If you want a good, strong blog with a steady stream of repeat visitors, there are a few items you need to remove from your template or layout ASAP!

♦ Ghost Code and broken widgets. Were you a member of MyBlogLog? You may have some old code somewhere in there on your source page that may be slowing your pageload time - or worse - become a doorway for a hacker to come in and force a pop-up or a re-direct, stealing your readers!

♦ Re-direct widgets - go to your blog from a public computer - DO NOT log on to your Google or Blogspot or Blogger or WordPress account - as you hover over URLs, look in the lower left hand corner of the browser's bottom bar and see exactly what that link looks like: if there is an http://something else followed by your blog link, something is going on that may be affecting your traffic - a lot of advertisers will shun any blog that supports re-directs!

♦ Flash widgets and music that auto-plays when a visitor lands on your page. SUPER NO-NO! Get rid of any and all such garbage. Your load time will be cut by more than half!

♦ Broken Links - Bing and Google will have trouble with routine website indexes if you have too many. get rid of that old blogroll from 2006 as well! You don't need it! And nobody uses TRACKBACKS much anymore, so delete any code for that feature as well!

♦ Duplicate Content - watch out for shoddy guest-posters who upload the same article to 12 different blogs! Search engines interpret that as SPAM!

♦ Crappy Content - guest-bloggers are usually the culprits here - especially if their posts are poorly written - if you must post an article by a guest-blogger, use your head - edit the article to reflect the standards you yourself have set for your own blog posts!

♦ Design - I recently updated my blog's look, and not a moment too soon! My traffic tripled after I did a thorough housecleaning, employing many of the techniques in this article!

♦ Frames- old technology that the search engines have a difficult time dealing with.

me and denti and nikki were out clubbin' and we drank way too much... and just as we were leaving the spot these three guys come walking in. We told them that it stunk in there and not to waste their time going in. So we chatted them up for a bit and they suggested another club where we could hang out for the evening. We all drank way too much more and more. i said we should leave, so the guys took and dropped us off at nikki's and of course she invites them in.....and we all drink a bit more.Things got a little out of control and next thing i know nikki and denti are both having sex with one of the guys. Turns out i had on pantyhose that night so one thing leads to another, and there i am doggy style with my pantyhose around my knees, feeling like a porn star, two guys on me and then one cumz on my face and in my hair. Disgusting! I got pissed off and got dressed. The other dude tells me i was the best sex he ever had... fuck it lasted about 5 minutes and the guy didn't even cum. How stupid could you get? He wanted to know if i'd want to see him again.... then he saw my wedding ring and backed off. i go in the other room and the guy who gave me the facial is boning denti! He calls me over and wants me to "give her pleasure" so i said i was finished and left. Told hubby about it yesterday ***guilt*** and got forgiven. So we'd be even i told him i'd bring nikki over for a threesome. Now that's a solid marriage!

got up at 1:30 pm (only 'cos i went to sleep at 5 am yesterday) only to find out nikki and denti went to the mall for lunch! So naturally they couldn't wake me up 'cos the only thing that could happen is me die of starvation but i mean hey! that's ok rite!?..Stupid f'n denti..i hate her..meh.... anyway so i found some brownie cakes *yummie* and that's what i ate for brunch ....=). Then since i wanted to blog so badly (writersblock must be lifting) i went on the computer only to find out that the stupid fucked up site is having some problems!! ***Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr* makes me wanna....... So because i couldn't do that i went onto denti's blog (i'll put up a link for that some day...i promise) and wrote a comment she was a bitch. That only took about 10 minutes of my time so i was still fucking bored!!!!. I wasted all day online looking at other peoples blogs. Yup im dead serious. Sat on my fat ass in front of the computer all day.

Hi guys - bored bored bored and God knows whether i'm tipsy or JUST happy. But yeah yeah yeah i don't deny i love sex and lately i have more fun when doing it. Nikki, Denti and i went out the other night and stopped by a gay bar (we didnt know that) and these black chicks hit on us right away. They were all pretty and u wouldnt think they were lesbians. The one who kept dancing with me tried to kiss me when we were slow dancing so i let her. That's as far as that went - we got out of there in a hurry after some chick pulled a knife on another girl - the club emptied out! LOL! It was fun tho

When i was 14.....i thought about suicide. i wanted to leave. Everything was hopeless for me. i couldn’t see anything i could contribute to society or what anyone might gain from my existence. The more i thought about taking my life, the more i thought about my parents. The anguish was unbearable. i wanted to cast away my inner conflicts and struggles, but i just could not bear the thought of my dear parents suffering as a result of my actions. i would endure anything if they would not have to suffer in return. Cooking with the twitterer! Sweet Rice Pudding!

1 cup uncooked regular rice
2 eggs
1/2 cup. evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
a pinch of salt

Fill a 2 quart heavy saucepan 3/4 full of water (about 4 1/2 cups), 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil and 1/2 tsp. salt.

Bring to a full boil and add rice stirring until returns to boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally until rice absorbs water and is tender about 45 minutes.

Rice should look dry and sticky.

While rice cooks, beat together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until foamy and thick. (I use a wire whip).

Pour into rice and stir over medium heat until bubbles start to break over surface.

Pour into dish and sprinkle with nutmeg as much or as little as you like. Add raisins too if you like them.

This is a sweet rich pudding mom taught me to make. I learned while watching her.

Best served warm.
