Don't Cry For Me Argentina will not have the same melody when it is These United States that sings Don't Cry; for WE are heading the same direction as the South American Country went over the past one hundred years. Moreover, Our decline will have a heavier thud at the bottom of the fall! Leading to the decline is unprecedented devaluation of the American Dollar through massing debt, borrowing and the printing of money by the Federal Reserve.

WE, as a people, have not 'Learnt Our Lesson', as we continue to elect scoundrel after scoundrel to representive office who defile Our Constitution, pocket our money, enrich their crony's, and that have created an Excessive Debt that is far beyond our ability to even comprehend! The debt is now so great that it burdens our ability to recover from it.

Our Treasury has become the Toy to some of the Rich, who buy political favor, unjustly reap benefit from the Law, lobby for loophole, tinker the market, manipulate the media to broadcast a point of view, all the while telling us what we are supposed to think, do and have! Our hard earned wealth is taxed away and errantly finds its way into the coffers of Big Bank fraudulent schemes against Liberty! But, we are supposed to trust these guys, because they are the smartest one's in the room, after all, they tell us so!

WE have little time and only slight chance to change what we have allowed, but we do have a chance as long as Liberty has not been completely extinguished! We must regain control of the Constitutional Process that has been ignored, for it has the power and depth of reason to help us balance against the tyranny and corruption that we face!

When 'We The People' become slaves to our own government, no one will cry for us!

� At 33, wrote the Declaration of Independence .

� At 36, was elected the second Governor of Virginia succeeding Patrick Henry.
� At 40, served in Congress for two years.
� At 41, was the American minister to France and negotiated commercial treaties with European nations along with Ben Franklin and John Adams.
� At 46, served as the first Secretary of State under George Washington.
� At 53, served as Vice President and was elected president of the American Philosophical Society.
� At 55, drafted the Kentucky Resolutions and became the active head of Republican Party.
� At 57, was elected the third president of the United States .

Thomas Jefferson knew because he himself studied the previous failed attempts at government. He understood actual history, the nature of God, his laws and the nature of man. That happens to be way more than what most understand today. Jefferson really knew his stuff. A voice from the past to lead us in the future:

PAM'S STORY!

In a recent email, I read about a woman named Pam, who knows the pain of

considering abortion. More than 24 years ago, she and her husband Bob

were serving in the Philippines as missionaries to and praying for a fifth

child.

Pam contracted amoebic dysentery, an infection of the intestine caused by a

parasite found in contaminated food or drink. She went into a coma and was

treated with strong antibiotics before they discovered she was pregnant.

Doctors urged her to abort the baby for her own safety and told her that the

medicines had caused irreversible damage to her baby. She refused the

abortion and cited her Christian faith as the reason for her hope that her

son would be born without the devastating disabilities physicians predicted.

Pam said the doctors didn't think of it as a life, they thought of it as a mass of fetal

tissue.

While pregnant, Pam nearly lost their baby four times but refused to

consider abortion. She recalled making a pledge to God with her husband:

If you will give us a son, we’ll name him Timothy and we’ll make him a

preacher.

Pam ultimately spent the last two months of her pregnancy in bed and

eventually gave birth to a healthy baby boy August 14, 1987. Pam’s youngest son

is indeed a preacher. He preaches in prisons, makes hospital visits, and serves with

his father’s ministry in the Philippines. He also plays football.

Pam’s son is Tim Tebow. The University of Florida’s star quarterback

became the first sophomore in history to win college football’s highest

award, the Heisman Trophy. His current role as quarterback of the Denver

Broncos has provided an incredible platform for Christian witness. As a result, he

is being called The Mile-High Messiah.

Tim’s notoriety and the family’s inspiring story have given Pam numerous

opportunities to speak on behalf of women’s centers across the country.

Pam Tebow believes that every little baby you save matters. I pray her tribe

will increase!

May the peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always!

SAGA OF A WEST TEXAS TEACHER

A friend of mine, whom I have only recently met, gives this startling and compelling account of why she left teaching after many years of being a great classroom teacher. The Love of Teaching and the Love and care she imparted for her students; now lost to the conflict of administrative zeal and exacerbated by cold callous calculation of change, high pressured scrutiny, uncaring and implied threat!

Her credentials are as stellar as is her story; and put the attitudes, ineptitudes, belligerents, politics, malfeasance and misspent money of local school districts in question! She is not alone in her thoughts but her resolve to make things better for her fellow teachers left behind, after she resigned, cannot be overlooked and not ever underestimated!

Her action is only one symptom of the failure of our public school systems nationwide. School administrators rarely take into account what happens to teaching when they burden the teachers with mandates that sap their time, energy, focus, and take away the desire of good and even great teachers to continue teaching! Her students will miss her dearly, the district will have lost a valuable asset, administrators and superintendents will continue to heap scorn, and time alone will tell the fate of our failing public education systems.

Although she loved the classroom and it is now only a few days in the past; her treatise against the system is what remains. May her wisdom shine a path toward renewal of better educational outcomes in all schools.

To Whom It May Concern:

It is with a heavy heart and utter frustration that I feel compelled to submit my resignation to this district. After 20 years of feeling blessed with the opportunity to serve the students of Ector County, I can no longer fulfill my duties as a teacher due to the overwhelming workload required of me to do my job well. As long as my workload was to benefit my students, I never resented or complained about the extra number of hours I spent after school or on weekends throughout every year of my career. I consider my teaching career not only a vocation but my “calling” as well. Through the years many of my students have become my friends as they have grown into adulthood. Serving as a bride’s matron for one, celebrating the marriages of many and even becoming the Godmother to one of their children are just a few examples of the rewarding, lifelong relationships I have built through my teaching career. I have been a surrogate mother to several students over the years who had no one at home to make them feel like they mattered at all in this world. My passion for teaching is a direct result of my love of teaching and my love for the kids. As products of ECISD, my husband and I returned to our hometown to raise our family where our own families have contributed a combined total of 157 years of teaching to this district. It is not a lack of energy or lack of heart that I feel the workload is intolerable.

Many of the initiatives instituted by the district this year are burdensome, time-consuming and do not in my opinion benefit the students or teachers. ECISD will lose many more teachers like me unless this district is willing to reevaluate its initiatives and the stress it is placing on the teachers who work on the front lines. I am merely one of many who are losing their desire to teach in a district with insurmountable expectations. How can teachers who have proven themselves as quality educators, who produce great TAKS scores, communicate effectively and positively with parents and students now be asked to scrap what has made them successful teachers and spend their time implementing the district’s initiatives? Why should a seasoned educator need to spend hours behind a computer filing data they already know when they could be spending their time creating engaging and challenging lessons for their students? A true teacher sees the face of a child as their focus of education, not the end all of a monotonous lesson plan template that requires way too much time to constitute its benefit.

Perhaps unknowingly or unintentionally, but it seems this district has created a teacher vs. administrator system. It’s an “US against THEM” feeling in the building where I teach. Teachers feel they are being forced to teach to a particular format that the administrators can assess with check marks. In my 20 years with ECISD this is the first year I have sensed that we are not all on the same team. A good teacher is found in the footprints left by the students who have been in their classroom - not a 10 minute walk-through noting what is or is not written on a chalk board at the front of the room. Certain known teaching strategies call for techniques not found on their check list. This policy is not effective but is demoralizing to hard working, competent teachers.

I became an educator to positively affect the lives of my students both academically and socially. I personally feel that the policies that I have mentioned and the attitude with which they are being carried out are demeaning to me, a seasoned, veteran teacher. I never expected my rewards from teaching to come in terms of wealth nor did I ever aspire to leave the classroom for a loftier position. I did, however, expect to be held in the same regard and esteem that I have held for my position, my students and my superiors. I can no longer say that I feel that I am appreciated by this district.

As liberating as “telling it like it is” feels, I am grieving the loss of this position. I cherish the indelible marks these students have left on my life. . .as I pray I have theirs. I can only hope that our ECISD administration and school board will step back and evaluate the aggressive way they have put into place many of their initiatives. I am merely one frustrated teacher among many who are leaving a job they once loved to pursue a teaching job elsewhere.

Teaching is the hardest job that anyone can do; it needs remuneration on par with the highest paid professions! Until that occurs, we will continue to see the brightest students, like the one who gave the answers above, to be relegated to substandard teaching from substandard teachers!

Where White Man Went Wrong!

Indian Chief Two Eagles was asked by a White U.S. Government official, “You have observed the white man for 90 years. You’ve seen his wars and his technological advances. You’ve seen his progress, and the damage he’s done.”

The Chief nodded in agreement.

The official continued, “Considering all these events, in your opinion, where did the white man go wrong?”

The Chief stared at the Government official, then replied, “When white man find land, Indians running it, not taxes, no debt, plenty buffalo, plenty beaver, clean water. Women did all the work, Medicine man free. Indian man spent all day hunting and fishing; all night having sex.”

Then the Chief leaned back and smiled, “Only white man dumb enough to think he could improve system like that."

I do not know the origin of this sage story, but it illustrates the fallacy of the U.S. Government always thinking that it knows best in how to manage anything!

Can President Obama be defeated in 2012? No. He can't. I am going on record as saying that President Barak Obama will win a second term. The media won't tell you this because a good election campaign means hundreds of millions (or in Obama's case, billions) of dollars to them in advertising. But the truth is, there simply are no conditions under which Barak Obama can be defeated in 2012.
The quality of the Republican candidate doesn't matter. Obama gets reelected.

Nine percent unemployment? No problem. Obama will win.
Gas prices moving toward five dollars a gallon? He still wins.
The economy soars or goes into the gutter. Obama wins.
War in the Middle East? He wins a second term.
America's role as the leading Superpower disappears? Hurrah for Barak Obama! The U.S. government rushes toward bankruptcy, the dollar continues to sink on world markets and the price of daily goods and services soars due to inflation fueled by Obama's extraordinary deficit spending? Obama wins handily.

You are crazy Williams. Don't you understand how volatile politics can be when overall economic, government, and world conditions are declining? Sure I do. And that's why I know Obama will win. The American people are notoriously ignorant of economics. And economics is the key to why Obama should be defeated. Even when Obama's policies lead the nation to final ruin, the majority of the American people are going to believe the bait-and-switch tactics Obama and his supporters in the media will use to explain why it isn't his fault. After all, things were much worse than understood when he took office.

Obama's reelection is really a very, very simple math problem. Consider the following:
1) Blacks will vote for Obama blindly. Period. Doesn't matter what he does. It's a race thing. He's one of us.
2) College educated women will vote for Obama. Though they will be offended by this, they swoon at his oratory. It's really not more complex than that.
3) Liberals will vote for Obama. He is their great hope.
4) Democrats will vote for Obama. He is the leader of their party and his coat tails will carry them to victory nationwide.
5) Hispanics will vote for Obama. He is the path to citizenship for those who are illegal and Hispanic leaders recognize the political clout they carry in the Democratic Party.
6) Union members will vote overwhelmingly for Obama. He is their key to money and power in business, state and local politics.
7) Big Business will support Obama. They already have. He has almost $1 Billion dollars in his reelection purse gained largely from his connections with Big Business and is gaining more every day. Big Business loves Obama because he gives them access to taxpayer money so long as they support his social and political agenda.
8) The media love him. They may attack the people who work for him, but they love him. After all, to not love him would be racist.
9) Most other minorities and special interest groups will vote for him. Oddly, the overwhelming majority of Jews and Muslims will support him because they won't vote Republican. American Indians will support him. Obviously homosexuals tend to vote Democratic. And lastly.
10) Approximately half of independents will vote for Obama. And he doesn't need anywhere near that number because he has all of the groups previously mentioned. The President will win an overwhelming victory in 2012.

Professor Olson adds: "In aggregate, the map of the territory McCain won was mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens of the country. Obama territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in low income tenements and living off various forms of government welfare..."

Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the "complacency and apathy" phase of Professor Tyler's definition of democracy, with some forty percent of the nation's population already having reached the "governmental dependency" phase.
If Congress grants amnesty and citizenship to twenty-million criminal invaders called illegal's - and they vote - then we can say good-bye to the USA in fewer than five years.

Never let someone or something that threatens you get inside arm's length.

Never say "I've got a gun". If you need to use deadly force, the first sound they hear should be the safety clicking off.

The average response time of a 911 call is 23 minutes, the response time of a .357 is 1400 feet per second.

The most important rule in a gunfight is: Always win - cheat if necessary.

Make your attacker advance through a wall of bullets . . . You may get killed with your own gun, but he'll have to beat you to death with it, cause it'll be empty.

If you're in a gun fight:

If you're not shooting, you should be loading.

If you're not loading, you should be movin,

if you're not movin', you're dead.

In a life and death situation, do something . . . It may be wrong, but do something!

If you carry a gun, people call you paranoid. Nonsense! If you have a gun, what do you have to be paranoid about?

You can say 'stop' or 'halt' or any other word, but a large bore muzzle pointed at someone's head is pretty much a universal language.

You might not save the planet, but you may be able to save yourself and your family.

First Black Congressmen Welcome You Home

While Halls of Congress became integrated with upstanding Black Republican members, the Ku Klux Klan was forming to discourage, castigate, single out, kidnap, torture, abuse, murder and deny civil rights to free men and freed men alike, whomever and wherever they lived.

Blacks, God Bless you, for you have not remembered your path to freedom was paved by the blood sweat and tears of many who fought to see you free and These States remain United. The Republican Party is your party, it always has been.

Recently, since 1962, the Democrats have pretended to be your friends, while keeping you in poverty. You were often deprived of worth and work. Your abilities were always and continue to be questuioned. They have been taking your dignity from you ever so subtlely. There will remain, I am certain a special place in Hell for those who have done this, and shame to those of us who allowed it to occur.

Many of your race have become great achievers in spite of the stigma, but the rarity should have not been the rule. I look to see that most of your homes now have no male figure to head them. Most blacks are now born into single parent homes. Infanticide takes so many more through abortion. That should not be the commonplace for any race of man. We in the Republican party urge you to find your way to freedom and liberty, unencumbered by the shackles of the Democrats party, who would like to see you continue to fail.

The Republicans have not treated you with anything but kindness in all its years. How have you forgotten? Martin Luther King was Republican and knew the difference that you have somehow missed and mistaken for weakness. His life must not continue to be wasted while you remain in the party who despised his message. Take away the party labels and you will find that you have a home in Conservitism and far to the Right of the Left who are progressive liberal marxists.

Come Home to the party of Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness for all who seek to be Free; The Republican Party welcomes and needs you.

First Blacks in Congress

'Gold Wrapping Paper'

Perhaps sometimes we don't take the time to understand what our kids,
relatives or friends are trying to tell us in non-verbal ways and thus
miss the love they share. May you be richly blessed during this season
and all year long.

'Gold Wrapping Paper'
I received this from a friend who had a choice to make. It said that I
had a choice to make too.

I've chosen. Now it's your turn to choose.

The story goes that some time ago a mother punished her five year old
daughter for wasting a roll of expensive gold wrapping paper. Money was
tight and she became even more upset when the child used the gold paper
to decorate a box to put under the Christmas tree.

Nevertheless, the little girl brought the gift box to her mother the
next morning and then said, 'This is for you, Momma.'

The mother was embarrassed by her earlier over reaction, but her anger
flared again when she opened the box and found it was empty. She spoke
to her daughter in a harsh manner.

'Don't you know, young lady, when you give someone a present there's
supposed to be something inside the package?'
She had tears in her eyes and said, 'Oh, Momma, it's not empty! I blew
kisses into it until it was full.'

The mother was crushed. She fell on her knees and put her arms around
her little girl, and she begged her forgiveness for her thoughtless
anger.

An accident took the life of the child only a short time later, and it
is told that the mother kept that gold box by her bed for all the years
of her life.

Whenever she was discouraged or faced difficult problems she would open
the box and take out an imaginary kiss and remember the love of the
child who had put it there.

In a very real sense, each of us, as human beings, have been given a
Golden box filled with unconditional love and kisses from our children,
family, friends and GOD. There is no more precious possession anyone
could hold.

You now have two choices:
1. Pass this on to your friends, or
2. Delete it and act like it didn't touch your heart.

As you can see, I took choice No. 1. Friends are like angels who lift
us to our feet, when our wings have trouble remembering how to fly.

If you receive this more than once in return just know that your friends
have also thought of you!

Live simply, love generously, care deeply, speak kindly.
Amen!

WALKED OVER TO THE PULPIT AND, BEFORE HE GAVE HIS SERMON FOR THE EVENING,

HE BRIEFLY INTRODUCED A GUEST MINISTER WHO WAS IN THE SERVICE THAT EVENING.

IN THE INTRODUCTION, THE PASTOR TOLD THE CONGREGATION THAT THE GUEST MINISTER WAS

ONE OF HIS DEAREST CHILDHOOD FRIENDS AND THAT HE WANTED HIM TO HAVE A FEW MOMENTS

TO GREET THE CHURCH AND SHARE WHATEVER HE FELT WOULD BE APPROPRIATE FOR THE SERVICE....

WITH THAT, AN ELDERLY MAN STEPPED UP TO THE PULPIT AND BEGAN TO SPEAK.

My Ideas on how we should construct policy to deal with Illegal Immigrants:

(The following ideas are purely my own and will make no reference to any policy that anyone else has contemplated or put forth.)

Policy for Non-resident and Illegal Alien Persons residing in These United States:

If you are residing in These United States as an Illegal Immigrant today, you have an open window opportunity to register as such for a period of 60 days and only 60 days from this notice. (dated)

This notice will apply to undocumented illegal immigrant residents, those who have stayed past their visas, any other non-resident non-citizen, guest, foreign attaché, foreign diplomat, and citizen of foreign countries, and anyone else who is not a citizen of These United States with legal documentation or undocumented or undeclared status! This notice will apply to any and all as noted, no matter the time period or duration of your legality or illegality!

Those who do not register as legal or an illegal and continue to reside in These United States as legal or an Illegal Immigrant, those who have stayed past their visas, any other non-resident non-citizen, guest, foreign attaché, foreign diplomat, citizen of foreign countries, and anyone else who is not a citizen of These United States with documented or undocumented or undeclared status will be granted no courtesy of extra time past the original date set to comply with this order of Constitutional Law!

There is 'Real Difference' between legal and illegal!

After 60 days, any individual who has not complied with said order will be declared Nolo Contemptorare (without extension), subject to all Laws and the full force of the United States Constitution and including, arrest, detention, trial, judgment, separation, confiscation of 100% of All Property (not limited), up to and including incarceration and deportation.

Illegal’s who do not register during the first 60 days should self deport within that time frame without penalty. Unless you are under warrant or fugitive under the law for any offense other than being illegal, attempt to take property without deed or ownership or those properties under loan or lein; you are then subject to the law!

Those who comply with the notice within the 60 day time allotted will get another 60 days of delayed status declared Compli Extemporare (with extension) after the original 60 day period. During this 60 day extension, the Compli Extemporare will file said legal status to ensure all compliance with the Laws of These United States. The Registered Illegal will have this plus the original 60 day window to liquidate Legal property and arrange transport out of These United States without penalty. All illegally held property becomes the property of the county of residence. All property subject to audit!

After this second 60 day period, any Compli Extemporare that has not already self deported, will have another 60 day period made available for any legal hurdles to be met, but will forfeit 50% of All Property immediately upon request!

Compli Extemporare who have not met their obligation to self deport after the third 60 day period, 180 days total, will revert to Nolo Contemptorare!

Nolo Contemptorare are illegally in the United States as undeclared foreign person(s), Illegal Immigrants who will be given NO special status past the original date of this notice.

A gallon of regular gasoline the day Obama was inaugurated was $1.79 on average in the U.S. Today that price is $3.59, a 100.6% increase. The number of food stamp recipients has risen since Obama took office from 31,983,716 to 43,200,878, a 35.1% jump. Long term unemployment soared 146.2% during the same 32 month period from 2,600,000 to 6,400,000. Staggering “hope and change” isn't it?

American citizens living in poverty have risen 9.5% from 39,800,000 to 43,600,000, and the number of unemployed has jumped almost 25% from 11,616,000 to 14,485,000 as of August 31, 2011. The number of unemployed blacks has risen from 12.6% at the end of George Bush's term to 15.8% today, a 25.4% increase, and finally, our national debt is up 34.4% from 10.627 trillion to 14,278 trillion *

Keep these figures in mind as we recount the number of “firsts” for this presidency:

First President to refuse to show a valid birth certificate.

First President to have a social security number from a state he has never lived in.

First President to apply for college aid as a foreign student, then deny he was a foreigner.

First President to preside over a cut to the credit rating of the United States .

First President to violate the War Powers Act.

First President to be held in contempt of court for illegally obstructing oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico .

First President to defy a Federal Judges court order to cease implementing the Health Care Reform Law.

First President to require all Americans to purchase a product from a third party.

First President to spend a trillion dollars on shovel-ready jobs and later admit there was no such thing as shovel-ready jobs.

First President to coddle American enemies while alienating Americas allies.

First President to go on 17 lavish vacations, including date nights and Wednesday evening White House parties for his friends, paid for by the taxpayer.

First President to repeat “the Holy Qur'an tells us,” and openly admit “the early morning call of the Azan (Islamic call to worship) is the most beautiful sound on earth.”

Remember that 32 months of Obama White House we the people have accumulated national debt at a rate more than 27 times as fast as during the rest of our nation's entire history, as the Obama's plan their next extravagant vacation to the Indonesian Island nation of Bali .

The State of Our Public Education!

     One of the biggest frauds that has been carried out against the citizenry of These United States is Public Education. What has been the product that public schools have produced for the most recent decades? Shame! Not since the late 1960's or early 1970's have we seen public education make strong academic strides in producing quality learning for most of the students. What we have seen is a race to the bottom!

     During the the past four decades our schools have suffered the fate of being an experimental laboratory of "politically correct" folderol. Instead of history being a guide and lesson for our direction of learning, we allowed social engineering to gain not only a foothold, it became the sole reason for school to exist at all, in many cases.

     We discarded excellence and replaced it with the mantra of excellence, but without the true meaning of the word even approached in our modern school experience. What happened to having to know how to read, write, add, subtract, know history, understand science and think? What happened to self pride, comportment, discipline, ambition, respect and spirit? While some students tolerate the mediocracy and find within themselves enough drive to get educated on their own in spite of all of the roadblocks to success; others, if not most, are embarrassingly ignorant and failed by the system!

     Learning has often been relegated to presentations that bore, are uninteresting and illogical in their scope and dumbed down in their breadth and depth of content. Facts and realities for knowledge are often and mostly ignored for having students feel good about themselves whether they learn or not. The only point made for understanding is "teaching to the test"; the standardized tests that allow districts to meet some sort of public performance objective, based solely upon a test, that tells us little about what students actually learn; but make the test building company rich!

     Text books are multi-million dollar expenditures of worthless paper as they get less and less factual and more and more filled with error, inacuracy, deliberate propaganda and in some cases bald faced lies! Books cannot even be believed, as they are not being edited by professionals with integrity, morals and intelligence, but only by those with credentials called Politically Correct! The corruption of knowledge has suffered greatly at the hands of the liberal progressive thought processes that are now ingrained into the fabric of our public schools.

     Curricula are often bereft of the challenge presented to students only a few decades ago. Now, we don't want to have a student need to read or study outside of class as that would be unfair and asking too much. I knew that we had lost ground and that we were losing more ground every year in school when I was teaching from the mid 1970's until I retired from my public school classroom in 2006. I had changed schools within the district one year and the principal at my new school came to me at the end of the first six weeks and told me that I expected too much from my students and that I was to acquiesce to her less stringent model for teaching. I never did and she was too ignorant to know the difference. Instead, I expected even more, and to this day, it has paid dividend to those who were in my classes.

     Gone are many of the programs that were preparing students for careers as working class citizens. We have filled the halls with all sort of tripe that is called by a myriad of names and given program status that would fill ears with the mindless dribble of politically correct positions on human sexuality, fairness, non-competition, political activeness, peace, policy and culture. Religion has been eradicated from our schools as the scourge that it is purported to be by the Left.  We are now lost in the seas of mediocracy and the oceans of stupidity!

     With the failing of our schools has come the failing of our nation; for one is the other and the other is lost. Do we have any hope of saving either? I do not know, but I do not see a way that our country can survive without the survival of education. We must have a literate populace or we are surely doomed to total failure. The way to save Liberty is the education of our young to the Truth, Morality, Discipline, and Excellence from a not too distant past. Demand sound education for our youth! We must do that to have a chance of seeing These United States remain Free.

CATCHING PIGS

THIS IS THOUGHT PROVOKING.

There was a chemistry professor in a large college that had some
exchange students in the class. One day while the class was in the lab,
the professor noticed one young man,

an exchange student, who kept
rubbing his back and stretching as if his back hurt. The professor asked
the young man what was the matter.

The student told him he had a bullet
lodged in his back. He had been shot while fighting communists in his
native country who were trying to overthrow his country's government and
install a new communist regime.

In the

midst of his story, he looked at the professor and asked a
strange question. He asked: "Do you know how to catch wild pigs?"

The
professor thought it was a joke and asked for the punch line.

The young
man said that it was no joke. "You catch wild pigs by finding
a suitable place in the woods and putting corn on the ground. The pigs
find it and begin to come every day to eat the free corn.

"When they are used to coming every day, you put a fence down one side
of the place where they are used to coming. When they get used to the
fence, they begin to eat the corn again and you put up another side of
the fence.

"They get used to that and start to eat again. You continue until you
have all four sides of the fence up with a gate in the last side.
"The
pigs, which are used to the free corn, start to come through the
gate to eat that free corn again. You then slam the gate on them and
catch the whole herd. Suddenly the wild pigs have lost their freedom.
They run around and around inside the fence, but they are caught. Soon
they go back to eating the free corn. They are so used to it that they
have forgotten how to forage in the woods for themselves, so they accept
their captivity."

The young
man then told the professor that is exactly what he sees
happening in America . The government keeps pushing us toward
Communism/Socialism
and keeps spreading the free corn out in the form of
programs such as supplemental income, tax credit for unearned income,

tax exemptions, tobacco subsidies, dairy subsidies, payments not to
plant crops (CRP), welfare, medicine, drugs, etc. while we continually
lose our freedoms, just a little at a time.

One
should always remember two truths:

There is no such thing as a free lunch

and
you can never hire someone to provide a service for you
cheaper
than you can do it yourself.

If you
see that all of this wonderful government 'help' is a problem
confronting the future of democracy in America, you might want to send
this on to your friends. If you think the free ride is essential to your
way of life, then you will probably delete this email. But help us all
when the gate slams shut!

Ted Nugent, rock star and avid bow hunter from Michigan , was being interviewed by a liberal journalist, an animal rights activist. The discussion came around to deer hunting. The journalist asked, 'What do you think is the last thought in the head of a deer before you shoot him? Is it, 'Are you my friend?' or is it 'Are you the one who killed my brother?
Nugent replied, 'Deer aren't capable of that kind of thinking. All they care about is, what am I going to eat next, who am I going to screw next, and can I run fast enough to get away. They are very much like the Democrats in Congress.'

Each day I wish tomorrow was already here; so please remember when it is, this poem in rhyme to you, from me.

A few weeks ago a woman was killed in an auto accident. She was very well liked, so the office shut down for her funeral and it was on the news and so on.

On the day the workers came back to work, they found this poem in their e-mail that the deceased woman had sent on Friday before she left for home.

If tomorrow starts without me,
And I'm not there to see,

Remember the violent and disgusting demonstrations over Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker doing away with collective bargaining for Teacher's unions? The results are in. Some school districts went from a $400,000 deficit to a $1,500,000 surplus as a result. They are even hiring new teachers, not firing like the Liberals said would happen. Why?
It seems that the insurance company that provided all the "so-called" benefits to the teachers was an insurance company owned and operated by the teacher's union. Since the outfit was guaranteed to get the insurance business from the teachers, and the State had to pay for it (not the teachers) the insurance company was increasing annual costs every single year to become the most expensive insurance company in the state. Then the company was donating millions and millions of dollars to its favorite democrat politicians who, when they got elected, guaranteed to keep funding the union's outrageous costs. In other words, the insurance company was a "pass through" for Wisconsin taxpayer money directly to the democrat politicians.
Nice racket, and this is the racket that is going on in every single State that allows collective bargaining. No wonder the States are taking it away. Now the State of Wisconsin is free to put the insurance contract out for bids and, lo and behold, they have saved so much money it has turned deficits into surplus amounts. As a result, none of the teachers had to be laid off, everyone got a raise, etc., etc., and the taxpayers of Wisconsin don't have to pay more taxes to fund the union's political ambitions.
If you weren't aware of the reasons Gov. Walker was fighting to take away collective bargaining, it gives you an idea of the problem the Republican Party has. Outside of one or two, none of them know how to speak up and explain properly what the problem was. We could sure use a Ronald Reagan now, someone who could explain things for people to understand, since we know that people don't like to read anymore.

That authorization is hereby denied and refused with regard to the above property and all its occupants. "Smart Meters" violate the law and cause endangerment to residents by the following factors:

1. They individually identify electrical devices inside the home and record when
they are operated causing invasion of privacy.

2. They monitor household activity and occupancy in violation of rights and domestic security.

3. They transmit wireless signals which may be intercepted by unauthorized and unknown parties. Those signals can be used to monitor behavior and occupancy and they can be used by criminals to aid criminal activity against the occupants.

4. Data about occupant's daily habits and activities are collected, recorded and stored in permanent databases which are accessed by parties not authorized or invited to know and share that private data by those who's activities were recorded.

5. Those with access to the smart meter databases can review a permanent history of household activities complete with calendar and time-of-day metrics to gain a highly invasive and detailed view of the lives of the occupants.

6. Those databases may be shared with, or fall into the hands of criminals, blackmailers, corrupt law enforcement, private hackers of wireless transmissions, power company employees, and other unidentified parties who may act against the interests of the occupants under metered surveillance.

7. "Smart Meters" are, by definition, surveillance devices which violate Federal and State wiretapping laws by recording and storing databases of private and personal activities and behaviors without the consent or knowledge of those people who are monitored.

8. It is possible for example, with analysis of certain "Smart Meter" data, for unauthorized and distant parties to determine medical conditions, sexual activities, physical locations of persons within the home, vacancy patterns and personal information and habits of the occupants.

9. Your company has not adequately disclosed the particular recording and transmission capabilities of the smart meter, or the extent of the data that will be recorded, stored and shared, or the purposes to which the data will and will not be put.

10. Electromagnetic and Radio Frequency energy contamination from smart meters exceeds allowable safe and healthful limits for domestic environments as determined by the EPA and other scientific programs.

I forbid, refuse and deny consent of any installation and use of any monitoring, eavesdropping, and surveillance devices on my property, my place of residence and my place of occupancy. That applies to and includes "Smart Meters" and activity monitoring devices of any and all kinds. Any attempt to install any such device directed at me, other occupants, my property or residence will constitute trespass, stalking, wiretapping and unlawful surveillance and endangerment of health and safety, all prohibited and punishable by law through criminal and civil complaints.

All persons, government agencies and private organizations responsible for installing or operating monitoring devices directed at or recording my activities, which I have not specifically authorized in writing, will be fully liable for any violations, intrusions, harm or negative consequences caused or made possible by those devices whether those negative consequences are justified by "law" or not..

This is legal notice. After this delivery the liabilities listed above may not be denied or avoided by parties named and implied in this notice. Civil Servant immunities and protections do not apply to the installation of smart meters due to the criminal violations they represent.

God Bless Our Secret Service Agents.

Secret Service Agents do not require much for their selfless serving of the Presidents of These United States, but deserve nothing less than admiration and thanks from every President.

I am not alone for my deep seeded contempt and despise for the Presidents and First Ladies, who for lack of nothing better to do, loathe and scorn some of the finest people who serve our country.

Praise and applause for the Presidents and First Ladies who give comfort to, and treat the Secret Service Agents like family, cannot come to often. These Presidents learn and know the agent and their family on first name basis and express trust, confidence and honor for each and every one. What better tribute to agent and family, that Our Country's Leader know them and share their personal journey!

The people who really needs to see this, wouldn't watch, and if they did, they wouldn't believe it. That said, it is a sad day that some in elite leadership are so callous and despicable!

Lots of people are so narrow minded that they won't even consider these ideas let alone be able to connect the dots.

To All My Valued Employees,

There have been some rumblings around the office about the
future of this company, and more specifically, your job. As you
know, the economy has changed for the worse and presents many challenges. However, the good news is this: The economy doesn't pose a threat to your job. What does threaten your job however, is the changing political landscape in this country. However, let me tell you some little tidbits of fact which might help you decide what is in your best interests.

First, while it is easy to spew rhetoric that casts employers
against employees, you have to understand that for every
business owner, there is a Back Story. This back story is often
neglected and overshadowed by what you see and hear. Sure, you see me park my Mercedes outside. You've seen my big home at last year’s Christmas party. I'm sure; all these flashy icons of luxury conjure up some idealized thoughts about my life.

However, what you don't see is the BACK STORY:

I started this company 28 years ago. At that time, I lived in a
300 square foot studio apartment for 3 years. My entire living
apartment was converted into an office so I could put forth 100% effort into building a company, which by the way, would
eventually employ you. My diet consisted of Ramen Pride noodles because every dollar I spent went back into this company. I drove a rusty Toyota Corolla with a defective transmission. I didn't have time to date. Often times, I stayed home on weekends, while my friends went out drinking and partying. In fact, I was married to my business -- hard work, discipline, and sacrifice.

Meanwhile, my friends got jobs. They worked 40 hours a week and made a modest $50K a year and spent every dime they earned. They drove flashy cars and lived in expensive homes and wore fancy designer clothes. Instead of hitting the Nordstrom's for the latest hot fashion item, I was trolling through the discount store extracting any clothing item that didn't look like it was birthed in the 70's. My friends refinanced their mortgages and lived a life of luxury. I, however, did not. I put my time, my money, and my life into a business with a vision that eventually, some day, I too, will be able to afford these luxuries my friends supposedly had.

So, while you physically arrive at the office at 9am, mentally
check in at about noon, and then leave at 5pm, I don't. There is
no "off" button for me. When you leave the office, you are done
and you have a weekend all to yourself. I unfortunately do not
have the freedom. I eat and breathe this company every minute of the day. There is no rest. There is no weekend. There is no
happy hour. Every day this business is attached to my hip like a
1 year old special-needs child. You, of course, only see the
fruits of that garden -- the nice house, the Mercedes, the vacations... you never realize the Back Story and the sacrifices
I've made.

Now, the economy is falling apart and the guy that made all the
right decisions and saved his money; has to bail-out all the
people who didn't. The people who overspent their paychecks
suddenly feel entitled to the same luxuries that I earned and
sacrificed a decade of my life for.

Yes, business ownership has its benefits but the price I've paid
is steep and not without wounds. Unfortunately, the cost of running this business, and employing you, is starting to eclipse the threshold of marginal benefit and let me tell you why: I am being taxed to death and the government thinks I don't pay
enough. I have state taxes, Federal taxes, Property taxes, Sales
and use taxes, Payroll taxes, Workers compensation taxes,
Unemployment taxes, Taxes on taxes. I have to hire a tax man to
manage all these taxes and then guess what? I have to pay taxes
for employing him. Government mandates and regulations and all of the accounting that goes with it, now occupy most of my time. On Oct 15th, I wrote a check to the US Treasury for $288,000 for quarterly taxes. You know what my "stimulus" check was? Zero..Nada, Zilch.

The question I have is this: Who is stimulating the economy? Me, the guy who has provided 14 people good paying jobs and serves over 2,200,000 people per year with a flourishing business; Or, is it the single mother sitting at home pregnant with her fourth child waiting for her next welfare check? Obviously, government feels the latter is the economic stimulus of this country. The fact is, if I deducted (Read: Stole) 50% of your paycheck you'd quit and you wouldn't work here. I mean, why should you? That's nuts. Who wants to get rewarded only 50% of their hard work? Well, I agree, and it is why your job is in jeopardy!

Here is what many of you don't understand ... to stimulate the
economy you need to stimulate what runs the economy. Had
suddenly government mandated to me that I didn't need to pay
taxes; guess what? Instead of depositing that $288,000 into the
Washington D.C. black-hole of economic ignorance, I would have spent it to hired more employees, and generated substantial economic growth. My employees would have enjoyed the wealth of that tax cut in the form of promotions and better salaries. But, you can forget it now.

When you have a comatose man on the verge of death, you don't
defibrillate and shock his thumb thinking that will bring him back to life, do you? Or, do you defibrillate his heart? Business is at the heart of America and always has been. To restart it, you must stimulate it, not kill it. Suddenly, the power brokers in Washington D.C. believe the poor of America are the essential drivers of the American economic engine. Nothing could be further from the truth and this is the type of change you can keep.

So where am I going with all this? It's quite simple. If any new taxes are levied on me, or my company, my reaction will be swift and simple. I'll fire you. I'll fire your co-workers. You can then plead with the government to pay for your mortgage, your SUV, and your child's future. Frankly, your problem, isn't my problem anymore.

Then, I will close this company down, move to another country,
and retire. You see, I'm done. I'm done with a country that
penalizes the productive and gives to the unproductive. My
motivation to work and to provide jobs will be destroyed, and
with it, will be my citizenship.

So, if you lose your job, it won't be at the hands of the economy; it will be at the hands of a political hurricane that swept through this country, steamrolled the constitution, and will have changed its landscape forever. If that happens, you can find me sitting on a beach, retired, and with no employees to worry about....

This was written by a 21 yr old female who gets it. It's her future she’s worried about and this is how she feels about the social welfare big government state that she’s being forced to live in! These solutions are just common sense in her opinion.

Put me in charge . . .

Put me in charge of food stamps. I'd get rid of Lone Star cards; no cash for Ding Dongs and Ho Ho's, just money for 50-pound bags of rice and beans, blocks of cheese and all the powdered milk
you can haul away. If you want steak and frozen pizza, then get a job.

Put me in charge of Medicaid. The first thing I'd do is to get women Norplant birth control implants or tubal ligations. Then, we'll test recipients for drugs, alcohol, and nicotine and document all tattoos and piercings. If you want to reproduce or use drugs, alcohol, smoke or get tats and piercings, then get a job.

Put me in charge of government housing. Ever live in a military barracks? You will maintain our property in a clean and good state of repair. Your "home" will be subject to inspections anytime and possessions will be inventoried. If you want a plasma TV or Xbox 360, then get a job and your own place.

In addition, you will either present a check stub from a job each week or you will report to a "government" job. It may be cleaning the roadways of trash, painting and repairing public housing, whatever we find for you. We will sell your 22 inch rims and low profile tires and your blasting stereo and speakers and put that money toward the “common good..”

Before you write that I've violated someone's rights, realize that all of the above is voluntary. If you want our money, accept our rules.. Before you say that this would be "demeaning" and ruin their "self esteem," consider that it wasn't that long ago that taking someone else's money for doing absolutely nothing was demeaning and lowered self esteem. If we are expected to pay for other people's mistakes we should at least attempt to make them learn from their bad choices.

The current system rewards them for continuing to make bad choices. AND While you are on Gov’t subsistence, you no longer can VOTE! Yes that is correct. For you to vote would be a conflict of interest. You will voluntarily remove yourself from voting while you are receiving a Gov’t welfare check. If you want to vote, then get a job.

Now, if you have the guts - PASS IT ON...

Remembering My Mentors

I have arrived at a time in my life where some look to me now for their guidance, knowledge, encouragement, judgment, critique and sometimes just to talk. It does not seem so long ago that I was the one who was needing those references or the listen. How strange that life leaves us always searching for more truth than we have the capacity and ability to understand. As a mentor, I still look to my sages from the past for the answers.
I want to share with you a glimpse of the abundant and reasoned thought that I received from my treasured mentors, from the minds of the past, who were the best.
Just Who were these men, that I am so profuse to talk about?
First and foremost, there was my Father, whom I called Dad. Then, there are my two natural (biological) grandfathers, my PawPaw, Sargent Prentiss Beasley and my PapPaw, Florence Tate Garrett. These three were the core of my upbringing and responsible for much if not most of what I think, believe and do as a person. Some of those gifts given to me were honesty, reverence, integrity, independence, temper, quiet spirit, determination, courage, grit, toughness, work ethic, tolerance, humor, understanding and most of all Love. Each of them loved me in a very special way that made me feel real and a part of something very magnificnet. That is my favorite gift from them.
My Dad: His name was Edwin J Beasley. He was born in Shamrock Texas 19 August 1924. He was young when the Depression Years hit and his father, my grandfather, who was a rural mail carrier, kept at least four other households solvent, because he ws the only one with a good job. Dad had life in a small town with a brother, sister and many cousins, Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents and friends. He liked to hunt, fish and play like all the other boys of his day and he shared with me many of his most poignant memories. Life was not all grand during the Depression Years and the Dust Bowl of West Texas and Oklahoma. However, because PawPaw had the Government job with the United States Postal Service, the Beasley family had much more than many families of the day and managed to find a way to take vacations to the Rocky Mountains each year where trout fishing was the favored pastime. They camped from their touring cars along the route to and from the favored spots, Gunnison, Crede, Lake City, Lottis Creek, Taylor Reservoir, Taos and other fabled locations. That would become a legacy that would trancend generations.
