Final Review of recent shoes to help with right stuffed up ankle, score out of 10: Hoka Transport, a normal kind of sneaker, not plush, reminiscent of an old Volley sandshoe. For walking around: 6.5/10 Hoka Bondi 9, super plush comfortable, stable, good for summer: 9/10. Hoka Clifton 10: Less Plush, more towards a normal type shoe, very supportive: 8/10. On Cloud Monster 3: Less Plush, Weird, not good. 4.5/10. New Balance 860: Very Plush, better for cooler climes: 8.5/10 The Hoka Bondi 9, Clifton 10 and New Balance 860 have increased my capacity in terms of walking distance without pain: from about 100 metres to about 5km. A big difference. The Hoka Transport are good for about 2 kilometres. The On Cloud Monster 3 are just plain stupid. A cool looking stupid shoe. Wallowing. Trippy. Great dirt attractors.

Data Centres, Vulnerability

In any social or collective uprising against AI etc, the easiest target would be the Data Centres. They are huge and vulnerable. Noticing that there are now comments and snipes against the COVID measures we all went through a few years back. We had never had such a collective health problem before in our history, and I believe experts did their best to provide the best rules, advices and intelligent care during that dangerous period, taking into account that it was all new. A lot fewer folk died than would have happened without the government expert actions. That's simply true. Now, out of the woodwork, arise complaints etc based on the bizarre notions of RF Kennedy who is an idiot, a profiteer, a road-kill collector, and an addict with a worm in his brain...& his life history indicates simply that he is not a decent human being. Dr Fauci in the USA did a fair bit of good, considering the Trump notion of doing nothing except drink bleach and aspire to personal freedom...insane ideas in that dangerous scenario. The unnecessary complexity of the odd 'democracy' in the USA added significantly to the raw death count...the Vaccine did not do that. A million US folk died of COVID, not of the vaccine. We were smarter than the USA, for sure, in Australia, and here in Victoria, and our death rate was far lower per capita. We accepted more control by government, for sure, as that is the job of government...and that was very smart to do. The rest is just advertising for profit and to stoke up the usual dopes, with elections coming soon here and there.

I am sorry that you are experiencing issues logging into your Ahpra Portal. Renewal applications for Nurses and Midwives are now online only. Like many Australian organisations, our processes have transitioned in recent years to online services.

In order to get you access to your portal I have reset your password from our end, and I would ask you please follow the steps below.

You will receive a separate email with the subject "your new practitioner portal password." Simply click on the link in the email, and you will be re-directed to the Ahpra Portal Login page.

It will then prompt you to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) first, prior to requesting a change of password. Please see Setting up MFA for a guide on installing and preparing to use your MFA app.

Once you have followed the password reset link, click on "Set up Multi-Factor Authentication" and follow these steps:
You will be shown the QR code to set up Multi Factor Authentication
Please open your authenticator app, select add code and scan the QR code to the app. Ensure you have scanned from inside the application, not from your camera.
If you are only using a mobile phone to log in, please click the option that you do not have a QR code underneath the QR code on the link you have followed
After this, copy the 30 digit string of characters that appears
In your authenticator app, you will need to press the option to add a setup/security key
You will paste this 30 digit code in the app, and this will allow you to generate a 6 digit verification code, this code lasts for 30 seconds and will then refresh to make another code.
When it is successfully added, a 6-digit verification code will appear, this code lasts for 30 seconds and will then refresh to make another code.
Enter the unique code from the app, into the designated 'enter code' box on the Ahpra page and press 'connect.' You must ensure you enter the code and press connect before the current code expires.
When using an authenticator app, please ensure the following:
Your phones time and date are correctly set and synchronized to ensure accurate code generation
Your authenticator app is updated to the latest version
You have a stable internet connection
Push notifications are enabled within the app
It may also be appropriate to:
Restart your device to resolve temporary glitches
Clear the cache of the authenticator app in the device settings
Remove your Ahpra portal account from the authenticator app and re-add to the account
Once the code has been accepted, you will be required to change your password and will be provided with a list of password parameters. Please note it needs to include at least one upper case, one lower case, one number and a special character, and be at least 10 characters long.

After the password is successfully changed, you will be directed to your online portal screen where you can access your account and proceed with any necessary actions.

If you do not this receive the password reset email, check your junk or spam folder. The password reset email can take up to 10 minutes to come through. If you don’t receive it after 10 minutes, check that your email is the correct username. You may have a different email registered with Ahpra. If this is the case, please let us know what email you would prefer to use so we can change this for you in a subsequent web enquiry.

Feeling.
A bit flat today.
Tired of the general ticker-tape rigmarole of the human years I guess.
To be expected from time to time, especially as you grow up into the great oldness, as us fortunate ones do.
No need for medicines or cheering up.
I see the Americans remain as stupefyingly adolescent as always.
The UK is awful now too.
Far too many weak decisions, choosing poverty for themselves. Not so bright. Gutless. Racist to the core.
Not much hope in either of those.
I'm hoping the World Cup may lift my spirits a tad.
Sad that most of it is in the USA. They are not great planners for something so big. Not great planners for anything. Hasn't even happened yet and yet the Americans are looking for someone to blame.
It's just what they do with the vapid intelligence they have at their disposal.
They will fuck up the World Cup. So will Israel. That's all they can do now. That's their wont.
