In our walk of faith, we are called to perceive the world through the transformative lenses that God provides. These spiritual perspectives guide us, illuminate our path, and deepen our connection with our Creator. As followers of Christ, let us explore these lenses that enable us to view the world in alignment with His teachings.

1. The Lens of Grace: Through the lens of grace, we witness God’s boundless mercy and unconditional love. Just as He extends His grace to us, we are called to extend grace to others. This lens reminds us of our need for forgiveness and our duty to forgive, mirroring the forgiveness we have received through Christ.
2. The Lens of Sacrifice: Looking through the lens of sacrifice, we see the ultimate act of love displayed on the cross. This lens challenges us to lay down our own desires and comforts, following Christ’s example of selflessness. Through sacrifice, we draw closer to the heart of God and serve as channels of His love.
3. The Lens of Redemption: The lens of redemption reveals the beauty of God’s plan to restore and renew. It invites us to see our past mistakes as opportunities for growth and transformation. Through this lens, we understand that God can turn our brokenness into something beautiful for His glory.
4. The Lens of Hope: Peering through the lens of hope, we see a world beyond the present challenges and difficulties. This lens is rooted in the resurrection of Christ, assuring us that even in the darkest times, God’s light will prevail. It encourages us to place our trust in His promises.
5. The Lens of Compassion: The lens of compassion mirrors the compassion of Christ for the marginalized, the hurting, and the lost. Through this lens, we recognize the value of every soul and our responsibility to alleviate suffering, demonstrating Christ’s love through our actions.
6. The Lens of Humility: Through the lens of humility, we gain insight into the nature of Christ, who humbled Himself to the point of death on a cross. This lens reminds us that true greatness is found in servanthood, encouraging us to put others before ourselves.
7. The Lens of Eternal Perspective: The lens of eternal perspective shifts our focus from the temporary to the eternal. It reminds us that our current trials are momentary in light of the eternity we will spend with Christ. This lens empowers us to endure and persevere with unwavering faith.

As you navigate the intricate tapestry of life, may these lenses of faith guide your sight. Embrace them as tools to deepen your relationship with God, enhance your interactions with others, and foster spiritual growth. Through the lens of faith, may you see the world as a canvas upon which God’s love and purpose are beautifully painted.

What a treasure and an inspiration LeAnne Parsons is for this community and for our organization! She kicked off a two-month-long series of trainings for volunteers and staff at the Los Alamos History Museum, and hit all the right notes for getting us started as we looked toward our grand re-opening. She helped us envision a great visitor experience and figure out ways to make that vision a reality.  About The Esthetician Mastermind

Thank you for your interest in our Esthetician Mastermind Tele-Coaching Group! This program has been uniquely created for the Esthetician community.

There will be participants from several different areas in the US and perhaps beyond. All groups are confidential, safe, and individually focused. A desire to and commitment to complete the entire 6-session program, as well as a confidentiality agreement is required and must be made by each participant.

We are a dedicated, committed group of estheticians who inspire and challenge each other to reach and exceed our personal and professional goals.  We will support each other’s journey, explore, evaluate and learn. We will hold each other accountable.  Our ideas and resources are shared throughout the group without restraint and in honest and genuine support of the endeavors of each member.  To sustain forward motion, all members must be committed to the effort to grow and call each other onward and upward.

What is Coaching?

LeAnne brings a unique empowered experience to each group she leads. Her processes are refreshing, the goals are achievable, and practical, and the delivery of material is impactful!

The Esthetician Mastermind Guidelines Overview:

Participants must be willing to commit to the entire 6 week program, and will be given the opportunity to opt out after the first meeting if they feel that it is not for them (there will be some flexibility offered for certain emergencies however, because we build each week on the skills, this group works best when participating consistently and has its highest degree of efficacy when participants commit to showing up for the entire program. Members are expected to arrive on time to all meetings, and remain until the session is complete.  If you are unable to make a session, please email Cathy at jpoasis@comcast.net 24 hours in advance.

This is a safe community built on a foundation of trust and respect.  Everything discussed during a mastermind session is to remain private.  Criticism should be constructive, thoughtful and positive.  All members are expected to contribute and participate equally in both receiving and adding value.

Negative people will be subjected to an apricot facial scrub.

Members can expect to be asked to leave the group if they violate the trust of the group or act in a way that hurts the group, or any of its members and any fees or tuition paid will be forfeit.

Meet your Mastermind Group Hosts

Cathy Dye is an esthetician licensed to practice in CA and NM with 23 years in the beauty industry.  Her skin center programs include targeted skin care products, cutting edge treatments, lifestyle coaching, and nutritional supplementation to help her clients achieve their goals.  She is also an inventor, mentor, wife, and mother.

LeAnne Parsons is a Certified and Credentialed Professional Leadership/Wellbeing Coach, Speaker, Radio Host, Mastermind Facilitator, Licensed Cosmetologist (over 25 years) Small Business Owner and Professional Educator.  LeAnne is committed to individuals who wish to create health, balance, and core wellbeing in every aspect of their life- physical, social, emotional, professional, financial, mental and spiritual. Together we ultimately experience peace and ease, wholeness and security!

Coaching/Mastermind Group Details:

Meetings:

Six 1-hour teleconference calls followed by 15 minutes of additional Q & A (Please note the first teleconference call will be closer to 90 minutes with the Q & A).  Also included for each member is a 30 minute, private strategy wrap up session with LeAnne.

Meeting Times:  Mondays at 1:00 PM Mountain Time (2:00 PM Central).

Session Dates: 8-22-16, 8-28-16, 9-12-16, 9-19-16, 9-26-16, 10-3-16

Registration and Payment:  

All monies will be collected in full prior to the start of the program. You may submit payment via credit card in the amount of $149.00 per participant. Think about it Thursday…

The first Iris bloom in my yard showed itself this week… This gorgeous flower is a wonderful reminder to me that much is happening in the unseen world… So much if the iris work is done underground most of the year.
An iris blooms for just a little while each late spring/early summer and grants the the word the gift of color, fragrance, nectar and beauty. Each iris stands tall even when bloom begins to wither and this miraculous plant then retains its strong green all summer, getting itself ready for the next years bloom… The iris needs at least a half a day of sun and well-drained soil. Without the sun, the iris won’t bloom. They prefer fertile soil that drains well, and they grow best in groups of three.
The iris has a unique way of holding its space in the word. It is super resilient and can be dug up, divided, moved and shared… so much happens under ground that we never see… Our lives are like that…‪#‎legacynowlived‬ I will be thinking a lot about the iris today… ‪#‎walkyourtalkwithLeAnne‬
