こんにちは Goshujin-Sama Ojou-Sama....

Time for a long and pictures heavy upload!
Gomen nasai > < May has been a crazy month for Mio~
How are Mio's Goshujin-sama & Ojou-Sama doing while Mio was gone??
Mio hope everyone is doing well =]

Where to start on this blog....Mmm...
Okie let's talk about travel first!
Mio's high school friend graduated in May 15th as a Mechanical Engineer ^ ^
So Mio flew to St.Louis, MO for his graduation....(Mio was super excited to see her friend and also to travel, since it had been 4 years since she get a break and go on vacation from work and school!)

Time to pack! Heh...took Mio 3 hours to pack (It couldn't be helped since baby Mio keep jumping into Mio's suitcase to play!)

Taking a break...so tiring...hehee

Arrived at Houston, TX international airport safely at 6:20pm =]

Mio was suppose to transit and fly out to St.Louis at 7:30pm.....
Everything was fine when Mio reach the boarding area of the gate...
When Mio came back out from freshen up a bit....
=[ bad news start arriving!!

Mio's flight was delayed to 10:00pm....
There were a lot of thunderstorm in the Mid-West areas and a lots of airports were closed down.

Call home the first time after hearing the delayed

So while Mio is waiting...is dinner time! Everything is closing though...bummer...
The only place that is still open is McDonald....Mio don't mind : ]

However, they mixed up Mio's order 3 times!

Charged Mio the wrong meal, the Sprite was plain water, and lastly....

YES! A chicken filet in a Filet O-Fish! It was the right packaging and bread and sauce...
But Mio's square fish filet turned into a chicken filet....
Mio was too tired to go back and exchange...just sit there and eat it quietly....

After dinner, Mio walked back to the boarding area and read the sign now it said boarding time is at 01:00am...........

Oh noes....It got delayed the second time!!!

By the time Mio waited till 11:00pm....they cancelled the flight!!! > <
After a 4 hours wait!! Mio was so sad....

BECAUSE MIO WILL MISSED HER FRIEND's GRADUATION!!!

but on the bright side....
Luckily!!! Mio's friend's cousin who Mio also know was at Houston airport picking up his friend...
What a coincident~ Mio was safe and will not be homeless at the airport!

Hahaha....He took Mio home to spend the night at his newly build house and drop Mio off to the Airport the next day. ジョンありがとう

In return of Mio's gratefulness...Mio took ジョン to lunch...
(well...ジョン picked the restaurant XDD)
The famous PappaDeauxs!! For Cajun Food~

Mio had the "Pan-Grilled Tilapia" ~ topped with toasted hazelnuts & brown butter served with green beans & potatoes It was really good but the brown butter sauce was tooooooooo greasy for Mio > <

For Appetizer...We ordered Crispy Fried Alligators to share...

Haha...yes! It is Alligators...But it taste like Chicken XDDD

After lunch, Mio finally made it safe to St.Louis to see her friends...
and let Mio tell you this...
after that...there is nothing normal in anything Mio do...

Picture with the drunk graduate..tsk tsk

hahaha..there was tons of driving, road trip, funny stories, and GREAT memories!!!

Let's move on to Food! Mio's favorites section (beside shopping of course XDD )

As gifts to Mikan Hime...Mio got Mikan her favorite color and chocolate!

A GIANT ORANGE GUMMY BEAR <3

A GIANT BAR OF SYMPHONY (Blue) CHOCOLATE <3

And then on this trip, Mio ate a really good brownie cup from the Museum of Science and Industry while the boys walk around for the U-boat and stuff....(Mio choose dessert over boy's toy anytime..haha)

Mio also had some authentic Gino East's Chicago Deep Dish Pizza!!

It was so deep and cheesy...haha...It took an hour for them to bake...

Mio was starving waiting for these babies to come out!!

Mio also found a really good chocolate that Mio is in love with <3

It is Bourbon's Alfort Milk Chocolate covering a fiber-ish texture biscuit...
But it is soooo good and not too sweet <3
You can find it in any japanese supermarket

There is also a lot of weddings going on this year!
Mio attending her church's friends wedding on May 22th
It was beautiful! Congratulation again Edwin & Emilie

Another sad news, is Mio's お父さん is leaving to Hong Kong and China for business....
He will stay there for a while...
So Mio misses him very very much...
We went to dinner before he leave for the airport...

Lastly, Mio did 2 photoshoot last weekend with Erri Baby!
It was her prom night for the first shoot...
and Mio as her mommy...watched her all grown up XDD
(For all the pictures from the photoshoots...
we weren't actually alot to pose them out...
but Mio will give her Goshujin-sama & Ojou-sama a sneak peek =] )

Then, the next day Mio and Erri did another shoot at a park...

Yummy Cupcake for the shoot

Thank You Mr. Gilbert.....

Alright Goshujin-sama & Ojou-sama....Time for Mio to study...
It is final week...

Before Mio go, Mio like to inform Goshuji-sama & Ojou-sama that AniMaid Cafe would NOT be serving at AX 2010. AniMaid Cafe would actually be serving at MAX @ Club Nokia on 7/1.
All the details can be found on AniMaid Cafe Site...
Please come support Mio <3

こんにちは Goshujin-sam Ojou-sama...

Mio is back! Yosh~ It has been a crazy week for Mio as she tried to deal with her personal problems. But Mio could say that she will learn hard to move on and grow up! Sometime when the damage is done, there is really nothing you can do to try to save it. *sob*

Well...have Goshujin-sama Ojou-sama been faithfully following Mio's blog and checking on her?? :) Mio have over 700 viewers now~ Yay...need to catch up with Mikan Hime's 1000 viewers!

Since Mio's was been gone ...Kchan, Mr. Gilbert, Mikan, Kaname, Jolie and a lot of other Mio's lovely friends has trying to help Mio cope and cheer up. ありがとうございます....Mio will be better!

Enough ranting :) Time for photo blogging <3

Last weekend, Mio had an awesome time with Kchan, Kyosuke, Mr. Gilbert and Mikan for dinner at "Stinking Rose". It is a famous restaurant in Hollywood for their garlic specialty...Mio is a vampire! So Mio dont' like garlic...But it is like heaven to Kchan and Mikan since they Love garlic.

See!! They season their garlic with food! Not season food with garlic!

Surprisingly, Mio actually enjoy the garlic spread with the soft bread <3

Mio ordered Sea Bass with lemon butter caper sauce XDD...Mio tasted no garlic in her dish! Yay~

Mikan ordered Garlic crusted Baby back ribs....is covered with garlic and Mikan loved it...See before and after pictures please XDDD...

It was also interesting to try garlic camarel ice-cream! It was complimentry from the house to let us girls to try. How cute ^_^ But Mio don't like it at all...it was so strong garlic favor...Yuck :p

When the check come, there were these colorful mini chewy candy as breath mint.

<3 Mio took one of each color ...hahahah

After dinner, Mr.Glibert invited us to continue our VIP status XDD... We all went to a lounge and had a good time...

(Mio's wearing :

Dress by Forever21

Clutch from Marc by Marc Jacob

Black heels w/ bow by Forever21)

(Mikan's wearing:

Thank you again for all the love <3

Mio of course shop while she is depress, but she also got some presents from her lovies <3
Kchan give Mio a set of Hello Kitty's lunch boxes...It is so cute!

As of the Marc by Marc Jacob clutch...is Mio's new favorite...as for Mikan--> her new favorite is the Coach clutch she got...she is going everywhere with it XDD..

Mio also got a really cool skirt from H&M when she was shopping with Jolie. It is versatile and cheap. Only $9.95 USD. There were 5 colors available, but know Mio...she choose Black. :)

You can wear it as a skirt, a high wasit skirt, or as a flow-ie top. Mio tried all the look and it works!

Mio also got a cute dusty rose headband to go with alot of her outfit. <3 <3 <3

Mio's Make Up Tutorial~

2010-04-21T01:27:00.000-07:00

As Mio promised...here is an update! It was a long day today...Mio was dead tired from school x_x but Mio want to be true to her word...*crawl out of her comfy princess bed*

Mio was in a silly silent protest today to Mikan! Mikan was a meanie! but ish okay...we kiss and make up already...Mio is chillinig in Mikan's room, listening to music and sharing a drink while blogging...

So this is Mio's 1st Make Up Tutorial...hopefully Mio is doing this right...Mio learned how to put makeup on herself through trials and errors >w< Please correct Mio if she is wrong in some steps...

-Smoky Night Out Look *Inspired by Mikan's subtle earthy tone* (Mio is a color person XDD)

First, Mio primed her face with a primer then put on Missha B.B.Cream Watery SPF 27++. Mio fell in love with B.B. Cream when she brought it last month after a long resistant of giving it a try. It is very light and blend in well with Mio's color. The coverage is average, so Mio adds a light concealer to needed area and spots for a better coverage. It smells kind of floral, feminie...hard to put a finger on it...but is not too strong that you feel nauseous.

This is the texture- watery like is stated it is. Very easy to spread out.

This is with out flash.

This is with flash.

After having B.B.Cream, Mio sometime just go to class with one-ply of B.B. Cream on...It keeps Mio's skin looking smooth and minized the pores. Mikan ordered Skin79 Gold Caviar B.B.Cream last week...We are waiting for it in the mail :)

Next, curl your eyelashes before applying any eye makeup. Mio found this easier and this way you won't dirty or smear your makeup. Then, apply your favorite black eyeliner to the as close as you can to the upper top lashes.

Mio uses Estee Lauder's Artist Eye Pencil in 01 Softsmudge Black.

Mio got this cool natural eyeliner "setter"? as a gift when Mio got her eyeshadow primer. The "setter" is a clear liquid that is suppose to set the eyeliner into waterproof. After that Mio apply the eyeshadow primer to ensure eye shadows to stay the whole night. :)

Mio is using her eyeshadow palette from Sugar, Tokidoki for Smashbox in Celebrita, and Lancome in 4Romance.

Mio first apply the darkest black shadow to the base of her eye on top of the liner. Blend it softly with you eyeliner. Second, take a shimmer light black and apply to the ball of your eyes. Start from the center then smooth it out to the edges.

Third, apply a dark brown on top of the soft shimmer black to create a bigger eye look.

Finally, Mio like to add a goldish shimmer on the brow bone for that popping effect. (Hopefully this part is clear, and Ojou-sama is getting what Mio is trying to achieve.

For the final steps is the lower eyeliner and put on falsies. Draw close to yout wateline and boarden the corner od your eyes like a smiling cat eyes XD...add a bit of white liner to the front corner of the eyes for that cutsy japanese anime look. Apply a thin layer of eyelash glue to your favorite falsies, blow on it for a couple seconds than apply it accordingly to the shape of your eye. **You can use falsies to push in a sort of way in creating a natural crease or the double fold*

Put on your favorite blush and lipgloss & you are good to go <3 Hope you have fun reading this tutorial and you actually learn something useful!

This cutesy pump begins with a wooden heel post for a sturdy start. A fun polka-dotted canvas upper forms a vamp strap and a matching bow that sits over the toe. Matching patent scalloping borders the vamp, with bright leather stitching throughout. Finally, an adorable patent strap criss-crosses at the back of the heel and sits on the ankle, adjusting with a metal buckle. Padded footbed. Synthetic upper. Nonskid outsole. 4 1/4" wooden heel.

Mio got home and decided to make dinner. <3 But first Mio need to wash all the dishes before she can cook. OMG...Mikan burned a pot of congee last night and it Mio 45 minutes to scraped it clean >.<

Enough of that part, Mio made "Shrimp Angelhair Pasta with Bacon White Cream Sauce" and it was delicious <3
