ability to think, so as to distinguish what is right and what is not true. The results or quality of the human mind that logical or sensible is the truth. Instead something that produces untruth is produced by the human mind that is not logical or violate the rules of logic.

Logical thinking or thinking well do not ignore the existence of differences of opinion. Differences of opinion that occur in a logical or sensible mind is not healthy because they thought that one person is better than the other common sense person. Differences of opinion in the mind of a logical or sensible due to the methods of thinking are different. There are several methods of sound thinking or logical thinking is often used is as follows:

1. If you do not know clearly, that something is true, you do not ever believe it.

2. Break, all the problems so into smaller parts to retrieve the solution.

3. Begin to handle things the simplest and easiest to understand, den and then increased to the problems of the most difficult.

4. If you list the elements of a problem, express the elements of it completely, and there is no single thing that is set aside.

Once again I want to say that people who think logically or think healthy is a person who is able to distinguish what is right and what is not right or wrong. But we must remember that people think are healthy or logical thinking will always be true. People who think logically or think reasonably should really realize that the existence of the difficulties in proving what is right, hard to think straight and clear in considering factors such as emotional and factors that are sometimes far beyond the reach of us humans.

It is recognized that there are certain factors that are located far away or out of our reach. Everyone can tell which "right" and "Where are mistaken." In human life, are often confronted with things beyond his reach. This is because not all sources can be known, not all information can be accepted and not all facts can be advocates for known or reliable. In our logical thinking or healthy, we have contrasted the "practical truth" and "the factual truth." Truth is the factual truths related to the facts of human experience. Something will be considered correct, because according to the facts. "Truth is in accordance with the facts is the truth that applies to every person, valid at all times and applies to every place."

I have already covered at length about people who think logically, to think in a healthy and thoughtful human being is not logically or unhealthy. How the link between humans who think in a healthy, logical and correct to the existence of God as "All Right". In the Book of Romans 3:26 and compare it with the Gospel of John 3:20-21, which gives information, that the people who really are the people who run everything according to God's truth)?

It can’t be denied, that as believers have based his method and his way of thinking in relation to the truth of God. This is because the human mind will be healthy and true, if based on a truth that is God's truth. Therein lies the limitations of humanity, that our inability to understand the Truth of God will lead to ways of thinking that is not true.

revsavrisonmanembusth@yahoo.co.id (Rev.
A woman forced to marry a man there was not loved. Brothers and sisters, must have been something not desired by all people that married people who are not loved. Mutual love is the foundation of a happy, otherwise life is not because the basis of mutual love is not happy. Everyone would also shy away from a marriage without a basis of mutual love. This is a view which is natural for every human being who wants to give a love relationship happiness. A woman who was married by a man who does not love must be a coercion by others, or out of necessity.

In this illustration, where a woman who had married a man who is not loved. Apparently the man who married her is a man who was so cruel and a lot demanding. Her husband is making a list to be done by him as a wife, her husband made a list of some of them: Wake up to sleep should be at five in the morning, prepare food or breakfast in the morning should be at six in the morning, wash the clothes must be at nine, cooking should be at eleven o'clock, waiting for husband to go home must be six o'clock and so on. This woman worked diligently to demonstrate that he is a good wife, though her husband was very fierce and cruel. This woman's life is full of misery, suffering and torment, but he tried to run all the duties and responsibilities as wives and as a housewife with a full heavy heart. One day is never unexpected, this man or her husband died. Time after time passed and lived as a widow (not married).

One time this woman married again to a man who truly loved her. This woman living in the household seems happy, because based on mutual love. In the afternoon, she was unpacking the bookcase, and find a list of jobs created by her first husband. This woman returned to take a careful and pay attention to the planned tasks with strictly from time to time the pressing schedule that! Then this woman contemplate and compare the tasks that he did when living with her first husband with the tasks now that she lived with her second husband. Then she realized that during the marriage with her second husband, it turns out he has been doing things exactly the same as the first schedule imposed by her first husband. But this woman did not object, and did not feel pressured in doing exactly the same task. Why is that?

The reason is: "Because there is Love!"

This illustration suggests that, if you love the Lord Jesus Christ, you certainly can carry out all types of duties and responsibilities are so heavy with joy and willingly. Lord Jesus Christ has loved the man until he had to die on the cross. "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)

What about us? What we've done so far towards the Lord Jesus Christ is an act of love or just because they are forced by tradition? Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ should be run with great earnestness, sincerity, joy and loving, but not being forced or compelled.

Faith is really out of love will live, grow and bear fruit and be a blessing to many people.

revsavrisonmanembusth@yahoo.co.id (Rev.
There are several examples of attitudes and actions of living in hope that witnessed in the Bible, among others:

1. In the Gospel of Matthew 25:1-13; the story of ten virgin; tells the story of five virgin, the faithful waiting in hope, to keep the lamp was not extinguished.

2. Testimony sermon on the Mount, in Matthew 5:3-12; the Christian witness of the hope, that the blessed are those who strive to reach the truth of God. They got the promise will be treated in the Kingdom of God.

Living in hope is the attitude and actions of life who believe in the coming new heaven and earth. Attitudes and actions of this expectation is based on the power of the resurrection of Christ (read in 1 Corinthians 15:14). The sky is the atmosphere and a new life where all things renewed by the power of the resurrection of Christ (read in 2 Peter 3:13).

Living in hope also is an attitude and actions of living constantly striving for perfection will lead to a faith in God. Living in hope is a life that sees a future, the plan of God. Living in hope is a life that constantly want to fight for God's justice, human welfare, eradicate all kinds of disease, and ignorance. Life that make and declare shalom and the Kingdom of God to humanity and all God's creation.

Living in hope is not the attitude of life that want to run or want to escape from reality every day life's difficulties. Living in hope is alive overcome every difficulty and struggle for justice and righteousness of God and give real hope to mankind and the world. Living in hope is not pessimistic about the situation of living in today's world situation. The development of the world became a trigger, which challenge and encourage believers to realize the hope of his faith. The Bible also tells an interesting story, about two young people who have hope.

They were hopeless, that God will continue to work for his people. In 1 Samuel 14, told in very clear, how the nation of Israel or Israeli troops are in very sad circumstances. Philistine chariots five times more than the number of Israeli troops. King Saul had lost control, see the fact. All blacksmith Israel have been arrested by the Philistines, all the people of Israel no longer possible to increase the number of weapons for war. The people of Israel or Israeli troops were waiting for death or defeat them against the Philistines. If the situation is not hopeless, there was Jonathan, the son of Saul. He does nothing but raise the spirit to have hope. He proposed to a young man (who brought the gun) to examine the armies of the Philistines, with hope, "Maybe God will act for us, because the Lord is not difficult to help, whether with people or with a few people" (1 Samuel 14:6) .

That's the hope. Hope is the essence of believers, "But who among the living has hope, because a live dog is better than a dead lion" (Ecclesiastes 9:4). Living in hope is alive who know who God is real. There is no expectation that without knowing God properly.

With hope, we will be more confident that the strength in us is from God who continues to work in us. That God will never leave us. That our lives are always in God's control. God is always good design for the believer.

With this hope, too, then we will be more confident that God will continue to exist on our side, because we entrust our lives to Him.

revsavrisonmanembusth@yahoo.co.id (Rev.
Many people understand that the suffering he experienced was a bad fate. The fact is that not everyone can accept that suffering. In other words, until now no one will smile and laugh when subjected to an affliction. But not rare that until this moment we also sometimes experience suffering. Are our attitudes and actions when it happens in our lives? Everything is dependent on the attitude and our own self. If we learn from our experience that there are certain times we rejoice and be happy for the wonderful events we experience, but also there are certain times we'll grieve, mourn and cry over events which we experience suffering. Honestly if we want to ask: Do we want to live in misery? The answer to this question is: "we do not want to experience what is called suffering, because suffering is an awful thing or an unpleasant." This is certainly reasonable within every human being. Critical response that would phrased is: "It is not normal human beings, if happy or laugh at the suffering.” There is a phrase that says that: "Thou shalt not laugh, when to see your neighbor or someone else in pain or do you rejoice in the suffering of others."

Of course, attitudes and sweep is not right for humans as social beings or not good for the people who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ who gave priority to a matter of love in life. "This is some food for thought or idea about respect and human perception about suffering. Who are our role model Christians about suffering? The answer is the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Lord Jesus Christ was the epitome of suffering. In the Christian Bible is the Bible, explaining that: "The misery or suffering experienced by the Lord Jesus Christ is not bad luck that befell him. The Bible connects misery of the Lord Jesus with the human condition. In many ways, the Lord Jesus Christ to explain his misery with a variety of parables, including:

1. He is the good shepherd, who gave His life for His sheep (John 10:11,15).

2. He came to serve and give His life a ransom for many people (the Gospel of Matthew 20:28 and Mark 1:45). "This is my body which is broken for you ..." (Luke 22:19).

Therefore, the woes of the Lord Jesus Christ must be understood in conjunction with and for others. He suffered not for His sins. His misery was the "victim", which reconcile the passion and the passion that brought redemption to the world and many people. Misery that led to the death of the Lord Jesus Christ on the cross is a glorious gift for the order of human life. Therefore, to understand the suffering endured by the Lord Jesus Christ, it can be said that human beings who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ must be able to live life despite having to accept the bitterness of suffering.

For we must remain confident that if we suffer for Him, then we will still be given the power to go beyond and through that suffering. Except for the suffering we experience is our own fault, then we have to do is to confess sins to Him. Let us not be afraid and worry if we have an affliction, but we must be able to deal with the full hope and surrender to the Lord Jesus Christ, for the suffering that we experience is an exam that will not exceed our capabilities. And finally let us give attention and a way out or when the other solutions we have a pain in his life.

Final words:

"Let us not act as fuel to extinguish the fire that blame, but rather act as the cool water to extinguish the fire or the anger that while blame or flame."

revsavrisonmanembusth@yahoo.co.id (Rev.
Several years ago, the custom in the church so the congregation bring their offerings to the next. There was a shepherd who called his congregation to give something with a very good goal. Many of the congregation who came forward with their love offerings. Among them was a little girl who suffered paralysis. Although in such circumstances, the little girl is trying to move forward to give offerings as an expression of gratitude to God. Given by a young girl who was paralyzed?

He let go of the ring from her finger and placed it on the table a bid. After completion of service, the shepherd girl came over and took the ring. Shepherd said: "I see what you're doing, is something very beautiful, but others have given quite a lot so we have enough for this purpose so that we feel that this ring will be returned to you ..."

Shepherd was very surprised with the determination and motivation this little girl who did not wish to receive back her favorite ring. The little girl answered and commenting on the direct action simultaneously shepherd is, thus: "You do not understand, I do not give the ring to my father, but I gave it to God."

With illustrations spiritual can be said that: there is also the maids or servants of God who does not understand that giving is the true church to the glory of God. Therefore it is not surprising that many times misused church offerings. So did the church. still do not understand that there is a provision in the form of offerings to the glory of God. If the servant of God misuse our offerings, it is not our business anymore but a business man of God and God.

Therefore, if we give, let it be with the sincerity and earnestness.

revsavrisonmanembusth@yahoo.co.id (Rev.
Before Bible New Living Translation Bible-Indonesia Institute published in 1974, there have been several Bible in Malay which is the embryo of the Indonesian language. Translation of Matthew A. C. Ruly (1629) is the first effort in translating the Bible in Indonesian. The use of the word "God" then questioned by some Christians in recent years, which although has been used for hundreds of years in Bible translations that have been circulated in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.

What is certain is that, when continued use of the word "GOD", the Indonesian Bible Society has considered the weight of history as well as various cross-cultural translation process that has been seen in the Bible itself.

Indonesian Bible Institute Policy regarding equivalent to the divine names are not taken by simplistic. There are some things that have been carefully considered, among other things:

1. Text source (Hebrew and Aramaic for the Old Testament, the Greek New Testament) and commentary.

2. The tradition of the people of God in the Old Testament and New Testament.

3. The history of the use of divine names in translating the Bible into various languages and cultures over time.

4. The policy followed by the teams of Bible translation around the world, particularly those joining the United Bible institutions of the World (United Bible Societies).

5. Agreement taken together with the churches, both Catholic and Protestant, who use the Bible published by Bible Society in Indonesia until now. By the completion of Bible-New Living Translation Bible Society of Indonesia, for example in 1968 was held in Cipayung consultation with leaders and representatives from churches of various denominations. In this consultation, among others, agreed that the word "GOD" still be used as in previous translations.

Indonesian Bible Society has never pretend as if the translation is perfect and does not need to be repaired again. However, given the long process and days taken to publish the Bible, the demands of several groups who wish to remove or restore a particular name, can’t be obeyed just like that. In all decision-making process concerning the translation of the Bible, various factors must be considered carefully regarding the source texts, interpretation, translation tradition until the implications for fellowship and testimonies of God's people together, especially in the homeland of Indonesia.

The main source of this paper is: Indonesian Bible Institute Article: "Why does the word "GOD" and "Lord"is used in our Bible?" 2010 pages 1-3.

revsavrisonmanembusth@yahoo.co.id (Rev.
The use of the word "God" in the Bible is still questioned by some users specifically Bible Indonesia Bible Institute publications. This issue came to the surface, this is because there are some groups who until recently also reject the use of the word "GOD" and wants to revive the use of the name "Yahweh" or "Yahweh". In the Hebrew text is actually the name "Yahweh" or "Yahweh" is written only with the four consonants ("YOD" - "HE" - "WAW" - "HE", "YHWH") without vowels. But until now there is an adamant, the fourth of this letter should be pronounced. In the translation of the Bible Institute of Indonesia is considered to have distorted, even misleading the Christians in this country (Indonesia).

Some critical questions that arise: "Are Indonesian Bible Institute entrusted by the churches to translate the Bible has made a fundamental mistake?. Where exactly lies the problem?. Some of the following explanations would laid to review briefly the various considerations that underlie the Bible Institute Indonesia used the word "God" and "Lord" in the Bible. Why Indonesian Bible Society used the word "God" in the Bible both Old Testament and New Testament? In the Bible, New Living Translation (1974) which is widely used in the homeland of Indonesia, by both Catholics and Protestants, that the word "Allah" is an equivalent of the word 'ELOHIM,' ELOAH, and 'EL which in the Hebrew Bible can be seen in some part of them:

1. Genesis 1:1: "In the beginning God ('ELOHIM) created the heavens and the earth."

2. Deuteronomy 32:17: "They sacrifice to evil spirits that are not of God ('ELOAH).

3. Psalm: "My God (EL), my God, why hast thou forsaken me?"

In terms of language, that can’t be denied, the word 'ELOHIM,' ELOHA and 'EL associated with the root word' L, the god who was worshiped in the world of "ancient Semitic." EL, ILU or god is allied forms are commonly used for the supreme god. Ancient Israel nation was wearing a term used by the nations around it. Does that mean they embrace polytheism? Of course, not! Ancient Israel understood the words that are new. They worship is the only Creator of heaven and earth. Processes like these which until now continue to roll, when the word of God to reach many nations and cultures around the world. Some groups who reject the word "GOD" is of the opinion that the word should not be present in the Christian Bible. Some gave the reason that "God" is the name of God that is worshiped by Muslims. There are also linking him with the gods of the Arabs. If this stance is true and accurate, thus the use of 'EL,' ELOAH and 'ELOHIM must be stricken from the Hebrew Bible!. Anyway there are some inscriptions found in the sixth century shows that the word "Allah" was used by Orthodox Christians before the birth of Islam.

To date countries which have a community-Christian country such as Egypt, Iraq, Algeria, Jordan and Lebanon are taking the word "GOD" in their Bibles. So, the word "GOD" can’t be claimed as belonging to one religion only. Policies Indonesian Bible Society translate 'ELOHIM,' ELOAH and 'EL at all is not new. The first Bible translation into the Greek language which is about the third century AD, is the oldest example we have.

Translation that we know by the name "Septuagint" was done in Alexandria, Egypt, and is intended for the Greek-speaking Jews. In the Book of Genesis 1:1, for example, the Septuagint uses the term "THEOS" which is usually used for the Greek gods. In fact, in the New Testament also uses the same word, such as the following example: "Blessed be God (THEOS), Father of our Lord Jesus Christ" (2 Corinthians 1:3). Sure, "THEOS" in this quotation is not understood as polytheistic gods.

revsavrisonmanembusth@yahoo.co.id (Rev.
In any event, whether the event of accident, murder or any other events that must take a testimony of a witness. In any event, such as those mentioned above, not all people want to give themselves to become witnesses to an incident he had seen. In other words we are reluctant to be witnesses, this is because many people assume that being a witness to an event is something that is very inconvenient. A witness should be asked to swear and promise to be truthful or correct. A witness was also asked to answer various questions and questions from police, prosecutors, defenders, judges or other people who want to know much of an event. The spoken testimony of this, will make others happy even angry.

Testimony that makes the anger of others may be able to threaten our safety. A witness is someone who has no interest in anything. Therefore, a question for us is "what the need or advantage to be a witness?" People who serve or act as a witness in an event or occurrence is not something that is not easy. A witness must be carefully and accurately tell what he has seen, heard and experienced. Things large and small will be asked to him. A witness also must be objective. This objective is something that is very difficult to do because every witness has a mind to give priority to subjective mind. A witness also can replace the truth with something that is not correct or reverse the fact or facts. Being a witness to these events alone, it is something difficult and complicated, let alone a witness to the larger case.

Being a witness for Christ is a witness for cases which are very large. Every person who gives himself to be a witness for Christ is a person who is the true witness of the life and work of Christ. In Acts 1:8 says: "... ye shall be my witnesses ..." Being a witness who preach the truth of Christ must have been something much more complicated than being a witness in the courtroom. Being a witness for Christ rather than just talk, to speak or talk, but must demonstrate a lifestyle. Being a witness in the courtroom is something very different to be a witness for Christ. The difference is that a witness in the courtroom is to stretch the truth, but a witness of Christ is not just stretch the truth but tell the truth so many people would believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is the Savior, the Son of God and the Messiah. In the Gospel of John 20:31 says: "... that you may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and by your faith that you may have life in His name."

So be a witness for Christ is the one who delivered the news truth the word of God so many people into believing, have life in Christ or get style and quality of life of Christ. Quality of life or lifestyle of Christ is: simple, unpretentious, peaceful, calm, do not choose love, love to forgive, to be honest, not mercenary, help, respect for others and many more. Whether this can we do? This is the hassle of typing people become witnesses of Christ. But as a good witness for Christ we must not run away from that responsibility.

Be a good witness is preferred by many people, a blessing to many people and our testimony becomes something that smells good to God.

Good job serving the Lord.

revsavrisonmanembusth@yahoo.co.id (Rev.
