WASHINGTON (The Borowitz Report)—Today, President Obama issued the following letter to all Verizon customers:

Dear Verizon Customers,

Yesterday it came to light that the National Security Agency has been collecting millions of phone records from you each and every day. Since that news was released, many of you have called the White House with questions and concerns about this new program. To save my time and yours, here are answers to three frequently asked questions we’ve been hearing from you:

1. Will I be charged extra for this service?

I’m happy to say the answer is no. While the harvesting and surveillance of your domestic phone calls were not a part of your original Verizon service contract, the National Security Agency is providing this service entirely free of charge.

2. If I add a phone to my account, will those calls also be monitored?

Once again, the answer is good news. If you want to add a child or any other family member to your Verizon account, their phone calls—whom they called, when, and the duration of the call—will all be monitored by the United States government, at no additional cost.

3. Can the National Security Agency help me understand my Verizon bill?

Unfortunately, no. The National Security Agency has tried, but failed, to understand Verizon’s bills. Please call Verizon customer service and follow the series of electronic prompts.

900 Ocean going vessels are lost every year to “rogue waves,” and most are not reported as everyone on the craft is lost in minutes or maybe seconds. When ships are only damaged such waves are under-reported as the crews feel they were at fault where the seas were calm until, “Suddenly this giant wave came from nowhere!” They have no reasonable explanation. The rogue wave has hidden in the mist of myth.

When monster waves are reported Captain and crew have been accused of being drunk, “Waves don’t just appear out of nowhere!” said angry investigating panels, but they do.

Large storm systems may be separated by thousands of miles, but they generate megawatts of energy transmitted on the surface as waves up to 50 feet traveling at up to 500 miles per hour.

If two storm systems, thousands of miles apart generate waves; product waves 100 feet tall will appear on the red line where the radiating waves, moving at high speeds, combine to form very tall super-waves with some appearing in strange forms, but all breaking with forces that destroy ships in a moment.

Every cubic yard of water falling from such a wave strikes with five million foot pounds of force. The waves may contain a million cubic yards of such water with more energy than an atomic bomb. They destroy anything on which they fall, but water as it dissipates kinetic water energy turning it into heat. Two things must be done:

Satellite radar can determine sea level within centimeters from orbit, get the data and feed it to a simple analytical program that predicts the intersecting wave trains on the spherical surface of Earth. This is high school math and the kind of science we should be doing instead of wasting billions of Dollars on “Jockstraps in Space!”

All oceangoing ships should be immersible, capable of going under the water to 30 feet as a waves breaking over a boat at that depth do no damage. When satellite/computer systems warn of such waves all ships on the line of rogue waves must dive to 30 feet. This technique will also avoid hurricanes and storms like those in the North Atlantic.

It is only a matter of time until a cruise ship carrying thousands of people is seen destroyed by a rogue wave. The east coast of Africa is a well-known regular location of such waves and it is also thought the Bermuda Triangle is another such location. But, they happen anywhere. Such a disaster will happen, but it does not have to.

An immersible vessel offers spectacular cruising opportunities in clear water areas in the Bermuda Triangle and Upper Baja California for the birthing of whales, the Salmon runs along the west coast of North America and Alaska, oil drilling and commercial fishing throughout the world. The potentials are many and incredible.

The cost of building such craft should not be much more than ordinary boats as they are not deep diving. They would be the first unsinkable craft in history and inexpensive to insure as they are immersible.

It is rumored they are planning to record every conversation and email in

The primary activity appears to be analyzing our behaviors through calls. The person who calls a Mercedes dealer, an upscale wine shop and a golf pro shop is a different person than one who calls “Joe’s Garage,” Duffy’s Tavern, a bail bondsman and Pawn Shop. With speech analysis and an analytical computer program they can determine your net worth, income, activities, proclivities and tastes.

Where advertising and political mailings used to be inefficient they can now be targeted and produce high percentage returns,. The party in power can use them to stay in power as did Mr. Obama and the Democrats in 2012. It is a wonder they did not take the House, but they are now working on that aspect for 2014. As Mr. Obama tightens his grip, further eliminating the Constitution as he will use “data mining” technology as a path pursuing power.

NSA will listen to every call to further classify you for an IRS, union or Democratic Party shakedown. In Obama dreams they will send agents to your home cleansing it of weapons so you have no means to resist living on rat-beet soup. When your will is gone the movie “1984” will re-release as “America by Saul Alinsky.” What to do?

If you want to send private messages encrypt them by codes like we did when we were in elementary school, tuning to Captain Midnight and getting Secret Decoder Rings. One of the best sources now is The Secret Language or the Playfair Cipher in Wikipedia.

While this may sound silly it may also become necessary as there is no end to the paranoia of despots and bureaus like the IRS. They already operate “extra Constitutional” taking money from people without court authority. They have their own courts where you lose every time. Such is despotic justice.

It is axiomatic every secret code can be broken, but you can make the task infinitely harder for the decipherer using “pigeon English” and “garbage” or fake words. Oh No! Obama!

The NSA scandal already has benefits if you know where to look: The first place is in the polls regarding the question whether or not our government should spy on us. Pew Research did the first poll released They are a liberal polling organization claiming to be non-partisan, but consistently leaning to the Democrats.

Pew was first to release a poll on the NSA scandal and that fact is both consistent and telling. The story was still breaking, but Pew knows well people accept best what they hear first. They were more interested in pushing propaganda than reporting fact. The other polling organizations waited to see what they should poll for and perhaps have a more informed sample.

Pew found the American people were for surveillance 56% to 41%, including the PRISM program even though they knew not what it did. Reporter Ben Bullard noted this was the inverse of a similar poll done on the Patriot Act when George W. Bush was President and we see that as Pew's first failure.

A few days later Gallup and Fox News reported opposite figures showing the public was opposed to surveillance 53% to 37% for Gallup and 62% to 32% for Fox. Since then five other, smaller polls have reported figures more in line with Gallup and Fox than Pew. Thus, we will forever know that Pew is an appendage of the Democratic National Committee. No cigar.

We have not seen the Pew question, but both Gallup and Fox published theirs and both were straight-forward and on-point. As well, Fox asked about the size of government, which has expanded greatly under "Democratics:"

64% of those polled felt government is too big. 4% “too small,” and 29% “just right” as in “Goldilocks and the Three Bears,” but this is no myth.

With a poor economy, low employment, Benghazi, Eric Holder and the IRS, Obama job approval ranks good over bad: 44%/50% according to Fox, 45%/47% by Gallup, 48%/51% by Rasmussen for a 46%/49% cumulative rating that is Nixonian.

Mr. Obama is strongly trending to the downside and given he plans to pass a carbon tax in July, hoping for enough heat to blame it on “global warming” we call on our Aztec gods for July snow in Chicago. With so much more to come from the NSA, Holder, Benghazi, birth certificate and Social Security number issues this is going to be a bumpy time for Mr. Obama and all we can say is "Oh no! Obama!"

In 1928 Menken delivered the commencement address at my school when it was "Illinois State Normal," then a teacher's college, having been invited by our President John Felmley, a physicist thought to be the smartest man in the institution so they made him President.

When Menken returned to Baltimore he wrote "I have just returned from my first trip to the west where I gave the commencement address at Illinois State Normal College and I must say that it is on a par with any of the finer eastern high schools."

This ruined Dr. Felmley in Normal, Illinois and he was then seen running through the alleys of the town rather than be seen on the streets where fine ladies would say to their children, "Don't look at him, we may have to speak."

20 Basic Truths Not to Talk About in America

1) People who want to change sexes should be treated by a psychologist, not deformed through surgery, given hormone treatments and falsely told that they can change sexes.

2) Most people who remain poor over the long haul in America stay that way because of their own life choices.

3) Most black Americans are good and decent people, but in percentages, there are more black Americans in jail because they commit more crimes than white Americans.

5) Often as not in America, people claiming to be "victims" are the real bullies and don't deserve sympathy.

Stirring Old Fires

As if Mr. Obama could not have enough on his plate the parent scandals of all, his birth certificate and Social Security number are about to break out in two courtrooms across the nation.

Reed Hayes, CDE, Certified Document Examiner, is a Honolulu court qualified handwriting and document examiner of long standing produced a 40 page opinion included in the Mike Zullo affidavit submitted to the Alabama Supreme Court in the eligibility case declaring the Obama birth certificate is “a complete fabrication.” This is shocking as Hayes had previously called it authentic! He had been employed by Obama's attorneys!

We have long wondered why this was an issue as Mr. Obama’s father was not an American citizen: That alone disqualifies him from the Presidency. But then, Mr. Obama is likely the tool for destroying the Constitution that restrains our elected ruling class from exercising their greater wisdom in our behalf.

Meanwhile in the west, cute-as-a-bug, Dr. Orly Taitz, whose middle name should be “bullets,” is back in court with a motion regarding Mr. Obama’s Social Security number. In a previous hearing she pointed out that the number “042-68-4425” Mr. Obama uses was issued to a man born 123 years ago, Harrison J. Bonnel, who lived in Connecticut and died in Hawaii about the time Mr. Obama was born and his grandmother worked in a county office.

Apparently when Dr. Taitz was to present her evidence to the court of a Judge Lamberth he wanted the Social Security number and other things “redacted.” She did it with a pen and he claimed “Someone could see through it.” She wrote, “So, the court will have the new packet redacted with a black marker tomorrow. So, tomorrow they will have no more excuses. Judge Lamberth will have to order release of Harrison J. Bounel’s CT SSN 042-68-4425 under SSA 120 year rule, the whole nation will see that we have a criminal with a stolen Social Security number sitting in the White House and Obama will be out and facing criminal charges for identity theft.” You just cannot make this up!

Why would a judge ask for a redaction of a published document offered in evidence in a court trial, but then nothing in the Obama eligibility story makes sense.

It is painfully clear the Obama boat floats on an ocean of white guilt. What followed slavery was not much better and for many was worse. Where southern whites would care for their assets they would abuse a free Negro. Some left for Africa, but most did not. We made a nervous peace in a segregated America before WWII.

World War II stories of great Negro service and heroism abroad cracked the myth of black inferiority, but many of us were raised to think they were inferior. Many were held back in poor schools, but Yale University has documented 250 Negroes who got Ph.D.s in science before 1940 and had careers in more enlightened schools and businesses where they could be employed.

Many of us voted for Mr. Obama hoping his Presidency would bring all of this to an end, but we got the wrong man and now we are stirring old fires..

Kids are putting Drano, tin foil, and a little water in plastic drink bottles and capping it up - leaving it on lawns, in mail boxes, in gardens, on driveways etc. just waiting for you to pick it up intending to put it in the rubbish, but you'll never make it!!!

If the bottle is picked up, and the bottle is shaken just a little - in 30 seconds or less it builds up enough gas which then explodes with enough force to remove some your extremities. The liquid that comes out is boiling hot as well.

Don't pick up any plastic bottles that may be lying in your yards or in the gutter, etc.

Pay attention to this. A plastic bottle with a cap. A little Drano. A little water. A small piece of foil.

Disturb it by moving it; and BOOM!!

What Really Died at Auschwitz?

What really died at Auschwitz ? Here is an interesting viewpoint; an article written by Spanish author Sebastian Vilar Rodrigez. It was published in a Spanish newspaper on Jan. 15, 2011. The message applies to all of Europe and the world.

"I walked down the street in Barcelona and suddenly discovered a terrible truth - Europe died in Auschwitz ... We killed six million Jews and replaced them with 20 million Muslims. In Auschwitz we burned a culture, thought, creativity, talent. We destroyed the chosen people, truly chosen, because they produced great and wonderful people who changed the world.

The contribution of this people is felt in all areas of life: science, art, international trade, and above all, as the conscience of the world. These are the people we burned.

And under the pretense of tolerance, and because we wanted to prove to ourselves that we were cured of the disease of racism, we opened our gates to 20 million Muslims, who brought us stupidity and ignorance, religious extremism and lack of tolerance, crime and poverty, due to an unwillingness to work and support their families with pride.

They have blown up our trains and turned our beautiful Spanish cities into the third world, drowning in filth and crime. Shut up in the apartments they receive free from the government, they plan the murder and destruction of their naive hosts.

And thus, in our misery, we have exchanged culture for fanatical hatred, creative skill for destructive skill, intelligence for backwardness and superstition. We have exchanged the pursuit of peace of the Jews of Europe and their talent for a better future for their children, their determined clinging to life because life is holy, for those who pursue death, for people consumed by the desire for death for themselves and others, for our children and theirs.

What a terrible mistake was made by miserable Europe.
A lot of Americans have become so insulated from reality that they imagine America can suffer defeat without any inconvenience to themselves. Recently, the UK debated whether to remove The Holocaust from its school curriculum because it 'offends' the Muslim population which claims it never occurred. It is not removed as yet. However, this is a frightening portent of the fear that is gripping the world and how easily each country is giving in to it.

It is now more than sixty years after the Second World War in Europe ended. This e-mail is being sent as a memorial chain, in memory of the six million Jews, twenty million Russians, ten million Christians, and nineteen-hundred Catholic priests who were 'murdered, raped, burned, starved, beaten, experimented on and humiliated.' Now, more than ever, with Iran , among others, claiming the Holocaust to be 'a myth,' it is imperative to make sure the world never forgets.

This e-mail is intended to reach 400 million people. Be a link in the memorial chain and help distribute this around the world.

How many years will it be before the attack on the World Trade Center 'NEVER HAPPENED' because it offends some Muslims in the United States ? If our Judeo-Christian heritage is offensive to Muslims, they should pack up and move to Iran , Iraq or another Muslim country.

Embrace Progress?

A few weeks ago the USS Ronald Reagan, (our Navy’s largest Aircraft carrier), was scheduled to visit Santa Barbara. The visit was canceled by the Obama administration, using “The Sequestration” as an excuse. Instead, it was sent directly to Seattle where it is scheduled to be “mothballed.” It is the most sophisticated warship in the World.

This "Super-Carrier" weighs 90,000-tons and can carry 6,000 sailors. It has a flight deck as long as three football fields. If it were to stand on end, it would be taller than the "Empire State Building".

What kind of massive power source do you think is required to move this huge vessel?

It has two nuclear power plants on board for that purpose which will not have to be re-fueled for 20 years.

Why don't they be sensible and run it on Solar or Wind Power?

They could rig up a nice little sail and have free, renewable power. ... SURE!

I bring this up in an effort to add some reasonable perspective to the discussion on "Nuclear Power". Many people, today, have been conditioned to just stop thinking when they hear the word, "Nuclear". They simply react and salivate on command. Their ears go shut, their eyes dilate and intelligent conversation is just not possible.

Is a nuclear reactor dangerous? Of course it is! Should we be careful with them? Obviously! But what in life is without risk?

A short half century ago people had the same fear of electricity. Many folks would never consider allowing it in their house. But we have learned to be careful with electricity, insulate it and control it.

Is it still dangerous? You Bet! So are airplanes, cars, motorcycles and sexual relations. Treat any of them with casual disregard at your own peril. Is today’s popular “Nuclear Phobia” crowd much different from the primitive caveman who was frightened by fire? Their arguments are not based upon science, experience or logic but only blind, religious fear.

How would you like to have a car that only needs refueling every 20 years? Only that blind fear (and the institutionalization of it by government) has prevented private industry from long ago producing a safe nuclear car. Much of the technology has already been developed. The internal combustion engine was produced over a century ago.

Astronaut Buzz Aldren said, “We have gone from "Kittyhawk" to walking on the Moon in just 66 years”. The scientific spin-offs that benefit civilization have been innumerable. We did not accomplish this progress by hiding meekly under the covers but by hard work and learning to control technology.

Nuclear generation is the most efficient and, in fact, the safest means of producing large amounts of power today. We developed effective control technology decades ago. Other nations in Europe and Asia get a major part of their power that way.

For about thirty years the Navy has been using nuclear plants to power our Submarines without a single accident or injury. Talk about living "next door" to a nuclear reactor? How about spending months in the close environment inside of a submarine with one? Perhaps it's not quite as uncontrollably dangerous as we thought.

The development of Nuclear Medicine has been a fantastic boon to public health.

Finally, the healing warmth of the Sun comes from ongoing nuclear explosions there. Much of the heat on the surface of this planet comes from the decay of radioactive atoms within its core. We really live on a giant atomic pile and so if you want to avoid any contact with nuclear power you'd better look for another planet.

It is likely the American public will not understand the importance of the NSA telephone data controversy and the significance of the program called "Prism." It is just a search routine like those used in Google and Bing doing "AND-ing" and "OR-ing" in "strings."

Major media, bent-over-double with white-guilt-for-slavery will not lay a scandal at black feet. The American people have not come to grips with the fact they once thought Negroes were inferior and now knowing otherwise do not know how to repair. We hoped putting a black man in the White House, of all things, would fix it!

The irony is that Mr. Obama is not “black.” He has no “slave blood.” The many of his “nots” include Negro, but he clearly harbors white dislike if not hatred. This is a man seeking revenge and “data mining” is a powerful weapon.

When your phone bill was turned over to the DNC, they could find your party affiliation, approximate net assets, health, habits, likes and nots from whom you call: The Mercedes dealer, upscale restaurants, stores, botiques, pleasure parlors, attorneys, bail bondsmen, etc. They learn which campaign mailers to send, how much money to ask for, what to tell you about the opposition in terms from “accurate” to “outrageous.” Get you out to vote or stay home.

Of great interest to them is whether or not you are in one of the polling groups. Modern polling is supposed to do random sampling, but the secret is that it is anything but random for good reasons.

Polling companies make more money if they tell campaigns what they want to hear right up to the election and then announce the real figures a week or two before to preserve their accuracy record.

In the 2008 election cycle I was robo-polled four times by the Rasmussen organization. This is not possible in truly random sampling, and the first call was clearly to profile me. I’m sure I went into the “Reliable Conservative.” class. I was then polled three times when they wanted to get a certain response for a particular client. Their sampling is anything but random.

Meanwhile back at NSA the Obama gang is writing search routines for the PRISM program using Rasmussen robo-calling numbers to harvest every number they called matching them to party affiliation. Each polling would would give them a list of numbers called so Obama folks could see they called certain people repeatedly. By matching them to parties they define Rasmussen’s profiling.

To affect polling outcomes they robo-call that list with material designed to impact the attitude of the voter, put questions in his mind, make outrageous accusations or slur the man as robo-calling is utterly unregulated.

Rasmussen is the most highly thought of political polling outfit and their polls make news. His manipulations of the sample could well be an attempt to make it more appropriate and cancel the “time-of-day,” cell phone, and “working woman” effects that distort truly random calling. It is ironic what you have to do to get a statiscally random sample.

Where weak voters want to be with winners at the water cooler, working Rasmussen could, and probably did, have a significant effect on the election as it controlled what the major media said while being manipulated by Obama.

Those with a compulsive need for power over the people will use this technology. Hopefully Republicans will not let this continue in a fit of envy thinking, “We can to use that!” What evil lurks in the minds of the elected ruling class we can see in “Prism.”

A Blast in the Morning

At first light of this morning I was awakened by a huge thunderclap. We rarely have lightning in California. This continued for an hour with blast after blast in the skies. Where I sleep under a skylight I could see into the clouds.

Through the occasional hole there were two layers and the upper was moving faster than the lower. This could draw the free electrons that are found in the spaces between solid and liquid atoms by a mechanism we know exists, but not how it works. Such is physics.

I went out to my deck to get a better view and saw a huge blast that looked like an oak tree with the base at the zenith, straight overhead, with limbs forming brilliantly expanding into the sky and not heading for the ground.

Where the layers and different rates of motion were both making the charges and then channeling them the ground was not threatened. This a rare form of lightning and one I have only seen associated with tornadoes as they include lots of air moving differentially.

Outside, and with Mount Konocti as a gauge, there were three layers with one at about 3,000 feet, another at 5,000 and another at 5,500 to 6,000 all moving horizontally at different rates. Moving electrons much like someone walking across a thick rug.

The amount of energy released in these blasts was enormous; on the order of nuclear blasts, but I could not estimate it. When you can feel shock waves from more than a mile away the blast is huge.

This system appeared to have been moving toward Sacramento, 90 miles east of my loction, and I am waiting to hear how it was caused by "global warming." It was only unusual, not caused by man, but another one of nature's wild events: A blast in the morning.

Why Does Apple Want Lisa Jackson and Her Ethical Cloud?

Apple’s hiring of former EPA AdministratorLisa Jackson last week gives her a soft landing place, after she fled her cabinet role spurred by a flurry of evasions and deceits over alias email accounts she and her underlings used to hide correspondence from the public. Her would-be successor, Gina McCarthy, seeks to be confirmed under the same cloud.

It’s unclear why Apple would want or need Jackson, as its faux environmentalist credibility is already well established, and the Mac maker already boasts the top figurehead of eco-figureheads on its board of directors, Al Gore

That’s not to say the evasive, deceptive Jackson isn’t a fit for Apple, a company with a reputation for falsely claiming “green”-friendly policies when the truth is otherwise. Also like Jackson, the Cupertino, Calif. clan isn’t shy about piling on sky-high costs for the massive amounts of electricity it needs for services like iCloud and iTunes, which rather than being incorporated into the costs of its offerings, instead are shifted onto other unsuspecting power customers. That’s a concept that Jackson, who never met a punish-the-fossil-fuels scheme she didn’t absolutely love, can easily embrace.

The Competative Enterprise Institute's Chris Horner caught the departing EPA administrator using an email address with an alternative identity, “Richard Windsor,” to cloak correspondence she wanted shielded from public scrutiny. Horner discovered the concealed account in November last year, and within a month and a half Jackson had announced her resignation. Despite a number of Freedom of Information Act requests that sought “Windsor’s” messages and those of other top EPA officials with alternative identities, the agency has delayed responses and the delivery of records repeatedly, prompting CEI to file appeals and lawsuits.

Once Horner pried loose documents – said to total 12,000 pages, according to the Department of Justice (much less was actually produced) – they were heavily redacted, despite a court order that permitted only “legitimate withholdings.” Also blacked out were messages CEI sought that had to do with McCarthy’s role in the Obama administration’s “War on Coal,” which was largely under her authority as Jackson’s Assistant Administrator for Air.

“You would think after having one administrator resign in disgrace over a false identity email account, the administration that claims to the most transparent ever would move quickly to demonstrate something resembling openness on her appointed successor’s records,” Horner said in March. “But the administration has decided to do exactly the opposite, and go even further to keep from the public what its top environmental officials are doing.”

Republicans on at least two House committees, as well as GOP members of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee (including ranking minority member David Vitter of Louisiana) have questioned Jackson and EPA over its lack of transparency, with no better response than CEI received. Republicans on the Senate committee staged a walkout of a hearing to delay McCarthy’s confirmation, but she was ultimately approved on a 10-8 party line vote. The obfuscation practices appear to be an EPA-wide team effort.

“(McCarthy) has persisted in EPA’s stonewalling of my request for information about taxpayer funds wasted on an unnecessary reconsideration of the ozone standard — a request I have waited almost two years to be answered,” said Alabama Republican Sen. Jeff Sessions, another member of the EPW Committee. “In addition, she did not answer my questions about EPA’s sue and settle tactics, and she has refused to provide EPA’s analysis concerning the president’s faulty assertion that global temperatures are increasing more than was predicted a decade ago.”

With Gore on its team and groups like Greenpeace on its back, Apple has employed similarly costly and misleading tactics that they justify with the same unsupported conclusions about global warming. But bottom-line concerns and stock price don’t comport with environmental pressure groups’ demands that giant tech companies reject coal and nuclear power in favor of “renewables” such as wind and solar. Various scorecards by eco-graders, some which give Apple plaudits (Climate Counts) while others say they’re terrible (Greenpeace), don’t make the appeasement business any easier.

That’s why Apple finds itself in contortions trying to keep its energy costs low (good for profits) while pretending it uses high-cost renewable electricity. As NLPC has reported extensively, for example, one of the company’s most important data facilities for cloud computing was established in western North Carolina, where Duke Energy has the coal and nuke generation resources to deliver cheap power.

The additional benefit in working with the nation’s largest investor-owned utility is that Apple had a willing partner that would play the renewables PR charade. Apple clear-cut (and burned hundreds of acres of land in order to build two massive solar farms, and also added 10 megawatts of extremely expensive Bloom Energy fuel cells, which enviros like to claim are renewable. The company now boasts that it generates 100 percent of its electricity for its data centers from renewable sources.

But Apple would not ever have located its computer servers in Maiden, N.C., if it had to pay what renewable energy sources truly cost, nor would sporadically sunny (and non-sunny at night) foothills of the Tar Heel state have come close to meeting the insatiable needs of cloud-computing iTunes users. So how does the Apple-Duke three-step work? The computing giant sells the pricey power for Duke to feed its grid, while Apple enjoys a generous discount for the enormous amounts of electricity it takes from the grid. Meanwhile the rest of Duke’s customers pay for overall higher-priced electricity that is built into its rates.

It’s a sleight-of-hand scheme befitting the likes of a master distracter like Lisa Jackson, and Greenpeace approved the move.

“Jackson can make Apple the top environmental leader in the tech sector by helping the company use its influence to push electric utilities and governments to provide the clean energy that both Apple and America need right now,” said Gary Cook, a Greenpeace IT analyst.

Still Apple, Al Gore and conspirators like Duke Energy did just fine without her, and they certainly don’t need her ethical cloud.

“Tim Cook should think twice,” said Amy Ridenour, president of the National Center for Public Policy Research, a conservative think tank that also owns stock in Apple. “President Obama’s cabinet officers may get away with all kinds of things (or they may not, in the end), but the Responsible Corporate Officer Doctrine makes CEOs potentially criminally liable for any misdeeds of subordinates, even if they don’t know about them.

“So if richwindsor@apple.com ever gets up to no good, Tim Cook might have to explain why he didn’t see it coming, and it would be a good question, because anyone who tries to cover up what she is doing as an officer of the government could very well try some sort of shenanigans in the private sector.”

The Bilderberg Group Meeting

A secretive gathering of the Bilderberg Group is underway this week at the Grove Hotel, golf resort, Watford, Hertfordshire, UK.

Since 1954 120 to 150 political and international industry, finance leaders and academic notables have gathered for the heavily guarded Bilderberg conference. With no official authority this group reveals how the world really works on the thinking and trust of a small set of men and women power brokers.

Bilderberg organizers will only say the meeting is for leaders to discuss megatrends and major issues. Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke attended the Bilderberg meeting in Virginia in 2008 and we wish he would go again as these folks would give him a good reaming.

It is at conferences of this kind where working relationships for things like currency trading are defined. Where the gold standard is restrictive and inhibiting for evaluations of advances in technology and setting up principles to account for new discoveries, like our deep sea sediment oil, can be facilitated rather than overlooked. The present system is one that all too often sees advances as disruptive forces rather than blessings.

Gold does not respond to new technology unless it is one that causes more of it to be made. When we discover how to recover gold from the seas, as we surely will, gold based currencies could then collapse. Relationships like those made at the Bilderberg meeting are all that can save us from such financial calamities.

Critics of Bilderberg’s secretive meetings do not realize these are men who have every reason to increase the stability of the world and not plot against it as they are leaders under today's structure. Having done so well at it; they should destroy it? Wake up and think.

Their 1908 meeting is believed to have created our Federal Reserve System made necessary by the scandalous closing of our National Bank a story poorly reported for reason. It was to privatize the money system as government had slithered in and poisoned the well of money with men not unlike Ben Bernanke, "smart fellers."

The Obama Administration says the phone call data taken by NSA is of no consequence to you. "Oh really, Mr. President? Then why are you spending millions of taxpayer Dollars to "mine," or process it? Your efforts did not reveal the Boston Marathon bombers and they were making plenty of calls to enemy locations." The ominous fact of the matter is hidden in the two words: “Data Mining.” The political implications are shocking.

Phone numbers can be linked to registered voters, with location. Party members can be robo-called to get out the vote. This effort alone may have re-elected Mr. Obama.

Opposition party people can be robo-called with messages trashing candidates, claiming scandals and slandering as robo-calls are not regulated. They are very effective, cost less than television, and are accurately targeted thanks to “Data mining.”

Campaigns have many workers. Are they loyal? Do any talk to the other side? “Data mining” analyses answer these questions and more regarding the lives of your campaign workers.

Who among the faithful could contribute more? Which call the Mercedes dealers, stock brokers, law offices, upscale stores, gyms, psychotherapists, tanning parlors, restaurants or SM dungeons?

Computerized robot examiners do this work 24/7 at the speed of light! We have come from "Let me zee your papers," to "Let me mine your data." And, the impetus is the same; power!

Mining the opposition Obama may find calls to banks in any of the 120 nations that have secret number accounts and then threaten to expose them. That could explain some of the really strange elected ruling class votes since he was elected.

Among the unregistered voters what are the calling patterns that suggest they could be enrolled in the party with a little pressure, robo-calls, mailers, calls from campaign workers, a visit by a couple of union thugs. Maybe give them a ham to assuage bruises.

Where robo-calling is a totally unregulated medium it can be used to intimidate voters and would-be voters in many ways. We have seen videos of Democrat union thugs beating up the Tea Party members coming out of their meetings so we know they will stoop to anything. All of this is made possible with the combination of Data Mining and Robo-Calling, a marriage made in the Hells of the Democrat Party, Debby Wasserman Schultz, Chair, who could play Stella Dallas without makeup.

You may not be aware what can be done politically with profiling, but knowing who people call, and how often, allows a campaign to focus their efforts on potential flippers, weak Republicans, morons, Evangelicals and other groups “like a laser.”

It may be over the heads of the general public and not explained by the major, lap-dog media, but be very sure, the big scandal today is data mining.

Boy Scouts Are Blowing It

The leaders of the Boy Scouts recently elected to admit boys who are conflicted with regard to their sexual identity in a move that I think was brave, wise and is a great opportunity.

Sex, and our attitudes toward it are really strange and growing up in the confusion the adults make of it does not help. How does a young man deal with the changes in his body. What does it all mean? Why is that “pain-in-the-butt” little girl next door suddenly someone he wants to be with, please and be manly to, even posses?

Of course he is curious about the differences between men and women and for a while will be adrift on a sea of choices on which he can make some bad ones; even anti-social. This is exactly the time when he needs the structure of older boys he trusts, admires and wants to be like.

If we have a young man counseled by a progressive liberal, politically correct educator, she, or he, will decide our young man is “gay.” “There is a grant or promotion in this!” said educator will surmise, such are the evils of socialism. Who knows what evil lurks in the minds of Democrats?

This is an opportunity for a gang of nasty, little boys, full of piss and vinegar to tell this young man the facts of life, introduce him to the condom, have masturbation races with his gang and do all the other stupid stuff young boys do at Boy Scout camp.

This is what made America great; young men who were driven by their need for sex becoming men who lose 50% of their IQ points every time they get an erection and wind up on their knees offering a ring, their lives, love and devotion only to perform badly in bed and create yet another generation of American women who listen to soap operas all day while dreaming of a man who can make them scream “Yes!”

The Boy Scouts has a mission, tradition and destiny they can better fulfill by admitting boys who think they are “gay” and turning them into the slaves to sex the rest of us have become. It is clear to me the Boy Scouts are blowing it.

When Putin Speaks

February 4, 2013, Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed the Russian Parliament, Duma, speaking about minorities in Russia:

"In Russia live Russians. Any minority, from anywhere, if it wants to live in Russia, to work and eat in Russia, should speak Russian, and should respect the Russian laws. If they prefer Sharia Law, then we advise them to go to those places where that's the state law. Russia does not need minorities.

Minorities need Russia, and we will not grant them special privileges, or try to change our laws to fit their desires, no matter how loud they yell 'discrimination'.

We better learn from the suicides of America, England, Holland and France, if we are to survive as a nation. The Russian customs and traditions are not compatible with the lack of culture or the primitive ways of most minorities. When this honorable legislative body thinks of creating new laws, it should have in mind the national interest first, observing that the minorities are not Russians."

Putin is dead on right. Sweden has done more than any nation to accommodate Muslims. Now they have nightly riots in Stockholm where "guest workers" outnumber Swedes in many sections of the city. They speak openly of requiring Swedes to "bow down to Allah, or die"

France is in as nearly bad shape, but the French have more spirit than Swedes who built Hitler's weapons in return for gold taken from Jews. Sweden is a nation floating on a sea of hypocrisy; they may have invented it. Only we sell more weapons to evil people than Sweden.

We are in a religious war and we had better learn to recognize that this not just playing on "You Tube," or your "Neighborhood theater, but soon to come to your door. We have a Muslim in the White House, but they want more. What an irony. We now have to listen when Putin speaks.

With following content segments of six to seven minutes you have time to put your own color, spin or inflection on the material.

We removed the "moderation" trap from the comment input, but have the "spam" detector running. These give you instant access to the discussion, but keep out fake Rolex, and such, ads. We can, and will, remove anything that is insane, threatening, objectionable or offensive soon after it appears.

If you want to post opinions anonymously please use a pseudonym rather than "Anonymous" as we get many and it is confusing. Use "Red Ryder," or "Batman" or "XYZman" so people can respond to your post.

Our original concept was to make available to other talk show hosts topic introductions I was using when on the air. They are ideally two minute pieces that can precede any show segment to introduce new topics and generate calls. They are also usable by opinion page newspaper editors as they are “tight” or “lean-and-mean.”

With over 2100, 400 word pieces here we have an 850,000 word database richest source for any broadcaster or opinion page editor. The material offered here would fill more than 17 novels.

We urge you to "clip" them and send them friends and local opinion page editors. 5,000 people read these every day. If each person sent ten copies we would cover America in five iterations. We recently had our one-millionth reader and 98.6% have come to us in the last three years of our six year tenure. In the first three years we did not know quite what to do with this medium then the Obama Administration happened and the need was defined.

Angry Black Harvest

We remember hearing of a coming “Long hot summer,” in the days of civil rights marches, demonstrations and riots. One such riot in Detroit in the 1940’s was so bad, with hundreds of fatalities, there was an effort by the Roosevelt Administration to keep it secret with a news embargo that pretty well succeeded.

No news embargo is possible now with the Internet, digital cameras of every kind, thousands of blogs publishing pictures and accounts of violence that can be seen world-round live and forever. This may not turn out to be a blessing of technology unless we get in front of it and there is no evidence this Administration has a clue.

Within the last three weeks we have seen large-scale black mob violence in Philadelphia, Chicago, Utica, Jacksonville, St. Louis, Wilmington, Delaware, Greenville, S. Carolina, Grand Rapids, Peoria, Springfield, OH, Newark, Boston and Brooklyn.

Police say they are baffled. Others say it is a regular meteorological event: “Large crowds and fights are not uncommon in the city in the warm weather,” according to an ABC newsperson in Philadelphia.

When you realize everything is here and ready to be used as it was in the good times, then why do we have bad times?

The answer, of course is mismanagement and mostly of economics. Mr. Obama is a disciple of the late Communist Saul Alinsky. He believes it is his destiny to “spread the wealth around.” One of the better 2008 campaign videos is Mr. Obama’s confrontation with “Joe the plumber.” Joe was not buying it. Neither did we.

When you consider America was built by people who would not stand for the oppression of government so vigorously they would leave home and family, never to return, never to see their loved ones again and go into a land of savages where cannibalism of the conquered was only menu planning. You have to know the urge for freedom is one Hell of a hot fire and an eternal flame. It has lasted for twelve generations, but it is flickering now.

In his excellent book “Enough,” Juan Williams of Fox News wrote, “Critics often charge Bill Cosby, in his Brown University anniversary speech, with beating up on an easy mark: poor black people. Wrong. The critics are the ones who veer off target. Cosby repeatedly aimed his fire at the leaders of today’s popular black culture,” and Juan was dead-on right, but today he seems to be wavering. I suspect he is under tremendous pressure, but Juan will find out who are his real friends, once again, as he did when NPR fired him for saying an obvious fact. I know Fox people and they will not give Juan an angry black harvest.

The Green Gestapo

This famous picture has appeared world wide as proof we must stop using polyethylene bags claiming this is a view of a floating bog of trash in the north Pacific Ocean.

The “Greens” must be desperate for stuff to be angry about taking on the flimsy, virtually gossamer, plastic bag which is an achievement of chemical and physical engineering, using the smallest amount of material to do the job of handling groceries in cans, boxes and bottles in a carryable way not requiring wheels, machinery or internal combustion engines.

Some municipalities in California have outlawed the thin bags for thicker ones merchants can sell or those sewn from fabric. The theory is that you can re-use them, but it has been a boon to shoplifters.

Store owners in areas where the thin, free bags have been banned report their “shrinkage” is up 200% to 300% and costing many thousands of Dollars more than giving away the thin bags that cannot hide stolen items. The main loses are in produce and frozen foods.

The environmental case against plastic bags is weak at best. They are often used as trash can liners and convenient containers for trash that produce strong odors. One can argue that where plastic persists longer than paper containers they create problems in land fills, but given the few grams they weigh and that they do eventually dissipate to gases, CO2 and water vapor, as they decay and return to the great life cycle loop.

To counter the shoplifting problem merchants are considering setting up bag check stations which would require an employee. Given the costs and the fact they can never eliminate stealing entirely none have found it practical.

The worst case made on cloth shopping bag use by consumers is that they are dirty unless washed in hot water and detergent after every use. This puts more work, stress and cost on the consumer as well as a very real health threat as few consumers will be diligent in keeping their cloth bags sterile.

The “Greens” are fond of citing the virtual island of floating plastic that is said to exist in the north Pacific in a vortex created by the currents. This is a lie promoted by environmentalists. The famous picture of it is actually a backwater estuary in the Harbor of Manila where such trash routinely gathers. The problem is entirely local. Once again the “Greens” are caught in a lie that only politicians and neurotics would promote to bring on the Green Gestapo.

The Lois Lerner Defense

File it for the next time the IRS calls you up.

We have the president of the United States’ word as a gentleman that he knew nothing about the Internal Revenue Service’s targeting of his enemies until he “learned about it from the same news reports that I think most people learned about this.”

Furthermore, although the commissioner of the IRS, Douglas Shulman, visited Obama’s White House no fewer than 157 times, which is 156 times more than his predecessor Mark Everson ever visited the White House, we know that this was for legitimate Easter-egg rolls, as he testified to Congress, and meetings to discuss Obamacare. The Easter Bunny, one should note, visits the White House two to four times as often as the average IRS commissioner did before Mr. Shulman came along. But you can’t make a health-care omelet without breaking Easter eggs: It is one of the many distinctive features of Obama-style “health” “care” “reform” that, while it has not led to the hiring of a single additional doctor, nurse, or hospital janitor, it did require the biggest expansion of the IRS since the Second World War. So, when he wasn’t rolling Easter eggs and advising the moppets on whether they needed to declare the luxury Belgian white chocolate balls with praline filling, he was participating in vital meetings on how many extra SWAT teams he was going to need to enforce the new colonoscopy non-compliance penalty.

Let us also overlook the excellent treatment received from the IRS by members of the president’s family. Although acting commissioner Steven Miller apologized for the “horrible customer service” conservative taxpayers had gotten, a gentleman by the name of Malik Obama received impeccable, express service when he took the precaution of mailing in his non-profit application from N’giya, Kenya, rather than notoriously slower mail processing centers such as Phoenix and Dallas. Malik, the brother of President Obama, runs the Barack H. Obama Foundation, named for the president’s father. On May 30, 2011, they applied for tax-exempt status, and had their approval signed less than a month later by Lois Lerner herself, and conveniently backdated by Lois to cover the two-and-a-half years the enterprising Malik had already been raking in “tax-deductible” donations from Americans. The Washington address of the Barack H. Obama Foundation appears to be bogus, and it’s not clear whether the funds are being used back in Kenya for anything other than supporting the famously lavish lifestyle of Malik and his twelve wives. Given that the IRS is not shy about asking American conservatives for Facebook posts and lists of who attends their meetings, Ms. Lerner surely would have been within her rights to ask Malik Obama about the “exclusive” photographs currently displayed on the Barack H. Obama Foundation website of a recent meeting in Sudan, one of only four countries the U.S. government designates as a “terrorist state,” and the Foundation’s apparently extensive association with the Sudanese president and blood-soaked genocidal war criminal Omar al-Bashir. Given that the IRS likes to ask conservative taxpayers whether their friends and relatives are planning on running for office, Ms. Lerner might like to ask Malik Obama when his friend President Bashir is planning on leaving office. After another quarter million corpses?

Whatever. Let’s take it as read that, when U.S. taxpayers wind up giving tax breaks to an entity linked to the butchers of Darfur, it’s pure coincidence that the racket turns out to be run by the president’s brother. Let’s accept that Malik Obama just got lucky that his letter landed on the desk of Lois Lerner, and that, when she backdated his application for two-and-a-half years, she’d momentarily forgotten that it’s illegal for her to backdate it more than two-and-a-quarter years. Indeed, let’s take the president at his word that the existence of this shadowy IRS entity working deep within the even shadowier U.S. Treasury planted in deep cover within the shadowiest conspiracy of them all, this murky hitherto unknown organization called “the Executive Branch,” that all this was news to him. What that means then is not that this or that elected politician is corrupt but that the government of the United States is corrupt.

There seems to be ever more evidence for that. Every day brings revelations that the IRS conservative crackdown went way beyond the Tea Party. McClatchy Newspapers reports that a woman known only as “Ms. Richards” in the Cincinnati office of the IRS told Coalition for Life of Iowa that their application for nonprofit status could only be approved if they signed a letter promising not to picket in front of Planned Parenthood. Mark Drabik, a military veteran, became politically active and started giving to conservative groups only to have the IRS challenge his church donations. Catherine Engelbrecht founded True the Vote to protect ballot integrity, and within a few months her family’s business, farm, and personal taxes had all attracted IRS audits. Hundreds and hundreds of groups were consigned to the purgatory of “pending” — a term for IRS customers not as favored as Malik Obama can stretch leisurely from six months to ten to twenty to thirty, and beyond. When the most lavishly funded government on the planet comes after you, eventual guilt or innocence is irrelevant: The process is the punishment.

I am an immigrant to this great land, and I love it, but I will make a small observation from my years in the United States which I hope won’t be taken the wrong way: Like citizens of almost all Western democracies in the 21st century, Americans are overly deferential to bureaucracy, but, in my observation, they are uniquely fearful of the state’s tax collectors to a degree I have never seen with Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs in London or equivalent agencies in Paris, Ottawa, Rome, Canberra. The IRS has, in American terms, extraordinary powers. It was, for example, amusing to see Lois Lerner plead the Fifth Amendment and exercise her constitutional right not to put herself at risk of self-incrimination. As the great Walter Williams pointed out the other day, every single American waives his Fifth Amendment rights every time he signs that tax return on April 15.

Americans are fearless if some guy pulls some stunt in a shopping mall, but an IRS assault is brutal and unending. Many activists faded away, and the media began writing stories about how the Tea Party had peaked; they were over; they wouldn’t be a factor in 2012. And so it proved. As Rush Limbaugh pointed out the other day, the plan worked.

But, of course, there was no plan, was there? So let’s take Obama at his word that he had no idea all this was going on. In that case, he might like to take the lead in calling for the abolition of a corrupt agency and its grotesque tax code, and their replacement by a bureaucracy with more limited powers commensurate with a free society and a simplified tax regime with lower rates and thus fewer bewildering, mercurial “exemptions” that make the citizenry dependent on the caprices of Ms. Lerner and her colleagues. That’s a prize worth fighting for. In the meantime, the next time the IRS call you up with demands for this and demands for that, simply tell them, “I am filing the Lois Lerner defense,” and then say as she did to Congress “I have not done anything wrong. And I will not answer any questions.” Every man his own Lois Lerner!

Answer The Quran

For several millennia the people of the Arabian Peninsula were 1,000 years ahead of Europe in every area of study: Science, medicine, math, cartography, architecture, art, technology, agriculture. I am very aware and in awe of what was happening there until 622 AD.

I am in the literature for having re-discovered the method Arabian Peninsula people used to map the world in 6,000 BC leaving coins in Minnesota I saw as a boy inspiring me to wonder for 28 years and then find the way. Where is such scholarship today?

Muhammad ended all with a popular religion the masses embraced. In a very short time they went from the most avant garde’ society on the planet to one that now rarely wins Nobel prizes of any kind and none for science. All of their rewards are political, for “peace” and given to people like Yassar Arrafat in fear.

The Quran instruction to marry cousins has had a demonstrable effect on their people, reducing intellect and shortening lives..They have become a witless Kardashian generation promising everything by taking from others. Muhammad was the second socialist, Jesus was the first with his assault on the money changers who were only performing a needed service.

The Quran contains at least 109 verses that call for Muslims to war with nonbelievers for the sake of Islamic rule. They call for the faithful to chop off heads, hands, fingers and feet or kill infidels wherever they may be.

Muslims who do not join the fight are called hypocrites and warned Allah will send them to Hell if they do not take part in the slaughter. Unlike Old Testament verses of violence, the Quran’s are not historic tales. They are eternal, unchanging word of Allah to kill the infidel.

Many of America’s Muslims appear to exercise choices ignoring the Quran’s calls to violence according to their own greater morality, but they remain in the shadow of this tradition and will never out the more radical of their kind. That is the standing danger we have with existing Muslim congregations.

Apologist Muslims offer tenuous arguments glossing over historical fact with lies failing scrutiny. It is important to note the problem is not bad people, but bad theology. Our problem is less with the people of Islam than it does with the Quran.

Unfortunately, there is no counter-current of tolerance and peace to answer or balance the many calling for nonbelievers to be attacked until they accept humiliation and convert to Islam, or are killed. Muhammad’s martial legacy with stress on violence found in the Quran have produced a trail of death and destruction throughout world history.

That the liberal, politically correct ignore and deny these facts is amazing, and dangerous if not suicidal. We must answer the Quran.

The Roy Rogers Museum in Branson , MO has closed its doors forever. The contents of the museum were sold at a public auction.

Roy Rogers told his son, if the museum ever operated at a loss, close it and sell the contents. He complied.

It is extremely sad to see this era lost forever. Despite the fact that Gene and Roy 's movies, As well as those of other great characters, can be bought or rented for viewing, today 's kids would rather spend their time playing video games.

Today it takes a very special pair of parents to raise their kids with the right values and morals. These were the great heroes of our childhood, and they did teach us right from Wrong, and how to have and show respect for each other and the animals that share the Earth.

Many of us were born at a time when we were able to grow up with these great people who taught us patriotism and honor, we learned that lying and cheating were bad, and sex wasn't as important as love. We learned how to get through disappointment and failure. Our lives were drug free.

So it 's good-bye to Roy, Dale, Gabby, Gene, Hoppy, The Lone Ranger and Tonto. Farewell to Sky King and Superman and Sgt. Friday. Our thanks to Capt..Kangaroo, Mr. Rogers and Capt. Noah and all those people whose lives touched ours.

It was a great ride through childhood.

A Bump in the Road

I don't know the author of this poem. Very thought provoking and poignant. I do recall, however, the President referring to the Benghazi incident as "a bump in the road."

Today I heard an ex-Navy Seal being interviewed on Fox News regarding a book he has written about how to handle crisis situations in our lives. At the end of the interview he asked if he could make a comment on Benghazi and of course the anchor said yes. He then thanked Fox News for keeping the Benghazi story in the news, since other news organizations are not. He said the Seals who died deserve the public knowing the truth about the whole affair.

The poem was written by a MARINE CORPS Officer (ANON).

This email needs to be circulated as much as we can possibly keep it going.

I think this is the feeling of the general population and it should be pursued until something is done with the incompetent people involved who literally sat there in the White House and watched the SEALs’ execution on live streaming video and did absolutely nothing!
