I've always liked Aaron Sorkin for his writing. I think he is brilliant, and I'm glad to see him with a new show similar to the previous cancelled Sports Night. I've watched the first three episodes recently after getting really excited by the first few minutes of the show. In a show about bringing the truth to the news, I can already see a lot of the left wing bias. Jeff Daniels characer Will, is supposed to be a Republican (RINO), so I'll be watching to see where the show goes.

In one scene his new Executive Producer says they will be framing the upcoming debate of governments role. She talks a lot about reclaiming the 4th estate, and talking about the truth in the media. She says that "We are coming to a tipping point, I know you know that. There is going to be a huge conversation, is government an instrument of good or is it every man for himself." "We can frame that debate."

Unfortunately everything she said was spot on excellence in this scene, but then its ruined by the writers left bias. There are plenty of scenes where this occurs in the following episodes that I have watched. It's subtle, but it's all there. Anyway I definately will be watching this show, especially with the lack of good television these days.

Voluntary Tax or Debt Slavery?

Well tax day has come and gone, and I'm so happy, because I paid up my fair share. I know it's a dirty job, but somebody has to do it. Death and Taxes as they say. What makes this country so great and a part from other nations is that we are free, and don't have Publicans coming to our door demanding that we pay up. Although I'm very confused by this "voluntary system". I've heard some nuts say its voluntary, but those nuts are people like Harry Reid, Michael Steele, Alan Colmes, David Gergen and many many more. I get confused though, because political leaders and "journalists" say this, but when Irwin Schiff proves it in court he gets thrown in jail without due process.

I'm sure he is just a trouble maker though, and we all need to pay up whatever the government says. It's not like they are spending twice as much as they are taking in. I'm sure that they will get this 15 trillion dollar debt under control. It's also not like they are borrowing money at interest to the controlling families of the world. It's not like the interest alone by 2020 will account for everything that the IRS brings in through the income tax. So what if we are in just as bad shape as Greece, Ireland, Portugal, and Spain. This is America, and nothing like that will ever happen here right?

Reality Check:
I found it interesting a couple weeks ago when talking to a Obama supporter on Obamacare. I barely even mentioned the word "force", and I wasn't even close to making my argument yet. He got all worked up about the word "force", and said how he didn't like that word. He became very physically bothered and couldn't even sit comfortably on his couch almost toppling over.

I find it very interesting how when one is brainwashed to accept certain things they get very uncomfortable or even angry when those paradigms are challenged with simple logic. It doesn't take much other then a few questions to get people to talk in circles, because they have no principles or logical reasoning to stand on.

There is an amazing 3 hour lecture from 1991 at USC that explains the tax system. It explains historical events in terms of Central Banks throughout history, and gets very much into the current tax situation. Most importantly how you can protect yourself from the tax man by using trusts or creating a business to get tax loops. I learned a few things, and it puts things into perspective. April 15, that dread Income Tax day, is around again, and gives us a chance to ruminate on the nature of taxes and of the government itself.
The first great lesson to learn about taxation is that taxation is simply robbery. No more and no less. For what is "robbery"? Robbery is the taking of a man's property by the use of violence or the threat thereof, and therefore without the victim's consent. And yet what else is taxation?
Those who claim that taxation is, in some mystical sense, really "voluntary" should then have no qualms about getting rid of that vital feature of the law which says that failure to pay one's taxes is criminal and subject to appropriate penalty.
But does anyone seriously believe that if the payment of taxation were really made voluntary, say in the sense of contributing to the American Cancer Society, that any appreciable revenue would find itself into the coffers of government? Then why don't we try it as an experiment for a few years, or a few decades, and find out?
But if taxation is robbery, then it follows as the night the day that those people who engage in, and live off, robbery are a gang of thieves. Hence the government is a group of thieves, and deserves, morally, aesthetically, and philosophically, to be treated exactly as a group of less socially respectable ruffians would be treated.

Romney Pandering to and Wooing the NRA

NRA members who watched the speech seemed not to care about Romney's record on guns, nor did they complain that he might not have been their first choice in the Republican race.

Yea, there is no other choice then Romney, and besides he's not Obama. It's not like he lied and said he was endorsed by the NRA, and then later had to retract it, because he was provably lying. I mean so what if he thinks we need background checks for a fundamental right to bare arms. I mean the Government is the one in charge, right? Doesn't the Government give us our rights? As Santorum said during his Senate term.

I mean so what if he said that he "doesn't line up with the NRA", that was last election cycle, and this is a different new improved Mitt Romney that everybody needs to get behind. We can trust him since it's not like he flip flops on important stances and belief systems. I mean he says he has never changed his views on the NRA, but that was in 2007. He's probably changed by now. I mean he is a member of the NRA going way way back to 2007 when he announced for President initially.

Reality Check:
Well it looks like the folks at the NRA are all but too happy to endorse and get behind Mitt Romney. Well at least that's what the spineless leadership wants you to believe.

Gov. Mitt Romney signed a bill outlawing assault weapons and small handguns in Massachusetts, but not before he removed a NRA banner 30 minutes before hand. He also invited a high profiled gun control activist just for the photo op.

Reality Check:
Sen Orrin Hatch has spent close to $6 million in trying to stay elected so far. Could the old guard of the Republican Party really be getting scared for their seats? It's pretty obvious that these career politicians go along to whatever the sentiment of the day is in their constituency. If it helps you, then you cozy up to the Tea Party.

Other times politicians let their hair down, and say things like "radical libertarians." That's all I needed to hear to be convinced that Orrin needs to go, and his 40 years in Senate may be up sooner rather then later. If Orrin believes that the way to turn this country around is to elect Mitt Romney, and they together can turn this country, he really has no clue.

I find it interesting how the Tea Party is being used in all sorts of ways. However the one thing they don't want you to learn about is the dirty word Libertarian.

Gingrich is now the only candidate that hasn't dropped out yet. He is now the clear alternative to Romney since he is hard right just like Santorum, and Romney is the moderate candidate. He has the same good values as Santorum, and will likely get all of his delegates. Now the party has just one candidate to go against Romney, but unfortunately for Newt he is too far behind to catch up. Listen to Gingrich's own words here. It's not like there is this other alternative candidate that everybody is excited and passionate about that was basically a prophet in forecasting all our current problems and predicaments or anything.

With Santorum announcing that he is quitting the race means that the race is already over. Just when we thought things might be heating up for the former Senator of Pennsylvania, it turns out the finish line has been reached. Mitt Romney will be the Republican nominee, so luckily we won't have to worry about this race anymore. Mitt Romney for the last week or so has been concentrating on his next inevitable foe (Obama) anyway.

Reality Check
With Santorum dropping out a whole bag of worms could in theory come crawling out. Even Santorum said this race is at halftime right now, and everybody watching the NFL or March Madness knows that momentum can swing widely after halftime. The whole reason Romney was gaining traction early on was that there was no clear "anti-Romney" candidate. The other three candidates at some point or another were asking the others to drop out and rally behind so and so.

The surprising exit of Santorum causes a huge power vacuum in the religious right for those who are looking for somebody principled on these social stances. Ron Paul has a very very good and reasonable record on these issues, and in theory could attract these voters to his cause.

Remember the game is all about delegates, and Ron Paul's ground game was leaps and bounds over the Santorum team. It seems to me that a lot of Paul supporters were actually the delegates for Santorum. In a brokered convention this could spell a lot of trouble for the establishment candidate, Romney.

Santorum got tossed out of the Senate in 2006 by the good people of Pennsylvania, and I didn't think he would end up winning his home turf. I still find it very interesting that he dropped out before he had this chance to change momentum. I guess he realized it would be too embarrassing for him or something... He does seem like a pretty big coward to me, because he obviously doesn't stand up for his own self guided principles.

One possible media spin for me is that it is now a two man race, and Paul could really push Romney for the nominee. With Santorum out of the way we could still see some fireworks in this GOP race.

Ron Paul's campaign is finished. The media doesn't even know where he is LOL. What a joke of a candidate... Too bad, because I kind of like him except for that he can't win. It looks like everybody is rallying behind Romney now, and he is the clear victor in the race to be the GOP nominee. I think he must have the biggest crowds on the campaign trail.

The actual truth is that Ron Paul's crowds which were already enormous continue to grow in scale! Romney's and Santorum's crowds at the most are a couple hundred people, while Ron Paul draws in THOUSANDS to a single rally. These are huge records that you will never see reported on your nightly news cast. His supporters are coming out in full force to back up their candidate by coming out of their homes.

First PaulBots didn't exist and weren't real people, so the media had to discredit their own online polls. Now supporters are showing up in person to back up those poll numbers. Unfortunately the media has changed the rules once again to marginalize this truly populace candidate by claiming he is hiding with Waldo.

Has The Tea Party Become A GOP Liability?

These far right wingers have really quieted down since 2010. Americans may have once like the Tea Party, but they are learning now that they aren't whats right for America. More and more people are actually opposing these radicals, and will actually hurt the GOP come the Fall Elections. The GOP candidates don't even mention the Tea Party anymore, because they know just how irrelevant they really are come Nov. The Republicans realize that these extremist don't hold middle class and mainstream values. They are now an after thought in politics today.

If you followed the Tea Party before it was even the Tea Party you may know that it was co-opted by the mainstream GOP in the first place. When the spokes person of the Tea Party is Sarah Palin, you know that the fix is in.

The real patriot movement is an intellectual one, and that could never be lead by Sarah Palin. The whole Tea Party was setup after Ron Paul's surprisingly continued growth during the 2008 cycle. His campaign went from a side joke to the establishment to a very real and imminent threat to the powers that be.

On the anniversary of the original Tea Party in Boston, Paul's campaign managed to deliver a eye popping mind shocking 6 million dollars in 24 hours. This figure was the largest ever by a Presidential campaign in such a short time frame. The amazing part was that it was early on in a Primary! Unfortunately the media continued to spin Ron Paul and his followers as lunatic fringe, and controlled the populace into thinking he just can't win. The slur of names started like Paulbots, and supporters were obviously not even real people, but bots fixing polls on the internet and mobile phones.

The establishment got everything they ever wanted out of this movement. They got a political circus that they could use to distract as well as put Republicans in Congress who were easily controlled and not principled. The very same Tea Party Cacus who insisted on reading the Constitution on the House Floor lead by Michelle Bachman, voted to extend the Patriot Act. How shameful can you get?

Tim Tebow opts to go to the NY Jets instead of the Jaguars in his home state of Florida is a great move for his career. Unfortunately he leaves Denver where he was loved and embraced by the city. He has proven to all his critics that he is or can be a top QB in this league. He has single handily taken his team from the depths of the standings all the way to a playoff win. He will quickly push Mark Sanchez out of the starting role, and will continue to show his intangible leadership skills in NY.

Mark Sanchez was just too much of a California pretty boy to be a QB for a New York team.

OK first of all, what is Rex Ryan & the Jets thinking? Is he trying to get his team back to the playoffs or be more of a media circus? There couldn't be more of an odd couple in Rex Ryan and Tim Tebow in the league. The only odder marriage that I can think of is if he went to the Cowboys. Jerry Jones was caught on tape saying that he wouldn't even consider drafting him by saying “He’d never get on the field. I can’t get him out there" before the 2010 draft.

Well at least now the Jets fans can relish in the fact that they have two pretty boy QB's who can't play the most important position in the NFL. There will be a guaranteed QB controversy this season, and a very interesting locker room to boot.

The fact is that if Tebow or his handlers had any brains they would go to Jacksonville instead. The organization could give the proper attention and patience that Tim would need to grow. Under the bright lights of the New York media and unforgiving fans is not the place to be for a young unorthodox QB.

I'm so happy that all these celebreties are jumping on board for justice. I'm sure that Oprah has a better handle on this situation then the police and eye witness's. They are really making a difference. Already they have made the Chief of Police temporarily step down due to the outrage.

It's so cool that all these celebs are touting their hoodies, but it's too bad I'll never be able to wear my hoodie walking down the street ever again. After this incident I haven't even let my kids leave the house, because I'm scared that some random white person will shoot them in front of the Quickie Mart. I still can't believe that Rep Bobby Rush was asked to leave the congressional floor, because he was wearing a hoodie. So what if it was against the rules, the whole hour was dedicated to Trayvon Martin anyway.

I already know that this case is going to be used for stricter gun control. Classic divide and conquer being used by the establishment to be used against the people. All Americans should be standing united to oppose those who would oppress us all, and that's the ever expanding unconstitutional Federal Government.

This will go down as an obvious study in how the masses are manipulated and distracted while government gets what it always wants. More control, and more power over all of our lives. United we stand as Americans, and divided by manipulation on petty differences we will fall to bigotry and tyranny.

The hoodie meme was a very clever viral marketing campaign. The media sure knows how to light flames in the minds of men and women in this country. Unfortunately it takes a "race" meme to stir up the storm of hatred before anybody noticed that people do die. Yes, too many people shoot each other, and yes too many people are murdered in cold blood every single day.

I really really didn't want to see this type of meme heading toward the general election. I guess this meme was probably well on its way to fruition after Obama seemed to have touted Black History Month as a campaign strategy. Only in an election year do we see the likes of a Santorum spewing hatred to get more division going among the plebs.

I found this slightly interesting... "shouting, “[Get] that white [man]. This is for Trayvon … Trayvon lives, white [man]. Kill that white [man],” according to a police report." I really hope people don't fall for this mass manipulation and start acting out with blind aggression and unnecessary hatred.

More hate crimes springing up? All of the victims are black. The suspected shooter is a white male and is believed to be traveling in a white truck,

The reality is that there are major problems with black on black crime, and Chicago is really having a tough time with murders right now. I would like to see this outrage branch out, and not just focused on one glorified distraction while we see others die in the streets every day.

Trayvon Martin was such an angel, a little boy who just wanted to go get some skittles candy. It's a shame that he was targeted just because he was wearing a hoodie and was a young black kid. The cops had Zimmerman, and they let him go without even charging him with murder. This is an outrage, because Trayvon posed no harm to Zimmerman.... Oh... and.... Zimmerman is a racist who said racists things.

One thing is definitely clear in this saga, and that it is indeed a tragedy. A young man is dead, and another man is in hiding fearing for his life against millions who want him in jail or worse. Millions of others have certainly been affected due to the constant barrage of this confusing story. I'm not even going to try to make sense of everything in this story, because there are so many side news stories its not even funny. Not to mention every little changing detail.

I do believe however that their is sufficient evidence to support that this story could have gone completely the other way around, and the media has once again outdone themselves on bad confusing reporting. I've seen so many contradictions and contractions of this story it makes my head spin by the likes of ABC NBC and CNN.

Why did the media use older pictures when newer pictures of the parties involved "could have" painted a different story. After all a picture is worth a thousand words.... PS Trayvon isn't 12 anymore.... he's a strong tatted up 17 year old.

At least interesting to think about right? Also Trayvon is reported to have been suspended from school for 10 days starting that day for a baggy that once held marijuana according to a family spokesperson, and he might not have been in the best of moods. (even angry or hostile) He's allegedly been suspended several times before, and possibly even beat up a bus driver? He's been reported to have possibly been a gang member, but I believe that was spun out of false pictures put out by Michelle Malkin and Fox News to distort the issue even further in the opposite direction.

I also found an alleged Facebook that depicts him as a possible drug dealer. Even if his friends make gang signs, and another is asking for some pot from him doesn't make him a hardened criminal either. These activities can be attributed to your basic teenage girl. Unfortunately these have all been now taken down, so I can't 100% verify anything, but I added some alleged screen captures to browse through.

As for Zimmerman there have been some things that the media has turned around and completely contradicted from their original narrative. (Just like the Osama bin Laden killing narrative)

I just know that people jumping to conclusions can be very very dangerous when its fueled into a media frenzy. It's clear why we have court systems. Democracy or mob rule is very very dangerous with herd mentalities ready to be the Judge/Jury/Executioner. Unfortunately most people will jump to conclusions that were perpetrated in the media without ever learning of the facts or alternative narratives.

Of course ObamaCare is Constitutional. What are these people even talking about? The Congress passed a law, and the POTUS signed it into law. That's "Law", so enough said already. Even if it's not "constitutional", it should be allowed anyway for the good of the people. We all have healthcare, and we all get sick and die, so the government should be able to make everybody (mandate) have insurance. Isn't that what the general welfare clause was for in the Constitution? To make sure that we have a Democracy, and that Congress will reflect the will of the people. The Congress's vote of 224-206 meant clearly that everybody in America should have to get Insurance or pay a fine if they don't. I'm sure that not that many people will be harmed by this or go to prison for not paying. I trust the Government whole heartily, and I don't think Obama would allow for death panels. There obviously is a problem, and I want the government to fix this, so I don't have to pay such high premiums. When government gets involved it always drives down costs.
