It's sad (and joyous) to say that my first actual trip just recently happened, as I had a long weekend to spend in town with friends, enjoying some baseball and local sights.

Of course, coffee stops made the list of attractions and there were quite a few. Much like Pittsburgh has been one of the few old industrial cities of the America to really bounce back, it seems their coffee scene has also been atypical in the number of acclaimed coffee places to have emerged.

My first stop was a relative newcomer to the scene called Voluto Coffee. Located in the Friendship area of Pittsburgh, the cafe is part of a residential building, with Voluto trumpeting huge windows and a nice array of modern-esque outside seating. On the other side of the glass, the cafe continues the modern look, with a gorgeous array of furniture in an 'honest architecture' space.

The coffee comes all the way from British Columbia via 49th Parallel. I had myself an espresso (49th's Epic) and a cup from their pump pot (I believe it was french pressed originally) of the 123 degree W Longitude blend. The espresso, pulled short with beautiful crema, displayed notes of vanilla, strawberry, cream, lemon and sugar. The barista did a great job with the extraction and the bright espresso was delightful to slurp. The 123 degree W Longitude blend produced a light, grassy, tart apple coffee with hints of tobacco, orange and honey; a great coffee throughout. The tea was free leaf.

As the first cafe on my expedition, I was greatly pleased with Voluto. Stop in.

Natural Kopi Luwak

Natural kopi luwak is completely untreated kopi, as it is collected with no additional processing. The beans are hand collected from where they lay on the jungle floor, bagged, and then sent to Animalcoffee where they are eventually turned into the world's most exclusive gourmet beverage.

The individual beans are naturally glued together in the stomach of the Luwak, there is no artificial adhesive involved, yet kopi luwak collected in this fashion appears remarkably clean and is completely odour free.

Depending on where the kopi luwak is collected there may be a predominance of either Arabica or Robusta grown which ensures the Luwak Coffee is of a particular type. Alternatively both Arabica and Robusta may be grown within close proximity of each other, as is the practice in some areas of west Sumatra, in which case both kinds of coffee cherry are eaten by the Luwak and the resulting kopi luwak is a blend of coffee created naturally in the stomach of the Luwak.

A bagful of freshly collected kopi luwak in its natural state is brittle and needs to be transported carefully to avoid ending up as individual beans, which are generally unacceptable to Animalcoffee.

To obtain beans while still in this state they must be collected almost immediately after they are deposited on the forest floor. Once they have been exposed to the elements for even a very short period, particularly in the rainy season, they break down into individual beans and we can no longer be sure that they are genuine kopi luwak.

Hayaki Kopitiam

I encountered Hayaki Kopitiam during my Hari Raya Aidilfitri holiday in Kota Bharu Kelantan. It was Friday, we planned to have breakfast at the well known White House Kopitiam, unfortunately it was closed. White House Kopitiam closed every Friday, make sure you remember that!
Since we all are in Kota Bharu town, going back home is not an option, so kena cari jugak a nice place for breakfast. While wondering around, we found Hayaki Kopitiam located at Jalan Kebun Sultan. At that time it was only around 8:30am, memang planned to go out early to avoid the crowd.
Once at Jalan Kebun Sultan, you will definitely see the Hayaki Kopitiam restaurant. There’s two Hayaki Kopitam restaurant facing each other. FREE parking is provided nearby for customers. The restaurant is open 24 hours.

What can you expect from a kopitiam restaurant? the usual breakfast stuff, but here in KB they have additional menu like Nasik Dagang & Nasik Berlauk. I had kopi-0, french toast, egg toast, roti kahwin and nasik lemak. The french toast was delicious!
<ins style="border: medium none; display: inline-table; height: 60px; margin: 0pt; padding: 0pt; position: relative; visibility: visible; width: 468px;"> </ins>

Hayaki Kopitiam also provided WIFI internet connection for FREE. I’ve also noticed that wall socket plug is also provided at a few tables. If you happened to be in Kota Bharu Kelantan and would like to get connected to internet, Hayaki Kopitiam will be a good choice, provided if you have your own laptop that is WIFI enabled. Here you can surf all you want with the price of kopi-o for only RM1.00

Italian Coffee

Espresso, caffè normale, cappuccino; sometimes it seems that there are as many types of coffee in Italy as there are pastas. And just like pasta, Italian coffee is an art form with many customs and traditions. Whether it's a caffè corretto thrown back like a shot, a cappuccino and brioche for breakfast, or a granita di caffè con panna to cool off from the hot midday sun, in Italy there is a coffee drink specific for every time and mood.
The Perfect Tazza
Want to start a heated discussion in Italy? Ask a group of friends how to make a perfect cup of stove top espresso! There are fully automatic espresso makers, pump driven espresso machines, lever piston espresso machines, and, of course, the classic aluminum espresso coffee maker (also called a moka pot or The Moka Express), which was invented in the 1930's.
Italian coffee tifosi in search of the perfect cup will also debate various factors such as bean type, blade vs. burr grinders, tamp pressure, water temperature, and humidity. Caffeine junkies not only have their favorite local torrefazione (coffee house), but even prefer certain baristi because of their ability to deliver a perfect caffè espresso.
'S' Marks the Pot (of Coffee)
No one expects a first-time visitor to Italy to trill their r's like a native Italian speaker. But if you don't want to be labeled maleducato, when ordering a coffee in Italy it's espresso, not expresso. Both will quicken your heart rate, but an expresso is a fast train and an espresso is a small cup of very strong coffee. And caffè (with two f's) is both the beverage and the locale that serves it.
What kind of coffee should you order in a caffè? The possibilities can be as daunting as a Starbucks menu. Below is a list of the most popular caffeine-laden drinks. Keep in mind too, Italians generally don't drink coffee with any meal except breakfast. Coffee is often ordered after a meal, and—che vergogna!—only the unwitting tourist will order a cappuccino in a restaurant after lunch or dinnerLavazza Qualita Oro Espresso Whole Bean Coffee, 8.8-Ounce Bags (Pack of 4) When ordering an after-dinner coffee, do not ask for an espresso, ask for "un caffè, per favore."

Many people ask me how to enjoy a cup of coffee? Basically, the correct way to enjoy coffee is if coffee can be a pleasure for you. The wrong way is if coffee makes you feel uncomfortable. For example, if you need to finish the job all night, drinking coffee will keep you awake. Well, You Need to remember that coffee contains toxins called caffeine. Like drugs, caffeine can be healthful as well as hurt us. Too much caffeine can cause health problems, such as high blood pressure, irritability, and sleep disturbances.

Another mistake is letting your kids drink coffee instead of other nutritious beverages that children need. Caffeine in coffee can be dangerous for children who are still growing. Caffeine can steal calcium from bones, and can make a child's bones become brittle.

This is the recommended way of drinking coffee: Drinking more often in small doses. Simply drink a quarter cup of coffee every hour. If you drink it to prevent drowsiness, this method is more effective than if you drank a large mug.

Fill your belly first. Lie when it was said that drinking coffee could eliminate hunger, which makes you feel full or Milk Sugar content is contained in your coffee. That just makes your stomach bloated. Instead you should eat before drinking coffee.

You do not need to drink coffee when:

   1.
You feel restless or palpitations after drinking coffee.
   2.
      You're having trouble sleeping (insomnia).
   3.
Do you have a problem with the stomach, or disturbances in digestion.
   4.
You are taking a cold or headache medicine that also mengadung caffeine. This would exceed the quota of caffeine is safe.
In the spirit of the 3 green R's Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle, I've managed to find few ways to reuse those old coffee grounds.
As a body scrub. Mix a bit of oil or cleanser into a handful of coffee grounds and exfoliate those dead those dead skin cells away! However, you should not use coffee grounds as a facial scrub because they are too sharp and rough to use on delicate facial skin.
For shiny hair and to prevent dandruff. After shampooing, rub a handful of coffee grounds through your hair to increase the shine and scalp to help prevent dandruff. Rinse the grounds out of your hair (this took awhile for me because my hair is long and it made a big mess in my shower afterwards!) Coffee may add dark highlights to dark colored hair. Blondes may want to stay away from this tip.
Make fertilizer.Place those coffee grounds in a traditional or worm compost bin. . This is a great alternative for anyone who doesn't have room for a traditional or worm compost bin.
As a plant booster. Pour coffee grounds directly on the soil around the base of roses, acid loving plants like azaleas, and unbelievably, carrots and radishes.
Make iced coffee. Freeze leftover coffee into ice cube trays. Then use those coffee cubes to cool down a warm cup of coffee..
As a deodorizer. Dry used coffee grounds on a cookie sheet. Put them into a porous container such as a paper bag (paper wine bags work well for this), a leg of pantyhose, or an empty butter tub with holes poked into the lid. I sometimes use an old room deodorizer container. Place the container in a room, refrigerator/freezer, or even in a musty smelling piece of furniture. As long as the coffee has access to air, it will trap odors and musty smells. For a short-term quick fix, I do the same thing with a freshly empty coffee can or bag in a closed closet.
To repeal garden pests. Spread coffee grounds around anthills to deter ants or mix with orange peels and spread it in a flowerbed to deter cats from using it as a litter box. However, be aware that some pets like to eat coffee grounds and that can cause coffee toxicity. EGG MILK TEA (TST)

am already showing at 8:00 tonight. However, in Castle Street, one of the places in Medan District Area, a new life began to squirm. Hundreds of bikes lined irregularly on either side of the road no more than four meters it.

Hundreds of people both young and old, men and women have the same goal. Enjoying a glass of milk tea eggs.

Long time ago I did not come to this place. But the atmosphere is not much different from my last visit here. Still busy, full of laughter and of course ngangenin.

That night we wanted to taste again the warmth of a glass of the famous TST. After entering one of the cafe, we ordered two glasses of TST.

On the other RUNGAN corner, there are two albino men had been enjoying coffee milk, the coffee with sugar and sweetened condensed milk. Unfortunately, they did not try to try milk tea eggs, drink typical of the famous field.

While in the back of the wagon, the owner was preparing our order. After pouring the milk and put an egg (only yellow of course) into a glass, he then added two spoons of sugar, and meraciknya quickly.

With a little hard work, he changed the eggs and sugar into a thick froth of pale yellow color that can be the envy of all the cake makers.

In a separate cup, he boiled the tea leaves are poured from a thermos, and then filter them into a glass-covered cream eggs. He then mixes the tea with eggs and make a foam-like café latte.

As he followed fellow tea penyeruput another egg, we poured half a cup of tea eggs into the plate - to cool it down and create pleasure without a trace of foam eggs and sugar on the lips.

I tried to take in the warmth of TST that have been presented in front of us. Flavor kelatnya sweet tea mixed with milk to create a warm sensation as a pale yellow water touched his throat and then flows slowly into the stomach. Really sedaaaap. Not one little bit fishy smell in there. I do not know why. All I know, the longing for the warmth of a glass of Chateau TST was gone already.

Well, at the Castle Street area is almost in every inch up the cafes with a uniform menu, TST. Difference only lies in the creativity of the owner of the cafe to place trades is always crowded.

There are cafes equipped facility complete with a broadcast television cable television show broadcast live English League. There is also a full cafe music. All seemed normal. All depends on you, want to choose which one.

To remember, when entering this area will smell fishy eggs directly felt in the sense of smell you. But here also the unique, too. The cure is only one, just enough milk glass of the eggs. How, you want to try it?

business opportunities in the coffee shop business

For those investors who are interested to invest in the sweetness of the coffee shop business.
Coffee tradition is known in many communities in various countries. But, perhaps only found in Aceh, either in town or village, from dawn until midnight citizens alternately to a coffee shop.

In the village, had always been ordinary people to coffeehouse after morning prayers, "said Sulaiman Tripa Hotel, cultural researcher and author of several books in Banda Aceh. Solomon himself had worked in a coffee shop in Trieng Gading brother, Pidie, while still sitting on the bench junior.

Problems then emerged. Some time ago the Governor of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Irwandi Yusuf, who is also "visitors" coffee shop, got upset because many public servants are not in place when the working hours. He made "sweeping" the official favorite coffee shop in Banda Aceh. Since then the stifling of civil servants in uniform sitting in a coffee shop.

The coffee shop also invite domestic problems. "Breakfast is provided wives often do not touch. Many husbands choose breakfast at the coffee shop," said Tarmizi, entrepreneur coffee shop near the airport in Blang Bintang, Aceh Besar.

Change function

According to Solomon, the function of the coffee shop has been transformed from a coffee shop into a kind of social space, where the exchange of information.

Similar opinion expressed Fasya Teuku Kemal, an anthropologist at the University Malikussaleh, Lhok Seumawe. In the coffee shop is the answer to things that are not resolved through formal channels.

In the coffee shop, people talk about family issues, local politics, national, and the issues that are hot in the press spotlight. Substitution officials first often heard in the coffee shop, including officials scandal.

Coffeehouse figure itself may surprise those who've never been to Aceh. In Banda Aceh, hundreds of people huddled in a favorite coffee shop. Two-wheeled vehicles and four parked lengthwise like in shopping complex.

Coffee shop generally located in one or several shophouses. Some are shaped like a small shop in Java. Can be imagined when the room was packed with people cramped in the middle of a sunny day. Plus cigarette smoke. However, the more people crowded attract even more customers.

"In the coffee shop people can meet and post all sorts of people. Governors, regents, mayors, legislators, businessmen, contractors, teachers, clergy, and even unemployment," said Kemal Fasya. It's easier to meet officials or businessmen in a coffee shop than in his office. "The meeting at the coffeehouse opened the way for the next step."

The atmosphere is hard to find in other areas. In Java, for example, let governors or regents, an echelon II or III in the region must be reluctant to sit in a coffee shop with ordinary citizens or the unemployed because they are able to injure the prestige of civil servants corps.

Stress release

More exciting comment in cyberspace occurred around the existence of coffeehouses this Acehnese.

A blogger, Dudi Gurnadi and friends for example. He memelesetkan "Warkop" in Aceh this with the title "Starblack".

Starblack word is a word play on the international coffee shop that is currently extended in various parts of the world, Starbucks. Black coffee shops in Aceh, as well as their own tastes, making coffee Aceh match was called by bloggers as Starblack.

Another blogger stated, a coffee shop in Aceh also become a place dugem (sparkling world). Lack of entertainment in places like Aceh in the capital, discos, cinemas, nightclubs or presenting live musical entertainment, complete with entertainment, making coffee in Aceh as one of "entertainment" is enjoyable for the people of Aceh.

Nia (29), for example. Humanitarian workers in one of nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) affiliated with the United States government is claiming to go to Aceh because of miss-chat chat with friends in a coffee shop colleagues in Aceh. Whether in the store Solong father, Ulee Kareng, or at Warkop Yukee Chek, in Jalan Pinggir time, Banda Aceh.

Again with the other campus. "When he arrived at the coffee shop, the first thing we do read the local newspaper," says a former student activist. After that, begin the discussion of issues of interest in the newspaper. Each has an opinion and often unreasonable. "So, we refer to the coffee shop to update slander," he said.

"Any problem can be solved in a coffee shop," said Tarmiji (42), businessman Sir Geuchik coffee shop, near the airport Blang Bintang, Aceh Besar. He referred Jamil, gurem contractors, who had talked at that time. When needed energy builder, Jamil enough spread information in a coffee shop. The next day, some builders meet Jamil at the same store.

When martial law was imposed, the disaster began to befall those who are still desperate to a coffee shop. Moreover, the coffee shop is one of the security forces sweeping targets.

Those who suspect identity is transported to the military or police headquarters. In Teupian Raya, a few years ago, the security forces set fire to a coffee shop after a bomb exploded near a bridge and killing three members of the Siliwangi troops. Store which is the only building near the scene of suspected post-control bomb attack.

Teungku Yahya, adviser Teungku Abdullah Syafei, warlord of the Free Aceh Movement (GAM), to exchange the desire to sit in a coffee shop in Pidie with his life. Security forces were already know your favorite routes GAM guerrillas. Teungku Yahya was killed officer hit by bullets.

Changes

The atmosphere of the store is one key to a successful coffee shop business in Aceh. Coffee shop owned by H Nawawi in Ulee Kareng, Solong Banda Aceh, for example. His shop is always crowded, often crowded visitor sitting in his shop.

Commotion? No it had occurred a commotion or complaint. Yet, every day an average of 2,500 people at the coffee shop that served Nawawi's 13 employees.

At Ulee Kareng, the price of a cup of regular coffee USD 3500 and USD 6000 milky coffee. Means, every day there is the velocity of money around Rp 10 million.

Remarkably again, prices at the coffee shops could also be a kind of "economic indicators" in Aceh.

"Before the tsunami (2004), earning USD 20,000 a day can make ends meet. Pricing a cup of coffee is only Rp 1,000. Now earning Rp 50,000 is not enough. Pricing a cup of coffee was Rp 2,500," said Ramond. Ramond (64) is a motorized rickshaw driver who often hung in front of Hotel Sultan, Banda Aceh.

There, the price of a cup of coffee is more reliable as an indicator of good or bad economic conditions. Increase in fuel prices or other macroeconomic policies are the following. Here, the coffee shop is part of the rhythm of life and considered concerning "human rights".

Teh Tarik

A shopping mall is the last place Malaysians would find a mamak shop but, Teh Tarik, located in The Curve, Mutiara Damansara, defies such expectations. Named after the nation’s favourite beverage, menus here have been dispensed with – ask for one and the uniformed waiters will nod eloquently towards items and their prices scrawled onto wall-mounted chalkboard. Service is brisk and prices are a bit higher than Pelita or Khalifa (hot drinks start at RM1.60). Its repertoire of mamak-style staples is limited to sardine and planta-flavoured variations of roti canai, although it offers a good spread of hot dishes and the fried catfish is delectable with a side of sambal. Opening hours are from 08:00 to 12:30, as opposed to the more egalitarian 24 hour mamak stalls, so the party animals pouring out of The Curve’s numerous nightclubs may have to go elsewhere for their hangover cures. For exhausted shopaholics, however, there couldn’t be a more ideal pit stop for reasonably priced fare after a shopping marathon.

The Coffee Department explores

Wait, 5th taste? OK, lets review… there’s sweet, sour, salty and bitter…. and Umami?? What the heck is umami? If you’re asking yourself that very question, you’re not alone. For our monthly ‘Taste Personified’ I decided to bring the ubiquitous Mr. Umami to the experts and open up the dialog around what it has to do with coffee!

So, what is it? In Japanese, umai means delicious, and mi means essence. Loosely translated, umami means ‘brothy’, ‘meaty’, or ‘savory’. It’s that synergy of flavors that when put together induce the added deliciousness to your tastebuds. In Japan, many people call any food that reaches a state of perfection ‘umami’.

Umami has been around for thousands of years, but it was first officially discovered in 1908 by Dr. Ikeda, a chemistry professor at the Imperial Tokyo University. By extracting glutamate from Kombu, (a brown algae and base for Dashi – Japanese fish stock) and pondering the unique flavor profile of the savory soup, he found that umami is actually a taste. In the year 2000, another team of umami researchers found the actual taste bud, or taste receptor; ‘taste-mGluR4’ which when combined with umami rich foods defined it’s fate in our stimulated senses . The concept of having a 5th taste was only introduced to the western world about 30 years ago, and the first book published about umami in the United States was in 2005!

Mexico Chiapas: What’s Not to Love

As a self-professed coffee enthusiast (okay, coffee geek), I’m looking for coffees that wow me. The perfect coffee has a great story – but let’s face it, it must taste great too!
The coffee “challenge” in my house is that I drink my coffee black and my wife drinks hers with cream and sugar. Though there are many coffees that work for both of us, it is rare when one coffee hits the jackpot – meaning we both love it prepared our way.
When our Mexico Chiapas came out last month, I brought it home to see how it would stack up. Being on the Starbucks coffee team, I’d already tried it and found it to be a spectacular offering, balancing subtle acidity with rich flavors of milk chocolate and hazelnuts.
The looming question was whether my wife would feel the same. Good news – it only took one sip. We have been enjoying it together every morning since.

Coffee Shop in Yogyakarta, from Just Hanging up Watch Indie Films

A little caffeine in a cup of coffee is the best friend to spend the afternoon and evening, either in solitude or crowds.
Kadai coffee generally does not provide the weight of food (rice and side dishes complete), although the coffee shop was located in large cities. Coffee shop in the big city to sell food at 1 a 2 a cart parked in front of the store in question. Store itself only provide drinks and snacks.
What is interesting from the coffee shop is located on the function of a place to meet locals and ngobrolnya conducted in a relaxed, warm, and dynamic, in a very egalitarian atmosphere. In talking casually sitting there with one leg lifted to korsi, there is a sitting orderly, and there is also standing up.

The format and atmosphere of warm coffee Kadai style of communication that is wanted in "borrowed" in this website. KBI for a big family, with the existence of "kadaikopi" This means that the KBI began sweeping the world of "e-friendship" with the ease of use make use of computers and communications technologies that enable establishment of friendship through the virtual world, or commonly known as a virtual world. This large family who later in the "zoom" into the village, regional, and Indonesia as a whole, as Minangkabau proverb says:

Adaik badunsanak, dunsanak patahankan.

Adaik bakampuang, kampuang patahankan.

Adaik basuku, patahankan tribe.

Adaik banagari, patahankan village.

If a national scale, of course disconnect maxim is: "Adaik benegara, patahankan country".

Extended family in fact represent a large group of citizens Minang where the first generation and a small part of the family to the 2nd generation was born and had lived in the realm of Minang, but practically the next generation of childhood, adult, and elderly have lived in the seacoast. This generation Minang Minang or bleeding that most people still feel as Minang, ever or never to the Minang realm, but it does not speak Minang or have very little knowledge about the realm of Minang, customs, and culture. Website 'kadaikopi' designed especially for this generation really wants to know more about the Minangkabau, but did not know where to start studying. This generation that seems really, really needs to be embraced, because it may already exceed the amount that citizens living in Minang Minang realm. Because of possible content 'kadaikopi' too light for those who "did Minang", but quite adequate as an "entry point" for the generation of Overseas Minang this varies.

Through the internet with the help of a computer, PDA, or HP today's sophisticated, we can bercengkerma together on various topics of interest and benefit to the families of Overseas Minangkabau, in the village, the Minang realm as a whole, and Indonesia as a nation and state, without bound at the time and place. Time and place, is our free time each, where each of us; "kadaikopi" easily accessible from the home, office, restaurant, or mall.

Structure "kadaikopi" consists of "page" that are static or unchanging, and "category" which contains writings that are grouped according to the groups "extended family" to "Indonesia" above. Writing in the "category" can be commented on directly through the box "comment" which is located at the end of an article.
.fullpost{display:inline;}
Kopi tubruk literally means “collision coffee”. The concoction can be found in many parts of Indonesia, particularly in Java and Bali. Sources say kopi tubruk stems from a similar recipe brought over by traders from the Middle East, where it is known as “mud coffee.” Kopi tubruk is the simplest recipe for preparing coffee. To make a cup, one needs to add two teaspoons of ground coffee and sugar according to one’s taste.

Next, pour in boiling water, and let it “cook” the coffee for a while until most of the grounds have settled to the bottom according to Evi Mariani.

Some say kopi tubruk needs finely ground coffee, while others prefer coarsely ground. Most Indonesians, however, buy the common coffee brands from any given warung (locale store).
Devotees say the key to proper kopi tubruk is in the water. Hot water from water dispensers is often not hot enough to cook the coffee grounds. Uncooked grounds will remain floating on the surface.

Variants of kopi tubruk include kopi susu (milk coffee), in which one adds sweetened condensed milk. A less common variant involves mixing the coffee with avocado juice.

Many Indonesians enjoy the drink with sweet snacks, including pisang goreng (fried banana).
People advise against swallowing the remaining grounds at the bottom. Although there have been no reports of health related issues, many find the intensely bitter taste unpleasant.

Another tip, don’t reuse the grounds to make a second cup.Traditionally in villages, the drink is considered a male privilege. Nevertheless, over time, more and more women have come to enjoy it too.

It is recommended to sip kopi tubruk, and munch an accompanying snack, while enjoying the comfort of your front porch in the company of friends and family as the afternoon rain comes down.

West Coast coffee

Srruurrrpppp ... ... .. hmmm delicious ...
Kalo Japanese people should take pride in their tea indigenous people of Aceh should never dong also proud of their coffee hehehe ...

Reply that we know for a coffee inikan Rich itukan yes, the coffee is brewed and drunk as usual and presented as ordinary as a glass of water to drink milk ato usual. Gw Well this time the name would kenalin instant coffee, typical of West Aceh. Coffee that taste, smell terrible! and the more special is the presentation again. Gw gak lo suggest nyoba not going to make deh soalnya kalo gak ribet understand presentation, kalo gw sih strange to say. hehehe ...

I'm also not understand why his black coffee, which I brewed seahu obviously it was not the language of Aceh deh. But what is important here whatever I want coffee promosiin pride of West Aceh hwahaha ...

Coffee is served in reverse, lha kok bisa? ya can. you look at pictures I took pake hape me poto. Coffee presentation behind glass in telungkupkan ato to the plate. Well sekatang glass mouth position was at the bottom of the glass, confused?

I do not Clearly understand how the presentation could be so rich that people clearly said Sono reply said that coffee is more delicious taste of coffee beans should be cooked to perfection and cooked with water in 100derajat Celsius yangmendidih know, believe not clear ato emang sih would kerasa coffee coffee reply in a way that penyeduhannya using boiling water from the use of water dispenser not rich in boiling water boiling point.

It could be also a rich state gini, coffee and left the opposite telungkupkan automatic air gak ada tuh coffee apart is not in a closed state without air same ato rich dikasi glass coffee cup lid.

And the longer term is used coffee grounds coffee grounds that are typical rough aceh, coffee beans can bayangin segede corn kernels. Sedep pokonya wah banget dah nah way too typical drink, drink coffee by blowing air through a straw in the glass but the direction has to be really careful in blowing them: p because of wrong-wrong reply could spill coffee tuh kalo niupnya kekencengan, a mess right?

More baek lo nyoba mending kalo want to learn first how to drink it deh ...

Wah kalo lo want nyoba please dateng wrote to Aceh will be temuin ya lo coffee, kalo lo dateng particularly to the west coast of Aceh's most banyakmenyajikan this type of coffee. Gw aja this coffee addiction, but not hooked coffee gw lho. But the reply Aceh've got coffee all over the abstinence dah ... gw aja jabanin. hehehe .... bottom.

Coffee - The Pros dan Cons Unveiled

Coffee is one of the most widely consumed beverage in the world and rival tea is widely consumed in many parts of the world.
JAKARTA - Tired of shopping, you certainly need a place to chat for a while. Remove tired and bored and began filling the protest without compromise. Delicious menu is wrapped in a traditional atmosphere can seduce guests feel at home for long. Hhmmm .. interested in trying?

Santosa Handaka lazy never talked about the concept of a chat this one. To anyone, a tall man with glasses is always enthusiasm when asked about the intricacies of Warung Kopi, a restaurant on the fifth floor of Plaza Senayan Sogo Department. "The concept that we choose is the one stop shopping with a strong traditional feel."
Strengthening the traditional sense is deliberately underlined Handaka. This is aligned with the fifth floor of Plaza Senayan Sogo Department was deliberately designed as places to shop various handicrafts from Indonesia. So, in order not to lose my breath Warung Kopi ethnic interiors filled with unique items, especially hand-made. .
If you want an example, table and chairs dining room. There was a long table made of wood following a wooden chair that looks like a sidewalk stall. In the other corner there is a mixture of wooden tables and glass.
Apparently, it is intended for the satisfaction of guests. When we come together "troops", do not have to bother to lift chairs and tables. Simply select this long table.
With a neat arrangement, Warung Kopi ditongkrongi comfortable enough for around a hundred people in a one-time opportunity. Understand it, this place was never empty of visitors.
It seems they not only come to shop in Sogo but instead have a direct purpose to this place. In fact, there are several communities that had been a meeting. Incidentally when we bertandang last week, a retail association meeting was called to run.
Traditional concepts are not only adapted to the unique look of this restaurant, but it can also be found on the servings are available. Try it carefully posed menu employees. There Langgi Rice, Nasi Lemak, Mie Kangkung, Laksa, Pempek, Turmeric Fried Rice, Gadogado, UNFORGETABLE and much more.
A series of unique names that could not help but publish curiosity. The first step, we were invited to taste the rice fat. Well, not just a special taste, presentation of food makes us the added taste. How do, lha wong manager

This shop full-fat rice served with banana leaves.
Next turn ala Bangka Pempek. Pempek Warung Kopi not pick up a prescription from Palembang, but packed with flavor from Bangka. Dilute the dominance of liquid red, like pickled Bogor.
If you've eaten the main menu it does not complete if not unique taste Warung Kopi. His name, Es Warkop. This fresh drinks contain coconut, green beans and coconut milk. It looks like ice is mixed but it was certainly more bite. Sweet and tasty. Delicious is not it?
Create your tea or coffee drinkers do not need to worry. As the name implies, these places serve various snacks coffee. From coffee toraja to peppermint coffee. For tea, no milk jasmine tea, red milk tea, peppermint milk tea, peach milk tea, mango milk tea and chocolate milk tea.

Favored West Aloe
"We've started since two and a half years ago. Story time, we offered to fill this place, it's why not try it, "the story of Lily Admodirdjo, one manager Warung Kopi. Lily does not own, there are four other women who had joined in the management of this hangout. "Besides me, there was Mother Sonja, Mother Liny, Mrs. Caroline and Mrs. Ina," details with a smile. Special kitchen affairs, Mother Liny who had a key role.
Despite taking the traditional concept, that does not mean visitors Warung Kopi just came from the natives. "The strange, too much. They were hooked tuh laksa and nasi fat, too, "Lily kekeh. He was amazed at the food was "home" can also be caught in the western tongue. Yet, here if you want to find a western sense of smell menu there. For example, various spaghetti and sandwiches.
Promotion of mouth Lily recognized as a recipe introduction Warung Kopi. Just knowing that location is on the top floor of a mall is not easy to find people. But because the campaign was effective, Warung Kopi fame reached the ears of the Caucasians.
Now, not only during lunch or a night packed with Warung Kopi crowded visitors. Almost every time, disibuki their employees to serve customers who continue to flow. There are plans to add capacity?
"Well, I guess not yet exist. Problem we also have to count with an area where used goods sell handicrafts. Do not get too dominant a place (Warung Kopi) this, "she said, smiling Handaka.

coffeshop the Young community, Poci Pak Min and coffe Blandongan

Stop in places where traditional gathering scattered in Yogyakarta would be a necessity. Had carried the slogan of saving the nation from lack of caffeine, this coffee shop provides a special coffee that is processed directly obtained from the seed shop manager.

Which carried the motto of this shop is can be proved from the taste of coffee. Blandongan coffee has a bitter taste thickness and fit, presented in the right portions in small cups.
Once I've made the shop name Planet Beverages. Whew ... kereeeen!! hehe ... first concept is selling fruit juice mixed with mixed. Initial desire is always good, even grandiloquent grandiloquent distance, so for one and a lot of things then batagor turned into shops. I am very confident that almost no defects with a sense of artificial batagor my shop. I have a recipe how to make a special batagor, strong fish taste, garingnya kerasa outside but when bitten by a sense of fat would fit to play in the tongue. Not nonsense because until now there are many former customers who "keep watch" My shop is open again. Only eight months last stall, ga good location, mismanagement, wrong estimates, wrong wrong wrong ... etc. ... weleh failure is always a lot of reasons. But really, who yesterday failed to even make me curious, I still want nyoba again. Sampe now I still maintain the dream has a "shop". That's why this blog is created, sebage just one tool to remind my dream.

And either cause and musababnya gimana, I found again yesterday with a former employee batagor my shop. He is currently selling dumplings again. Initially only the usual talk that nanya this news, sales growth ff. The dream was still there, the desire to bring him back with my sales are also still there, but for the moment with some consideration, I have not been able to make it happen. Sampe end he was running out of stories that the capital and was trying to borrow it to someone say moneylenders. And do not need much, a few hundred thousand and a million but the return of the flat and gede banget.

It's not in my plans and agendas before that moment I finally kepikiran ngasi working capital, the returns for the course and even suggested adding one more wagon. Plus then there is another meatball traders and stalls indomie who want dimodalin also: P (emang my money what ya mine ... hehe). Rada sebenernya I offer this nonsense, where ngasi capital, wong money in my pocket there is ga, but I have faith that many temen who want to offer this as a small business like this is real, the way business is, just need a little capital and sha God is also real returns (note: kalo ga carried off: P). I'm not very clean, the scope of my activities bersliweran goods usury (lending financial institutions, this credit was ff ff), but I just want enough people like me who "kejebak" usury, and small businesses like this should be free from moneylenders and usury is too cruel.

This Batagor traditional commodities that can still touch diulik with good systems and modern packaging. After all, I already have a special recipe. The plan was there and now I was in the journey. Hmmm .. interesting.

Notes:

I actually have one suggestion, perhaps much better to be focused on one business segment, at it all out, melototin day and night, sampe crazy fixed. Eat, dream and sleep with that person said. "Kalo is involved in the technology and make it do not stall, loe ga ga specialization and there will be great", said my temen someday. But, I still have faith, the business world is not black and white world to gini gitu and probably should be created in the world I was not to be like Steve Jobs Bill Gates ato a visionary far ahead of the technology and able to make it happen.
