To all regular members and Board of Directors of the U.S.A.R.D.
It is with great sadness that we receive the news of the passing of Steve Young, on Sunday May 19, 2013, President of the United States Association of Rudimental Drummers. This is shocking in regard to his age. Our condolences goes out to his family from the U.S.A.R.D. and from the entire family of rudimental drummers. We will inform you of funeral arrangements as they become available. This is a truly sad day!
