Why You Should Try a Spin Class

Frankly I was terrified about my first spin class. It always looked like someone was about to pass out as a puddle of sweat dripped on the floor while I walked past the spinning room. Not going to lie, the very first class is always the hardest when you aren't used to giving it all you got for 45 minutes straight, but for some reason my sopping clothes and red flushed face after my first class made me feel as if I really just pushed past my limits, and that felt great.

It's no joke, spinning really is one of the best cardio workouts.

A Glimpse of Sri Lanka

It's been months and weeks and days waiting for this, when I'm off on my 5 week adventure in Sri Lanka! I am so grateful and so excited that I'm able to do this and I cannot wait to share every moment of it with you all. For this DIY I took inspiration from one of my newly discovered jewelry designer, Vanessa Mooney and her beautiful body chain. Using an old necklace I re-created her piece and made a bracelet out of the left over material.
