A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person and £20.00 per person for Hogmanay is required within 14 days to guarantee the booking. 2. We reserve the right to automatically release unconfirmed bookings once the 14 days have passed. 3. All final payments are required to be received no later than Friday 13th November 2009. After the payment date has passed we reserve the right to cancel bookings where full payment has not been received by us. 4. Once full payment is made, no refunds will be given. However should we be able to re-sell the places, a credit note will be given for the amount less the deposit to be used against a future booking for food. 5. No refund will be considered on bookings cancelled 48 hours or less before an event. 6. Any alterations and cancellations must be made in writing. 7. The times shown are subject to approval by the Licensing Authorities. 8. In the event of any function having to be cancelled by the hotel, an alternative date or venue will be offered or a full refund given. 9. The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas events to ensure the appropriate numbers. 10.The cost of any additional services must be paid for at the end of the event. 11.All details are correct at the time of going to press but may be subject to alteration without prior notice.
