<p style="text-align: justify;">Whilst I’m on the subject of competition…</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">There is no doubt that thousands of companies and business’s are turning to the .net for some answers.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Most are hitting obstacles… With so much information available it’s confusing, a time suck and ultimately leeds to ‘information overload’ and paralysis….</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">i.e. Doing nothing…</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Being a small business has its advantages… Especially online. You can act fast, with no or little beaurocracy.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The <em>trick</em> is to know EXACTLY what to do and when!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It means you can operate in that exclusive club..the small group of entrepreneurs who actually make this Internet marketing thing work…</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Everybody else can continue down the road to oblivion, hoping, fingers crossed to score a ‘home run’.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As the National Lottery says…”It ‘could’ be you…” and well it could be them… Fingers crossed hey.. But not a strategy I would recommend.</p>
<h2 id="biggclosesthedoor" style="text-align: justify;">Big ‘G’ Close’s The Door</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Im convinced that if your not using Adwords your missing out. Even the big ‘G’ themselves are closing the door…</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If you haven’t heard Google Analytcs is removing the ability to see what search terms generated visits to your pages….</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It sucks but hey Google can do what they want, right?</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Pretty soon <strong>the only</strong> way your going to see the words people are using to find your web site will be using Google’s Adwords Program…</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The <strong>only</strong> way to see what words are working ( and converting ) will be to pay your dues…</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This is fundamental stuff and why I started <a href="http://yourinternetbusinesslink.com/products/backbone-project">The BackBone Project</a> in the first place.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">I don’t think their has been a better time than NOW to learn what works and how you can implement adwords into your marketing strategy..</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The biggest mistake I see is people shooting from the hip, and thinking they know what works in their market without testing.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">I would go on to say if your not in the 20% of the 20% ( the 5% ) then those that are, will grow big enough to dominate once the turnaround comes along!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The crappy advice, currently being dished out across the usual media channels, advising you to pull your belt in and &#8216;ride&#8217; out the storm is just that&#8230; &#8216;crappy&#8217;.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Today, more than ever before, you MUST be competitive! You must BEAT your competition&#8230;it&#8217;s all you have to do.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If your thinking you need to go to extraordinary lengths to <a title="Backbone Project" href="http://yourinternetbusinesslink.com/products/backbone-project/">elevate</a> yourself above everyone else&#8230;.you would be mistaken.</p>

<li>Fundamental 1 - You MUST have something to actually sell, that means have an offer of some description.</li>

<p style="text-align: justify;">If your NOT using the single most powerful tool to TEST your offers, how the heck are you &#8216;TESTING YOUR OFFERS?&#8221;</p>
