In fact, <b>vegans</b> and <b>vegetarians</b> are more likely to invite a turkey to enjoy <b>Thanksgiving</b> at our tables with us rather than serve it up for dinner. As a <b>vegan</b>, my <b>Thanksgiving</b> dinner of choice is <b>Tofurkey</b>, complete with its luscious gravy, sweet potatoes, winter squash, mashed rutabagas, sometimes stuffing, cranberry sauce, creamed onions, and peas or other green vegetable. I'm absolutely in love with <b>Tofurkey</b> and look forward to <b>Thanksgiving</b> each year, because it's seasonal in my part of the country, so I can only get it at <b>Thanksgiving</b> and Christmas. Whatever your <b>Thanksgiving</b> dinner choice, we hope you'll have a peaceful and thankful day.
