Vintage Dancer is a great website with a lot of wonderful resources, and right now they're having a giveaway! Wearing History Patterns does some spot-on vintage patterns from Victorian to 1940's, and this would be a great opportunity (if you were to win) to get a marvelous pattern to create a piece for your impression. Choosing an impression is a very personal experience, but one of the most important things to consider when getting into the hobby.
