How are we all this wonderful Saturday afternoon? I was just hanging out at home doing my make-up when I remembered I still haven't written a review on the Maybelline Dream Fresh 8-in-1 BB Cream yet. So whilst I'm doing very little I thought it would be perfect timing.

I feel I can give a fairly good and honest review of this product as I have used it for around a month now, not everyday but almost everyday that I have worn make-up... did that make any sense? Anyway lets get on with it!

First off the bottle isn't great in size. It's a small amount of product for £7.99 however you need very little.

Application

I found the simplest and best way to apply this is with my fingers. I start by warming it up in my fingers (rubbing it between my fingers until the melting process begins) then smoothing it over my face. I start in the centre working my way out. When I have a smooth, even application over my face I begin to build up coverage in the areas needed. I then apply concealer and I'm done. The down side is you have to use very little concealer as it doesn't blend in well with my Collection 2000: Lasting Perfection Concealer. I think this is because of the think consistency of the concealer however you do need a heavy duty concealer with this as the coverage is next to none.

8-in-1? We'll decide!

The back of the bottle states the 8 things it claims to do... here's what I think!

"Creates a natural glow" - Agree; the finish of this products is beautiful. It looks like your skin when your healthy and happy. It's not dewy, it contains no shimmer, however is is a very natural glow. I honestly don't know how to describe it, but it is gorgeous and makes you look incredibly healthy!
"Compliments skin-tone" - Agree; when I saw this on my hand I thought it was going to be waay too dark (a problem I have with so many of the maybelline skin products) however the shade light blended in so well. It looks great, no lines. It truly does morph into your skin-tone.
"SPF30 UV Protection" - Agree; I don't think you can disagree with this. I love that it contains SPF as that's something I don't generally apply to my face. Where I live I don't really feel it's necessary!
"Hydrates all day" - Agree & Disagree; for an combination, normal, or oily skin type I agree. I have fairly normal skin and I agree but when my skin is leaning towards the drier side my skin begins to feel tight about 4 to 5 hours after application. So if you have dry skin I do think you should moisturise well before applying
"Blurs imperfections" - Disagree; I have rosy red cheeks and it does manage to even those out. However, for my dark circles and active breakouts it simply does not work. I HAVE to use a concealer! So if you need a decent amount of coverage, don't go for this.
"Oil free, non-greasy" - Agree; It does not feel oily or greasy at all. And it does not look shiny one bit
"Looks Visibly smooth!" - Agree; it does look incredibly smooth. I love it!
"Feels Fresh" - Agree; this is my favourite thing about the BB Cream. It feels amazing on my skin. I don't even know I have it on... now who doesn't want this during the "summer" (not really here, but hey ho) months

Overall

Pros: blends well onto skin; natural glow is lush; feels great

Cons: doesn't "blur imperfections"; doesn't blend with think concealer; tiny bottle

Repurchase: definitely for those "no make-up, make-up days"

Better late than never: June 2012 Beauty Favourites

Welcome back to my blog everyone. I do apologize, it's been a while, and these favourites are a tinsy bit late. But I say better late than never, right ;)? Without further a do, here's what's been floating my boat throughout the month of June! None of these will be in depth, if you would like to see a detailed review of anything drop me a comment :).

Face Makeup

I've been lazy with my makeup recently. June brought with it the beginning of my Summer break and I just haven't wanted to coat my face in makeup so here is all I've been wearing.

L-R

1) Bourjois Paris Mineral Radience Pressed Powder (02 Vanille). I love this. It mattify's my face yet lets my natural radience shine through. I don't know how it does that because you would think you couldn't have a glowing yet matte face yet this allows for that. It also adds a great deal of coverage easily as you don't get a great deal with the next favourite!

2) Maybelline New York Dream Fresh 8-in-1 BB Cream (light). I'm going to say nothing about this as I am about to write a full review of this. Check back soon :)

3) Bourjois Paris Bronzing Powder (52). This is great, blends well, great contour shade. I've enjoyed bronzing up my skin with this

4) Garnier Anti-Dark Circles Roll-on. I haven't wanted to put a heavy concealer under my eyes so this is great. Also the metal ball feels great. Really helps make me looks awake!

Eyes

1) Maybelline New York Color Tattoo (On and on bronze). So quick to put on, stays on all day, and makes your face look "put together". What else can you ask for?

2) Maybelline New York Falsies (Flared). This mascara is great. I tried the Rimmel London Scandal Eyes Show-off mascara this month but it just didn't compare

3) Maybelline New York Lasting Drama Gel Liner. I didn't notice until now, the only eye-makeup I'm using recently is Maybelline, they definitely are good! This is super black and lasts all day. Very comparable to the Bobbi Brown Gel Liner however so much more affordable.

Lips

I haven't wanted to spend much time doing my eye makeup this month however, it's summer and I want a pop of colour on my face. So I have been using my lips to do that.

1) MUA (shade 16: Nectar). I've always wanted to try an orange lipstick. I always see youtuber Zoella280390 wearing and orange lip. I've loved it this month. Brightens your face easily.

2) Maybelline New York Color Sensational Lip Stain (Shy Red). I love this. It stays almost all day. Isn't too red, so I'm not scared to wear this everyday. It doesn't sit into the cracks on my lips. Worn this often.

3) Sleek makeup pout polish (Pink Cadillac). I've worn this on the rare sunny days we've had here in Scotland. It has SPF 15 to protect your lips. It's feels great and the colour is incredibly opaque on the lips

Nails

1) Models Own with Hedkandi (Beach Party). I bought this month and haven't taking it off. It's so bright and opaque. It's been my way of inserting neon into my look. It looks amazing. Check my instagram (DaniAxo) for swatches.

Hair

I recently dip dyed my hair. Therefore the ends are a little damaged meaning I do not want to straighten my hair too much as it can cause many split ends. So I have been embracing my natural curls

1) Trevor Sorbe Beautiful Curls Beach Waves. I spray this in my curls. Scrunch my hair and then I'm ready to go!

2) Tangle Teezer. This is the most amazing hair brush I've ever used. It detangles my hair and has helped my hair grow as it treats it so well. Simply love it.

Skin

1) Natural Collection Mango and Papaya Body Spray. I love this. It's incredibly cheap and smells great. It smells like a sweety form of this fruits. So nice and not over powering at all.

2) Dove Summer Glow. I do not tan in the slightest and I also don't like to fake tan too often so this is perfect. I apply it just like any other moisturiser and after 4-5 days I have more colour and glow to my skin :)

3) Balance Me Extra Care Wonder Eye Cream. I was lucky enough to receive a generous sample of this product. I'm 16 years old and have never dreamed of using an eye-cream previously. However this is great. A thin consistency. It's soothes my eyes before bed (I have horrendous hay fever and my eyes sting by about 4pm) and it also brightens my eye area, and has definitely reduced my dark circles

Hi :)

So I was checking out the "Trending Topics" on Twitter just a while ago and seen the hashtag #20factsaboutme floating around. I thought to myself that would be a great way for my blogging friends to get to know me more, since I am quite new to this! so here we go

A little haul

Hi again! So today I was in town handing in an application form (yes, I'm finally taking my first steps to getting a job!) and I popped into boots! I didn't buy that much but I thought it would make a nice little haul. It manly contains maybelline as they had a 3 for 2 offer on right now, so go check that out :)

1. Maybelline Dream Fresh 8-in-1 BB Cream - £7.99

When the hype over BB creams started at the beginning of this year I didn't really jump on the band wagon. I've never really enjoyed using tinted moisturisers so I didn't think I would like a BB Cream. However, this caught my eye today and on the 3 for 2 offer I thought it was about time I gave one a go. I've already tried it today and I absolutely love it so far. Check back in around a week and I'll most probably have a review on it, but heres the photos:-

2. Maybelline Color Sensational Lipmarker - £5.99

I loved the look of this lipstain. I have really been wanting to do the winged line/red lip look however not everyday I feel brave enough to wear a deep red lip. I got this in the shade (480) "Shy Red". It's perfect. You can tell you have a red lip, but it's not "in your face" if you get what I'm saying :L *my descriptions need work*. Heres the swatches (on and off lips):-

3. Maybelline Color Tattoo 24hr by Eyestudio - Free (£4.99)

I've heard so many great things about these and have had it set in my head that I really want to try the (35) "On and on Bronze" shade. However, it's always out of stock. Today it was in stock and on 3 for 2 so I actually got it for free (normally £4.99 - that's amazing). The bronze is beautiful. The gold reflects hold it back from being too dark, it's a great wash of colour. It can also be used as a base for eyeshadow... identical to a MAC - Paintpot, but for a fraction of the price:-

4. Collection 2000 Fast Stroke Eyeliner - £2.99

Like I said with the lipstain I want to try the black winged liner look with a red lip. I use gel liner day to day but for this look I thought it would be nice to go back to liquid (I used to use liquid daily). I find liquid easy to apply with the way I do it! If you'd like to know my technique I can do a post on it! Since trying the collection 2000 concealer (lasting perfection) I've wanted to try more of the brand. I saw this and it was a great price. I got it in Black - 1, here are the pictures:-

5. Sally Hansen Color Quick Pen - £1

I bet your wondering, £1, really? But yes. I was browsing my local poundland and this was on the shelf. In the UK we get the Sally Hansen nail care products but we generally don't get the coloured polishes. When I saw this I got excited. I loved the fact that it was a pen, another thing I'd never tried. It's really easy to use so far. I got the shade Silver Chrome. I already have the Barry M Gold Effects which is super pretty but I didn't have the silver. This is really nice! I think I'll use it rather than a white on a french manicure or as a feature nail, other wise it's quite "out there". Pics:-

MakeUp Academy (MUA) Review/Collection so far...

Welcome Back :)

In my last post I mentioned an MUA nail polish as of my top 5 nail polishes for Summer and I had nothing but great things to say about the brand... that inspired this post. I thought I would do a review the products I have so far accumulated from the company! Everything in their normal line is £1. Yes you heard right... £1. Bargain eh? They have recently expanded into a professional line, but the prices of that are still exceptional! In my local superdrug we cannot purchase the professional line, sadly, however I do love the brand I may order from them online. So lets get into the review :).

Lipsticks

1. Shade 4

Shade 4 was my first MUA purchase around Summer last year and soon enough became one of my all time favourite lip products! It is a perfect bubblegum pink colour which is soft, creamy and hydrating. I do find myself having to re-apply it after a few hours, but for £1 that's acceptable. One of my most favourite features of the MUA lipsticks is the packaging. They are a sleek black tube, with silver detailing but the stand out thing is having the colour of the products at the bottom of the tube. Makes it great for storing and brings ease when finding that days desired shade.

2. Shade 13

Shade 13 is the perfect red. It is that simple, chic, elegant rose fuelled colour. It's pigmentation is tremendous. Applied is a stroking motion to this lips it gives that vampy look that the red carpet is filled with this season. However applied in a dabbing motion it's incredible wearable! The not so great side is that it one, smudges and two, is a fairly dry formula. However with a good lipbalm and a liplock (like lipcote) or a simple gloss it will last hours on end. This is great for beginners in the red lip... especially at £1 a pop. The packaging is the same as before.

3. Bare - Shade 14

So recently I got rather excited when MUA began naming their products. I saw this one and decided to purchase it, even though I'm not the biggest fan of a nude lip. Or should I say I wasn't the biggest fan. This colour completely converted me. It's amazing. It doesnt give that 'concealed' look which put me off the nude lip in the first place. It gives a really nice, toffee nude colour. I did think this would be a drying formula as many nudes are but it's surprisingly moisturising. I can honestly say I cannot live without this lipstick, well done MUA!

Eyeshadows

1. Shade 17 - Matt

You may or may not know I'm not the greatest fan of shimmery eyeshadows. Actually I don't like glitter on my face, period. But on the highstreet it's fairly hard to find matte eyeshadows, therefore MUA's matt range is perfect (don't worry they do have pearl shades for all you shimmer lovers :)). Shade 17 is the perfect colour for everyday use. It's a skin coloured shade. It makes the eyelids look perfect. (no swatch as so similar to my skin colour however on the lid you can tell your wearing something - promise :D)

2. Shade 19 - Matt

Shade 19 is yet again another great matte shade. It's the perfect brown to create a lovely smoky eye. However used with a fluffy brush and applied lightly to the crease it creates the perfect defined neutral eye with the above shade. That's my EVERYDAY look! I cannot believe the pigmentation in this eyeshadow, it's simple incredible. Have a look for yourself :) Also, these shadows last all day on me, no primer or anything and still do not crease :) Brilliant!

Liquid Eyeliner

I only have one of these. I have Shade 4 which is a lovely blue colour. It's incredibly shimmery but still extremely wearable. It's really easy to apply, something I was worried about. With a black eyeliner on the tight line and this on lash line it's an excellent everyday wear, especially for my blue eyes!

Nail Varnish

This is the last item, I'm sorry about the exteme length of this blog. The nail varnish I have is shade 8. A red. To get a review and photo's of that look at my prior blog post, "Summer Nails: My Top 5 Picks".

That is it for my MUA review/collection. I'm absolutely in love with this brand and cannot wait to expand my collection in it. I really want to try the pro range, I do wish my local Superdrug stocked it :(

Summer nails: My top 5 picks

Hi there :).

You may know I am never seen without my nails painted and as it's now Summer I have began to infuse colour into my everyday choices. I decided to tell you guys my top 5 picks for this summer season. Hope you enjoy :). I have a range of prices and brands so I hope you find something you like.

These are in order of price (Highest - Lowest) from now on, not in preference. I like them all.

1. Nails Inc. - Jermyn Street

Nails inc. polishes are amazing! They have great pigmentation, last on the nail a long time (a good 7 days with a top coat) and you don't need to pile on the layers. Perfect in my eyes. The only downfall is the hefty price tag at £11.00 per bottle. But in this case I believe it's worth it! I recently had natural overlays applied to my nails (acrylic without the tips). I painted this polish over them and it lasted a whole 2 weeks before getting the first chip. Pretty significant for a guitar player! Jermyn Street is the perfect plum toned browny neutral (I need to work on these colour descriptions... I know, I know) colour which complements many skin tones!

2. Nails inc. - Basil Street

Yet another Nails Inc. polish, shows just how amazing they are. This colour the perfect nude. It's not too pinks, not too beige. On a pale skin tone like my own it works a treat. If your have a darker complexion or are lucky enough to have a tan (won't get much of that here in Scotland) this will look simply amazing on toe nails. Will make your feet look like they have been well looked after... almost effortlessly (now doesn't that sound like a dream?)

3. AVON - Viva Pink

This is by far the brightest and most colourful polish of the 5 I picked. It screams out Summer. The bright pink is a lovely shimmer free formula which applies nicely (the shape of the brush really helps). There is a down point to this and this is the chipping. However, with a top coat (my favourite is Sally Hansen Mega Shine) it can last a good 4 days. I have recently dip dyed my hair a rather bright pink so this colour has been on my nails more of recent! It's more affordable at £6 per bottle.

4. Barry M (Nail Effects) - 320 Foil Effects (Gold)

Barry M is most definately one of my most favourite brands of nail polish. There is consistency is perfect. The polish actually ages well, it doesn't become gloopy and unusable. The foil effects are brilliant. With a good coating you really only need one layer of this and I don't even use a top coat. It lasts around 6 days, excellent! I have the gold one NP320 which retails at a terrific £3.99 (£1 dearer than the normal polishes) which is great. The bottles are a great design for storing in your nail polish collection!

5. MUA - Shade 8

MUA - Make Up Academy - has been an outstanding new brand in the UK. It started off being a brand which retailed everything at £1 per item. You would think at £1 the payoff of colour would be bad but it is shockingly amazing (not only of this nail polish but the lipsticks and eyeshadows also). Shade 8 - when I picked this up they did not have names but I do believe newer products are named :) - is a perfect all year round colour. Perfect for summer as it's fairly bright and makes your nails stand out. Falling into the red colour family it also works super in Autumn (or for you Americas Fall!) and Winter. It does chip after 3-4 days but with a top coat it is definately worth the quid.

Hello :) It's fair to say it's been a while. I do apologise. So what have I done in the last year? I did my 5th year of high school studying 4 highers (English, Maths, Chemistry & Modern Studies) and I did and Intermediate 2 in Media. In May I took the exams then I was done with high school. It's been 2 weeks already and it still seems weird to say I no longer go to high school. However, it is exciting that in September I will be starting my degree studying Social Science. Other things happened over the last year. My brother had a baby, therefore I am now an Auntie :). Tyler was born on the 27th December 2011 and he is adorable. Apart from that not much is happened. Fireflies and Sellotape

It's been a while since I wrote a blog but this seems like something fun to talk about. I bet your reading the title thinking what the heck? Fireflies and Sellotape? Well they have something in common they can both glow in the dark.

I study higher chemistry at school (I have already studied standard grade and passed :D) and we were given the opportunity to attend a lecture being held in another high school called "Fireflies and sellotape". I thought this was a weird name. The lecture was all about fluorescent chemistry, chemiluminescence and bio luminescence. And the lecture begun but the scientist telling us what fireflies and sellotape had in common, they glow. Sit in a completely pitch black room for around five minutes for your eyes to adjust to the colour. Then pull a piece of sellotape from the reel and you will see blue sparks glowing from the sellotape. It's really cool. But how does it work. The electrons from the reel will be negative and the electrons from the piece of sellotape will be positive. (The same as a balloon being rubbed against hair to deflect a stream of water (water is polar)). Meaning the polarity will create light energy. You can also do this with the sticky bit on nappies. In addition, if you take a sugar cube or polos (on their side where you can't see the hole) and smash them with a hammer they will have the same effect.

It was definitely the best chemistry lecture I've attended. We did many random little experiments including adding mentos to tonic water and shining a UV lamp through it as the water rose towards the ceiling on the assembly hall.

Do you study chemistry or have you attended this lecture, what were your thoughts. It's almost Christmas so use up that left over sellotape and give this a try :)

June Favourites

Can you believe it's July already? I'm here to show you my favourite products in the month of june! This is something that a lot of people do on youtube so I decided to do it here for you guys today!

Face -

My favourite foundation of the month is the Max Factor Smooth Effect Foundation. I am in the shade Creamy Ivory 45.

Eyes -

I am loving just a boring old neutral, and my fave pallet is actually my AVON 8-in-1 neutral tones pallet. I love the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 7th and 8th (from left) colours the best :)

My all time favourite eye liner is the Maybelline New York, Eyestudio lasting drama gel liner in black. It is amazing!

My favourite mascara is Rimmel London: Volume Flash, The max bold curves. I wasn't sure about this to begin with because I love the Falsies mascara and wasn't sure about rimmel mascaras! But I only need one coat of this an it looks amazing :O. (and it's only £6.49 :))

Lips -

I'm in love with my Softlips French Vanilla lipbalm. I have really chapped lips and this has SPF 20 which is great for in the sun as your lips DO burn!

I am also loving The Natural Collection: Sheer natural lip colour in Autumn Sunset. This is a year round dark nude colour with warm pink undertones :)

On trend right now is bright lips :) I am liking my bright, bubblegum pink lipstick from MUA. This is shade 4 :)

Nails -

I am loving My BarryM nail effects in Black. I love wearing either pink or white underneath. When this first came out I didn't really like it, but then I learned the best way to work with it and I love it. If you want a tutorial let me know :)

You may notice the 3rd nail has a blue shine. I have loved putting a pearl coat on the ring finger. This is a really old bottle and it has no name or anything but it is by Miss Sporty.

Body(ish) -

It's officially Summer so during June I've loved having sunkissed skin. I love the Dove Summer Glow gradual tanner. I have it in fair - medium :)

My all time favourite perfume maker is actually Coleen Rooney! She has AMAZING perfumes! I have them all. I think may just do a post on them all soon. I love the Summer (for summer, haha)

Others -

1. I want to decorate my bedroom! We have been speaking about decorating my room for ages and now I will finally have time to do it! I really want it to be all black, white and red! I'm really excited to see how it turns out!

2. I want to go to Landmark. Landmark in about an hour away from where I live and it has 3 waterslides, and lots of other exciting things! They recently built a rollercoaster there and I really want to go on it :)

3. I want to go to the beach! I love the beach and summer is the perfect time to go :)

4. I want to go to Aberdeen & Inverness to do lots of shopping :) I love shopping :)

5. I want to get a job :)

6. I kinda want to go camping and have fun :)

7. I want to focus more time on learning keyboard and less time on guitar :) I want to get better at it :)

My top 10 lip products!

Here is my favourite 10 lip products (mainly drugstore) of all time :) There are swatches too! Oh, and they're in NO particular order!

Bubblegum lip scrub from Lush:

Next up is my favourite lip balm! I love the softlips french vanilla! (it has SPF20 too)

Next is a tinted lip conditioner! I love the sleek pout polishes! My favourite has to be Pink Cadillac (947). These smell amazing too!

Next is my all time favourite lip stick! It's the NYC ultra last lipwear in Fragile Pink!

Next is a colourworks lipgloss! This doesn't have a name because it's from a bronze face kit! But it's a dark fushia pink with some gold and red reflects!

Next is a MUA (£1 line exclusive to Superdrug) lipstick in the shade 4! It's a really light, bubblegum pink!

Next is a rimmel london vinyl gloss in the shade 130 Take A Chance! It's a light pink with gold reflects!

Next is an AVON Twist & Glide Lip Gloss in Coral! Perfect for summer!

These next 2 are higher end! First is my Clinique Long Last glosswear in 10 Air kiss!

And finally! Benefit's Benetint! This is a lip (and cheek) stain! It's gorgeous! (and not a full sized bottle)

Wimbledon 2011 has arrived! Time for strawberries & icecream! Recipe!

So Wimbledone 2011 is here already which means it is time for strawberries and (ice)cream! This is what I do :)

First you need strawberries! These were from Marks & Spencers :) Wash them in a collinder and put them back in the original pack!

Next up cut the tops off the strawberries and then cut them in half (optional)

Now get icecream! I have cookies & cream and vanilla! Use whatever icecream you like!

This bit is optional! You can take whatever kind of chocolate and melt it! Put it in the microwave for 30 seconds and mix, repeat until melted!

Put in a bowl and serve!

Enjoy! And good luck to Andy Murray! Bring it home for Scotland!

Spin-Off's, yay or nay?

Hey there :) It's been a while! But I'm back!

Doe's anyone else just feel like out TV screens are just clogged up of spin-off's of other shows? I'm starting to feel like that I must admit! I'm a self confessed TV addict, I'm not going to lie! But honestly, there's 16&Pregnant and it's spin-off Teen Mom. There's Miami Ink and it's spin-off LA Ink. There's The Only Way Is Essex and it's spin-off Made In Chelsea (I have a debate on them below somewhere :)). There are so many spin-off's floating around and today another one got released!

MTV started a show in 2009 called Jersey Shore. This is definately a controversial reality show but it does shuck people in! This show has been run for 3 seires already, and there is set to be 2 more. But now in the UK there is Geordie Shore. I personally do love it however with 5 seires of the original do we need a UK version! I think it is a really funny show, and yes I'm obsessed, but do we need so many spin-off's? And today another UK spin-off of that American show has been named, Mersey Shore. As far as I'm aware Mersey is in Manchester, but I'm Scottish - don't take my word on it ahaa.

Max Factor Smooth Effects Foundation Review!

Hello again guys :)

So I have been trying out the Max Factor Smooth Effects Foundation (I'm in the shade 45-Creamy Ivory) and this is what I've been thinking of it :)

Good points :) -

It has a really nice application (I just used a disposible sponge)
It does what it say's and goes on extremely smoothly!
It cover my uneven skin tones
It is only £7.99
It doesn't look cakey on your skin, it looks soft and smooth (great for dry skin like myself)
The top is made so it doesn't get dirty and I ♥ that part!

However there are some bad points :( -

It's staying power isn't great
Half way through my day I could feel it falling off
You need to set it with a powder to give more coverage
It needs touched up quite a few times during the day!

Although I have 4 bad points I actually really like this foundation! I love that it's only £7.99 and it looks great! I put some bronzer over it and it made it really stand out! Colours pop when you use this but it looks extremely natural :)

I would absolutely recommend this to a friend :) For £7.99 (right now it is still on introductory offer of £5.99) you should check this out! And as always let me know what you think :)

Misc Thursday: My personal Nail Tutorial!

This is my personal Nail Tutorial!

My 1st step is always to file! You never saw always just file in one direction!

My 2nd step is to soften! I know I use a cuticle balm but I love it all over!

My 3rd step is to use a 24k gold strengthener, this doubles as a base coat!

My 4th step is to paint! Do this in 3 strokes if possible!

5th step is ALWAYS to TOP COAT!

*In the video there is a few black spots, these were photo's but I accidentally deleted them! Sorry.

Bourjois Paris French Manicure Kit

So it's tuesday and today I'm going to review the "Bourjois Paris French Manicure" kit. The box states it's a salon-worthy french manicure for beginners.

Here is a video showing you how to use the product so you can make your own mind up about it!

The white is really easy to apply! It's a half moon shape so you only have to do one stroke, turn the brush and another stroke! The only thing is it doesn't fit the thumb so you have to use the edge to do the rest! The white is really clear and thick which makes for a great tip!

The next stage is the pink. You can by this without being in the kit! It is called "Rose Lounge". The pink is really shiny and gives your nails a chic colour! It compliments the white completely! The pink is really easy to apply.

As I told you in the video I always use the "Sally Hansen Mega Shine Extended Wear Top Coat" as it makes my nail polish stay put for 10 days. This top coat claims to stay put for 7 however I found it stayed 5! And when it chips it looks horrible! It makes you nail underneath look dry and feel horrible!

Overall I love the white and pink however I hate the top coat! I recommend the £9.99 kit for the french tip white and pink polish! I recommend buying a Sally Hansen top coat as they last forever and make your nail look shiny!

I would recommend this too all my friends [you guys (;] and think it is amazing! Gets my thumbs up :)

So I decided to make a new plan for my blog! I've decided that on Sundays I will do some sort if tag, ie a this or that question or get to know me or something. On a Tuesday I will do a review of anything! This may be makeup, movies, songs, pretty much anything! Thursdays will be miscellaneous, pretty much they can be about anything! And finally on a Friday I will do an update my week and a QOTD!

Essex Vs Chelsea?

Hello there.

So the big question is am I team Essex or team Chelsea! This is of course referencing to the Reality TVs shows "The Only Way Is Essex" (which I have a blog about if you look in the April folder) and "Made In Chelsea". Very similar shows from very different prospectives!

I have loved Essex since day ONE! It caught my attention straight away, however some of the characters really annoy me. For example I can't stand that Lauren doesn't allow Mark his modelling agency! I do love the show and the catchphrases! Shut upppppp and reem! I love the comedy side of the show and how they aren't the smartest bunch on TV.

The first episode of Chelsea however I wasn't the biggest fan, but I think it's because I was so in love the TOWIE! I watched episode 2 on Monday and LOVED it! I love the characters! (Caggie, Spencer and Hugo are my favourite).

I always thought that Amy Childs has been a sweetheart but reading her twitter comments and NEW! column I must I've seen a different side! Caggie Dunlop has been so so sweet and personally I think Amy Childs has been a bit of a jealous bitch about a new shoe starting!

Let me know you opinion, I think there is room on our boxes for BOTH shows but I want to know what you think!

Hello there :)

I'm sorry that it's been a while since I last did a post but exams are STRESSFULL! 5 down 3 to go! I've been doing exams and revising non stop. They are going well so far. Think I've done the best I can :). Thanks to those who have asked on twitter. Results come on the 4th of August! That will be a sleepless night, haha!

So a quick update? Well I have an exam tomorrow morning and in the afternoon I'm going to get my cartlidge of my ear pierced :) Want it done really badly! Going to try completely sort out my bedroom this weekend so I can finally get it decorated! Right now I have magnolia walls with a winnie the pooh border! I'm 15 for crying out loud! I really want grey on the bottom, with magnolia on the top and a black border! Tell me what you think!

What else has been going on in my world then? Hardly been playing guitar because of the exams, missing it so much! Played it for the first time in weeks today, but not for long!

Urgh there is roadworks on the way to school for the massive new bypass they are building near the village I live. I hate traffic lights, waiting for up too 20, 30 or even 40 minutes to get past is not fun when you just want to get home!
