Hello Everyone,

My another BLOG (Weblog) is here. I was a little confuse regarding Blogs from the begning. In actual I was not knowing the meaning of 'Blog'. I search in WordWeb (My favroute Dictionary s/w) I got the answer of My question. It was like this:

Noun: blog

1. A shared on-line journal where people can post daily entries about their personal experiences and hobbies."postings on a blog are usually in chronological order"

Verb: blog (blogged, blogging)

1. Read, write, or edit a shared on-line journal

I got the idea but still not satisfied. I wanted to know more so I went the place where I always used to be 'GOOGLE'. I Googled it, and got some post by wise people.

After 2 years of selfless service, a man realized that he has not been promoted, no transfer, no salary increase no commendation and that the Company is not doing any thing about it. So he decided to walk up to His HR Manager one morning and after exchanging greetings, he told his HR Manager his observation. The boss looked at him, laughed and asked him to sit down saying. My friend, you have not worked here for even one day.

The man was surprised to hear this, but the manager went on to explain.

Manager:- How many days are there in a year?

Man:- 365 days and some times 366

Manager:- how many hours make up a day?

Man:- 24 hours

Manager:- How long do you work in a day?

Man:- 8am to 4pm. i.e. 8 hours a day.

Manager:- So, what fraction of the day do you work in hours?

Man:- (He did some arithmetic and said 8/24 hours i.e. 1/3(one third)

Manager:- That is nice of you! What is one-third of 366 days?

Man:- 122 (1/3x366 = 122 in days)

Manager:- Do you come to work on weekends?

Man:- No sir

Manager:- How many days are there in a year that are weekends?

Man:- 52 Saturdays and 52 Sundays equals to 104 days

Manager:- Thanks for that. If you remove 104 days from 122 days, how many days do you now have?

Man:- 18 days.

Manager:- OK! I do give you 2 weeks sick leave every year. Now remove that14 days from the 18 days left. How many days do you have remaining?

Man:- 4 days

Manager:- Do you work on New Year day?

Man:- No sir!

Manager:- Do you come to work on workers day?

Man:- No sir!

Once PVNR (PV Narasimha Rao), L.K.Advani and Laloo Prasad Yadav were

travelling in an autorickshaw. They met with an accident and all three

of them died.

Yama Raja was waiting for this moment at the doorstep of death.

He asks PVNR and Advani to go to HEAVEN.

But, for Laloo, Yama had already decided that he should be sent to

HELL.

Laloo is not at all happy with this decision.

He asks Yama as to why this discrimination is being made. All the

three of them had served the public. Similarly, all took bribes, all

misused public positions, etc.

Then why the differential treatment?

He felt that there should be a formal test or an objective evaluation

before a decision is made; and should not be just based on opinion or

pre-conceived notions.

Yama agrees to this and asks all the three of them to appear for an

English test.

PVNR is asked to spell " INDIA " and he does it correctly.

Advani is asked to spell " ENGLAND " and he too passes.

It is Laloo's turn and he is asked to spell " CZECHOSLOVAKIA ".

Laloo protests that he doesn't know English.

He says this is not fair and that he was given a tough question and

thus forced to fail with false intent.

Yama then agrees to conduct a written test in Hindi (to give another

chance assuming that Laloo should at least feel that Hindi wou ld

provide an equal platform for all three).

PVNR is asked to write "KUTTA BOLA BHOW BHOW". He writes it easily an

passes.

Advani is asked to write "BILLY BOLI MYAUN MYAUN". He too passes.

Laloo is asked to write "BANDAR BOLA GURRRRRR....."

Tough one. He fails again.

Laloo is extremely unhappy.

Having been a student of history (which the other two weren't), he now

requested for all the 3 to be subjected to a test in hist ory

Yama says OK but this would be the last chance and that he would not

take any more tests.

PVNR is asked: "When did India get Independence ?" He replied "1947"

and passed.

Advani is asked "How many people died during the independence

struggle?"

He gets nervous. Yama asked him to choose from 3 options: 100,000 or

200,000 or 300,000.

Advani catches it and says 200,000 and passes.

It's Laloo's turn now.

Yama asks him to give the Name and Address of each of the 200,000 who

died in the struggle.

Laloo accepts defeat and agrees to go to HELL.

Moral of the story

One day, three consultants, one from Wipro, one from Infosys and one from
TCS, went out for a walk.

"Why don't we prove who is the best among ourselves?"

Why not, said the other two.

The Infosian said "Let's have a test. Whoever makes this monkey laugh,
works for the best firm".

Being a pure logical strategist, the person from TCS tried to make the
monkey Laugh by telling jokes. The monkey stayed still.

As a more practical consultant, the Wipro guy tried to make funny
gestures... No good, the monkey stayed put...

Now, comes the Infosian. Being the practical guy he was always trained to
be, he whispered something into the monkey's ear, and it burst out
laughing at him ..

The other two were astonished. So the Wipro guy said "OK, let's take
another test. Let's make this monkey cry!!"

So there they went again, applying the same methods as before. The TCS guy
narrated sad stories, the Wipro guy made sad gestures, and they failed
again...

Then, the Infosian again whispered something into the monkey's ear and oh!
It started crying, patting the Infosian's shoulder!

The other two just could not believe their eyes! So the tcs guy said "OK,
you've won twice. If you can win just this one, we will bow to you. Let's
make this monkey run".

and he barked at the monkey and ordered him to run. Of course, it stayed
where it was.. The Wipro guy, true to his type, pushed and prodded the
monkey- still No go.

So...here comes Infosian, again, and whispers into the monkey's ear. The
Monkey just takes off! It runs and runs as fast as it can, as if it was
scared to death!

The other two surrendered.

They Said: "OK, we give up.

You're the best among us, and you work for the Best firm of the three. But
Please, please tell us your secret," they begged him.

"Well", said the Infosian, "The first time I made it laugh, I told I work
for Infosys. The next time, I told the monkey how much I get paid ...so it
started crying.

And then I told that I was here for recruitment! !!

Dress Code

It is advised that you come to work dressed according to your salary.

If we see you wearing Prada shoes and carrying a Gucci bag, we assume you are doing well financially and therefore do not need a raise.

Sick Days

(Kaikeyi). However, he had no line drivers - i.e. no one to perpetuate
his line. In sheer desperation, he performed a great sacrifice after
which his queens gave birth to four sons - RAM, LSIman, BUG-rat and
SED-rughana.

RAM was a microchip off the old block - he had an excellent
memory, he logged in quickly and semi-conducted himself in a manner fit
for a king. His brothers, however, were only perpheralI ICs; everytime
RAM addressed them, they said, "I-C". Once when RAM was only sixteen
years old, the great sage Vish-WAN-mitra sought his help to fight some
DAEMONs who persistently RAIDed his hermitage. After a brief
collision, RAM routed them so easily that he came to be called DAEMON
ROUTER.

RAM then proceeded to Media, where he married Pricess C+ta.
C+ta's sisters, who were not her blood sisters and hence called
TRAN-sisters, married RAM's ICs. This ceremony came to be known as TTL.
On the way back to I/O-dhya, the entourage met Parasu-ROM (or
P-ROM as he was better known), the scourge of the kshatriyas. Taking up
the P-ROM challenge, RAM aimed an arrow at him; he threatened to take
away P-ROM's powers of locomotion, thereby converting him to Static RAM.
P-ROM humbly withdrew and the procession reached I/O-dhya.

Twelve years passed and DOS-rat decided to crown
RAM as his successor. However, CIE/CAE, at the
instigation of her BIOSed maid MANtharai(a real plotter), i
nsisted that her son Bug-rat be crowned king and that RAM
be banished to the FOR(;;)est for fourteen years. At this cruel and
unexpected demAND, a surge passed thru DOS-rat and he CRASHED,
power-less.

RAM agreed to go to FOR(;;)est and C+ta insisted to go with him.
She said that at the time of her marriage, her father had advised her
to follow the footsteps of her husband like a shadow, hence, she came to be
called SHADOW-RAM.

LSI-man was also resolved on accompanying his
brother as a SLAVE LSI. Unable to bear separation,
DOS-rat died, setting the precedent that no system could function
in the absence of RAM. The forest was the dwelling of SPARC-nakha, the
sister of RAW-van, King of LAN-ka. Attracted by RAM's stature, she
proposed that he marry her. RAM routed her to LSI-man, who also politely
declined. Perceiving C+ta to be the source code of her distress, she
hastened to kill her.

At this stage LSI-man executed the Memory resident
code and converted SPARC-naak to SPARC-no-naak. He RUNCATED her nose.
Weeping, SPARC-no-naak fled to LAN-ka, where RAW-van, moved
by sisters plight, approached his uncle MAR-icha. Ignoring MAR-icha's compilation warnings not to RISC SPARC-ing a war with RAM, he insisted on going ahead. Accordingly, MAR-icha transformed himself into the form of golden sTAG and drew RAM deep into the forest.

Finally, tired of chase, RAM shot the deer, who, with his last
breath, cried out desperately for LSI-man in RAM's voice. Fooled by this
Virtual RAM cry, C+ta urged LSI-man to his brothers aid. Catching the
opportunity, RAW-van delinked C+ta from her library and changed her root
directory to LAN-ka by BROADCASTING her over sky.

PART-II
RAM and LSI-man started FINDing for the missing
i-node, c+ta all over the forest. They made
friendship with the forest admin SU-greev and his
powerful co-processor ha-NEUMAN.
ha-NEUMAN was a legendary figure. He had a swollen
cheek ARCHITECTURE. He was a child
prodigy and came up with newer methedologies and
techniques which inspired many others.In particular his RAM mantra
technique became extremely popular for generations.
SU-greev agreed to help RAM but first wanted help
from RAM to delete his own root node VAALI.( valli?) SU-greev's intention was obvious. He wanted to be the only admin around & wanted to grab all the consulting jobs in the forest.

RAM fought with VALLI and surprised him using some un-documented
features.VALLI cried foul and started complaining to the justice
department saying that it was not a fair fight.RAM then convinced everyone
using his trademark MICRO SOFT WORDs coupled with a few FREE vedic
goodies.Though some of the onlookers such as ORACLE (seer)and pancha bhutas
such as SUN, disagreed with RAM's micro soft touch,they all shut their
mouths fearing RAM's reach among the user community.

SU-greev was happy with the outcome and ordered his programmers to
use powerful 'search' techniques to find the missing c+ta. His programmers
searched all around the INTER-NETworked forests. Some of them shouted
'YAA-HOO' but ended up with 'not found' messages. Several other search
techniques proved useless.

ha-NEUMAN using a radically different paradigm devised a RISKy
technology and used it to cross the seas at astonishing clock speeds.
On the way he bumped with a few satellite signals but was able to avoid
deflections due to his own high strength. As soon as ha-NEUMAN reached
LAN-ka, he had to collide with its firewall called LAN-ki. The
firewall made disperate attempts to stop ha-NEUMAN entering into its

internal web, but the great ha-NEUMAN detected a loop hole in
LAN-ki's firewall. Using micro code, he broke the security and entered
LAN-ka.

After doing some local search, ha-NEUMAN found C+ta weeping under
the weight of a TREE structure. ha-NEUMAN used a unique key-id (ring)
to identify himself to C+ta. After decrypting the key, C+ta believed
in him and asked him to send a STATUS_OK message to RAM through RING
topology.

Meanwhile all the raakshasa BUGS around C+ta tied ha-NEUMAN and
tried to terminate him using pyro-techniques. But ha-NEUMAN managed
to spread chaos among the raakshasas by SPAMMING the fire using some
side effects.

Several raakshasa programmers were later called to restore the
operational stability in LAN-ka. ha-NEUMAN happily escaped LAN-ka again
and conveyed all the STATUS messages to RAM and SU-greev.

RAM felt happy with ha-NEUMAN's methedology of execution and embarked on a project code named EXPLORER to delete the netESCAPING RAW-wan. He even created a bridge and GATEWAY to acess LAN-ka network. In the mean time, signs were apparent in LAN-ka about the imminent danger from RAM's project EXPLORER, but RAW-wan refused to budge.

Sensing disaster, his own sub-program called vibhee-SHUN, executed a 'GO TO' statement and branched out to RAM's camp. RAW-wan still insisted on taking the all powerful RAM head-on. He decided to use the boons given to him by SUN, sHIVa etc.and prepared for the battle on a remote island on LAN-ka called JAVA.

He thought that his presence in JAVA will give him victory over RAM. RAM and his entourage made small and buggy progress in the begining but the world community on the whole started watching them with awe. In the battle on JAVA island, it appeared initially that RAM had no chance.

In fact one of the RAW-wan's SUN indrajIT(son) almost killed RAM & LSI-man with a powerful brahma-astra called JAVA-BEAN. It appeared for a while that the world has seen the end of RAM's MICRO SOFT touch. But ha-NEUMAN resorted to some ACTIVE-Xgradients from HILL GATES and concocted a potion using some herbs. His powerful HERBAL-COMPUTER aided him in making this potion which restarted RAM and LSI-man.

Appearing, reluctant RAM used the source code secrets of RAW-wan given by vibhee-SHUN and once and for all wiped out RAW-wan's presense on the
earth. Before that he even SCHEDULED RAW-wan to come next day when all his resources were locked up bu RAM's virus weapons He proved again that even the so called invincible RAW-wan cannot be netESCAPED from his power.

After the battle, RAM spreaded his MICRO SOFT WORKS and other user friendly programs to all users across the world and every one ived happily thereafter.

1. Save a few keystrokes when entering dates

When entering the start and due dates for a new task, you don't have to type the entire date. If a date is in the current month, just enter the day and Outlook will enter the rest of the date for you. For instance, if the current month is March and you enter 14, Outlook assumes you mean March 14 of the current year and fills in that date.When a date isn't in the current month, you can still save a few keystrokes by entering the month and day. Outlook will fill in the year as follows:If the month and day haven't occurred in the current year, Outlook uses the current year.If the month and day have passed, Outlook uses the next year.

2. Control how you print notes

If you use the Notes feature to jot down questions, ideas, or quick reminders, you might also want to print them occasionally. By default, Outlook prints each note on a separate page, which might or might not be what you want. You can force Outlook to fill each page, to save paper or to keep related notes together. Select the notes you want to print and then choose Print from the File menu. In the resulting Print dialog box, deselect the Start Each Item On A New Page check box in the Print Options and click OK.If the option is disabled, you're using HTML format. You must switch to plain or text format to enable this option. To do so, choose Options from the Tools menu. Click on the Mail Format tab and choose Plain Text from the Compose In This Message Format option's drop-down list. Then, click Apply and OK. Repeat the print instructions, and you'll find the Start Each Item On A New Page option is enabled. After printing the notes, just retrace your steps to reset your format setting .

3. Print e-mail when it arrives

For a variety of reasons, some of us end up printing e-mail messages. If you print most of your messages, or all of your messages from a specific source, opening each message to print it manually interrupts your work. Setting a rule to print the desired incoming mail might be more efficient. To do so:
1. From the Tools menu, choose Rules And Alerts.
2. Click New Rule on the E-mail Rules tab.
3. Click Start From A Blank Rule at the top of the resulting Rules Wizard dialog box.
4. In the Step 1 box, highlight the Check Messages When They Arrive option (it should be the default) and then click Next.
5. In the Step 1 box, select the Where My Name Is In The To Box check box (or whatever option applies, if you don't want to print all you messages) and click Next.
6. In the Step 1 box, click the Print It option and click Next.
At this point, you can identify exceptions to the rule, but we won't do that here. Just click Next, and then Finish, Apply, and OK to return to Outlook.
After setting up the new print rule, Outlook will print every incoming message that meets your requirements. Now, the chances are that you won't want to print every message. So make good use of the conditions offered in steps 5 and 7 to limit the messages Outlook prints.

4. Store sent mail efficiently

When you reply to an e-mail, Outlook stores a copy of that message in the Sent folder. If you're like me, your Sent folder has thousands of messages. If you need to find a specific message later, you must sort through all those messages, and that takes time. Instead, store your replies with the original message. For instance, suppose you automatically route all your messages from your boss into a folder named, appropriately enough, MyBoss. If you want Outlook to store your replies in MyBoss with the original messages, do the following:
1. From the Tools menu, choose Options.
2. On the Preferences tab (which should be selected by default), click E-mail Options in the E-mail section.
3. Click Advanced E-mail Options at the bottom of the Message Handling section.
4. In the Save Messages section, select the In Folders Other Than The Inbox, Save Replies With The Original Message check box and then click OK three times to return to Outlook.
Outlook will apply this setting to all of your personal folders. Just remember that Outlook saves replies with the original message and not in the Sent folder only when the original message is in a folder other than the Inbox. Outlook continues to save all replies sent from messages in the Inbox in the Sent folder.

5. Create a Flags toolbar

Quick Flags help you categorize your messages, usually by some level of importance or by task. For instance, you might use a red flag to mark messages that need a quick response and a blue flag to mark messages on which you've acted and are waiting for a response.
The problem with Quick Flags is that there's no way to customize their descriptions. Outlook identifies them only by color. You can't change the name of Red Flag to Critical. Remembering what each color represents can become burdensome.
1. An easy way to remember what each flag represents is to create a custom toolbar that displays each flag with text that means something to you. Fortunately, the process is easy:
2. From the Tools menu, choose Customize.
3. On the Toolbars tab, click New and name the new toolbar appropriately (for instance, you might name it "Flags") and click OK.
4. In the Customize dialog box, click the Commands tab.
5. Select Actions from the Categories list box.
6. Next, drag the appropriate flag color buttons from the Commands list to the custom toolbar. (If you can't find the toolbar, look behind the dialog box.)
7. After adding all the flags you want, change the text for each flag button. Right-click a flag button and replace the Name setting, e.g., &Red Flag, with something more helpful, such as "Critical." Select the Image And Text option so that Outlook will display the button's name on the toolbar.
8. Complete steps 6 and 7 for each flag button in your new toolbar.

6. Modify the scope of your Calendar work week

By default, the Work Week calendar view displays the five days of the traditional business week, Monday through Friday. To include Saturday and Sunday in that view, choose Options from the Tools menu. In the resulting Options dialog box, click Calendar Options in the Calendar section. In the Calendar Options dialog box, check Sat and Sun in the Calendar Work Week section. Then, click OK twice to return to the Calendar.You don't have to view a seven- or traditional five-day work week. Check the days of the week that apply to you for a custom work week view. For example, if you work Wednesday through Sunday, you can make those selections to build a view that reflects your schedule.

7. Use color to identify messages from specific senders

Expecting important mail? Identify it as soon as it comes in by displaying it in a distinctive color. Start by select an existing message from the sender in question, if you have one. If you don't, that's okay; you can enter the sender's name manually. Now follow these steps:
1. In Mail, choose Organize from the Tools menu.
2. In the Ways To Organize Mail pane, click the Colors link on the left side.
3. In the first condition statement (we won't use the second), choose From in the first drop-down list.
4. If you chose a message before starting, the sender's name will appear in the text box to the right. If it's the wrong name, enter the right name or the person's e-mail address.
5. Choose a color from the second drop-down list.
6. Click Apply Color and close the pane.
Afterward, Outlook will display all messages, existing and new, from the person you specified in step 4 in the color you selected in step 5.

8.Distinguish incoming mail from existing mail

By default, Outlook displays incoming mail as bold text until you read it. If you need a bit more help, consider displaying unread mail in a bright color. To do so, you'll work in a view, not a rule:
1. In Mail, choose Inbox.
2. Choose Arrange By from the View menu.
3. Select Current View and then Define View from the subsequent submenus.
4. In the Custom View Organizer dialog box, check the option and click Modify.
5. Click Automatic Formatting.
6. In the Automatic Formatting dialog box, click Font.
7. In the Font dialog box, choose a color from the Color dropdown list, and click OK three times. Then, click Apply View.
Outlook will display all unread mail in the Inbox in the color you choose in step 7. Doing so won't display unread messages automatically routed to other folders. Since this is a view, it works only on the current folder. However, you can set up a similar view for any folder you like. In addition, the unread mail formatting takes precedent over colors used to identify mail from a specific sender.

9.Force replies to reach multiple recipients

A problem arises when you need recipients to reply to everyone receiving a message. The responding recipient must remember to click Reply All instead of Reply. If the recipient forgets to click Reply All, you're the only one who will see the reply, forcing you to forward it to everyone else, which is inefficient. Before you send the message, you can configure it to reply to everyone:
When composing the message, click the Options button on the Formatting toolbar.
1. Choose Options from the resulting drop-down list.
2. In the Message Options dialog box, check the Have Replies Sent To option in the Delivery Options section, which will automatically enter your e-mail address.
3. Next, click the Select Names button to the right and select all the appropriate recipients.
4. Click Close to return to your message.
5. When any recipient responds to the message, regardless of which reply choice they click, the reply will go to everyone you specified in the Have Replies Sent To option.

10. Create a temporary work week in the Calendar

The Work Week calendar view displays a week view, and you define what constitutes a work week (see Tip #6). If you need to see more or less than the usual work week, you can temporarily change that view. In the Date Navigation pane, click the first date you want to view. Then, hold down the [Shift] key and press the last date in the period. Outlook automatically adjusts the Calendar Work Week to include all of the dates in the selected time period. Alternately, you can view a group of noncontiguous dates by holding down [Ctrl] instead of [Shift] as you click dates. Outlook will display the days in order, regardless of how you select them.

SELF CONFIDENCE
There is something common in all achievers and that is self- confidence. It gives them courage to take greater risks and achieve more than they ever thought possible. Self-confidence extends their reach and makes them do miracles.

Self-confidence is our attitude which gives us a positive and realistic views about ourselves. It helps us to trust our abilities and believe that we can achieve what we dream.

Self-confident people have realistic expectations of themselves and others. Even if some of these expectations are not met they remain positive, accept themselves and look optimistically to conquer greater heights.

They feel good about themselves even when others don't appreciate and acknowledge their efforts. They don't long for the approval of others and are willing to risk and do what others are scared of doing because they believe in their ability to win. Jack Welch says, "Self-confidence gives you courage and extends your reach. It lets you take greater risks and achieve far more than you ever thought possible."

Self-confidence is contagious. Self-confident people instill confidence in others and gain the confidence of others. It is the secret of effective and successful living.

Our self-confidence is expressed in our behaviour, body language, the way we dress, talk, look, walk, what we say and think, the way we act and relate etc. A self-confident person fears nothing, has attained the truth and lives free of error.

The signs of low self-confidence are feeling of guilt, skepticism, self-shame, pride, fear, pretension, laziness, unforgiving attitudes, depression, lack of trust in oneself and others,pessimism, inferiority complex, procrastination, self-doubt, passivity, submissiveness, isolation and jealousy etc.

Be glad there are ways by which we can build up our self-confidence.

1. Have faith in yourself

Our self-confidence increases when we believe in our abilities to perform and manage things. All of us have innumerable talents and potentials, only we are often not aware of many of them. To believe in our capabilities we first of all must identify what we have. For this we have to do a SWOT analysis and realistically look at ourselves. We will discover that we are people of greatpossibilities and potentials. This faith in our abilities will boost our self-confidence. We must dwell more on our strengths and use them to negate and correct our weaknesses.

2. Look at your achievements

We can successfully do so many things. We too are great achievers. But we often brood over our failures and make our lives miserable. Think often of your successes and this will help you to increase your self-confidence. Our fear of failures prevents us from taking up anything new and challenging. Remember that we have so many qualities and abilities and that we too can be successful if we perform with all our energy, mind and heart.

3. Feel good about yourself

No one can make us feel inferior without our permission. To boost our self-confidence first of all we must feel good about ourselves. The secret of all successful and happy living is to love oneself. When I am unhappy with myself I see unhappiness everywhere and I make all those around me unhappy. I must accept myself and feel good about the way I am, the way I look, my colour, my size, my shape and believe that the world can't be same if I am not there. Enjoy yourself once in a while by joining your friends for a night out, enjoying a good meal, going for a movie, playing some games etc. Laugh and forget yourself and enjoy some moments and run away fromyour work and stress. Such activities can boost your self- confidence.

4. Fix challenging goals

Goals can do miracles in our lives. Greater the goals greater is our self-confidence. We should have both small goals and big goals. The achievement of small goals will give us enough enthusiasm and self- confidence to run towards bigger and more challenging goals. We mustthink positively about our abilities to achieve our goals and reward ourselves when we achieve them.

5. Bring in commitment and passion

Our self-confidence depends on the degree of our commitment to a cause. If we are mediocre and half-hearted the result will also be same. We must commit ourselves to success and become passionate about what we do. Our commitment is expressed in our eagerness and desire to learn and develop new skills, knowledge and talents. When we are more prepared with commitment, knowledge and skills to do a thing we become more confident.

The elephant and the maina were great friends. But the elephant always felt sad that he was not able to fly like his friend maina. So one day he asked maina to teach him how to fly. The maina agreed and led him to a cliff.

Pulling out a feather she said: "hold this feather tight in your mouth and flap your ears and jump down this cliff and you will fly."
