Cu toate ca planul era ca în 2014 sa fac nenumărate rețete din Alinea, ceea ce am plănuit eu și ce a ieșit pana la urma a fost foarte diferit.

Mâncarea ți se pune în fata și ești asaltat din toate direcțiile. Este gustoasa, arata superb și miroase divin.

Cine ghicește ce e în lingura? Nimeni?
Ce vedeți în lingura nu este un gălbenuș de ou, este suc de portocale sferificat.

Am vrut sa fac experimentul asta cam de pe la începutul anului. Cam pe atunci mi-am cumpărat tot ce trebuie dar abia acum i-a venit rândul.

Experimentul în sine e super fun dar și mai fun este reacția oamenilor când li se pune în fata ceva care arata ca un gălbenuș de ou.

Prima rețeta din Alinea cookbook. Se întâmpla ca este și cea mai ușor de făcut.

Rețeta se bazează pe o tehnica din bucătăria modernista în care lichide cu conținut ridicat în grăsime se pot transforma în pudra&amp;nbsp;folosind Tapioca Maltodextrin.
Tapioca Maltodextrin este un extract din amidonul de tapioca dar poate fi produs și din porumb sau grâu.

Din ciclul &quot;Pregătite acum 5 luni și uitate printr-un colt de harddisk&quot;, va prezint preparatul asta pe care multi îl asociază la gust cu esența marii.

Este dulce și putin sărat în același timp, crocant în exterior și foarte fraged în interior.

O data pe an, undeva prin mai, anumite specii de crab își pierd platoșa. Pentru o perioada scurta de timp sint acoperiți cu una foarte moale.

S-a cam întâmplat a doua oara la fel ca și prima...

Derulam înapoi aproape doi ani.
Atunci a fost&amp;nbsp;FRENCH LAUNDRY AT HOME. Am dat peste blogul asta unde cineva a avut răbdarea și tenacitatea sa gătească toate rețetele din The French Laundry.

In meniul inițial de la &quot;The French Laundry&quot; a existat o salata de vegetale, carne din falca de vita fiarta înăbușit și hrean. Preparatul este unul cu caracter și reflecta împerecherea familiara dintre friptura de vita și hrean.

Falca de vita este foarte suculenta din cauza conținutului relativ mai ridicat în grăsimi.
