These large corporations, who receive (LIHTC) Low Income Housing Tax Credits, may lobby members of Congress or have other powerful connections, while low-income tenants have little to no resources to defend themselves against the abuse.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;What could help decrease some of the problems of homelessness across America?&amp;nbsp; It really is time to change zoning laws to allow Americans to live in tiny homes or even sheds on any land they may own in the USA.&amp;nbsp;
