I honestly thought that we would start to see a leveling off (or even a slight decrease) in sales this week now that it is a full 3 weeks since MJ passed, but NOT EVEN CLOSE.

Diprivan found in Michael Jackson's home! So sad, tragic, major, and scary. The Attorney General is now involved because Diprivan is a powerful sedative that can not be distributed in a pharmacy and can only be administered in a hospital.

MICHAEL JACKSON MEMORIAL NEWS (all transcribed points from press conference):

All tickets will be free.

There will be a live worldwide internet feed, but no public broadcasting on jumbotrons and screens in the L.A. area around the stadium.

There will be 11K tickets distributed for inside the Staples Center. And an additional 6,500 tickets for the nearby Nokia Theater where the service will be broadcast on 3 large screens.

There are no details for what the memorial will entail so far.

There will be a bracelet system for ticket pool registration in order to counteract counterfeit.

Staplescenter.com is where you go to register. It's already crashing (of course) from now until 6pm tomorrow night.

This is built into the California budget.

The family wants it to be a service and a celebration.

MISS TLC SAYS: This is all so interesting. His kids REALLY seemed to be well-adjusted in these photos and videos. And EVERYONE who knew him well always stresses that he was a VERY good father, and that those children were his life. It makes it all even sadder. I actually watched this live on the "Today" show this morning, and the way that Michael spoke and seemed so grateful in the video they showed of him grocery shopping (when Alan got them to close down a supermarket for him) was so touching. It's nice to know that he had somewhere to escape and feel safe with "normal" people though, even it was just temporary. This guy really seemed to care about him too, trying to give him everyday experiences and all, and letting him let his guard down when he stayed at his compound. Aw.

MISS TLC SAYS: Who knows if this is true but I'm hoping for the best here. They say Jackson was dead broke when he passed away, but with his share of the Beatles catalog, his "antiques and collectibles", and the lightning sales of his own vast catalog since last Thursday, I'd think that was impossible. Then again, he was quite a spendthrift so you never know. We shall see what happens as this drama continues to unfold...

MISS TLC SAYS: I think this takes Leighton's well-known character Blair Waldorf to the next level. She still uses some of Blair's cute glances and looks as a singer, but you can tell that Leighton is more fun, carefree, and loves to dance (Blair seems a little too uptight for all of that). Then again, we do know that Leighton can be a bit of an exhibitionist as well (*cough* alleged sex tape *cough*), so I'm not surprised. Very good look for her though!

NEW YORK (Reuters) – A woman who inherited some Chinese carved jade from her father has scored the first $1 million (601,557 pounds) appraisal from experts on the U.S. television program "Antiques Roadshow," the producers said on Monday.

In a record for the show, four pieces of Chinese carved jade and celadon from the Chien Lung Dynasty (1736-1795), including a large bowl crafted for the Emperor, were given a conservative auction estimate of up to $1.07 million.
