Laurastar Australia are the leading ironing system and portable steam station provider in Australia.

After successfully designing & developing Laurastar Australias main website, Laurastar returned with the request to developer a new promotional website for the latest Laurastar Lift steam station.

Undertaking the design and development of the site we created the site using the technique of parallax scrolling which allows the users to have a simple user experience with subtle animations across all desktop, tablet and smart phone devices.

The new website has received great feedback from Laurastar and their customers that use the site.

Adaps is a premium IT recruitment agency specialising in Australian contract and permanent opportunities and recruitment solutions to blue chip clients.

I was approached by Adaps to redesign and rebuild their website. Adaps wanted the ability to manage everything on the site, including their job posting platform, as well as a sharp and simple design that would be easy for job seekers and employers to navigate.

Takt Studio provided the designs and I built the website using WordPress, which allowed Adaps to easily add new content. I was also able to integrate the existing Broad Bean job posting distribution platform with WordPress so that Adaps would be able to utilise their website as a job board.

The new website has received great feedback from Adaps and the job seekers and employers that use the site.

Hooked is a healthy Eat-in or Take Away Fish and Chip restaurant located in Fitzroy & Windsor.

I was approached by Hooked to develop a website that would promote their stores and integrate with their social media presence. In particular, Hooked wanted to showcase their menu and have it accessible using mobile devices.

With designs by Takt Design, I developed Hooked’s website using WordPress. The responsive design automatically resizes pages when viewed on mobile devices and I incorporated a Gallery and slide show to promote specials and other promotions.

The feedback received from Hooked has been terrific and the website has been liked by over 500 people on Facebook.

Plastic Center is a family owned Australian company specialising in plastic supply, plastics engineering and plastic fabrication solutions to industrial, agricultural, commercial and domestic markets.

I was approached by Plastic Center to redesign and redevelop their website to emphasise the different plastic products they supply. Plastic Center required a clean design that could be easily navigated and a platform to manage their product catalogue online.

Andrew Watson designed the website and I developed the site using WordPress. This enabled me to complement the new design with a custom product management system in the backend that Plastic Center can use to manage their products.

Plastic Center were very pleased with the new design and website functionality and have received great feedback from their customers.

Alchemy Body and Soul is the website of Jackie Arbuckle, a naturopath who practices across two clinics in Victoria; AllMed Consulting Clinic in Fitzroy North (Melbourne), and Benalla (two hours north of Melbourne).

Jackie asked me to redesign and redevelop her website and incorporate some new features that could improve the user experience on her site. This included a blog and an interactive digestion quiz Jackie designed and wanted me to build into the website.

Andrew Watson provided the designs and I developed the new website using the CMS platform – WordPress. WordPress allows Jackie to easily update her blog and manage content on the site. It also allows Jackie to edit the quiz and update it in the future.

Jackie has provided great feedback for her new website and her clients are impressed with the interactive features and fresh content.

Pacific Flow Technology specialises in the design, development, manufacture and pressure testing of rubber hoses for any industry type.

Pacific Flow approached me to redesign and redevelop their website. In addition to a clean and easy-to-navigate design, Pacific Flow also wanted quote request functionality and an online product catalogue to better serve their customers.

I created a design for Pacific Flow that reflected the company’s experience and expertise using a number of photos and images of the company’s hoses in action. I built the site using WordPress, which allowed me to incorporate a request a quote form and image gallery so that customers could browse Pacific Flow’s products.

The feedback from Pacific Flow has been terrific and they are very happy with their new website and request a quote functionality. They have also received great feedback from customers, who are now able to easily view products online.

Homelock is an innovation by Lock Focus, a designer and manufacturer of locking devices selling primarily into Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

Lock Focus approached me to design and build a website for their new product, Homelock. As a new and innovative product, Lock Focus wanted to demonstrate the new product and highlight its features with a series of videos hosted on YouTube, but embedded in the Homelock website.

I designed and built the website to let the videos do the talking for Homelock with a simple and easy to navigate layout. Using WordPress, I was able to embed the videos in the website and also provide secure ecommerce functionality so that online sales could be made directly from the site.

Lock Focus are thrilled with the Homelock website and the embedded videos have been a major driver for sales. Customer feedback has also been excellent.

Reimagine Films creates video content specifically for environmentally conscious organisations.

I was approached by Reimagine Films to redevelop their website and provide a vibrant and fresh new look. As an environmentally aware business, Reimagine Films wanted a website design that reflected their beliefs and could showcase their video content.

Takt Studio created the full-screen background design and I developed the website using WordPress. To showcase Reimagine Films’ video content and case studies, I incorporated a custom case study management area in the backend that allows them to easily upload content and develop case studies.

Reimagine Films have provided me with great feedback about the new site and its usability as well as the sparkling design created by Takt Studio.

P.Cooper Plumbing, established over 35 years ago, is a Ringwood based company that services both residential and commercial clients throughout Ringwood and its neighbouring suburbs.

Peter approached me to design and develop a simple and professional landing page for his business. Peter wanted a no-fuss landing page listing his contact details and allowing visitors to make online enquiries about plumbing jobs.

Peter wanted to keep it simple, so I went for a clean and professional design that emphasised the online enquiry form. I built the site using WordPress and set up an online enquiry system in the backend that Peter could easily use to manage and respond to enquiries.

Peter is delighted with the landing page and it’s been great for his business, with an ever-growing number of online enquiries coming through.

Sarah Berners is an award-winning Melbourne-based artist specialising in sculpture, painting and photography.

Sarah approached me to redevelop her website. As an artist, Sarah wanted to be able to easily showcase her work online and display new pieces as she created them. It was also important that the website be developed to handle an ever-growing body of Sarah’s work.

Using WordPress, I developed Sarah’s website and incorporated a number of unique features to help her showcase her work. By using a custom gallery management area in the backend, I was able to give Sarah the ability to easily manage her online gallery, no matter how large her collections get.

Sarah was delighted with the website and its functionality and has received great feedback from her growing number of fans.
