Byron: I have been in business for more than 34 years, I actually have both undergraduate and graduate degrees in business. I make my living advising large businesses and institutions in the arena of risk management. My point being I am no novice to the inner workings of what you derisively refer to as “Wall Street”. Perhaps with your apparently vast experience and knowledge you can explain how bankruptcy liquidation is better for investors than an ongoing profitable venture, you see I have always looked to either actual or projected earnings as the path to profits, with this goal actually magnified for venture capitalists as a means to provide benefits to both their investors and themselves….I can hardly wait for this explanation…
