Hector Alexander Cruz, 37, of San Pedro Sula, Honduras, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Donald E. Walter on one count of illegal reentry of a removed alien and one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

According to the July 25, 2016 guilty plea, Lafayette police responded to a complaint of marijuana odor coming from a residence on University Avenue. Upon contacting the inhabitants, they found Cruz and two others inside the apartment as well as a strong odor of marijuana. After questioning them and obtaining a search warrant, police found a 9 mm pistol, a .22 caliber pistol, a .380 caliber pistol and ammunition.

After further investigation, law enforcement agents determined that Cruz had been removed from the country in December of 2011 after being convicted of an aggravated felony. Read more…

Drunk illegal alien kills 14 year old girl.

Her death not only belongs to this criminal alien, but to those who support illegal immigration.

Efrain Lopez-Contreras, an illegal alien, pleaded guilty to driving drunk when he crossed the centerline on Redman Road and hit a vehicle head-on, driven by Clarkson Pastor Tony Bartolucci. Bartolucci and his daughter Giana were trapped in their car when it caught fire. They were pulled out by Good Samaritans. The pastor recovered but his daughter died months later.

During sentencing, the judge pointed to another incident in 2010 when Contreras was deported for driving drunk and resisting arrest. She said Contreras made mistake after mistake, and will now be held accountable.  Read more….

Weeks later, on February 7th, Valles and a partner robbed and murder 32 year old Tim Cruz.

One of the suspects accused of killing a man at a Denver light rail station was incustody in Denver and wanted for possible deportation by federal authorities when he was released from jail weeks before the murder.

Ever Valles is currently in jail in Denver along with another man for the killing of Tim Cruz, 32, on February 7. He and Nathan Valdez were formally charged Friday for murder. The two also are accused of trying to rob Cruz.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement had placed a detainer on Valles after Denver police arrested him in October 2016 for car theft and other charges. That means ICE wanted to be notified of any pending release because he was suspected of being in the United States illegally.

“Ever Andres Valles, 19, a citizen of Mexico, was encountered by ICE via the Criminal Alien Program following his arrest on local charges in October 2016,” ICE told FOX31 in a statement Friday night.

“At the time of his arrest, ICE placed a detainer with the Denver County Jail. The detainer wasn’t honored, and he was released by the jail Dec. 20, 2016, without notification to ICE. Valles is a known gang member whose gang history is documented in the Colorado gang database. Due to his criminal history and gang affiliation, Valles is an ICE immigration enforcement priority.”  Read more….

Illegal immigrant arrest for Halloween rape

The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office announces the arrest of the suspect involved in the sexual assault that occurred October 31, along State Route 3/Kings Highway.

After developing a lead, Stafford County Detectives located the suspect, Roberto Carlos Flores Sibrian, in North Carolina and, along with partner agencies, participated in his arrest.

Flores Sibrian was arrested on November 10 at a construction site in Sanford, North Carolina. He has been charged with Rape and Aggravated Sexual Battery and is being detained in the Lee County Jail on a $100,000 secured bond and an U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Detainer. Flores Sibrian, age 26 has no fixed address, but was living in the Fredericksburg Region prior to the incident on October 31.

Approximately 100 leads were developed with the assistance of an aware and supportive public. All leads were investigated and the Sheriff’s Office gratefully acknowledges the vital role engaged citizens play in helping protect our community.

The Sheriff’s Office also commends the efforts of our partner agencies including Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Lee County North Carolina Sheriff’s Office, the North Carolina State Highway Patrol, the Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office, the King George County Sheriff’s Office, the Fredericksburg Police Department, the Fredericksburg Sheriff’s Office, the Virginia State Police, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the U.S. Marshals Service.

This is an active investigation and in order to protect the integrity of the case and the privacy of the victim no further information will be released at this time.

The indictment alleges that Valencia-Sandoval made a false statement of U.S. citizenship on a passport application in April 2012. Another charge alleges he made a false claim of citizenship in order to vote in an election. Two felony charges of aggravated identity theft, one for using Vasquez’s identity to get a passport and another for using the identity to vote in an election, were part of the indictment.

Lastly, he was charged with three misdemeanor counts of voting in an election by an illegal immigrant, for having voted in general elections in 2012, 2014 and 2016.  Read more….

So he used someone else’s identity and he voted in 3 elections. I have the feeling this is the rule and not the exception in terms of illegal immigrants and voting.

Herrera Contreras was charged with rape, abduction with the intent to defile, gang participation and assault and battery.

He is accused of ordering a 15-year-old girl to come with him on a walk on July 13 of last year. After about 15 minutes, Herrera Contreras allegedly dragged the girl into some woods in the 7300 block of Lee Highway and raped her.

Police believe Herrera Contreras is in a gang, and say he threatened the girl and her family both before and after the alleged rape.

Last year, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement told ABC7 News that Herrera Contreras had been picked up in June 2015 near Hidalgo, Texas, after illegally entering the country. He was ultimately given what ICE calls a “final order of removal,” but he reportedly never left the U.S.  Read more….

It was also confirmed that Mejia has been in the country illegally for 12 years.

Investigators believe Mejia contacted a 38-year-old victim Thursday night in the 8400 block of Harry Drive around 11:30 p.m. and the two agreed to have sex. While at his home on Epperson Drive, police believe Mejia struck the victim in the head with a handgun, bound her arms and raped her for several hours.

BRPD said Mejia then gagged the victim and placed her on the floorboard of his vehicle and returned her to the area where he initially picked her up. While leaving her bound and gagged, he cut her throat with a sharp object and left her in the parking lot. The victim was found by a passerby who rendered aid until EMS arrived.

Police say the victim was transported to a local hospital where she is expected to survive.  Read more…
