Prince Harry’s new girl revealed

2011-10-24T03:29:00.000-07:00

She was working as a waitress in a
cocktail bar ... when she met you know who

Kate Middleton lookalike ... Jessica Donaldson

PRINCE Harry is romancing a sexy Californian cocktail waitress, The Sun can reveal.

He shared passionate kisses with tattooed Jessica Donaldson, 26 — a Kate Middleton lookalike — while dating her in San Diego, US.
Last night a source said Harry, 27, was "bowled over" by the brunette he met while on a flying course.

The dashing royal met Jessica two weeks ago at the Andaz Hotel in San Diego, California, where she works in the cocktail lounge.
Brunette Jessica — known as Jes — closely resembles his brother William's wife Kate Middleton, 29.
Harry wound up locked in conversation with her in a corner of the VIP balcony of the hotel's Ivy nightclub.
The pair then went on two dates in a week and were spotted sharing passionate kisses. This week, as romance blossomed, they exchanged flirty texts and calls. A source said last night: "She's a really fun girl and he was clearly bowled over. Things developed from there."
A pal of Jessica said: "She is full of energy, a bit wild and goes out a lot.
"She's a cocktail waitress who serves the VIPs in the Ivy Club. She's gorgeous and very good at her job. But she's a funny and genuine girl. It's easy to see why Harry fell for her."
Their meeting came on Harry's first weekend off from flying Apache attack helicopters at the remote El Centro base, 100 miles from San Diego.

Later that night, Jes is understood to have joined Harry and his air crew pals as they continued partying in a suite at the Andaz Hotel. Next day, Jessica — who sports a large floral tattoo on her right side — met Harry for lunch at a beachside restaurant.
And last weekend he invited her to the famous Belly Up Tavern live music venue in nearby Solana Beach.
They were seen kissing on a VIP balcony as they drank tequila and beer and danced to live music. Around 1am they moved on to another bar.
A source said: "Loads of girls were trying to get Harry's attention but he only had eyes for Jes. They were kissing and looked comfortable together."
Army captain Harry is single after his relationship with Zimbabwean beauty Chelsy Davy, 26, ended. He will be at El Centro for another two weeks before continuing his training in Arizona.

Don’t you know right from wrong?

2011-10-23T04:33:00.000-07:00

DOOMED Colonel Gaddafi gasped before he was shot in the head: "Don't you know right from wrong?"

The merciless dictator — who slaughtered thousands of his countrymen for defying him — also tried to claim he was protected under Islamic law, it emerged yesterday.
His desperate pleas after he was captured hiding wounded in a sewer pipe came as Libyan revolutionaries paraded the bloodied Mad Dog through his home city by dragging him along its dusty streets.
The tyrant — surrounded by baying crowds — is seen in gruesome mobile phone footage to lift his head and splutter: "What you're doing is wrong, guys. What you're doing is wrong."

Video: Last footage of Gaddafi alive

WARNING: Graphic video aired on TV showing final moments of dictator's life

As he continues to be hauled along and beaten, he wheezes: "What are you doing? It's haraam (forbidden). It's not allowed in Islamic law.
"Haraam! What you are doing is forbidden in Islam!"

Blood-drenched ... tyrant's captors mock him

The bloodthirsty mass murderer's last recorded words — as he fails to see the irony — are: "Don't you know right from wrong?"

A jubilant freedom fighter is then heard screaming: "God is great... God is great!"
The final thing Gaddafi appears to have heard before being killed by a bullet to the temple is a captor yelling at him: "Shut up, you dog!"
The gory footage shows a gun being put to his head — then cuts to his corpse stripped of its blood-drenched shirt.
Rebels roll the lifeless tyrant, 69, on to the pavement where blood pools from the back of his head.

Agony ... doomed Gaddafi screams for mercy

The images of his grisly fate on Thursday continued to be flashed around the world yesterday — as Libya pledged to make public files on atrocities the crazed brute was responsible for abroad.
They included the Lockerbie jet bombing that killed 270 in 1988 — and the shooting dead of WPC Yvonne Fletcher, 25, outside Libya's London embassy in 1984.
Mahmud Nacua, 74 — Libya's new ambassador to Britain — pledged Yvonne's killers will be put in the dock. But he insisted: "They will face justice in Libya, not in Britain."
Last night the body of hated Gaddafi — who used Libya's oil riches to bankroll IRA bombings as he smuggled Semtex to the terrorists — lay in an old meat locker.
He was transported after his death to Misrata and put on show for cheering crowds in the rebel city his forces tried to wipe out.

Dazed ... Mad Dog puts hand to bloodied head

The body of his son Muatassim, 37 — said to have been found skulking in the same drain as his dad — was in the chiller room next door. He too was captured alive — but was later shot in the neck and abdomen.
Libya's National Transitional Council remained unsure what to do with the pair — amid calls by Amnesty International for an independent war crimes probe into how the twisted dictator who ruled his country with an iron fist for 42 years met his end.
Russia also expressed disquiet. Yesterday Libya's acting PM Mahmoud Jibril continued to insist Gaddafi was killed in crossfire after being hauled from the drain.
He said a bullet hit the captive's arm as he was put on a truck — then another struck his head.
A doctor who examined the corpse further muddied the waters by saying a bullet to the gut was the fatal shot.
But he added as images showed gaping wounds to both temples: "There was another bullet that went in and out of his head."
Rupert Colville, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, was unconvinced by the official version of events.

Horror ... Gaddafi looks at blood on his hands

He said: "The two cellphone videos that have emerged, one of him alive and one of him dead, taken together are very disturbing."
Gaddafi had crawled into the pipe under a road as Sirte became the last city to fall to a revolution that was on the verge of being crushed until Nato warplanes from Britain and France were sent in.
RAF Tornados were leading a reconnaissance mission when French jets swooped on the fugitive tyrant's fleeing convoy — which was then targeted by a missile from a US drone.
Yesterday there were claims Gaddafi slipped up by using a satellite phone — pinpointing his hideout to Nato intelligence in a city previously scoured in vain by UK special forces hunting for him.
But Nato insisted it had no idea he was in the convoy when it was attacked.

Reign over ... Gaddafi's bloodied body lies on a mattress

Libya's interim leaders yesterday said Gaddafi would be buried with dignity and according to Islamic tradition. But that could be done in secret — deep in the desert.
Oil minister Ali Tarhouni said: "I told them to keep the body in the freezer for a few days — to make sure everyone knows he is dead."
Nato's top commander Admiral Jim Stavridis used Facebook to declare he was recommending an end to the six-month mission in Libya. It has cost Britain £300million.

Son's final cig before death

Last image ... Muatassim

GADDAFI'S son Muatassim is pictured shortly before he died smoking a cigarette and swigging a bottle of water in images released yesterday.

Muatassim, 37 — a senior army officer — appears to be in a hospital after being captured by rebels.

However soon afterwards he is seen lying dead on a stretcher, shot through the neck and abdomen. The pictures raise questions over how Muatassim died after being captured alive.

Another of Mad Dog's sons, heir apparent Saif al-Islam, 39, was last night believed still to be on the run.

He is wanted by the International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity.

Two more sons — Saif al-Arab and Khamis — have been killed in the conflict. Saif, 29, died in a Nato bombing raid on Tripoli while Khamis, 28, perished in fighting near the capital in August.

Mad Dog's remaining four children appear to be safe after fleeing Libya.

Ex-footballer Saadi, 38, went to Niger where he is still in hiding.

Sons Hannibal, 36, and Mohammed, 41, and daughter Aisha, 34, are all in Algeria after they were given refuge by the government there alongside Gaddafi's wife Safia.

Human torch bank protest

A MAN turns himself into a human torch yesterday in protest at Greek banks.

The demonstrator doused himself in petrol in Thessaloniki after saying he had been ruined by catastrophic debts.
He was taken to hospital with chest burns.

It is the second time the unnamed 55-year-old has set himself on fire over his failed business.

Euro bosses yesterday rejected demands for urgent action to tackle the Greek debt crisis.
Eurozone finance ministers postponed a decision over whether to allow Athens the next instalment of bailout cash.
Chancellor George Osborne urged leaders to send "a clear signal they truly recognise the gravity of the situation".

Gaddafi son binged on drugs and hookers

2011-09-13T20:29:00.000-07:00

ONE of Colonel Gaddafi's vile sons went on a sex and drugs binge in London as his dad's regime crumbled.

Saadi Gaddafi, 38, blew thousands on hookers, vodka, cocaine and cannabis while at the family's £11million mansion.
Bodyguard Stefan Bell, paid £300 a day to protect Saadi, said: "He was intimidating and nasty and lived a bizarre life.
"He did like his hookers. He'd spend ages trawling the internet for Chinese escorts, they always had to be Chinese.
"He'd show me or my colleague a picture of the girl and we rang to book a visit. He wanted them to stay all night which was £1,500.
"Drugs were also common. Saadi asked me once if I could get him some cocaine, but I refused.
"A lot of cannabis was smoked by him and his entourage. They were high a lot of the time.
"There was masses of vodka too, bottles and bottles. Sometimes they hired a barman to pour their drinks for them."

Bodyguard ... Stefan Bell

The beautiful mansion in Hampstead that was the base for his five-week binge has now been overrun by squatters.
And Saadi, the third of Gaddafi's seven sons, was yesterday seeking refugee status in Niger after fleeing the Libyan rebels who overthrew his tyrant father.
It is a stark contrast to the arrogant figure he cut when he arrived in Britain in November.
Stefan, who met him at Stansted airport, said Saadi arrived with a couple of aides, his personal doctor, an America woman who was his PA and about eight friends. They went straight to the Hampstead home, which had just had a multi-million pound refurbishment.

Mad dog and his puppy ... Saadi with his tyrant father Colonel Gaddafi

Stefan, 33, said: "The house was amazing inside. But there were one or two teething problems with the stereo system which piped music into each room.
"They could easily have been fixed. But instead Saadi decided he wanted to buy a new house so we drove around looking for one.
"There was one he really liked in Surrey, a huge place for £50million. I'm not sure if he actually put an offer in by the time everything kicked off in Libya but he certainly planned to.
"Spending £50million just because he couldn't get the stereo to work — that's Saadi for you."
Saadi, an ex-footballer who was on the books of three Italian clubs, spent hours hand-picking his hookers. But when they turned up he was not always happy.

House of stoned ... £11million mansion where Saadi took cocaine and bedded hookers

Stefan said: "Sometimes he said he didn't like the look of them and would send them away.
"We gave them a bit of money but they were furious for not earning the full amount. Saadi never booked girls for his friends, just for himself. He'd disappear to his room with them and we wouldn't see him until morning."
Rumours of Saadi's homosexuality have been doing the rounds in Libya for years. When rebels raided his home in Tripoli they found piles of gay DVDs.

And in London he was clearly having a relationship with a man who was known as the Butler. Stefan said: "When the Butler arrived I was expecting an older bloke, but he was about 18.
"Saadi would shout for him in the night. We'd get up thinking he wanted us but he wanted the Butler to go to his room.
"Later on Saadi would come out of the room covered in sweat and wearing just a towel."
Stefan, from Newcastle, said Saadi also blew thousands at a time on shopping trips. He added: "We visited Harrods a lot.
"One time he bought a set of 12 solid silver knives, forks and spoons with his initials on.
"It cost £70,000 and the entire bill for that trip was £120,000.
"Sometimes his card was declined which was quite embarrassing. But all he did was ring the Libyan embassy to put some more money into his account. Towards the end of the trip he sent one of the men out to Soho to buy loads of porn DVDs to take back to Libya. This bloke would come back with bags of DVDs — he got hundreds of them."
Saadi, who reportedly once blew £170million in just 12 months on private jets, jewels, cars, clothes and women, was in his father's inner-circle and commander of Libya's special forces.
But Stefan said he never once mentioned his father. He added: "He never came across as a politician or as a representative of the Libyan government."
Saadi left Britain in late December. He planned to return a week later but never came back.
Stefan said: "We took him to Luton airport and he flew to Tripoli on a private jet. Despite working with him so intimately for five weeks he did not have the courtesy to say goodbye."

Bombs, executions, poverty... welcome to Anzhi FC, Mr Eto’o

2011-09-13T20:20:00.000-07:00

THEY have been dubbed the Manchester City of Russia, with a playboy owner whose spending would make even Roman Abramovich wince.

Forget the sheik billionaires who have taken the Premier League by storm, it is little-known Russian club Anzhi Makhachkala which is setting the standard in the lavish spending stakes.
Their shock capture of Inter Milan ace Samuel Eto'o for £22million — pipping City to his signature — made headlines across the world, especially his salary of around £350,000 A WEEK.
That swoop made the African Player Of The Year the world's highest-paid footballer, with a reported wage of £17.9million per season after tax, effectively doubling his wage.
It leaves Cristiano Ronaldo — previously the best paid — trailing behind on his comparatively measly £11.3million per season at Real Madrid.

Mean streets ... destruction wreaked by a suicide bomb that killed 7 policemen in January last year

Wanted ... Fabio Capello

Far from being an unrealistic attempt at a fantasy football-style assembly of a superstar squad, the Russians are chasing the man they consider to be the world's best manager — England coach Fabio Capello.

Already on a £6million-a-year deal with the FA, Fabio could well be licking his lips at an unlikely pay rise after next summer's European Championship, his final tournament in charge of the Three Lions.
Anzhi have sent out a real signal of intent having also signed World Cup-winning Brazilian Roberto Carlos on a free transfer. He is said to be on £65,000 a week.
Other big signings include £15million Chelsea winger Yuri Zhirkov (on an estimated £92,000 a week) and former Blues midfielder Mbark Boussoufa, who is also paid megabucks, at around £10million.
There have also been moves mooted for Manchester United's Serbian captain Nemanja Vidic and Arsenal's Russian forward Andrey Arshavin.

Big-money move ... Yuri Zhirkov

Sandwiched between the killing fields of Chechnya and the Caspian oil basin, bordered by Georgia and Azerbaijan in the deep south of Russia, the city of Makhachkala is hardly a hotbed of glamorous WAG culture.
It is in the Republic of Dagestan, which has an unemployment rate of at least 40 per cent. The impoverished area is so dangerous that the Foreign Office has advised Brits not to visit.
But that looks certain to change as the modest local club becomes a real player in world football.
Set up in just 20 years ago, Anzhi only returned to the top tier of Russian football last summer.
Their highest ever league position was fourth in 2000, which paved the way to Uefa Cup qualification and a tie against Rangers, which they lost 1-0.

Russia's deep south ... Makhachkala is located between dangerous Chechnya and the oil-rich Caspian Sea

Wanted ... Nemanja Vidic

Last season Anzhi finished a far from glitzy 11th. They will harbour loftier ambitions this season after the arrival of super-wealthy businessman Suleyman Kerimov as boss in February this year.
Listed 118th on the Forbes Rich List — a who's who of the world's billionaires — he is worth an estimated £5billion.
Though that is little over half of the fortune amassed by his countryman, Chelsea chief Roman Ambramovich, Kerimov has made it clear that no expense will be spared in his bid to revolutionise football.
He has authorised spending of more than £150million on transfer fees and wages for well-known players from Europe's elite. A member of the Federation Council of Russia, the 45-year-old served in the lower chamber of the Russian parliament.
Married with three kids, Kerimov is every bit the magnate. In 2006 he was injured after crashing a new Ferrari Enzo into a tree in Nice, France.

Small-scale ... Anzhi Makhachkala's 16,000 capacity stadium

Moneybags ... Suleyman Kerimov

Though it was originally suggested that Kerimov had bought out the club's former owners, it later emerged that he was given a 100-per-cent stake in Anzhi by the president of Dagestan in return for financial investment in the area.
The mogul has wasted no time — vowing to plunge £900million into the project. Around £125million of that will go on infrastructure, including a new 50,000-seater stadium to replace the run-down 16,000-seater Dynamo Stadium.
Other facilities likely to be built include a state-of-the-art training base, as well as hotels and luxury living quarters for the squad. All in pursuit of the holy grail — Champions League football.
It is an astonishing outlay, particularly given the club's bleak surroundings.
On Saturday night, ahead of Eto'o's first home appearance for the club where he scored in a 2-1 victory against Volga, four people were gunned down on the streets around the stadium. In separate incidents nine other bodies were discovered, including those of a policeman and two soldiers.

Captain ... Roberto Carlos

Just hours after the execution-style murders, the game kicked off.
It is an area gripped by Islamic terrorism and gun crime on the streets. One of our pictures above shows the devastation caused by a suicide bomb which killed seven policemen and wounded 20 people in the city in January last year.
For security reasons Eto'o and his new team-mates are not based in Makhachkala. Instead, they live and train 1,200 miles away in Moscow.
Indeed, they will only set foot in the area on match day, having been flown in by the club. Even then, the likes of Eto'o and fellow star Roberto Carlos are flanked by security guards.
Carlos, who now captains Anzhi, has had his fair share of problems outside Makhachkala — having endured several instances of racism.

Up and running ... Samuel Eto'o scores on his debut for Anzhi

On one occasion, in a match against Krylya Sovetov, bananas were thrown from the stands.
But despicable though the fans' behaviour was, it is unlikely to slow down the head of steam that Anzhi are building up.
Already this season, the club are fourth in the table — just six points behind leaders Zenit.
It seems that this ambitious club with such humble beginnings may be well on the way to glory.

I shopped my partner to ploce for having sex with his daughter

2011-09-08T04:13:00.000-07:00

WELCOMING her partner's long-lost daughter into the family was just a natural reaction from mum Marie Betts.

After 15 years with Andrew Butler, 47, Marie encouraged him to be the doting dad he was to their two children, to the little girl he had left when she was just six years old.

Within a couple of months of being reunited with her dad, Nicola Yates, 26, spent Christmas with the family.

But factory worker Andrew had become secretive and Marie suspected he was having an affair.

However, never in her worst nightmares did she think he was in an incestuous relationship with Nicola.

Here, in an exclusive interview with The Sun, Marie reveals how her discovery led to the conviction of the pair — a story that shocked the nation.

Full-time mum Marie, 36, from Lichfield in Staffordshire, says: "Andrew had started being very possessive about his phone.

"Before he would leave it lying around but suddenly he wouldn't let it out of his sight.

"This odd behaviour made me really suspicious. I was desperate to find out whether he was having an affair.

"He left his coat draped over the chair while he went to the car one evening and I couldn't help myself from sneaking a peek.

"With horror I discovered a stream of dirty texts.

"When I looked at the sender I thought I was going to be sick — they were from his own daughter Nicola.

"I read one and it described them spending a night in bed together. I was in complete shock.
"Incest is a crime and I knew I needed to take his phone without him noticing and shop him to the police.
"This act was so vile, I could no longer recognise the man I loved for 15 years. We had two children together and I thought we were soulmates."
Marie slipped the phone back into his coat and waited for two days until their next date together.
They lived separately in Birmingham because, Marie says: "We were very much in love, but never felt the need to live in each other's pockets.
"I put on a brave face when I saw Andrew. He went into the bedroom and left his phone in the living room.
"I grabbed it and told him I was nipping to the local shop.
"I drove round the corner and parked up. I looked at his photos and couldn't believe my eyes.
"There were photos of Nicola in her underwear in her dad's flat and pictures of them having sex. I burst into tears, I was hysterical. There were hundreds of messages.
"How could he do this with his own daughter? He had been sleeping with me too. It was the ultimate betrayal.
"I went back to the flat and Andrew said he was leaving as he needed to find his phone. Then I marched to the police station with the phone and was interviewed for five hours.

Affair ... daughter Nicola

"Two days later he was arrested."
Marie could never have imagined this horror when she met timid Nicola.
Marie says: "Andrew and Nicola had been reunited through the family tracing website Genes Reunited in October 2006, when Andrew got a message from his long-lost daughter.
"I told him he must contact her, she was obviously desperate to be reunited.
"A week later Andrew brought her to my house. I welcomed Nicola into our lives with open arms and tried to make her feel part of the family.
"Within four weeks Nicola had started staying at Andrew's flat."
Three months later, Marie invited Nicola to spend Christmas Day at her home with the family.
Marie says: "As we opened gifts Nicola refused to get involved and would only talk to Andrew.
"She was really quiet and wouldn't leave Andrew's side. She was sitting on his knee like a little child.
"I thought it was a bit weird but didn't question it at the time. I felt sorry for her and thought it must be intimidating to have a new family."
Just two weeks later heartbroken Marie discovered the sickening texts.
In May 2007, at Birmingham Crown Court, Andrew and Nicole both pleaded guilty to having sex with an adult relative.
Andrew was given a four-month jail term while Nicola was sentenced to an 18-month supervision order.

Sentence ... Nicola was given 18-month supervision order

Marie says: "I knew I had done the right thing going to the police. Although we had children together I could no longer bear to be with him. I was disgusted and the thought of being around him made me feel sick."
Marie ended her relationship with Andrew and moved out of the area.
She says: "From the moment I turned him into the police, me and the kids had nothing more to do with him.
I still knew of his whereabouts as my father worked with him, though they never spoke.
"I heard Andrew had a new girlfriend. My dad said he was always on the phone to her at work."
Then Marie discovered the police were investigating Andrew again.

She says: "Deep down I had a feeling it had to do with Nicola. I then found out they had started their relationship again.
"I cried my eyes out. It brought it all back again. Nicola's half-sister had discovered sexual photos of Nicola and Andrew together on her mobile phone.
"She told her mum, who confronted her daughter before reporting the couple to the police."
At Birmingham Crown Court on August 4 this year Butler was jailed for ten months and ordered to sign the sex offenders register for ten years.
Nicola was sentenced to 26 weeks in jail suspended for two years.
For Marie the latest discovery has brought back painful memories.
She says: "I couldn't let a man touch me for three years after what happened. I still feel completely betrayed and find it hard to trust men.
"Even to this day it makes me feel sick to think he was sleeping with me and his daughter at the same time."

My 3-in-a - bed secret

2011-09-08T04:02:00.000-07:00

SIMON Cowell yesterday sensationally confessed to having a three-in-a-bed session with two mystery beauties.

The X Factor chief, 51, revealed in his raunchiest-ever interview how he found himself alone with the two gorgeous girls.
He said of the encounter, which he confessed happened "years ago": "I was just with these two girls and we ended up in bed. It was cool — I liked it."
Cowell also admitted sharing a blind date with Charlie Sheen's ex Denise Richards, 40, when she was eight months pregnant — and said he romped with other celebs, who he would not name.
And asked whether he is still engaged to make-up artist Mezhgan Hussainy, 37, he replied: "I'm not sure."
Pressed on the remark during a US radio interview, he added: "It's something I would need to say to you off the radio.
"I do get embarrassed talking about these things publicly."

Garli murder!

2011-09-08T03:49:00.000-07:00

A YOUNG mum was murdered by her teenage boyfriend in a frenzied knife attack — after an argument over garlic bread.

Violent Jamie Ellis, 18, stabbed Alami Gotip 34 times as her two young children slept upstairs.

When police asked him why he had killed the 22-year-old, callous Ellis claimed she had been "moaning" at him for not making garlic bread for dinner.

He said: "I just snapped. I got sick of it. I stormed through into the kitchen and got a kitchen knife and I just attacked her."

Argument .. row was over garlic bread

Ellis will be caged for life after admitting murdering Alami in Livingston on May 25.

The High Court in Edinburgh heard she had collected daughters Shola, four, and one-year-old Jasmin from nursery that day with her ex Neil Henderson.

The girls' dad left when they were in bed, and Ellis — who'd been smoking cannabis and taking Valium — arrived at 7.30pm.

The teenager, who was jealous of Inland Revenue worker Alami's good relationship with her ex, started to a cook a meal before he "snapped" and turned on her with the knife.

Attack ... Ellis

He said he had feared their relationship was coming to an end, and told cops who quizzed him: "I can't leave her because I love her so much. It totally destroys me, thinking that she is going to be with somebody else."

Police arrived at the house after Ellis contacted his mother to confess to the killing and she raised the alarm. He later told cops: "It's not that I'm a horrible person, but s*** happens."

Advocate depute Susanne Tanner told the court: "Two very young children have been left without their mother and, in the case of the deceased's youngest daughter, Jasmin, without any memory of her."

As he left court with Alami's friends and family yesterday, the murdered woman's cousin Robert McKenna, 31, said: "Hang the little b******. They should bring back the death penalty."

Ellis will be caged for life next month when judge Lord Glennie decides how long he must serve before being eligible for parole.

My lover was a fake fella

2011-09-04T02:52:00.000-07:00

A SHATTERED young mum last night admitted she had no idea her "boyfriend" was a woman — despite romping with her lover every time they saw each other.

The shocked woman claims Samantha Brooks fooled her with a string of elaborate excuses as she posed as a man called Lee.
Brooks, 26, refused to strip naked in front of her, claiming that being struck down with cancer had made "him" insecure.
She hid her breasts by binding them up with bandages then told her 24-year-old partner she had suffered horrific burns. And the outraged mum, who does not want to be named, claimed Brooks even used a fake manhood during their passionate six-year relationship.

Living a lie ... Brooks fooled trusting partner with string of excuses about her appearance

Last night the devastated woman, who still refers to Brooks as Lee, said: "We slept together every time we saw each other.
"We could be walking down the street to the pub and we'd pass the park and he'd be like, 'Come on in here for a quickie'.
"Lee told me about loads of previous relationships he'd had. He was supposed to have nine kids with different women.
"He even used to make me take pregnancy tests to see that I wasn't having a baby.
"I've only known him as a man, and that's what he still is to me."
The woman, from Bridge of Earn, Perthshire, first got in touch with Brooks when she was just 14 after a mobile phone mix-up.
And their relationship began two years later when they finally arranged to meet at Perth train station.
The mum-of-two said: "We met by accident — it was a mix-up of phone numbers.
"Lee started phoning, saying he was sorry but it had happened because there was only one number different in our phone numbers.
"After that we just kept in contact. That was from when I was 14.
"We didn't meet until years later. He told me he was staying with someone in Falkirk and came through to Perth on the train.

Engaged ... Brooks and trusting partner

"I was excited — here was someone I had been talking to for years, and I was finally getting to meet them. We had a laugh, he had so many stories. After that I think we fell in love."
After their first face-to-face meeting, the smitten woman travelled to London to meet her "boyfriend".
Brooks also came to visit her in Scotland and would stay with her at her gran's home in Perthshire.
And as the pair — who planned to marry — grew closer, the woman's two daughters even started to call her lover "dad".
But despite her shocking secret, the woman claimed Brooks never gave her any reason to be suspicious — even covering up with bubble bath while in the tub. She said: "Lee used to have a bath and we don't have a lock on the bathroom door. He'd go in there and have a bath, no bother at all.
"He would sit in the house with his boxer shorts on."
The woman claims Brooks came up with a string of cunning excuses to cover up her secret.
She claims that she never saw her lover completely naked because "he" claimed that he had been left too insecure having suffered from testicular cancer.
And the woman believed Brooks' bandages were to protect injuries inflicted by an ex-lover.
She said: "Lee told me a previous girlfriend was a traveller and that she lived in a caravan.
"He said that the bandages he wore across his chest to hide his breasts were there because she had taken a bit of wood out of a fire and hit him with it and that he was all blistered."
As well as describing a traveller ex, the woman claims Brooks told her about a string of former lovers — bragging about fathering nine children.

Truth ... Brooks as bridesmaid for pal

She said: "Lee told me about loads of previous relationships he'd had.
"There was this girl called Ellie who he was supposed to have had a 14-year-old boy to — he was supposed to have had nine kids with different women.
"There was another ex called Katie, and one called Denise.
"If these women weren't real, then Lee must have been setting up fake profiles for them in Facebook, because he kept showing me them all. He was writing to me through these lassies' pages, pretending that he was them."
But despite the trusting woman believing that Brooks was a man, she admitted that some of her family had raised doubts about her partner during their relationship.
She said: "A lot of my family aren't stupid. He came to a party and my uncle was there. He was asked what he thought.
"He said, 'Well he doesn't have an Adam's apple and he shakes hands like a b**** — that's a lassie'.
"Lee had a bald patch on his head and my uncle asked him where it had come from. Lee said that he had had cancer.
"My uncle said, 'I've had cancer twice and that's not from cancer — that's alopecia'. My uncle said, 'Get to the police about him'."
The couple had planned to tie the knot in March this year, but split up after Christmas 2009.
Despite the break-up, Brooks made one more trip to stay in Perthshire to the young mum and her two daughters.
The woman said: "The last time I saw Lee was when he was up for Christmas and New Year before last.
"I'd split up with him, but he wanted to come up and have Christmas with the kids and I let him do that.
"He knew that when he went I'd have nothing more to do with him.
"My daughters called him dad. They knew Lee as their dad.

"Of course, the oldest knows her real dad, but she called Lee dad."
The horrified woman only discovered the shocking truth about her former "boyfriend" when police contacted her and revealed Brooks had been living a lie for the last six years.
She said officers had told her: "We need to let you know Lee is not a man, she's a woman."
And the mum added: "I couldn't take it in. I was in floods of tears.
"I couldn't handle it then, and I haven't been able to handle it since."
Brooks, of Uxbridge, West London, was charged with obtaining sex by deception from two women as well as two counts of assault between January 2001 and December 2009.
In court, it was claimed she had gone to the toilet while standing up and even put a condom on her fake manhood to keep up the pretence of being a man.
But the charges against her were officially dropped by prosecutors in Scotland this week after another witness refused to co-operate.
And Brooks' former girlfriend insists she should be punished for what she put her through.
She said: "This whole episode has put me through hell. I used to be so happy and now I'm on anti-depressants. I can't sleep and I've lost the baby I was carrying to my new boyfriend. Lee should be punished for what he did to me."
The devastated mum believes Brooks carried out the deceit after falling in love with her.
Brooks's ex-lover said: "He knew we couldn't be together if he was a woman — it's that simple. It was so convincing. I can't believe what he put me through, making me have pregnancy tests. I had an engagement ring and we'd picked a date. We were getting married on March 3 this year.
"In a way I regret everything that has happened, but I knew her as Lee. I never knew in a million years that she was a woman. I'll never forgive Lee or want to speak to him again."
Last night Brooks denied even knowing the young mum. She said: "She hasn't got a leg to stand on.
"There is no evidence. I wasn't going out with her. I've never had a relationship with her."

Dumped on my wedding day

2011-08-30T23:53:00.000-07:00

Here, two nearly-marrieds talk about being let down on their big days – and the people who dumped them explain why they did it.

'Ender the line ... Jessie Wallace and ex-fiancé Vince Morse

Lilly Suli

EXCITED Lilly Suli posed in her wedding dress as she prepared for what was supposed to be the happiest day of her life.
That all changed when her phone rang.
Just two hours before the ceremony was meant to begin in early 2009, Lilly, now 28, was dumped over the phone by her boyfriend of three years, James Hudson.
While breaking the news to Lilly, James admitted he had kissed and sent sexy texts to other women.
Heartbroken Lilly became so hysterical after hearing the shocking news that her bridesmaid called a doctor to calm her down.
Lilly says: "I can remember posing for pictures in my dress and feeling like the happiest girl in the world.

Gutless ... James Hudson and Lilly Suli booked a £6,000 wedding ceremony

"Then one of my bridesmaids answered my phone and said it was James.

"The moment I heard his voice, I knew something was very wrong.
"James was in tears and sounded distraught. He admitted he had cheated on me and that he didn't feel we were right for each other. I felt sick and humiliated."
Lilly, an admin assistant from Chiswick, west London, found love with American James, 28, when she moved to Los Angeles for a job. The couple met at a party and moved in together after three months.
After two years together, James, a barman, proposed and the couple arranged their wedding for January 16, 2009, in LA.

The moment I heard James' voice I knew something was very wrong. I felt sick and humiliated

She says: "We couldn't afford a huge wedding so we invited 50 of our closest friends and family to a civil ceremony and a reception at an exotic gardens.
"The wedding cost £6,000 and we booked to have our honeymoon in England and Paris, costing £4,000. In the months leading up to the wedding, I started talking about our future and having kids. James told me to slow down, saying he didn't want to rush things.
"We started seeing less and less of each other. I was working all day and James worked overtime in the bar to get extra cash.
"I knew our relationship had been better but I thought it was just the stress of the wedding. I had no idea what was coming."
Like Jessie, Lilly, who is still single, felt the devastation of learning her fiancé had betrayed her.
She says: "When I answered the phone James said he couldn't go through with the wedding.
"He admitted that he had been on several dates with other women in the last few months and had kissed a couple of them.

"He also said he had been sending sexual text messages to them.
"I remember dropping to my knees and screaming. My bridesmaid had to break the news to my 50 friends and family who were waiting to see me get married."
The couple had to pay a £4,000 cancellation fee for pulling out of their wedding. Lilly adds: "Losing the money added insult to injury. And many of my family had flown over from the UK.
"I feel for Jessie, the embarrassment of cancelling your wedding on the day is horrendous.
"I'll always be known as the girl who was stood up on her wedding day."
James, who has recently got engaged again, says: "I am deeply sorry for all the distress I caused. I realise my actions were gutless.
"When the day of the wedding arrived, I knew I couldn't go through with it. Lilly wanted me to earn more and we wanted babies – it was a lot of pressure. I went on dates with other women before the wedding. This was a way of trying to convince myself Lilly was my soul mate, but she wasn't.
"I admit I was sexting these women and it was wrong. However, I still felt I needed time to play the field.
"I am convinced I did the best thing for both of us, even though I broke her trust and her heart."

Joe Thomas

HEARTBROKEN Joe Thomas was dumped while in the car on the way to the ceremony.
On the eve of their big day two years ago, Joe, now 26, and his girlfriend of five years, Jennifer Sorrenson, excitedly drank champagne together before going their separate ways.
So Joe was mortified when Jen called him and dropped the devastating bombshell.
Joe, an account manager from Exeter, says: "I had posed for my wedding pictures and felt nothing but excitement and joy.

Devastated ... Joe pictured before and, right, after he was jilted

"When I answered the phone to Jen I remember grinning and saying, 'Hi baby', but she didn't reply. Then I heard her start to cry. A wave of nausea ran through my body and I felt like I was trapped in a nightmare."
Jennifer, a 25-year-old trainee accountant, told him she couldn't go through with the wedding. Joe says: "Although she was crying, her voice was cold and matter-of-fact.
"She said she didn't think that I was 'The One' and that she loved me like a brother.
"Jen then told me she wouldn't be coming to the wedding and hung up.
"I felt like I had been punched in the stomach. I couldn't speak for ten minutes.

Sob story ... Joe and Jennifer Sorrenson before she ended their relationship

"When we arrived at the venue my best man had to tell our friends and family the wedding was off. The rest of the day is a blur.
"My friends were sympathetic and told me I'd had a lucky escape. But I felt humiliated and as though my future had been ripped from my hands.
"I couldn't work out what had gone wrong and I felt stupid that I hadn't picked up on the signs that she didn't want to marry me.
"As well as all the emotional damage, I had to pay £2,000 in cancellation costs."

Jen told me she wouldn't be coming and hung up. I felt like I'd been punched in the stomach

Five weeks after being jilted Joe received an email from Jennifer explaining why she had cancelled their wedding day.
He says: "She said she had realised I wasn't the man she wanted to be with for the rest of her life and that she was too young to commit to marriage.
"She also said that I wasn't mature enough for her."
Two years since being jilted, Joe still can't forgive Jennifer. He adds: "I find it most hurtful that she could not have told me the way she was feeling before the wedding.
"Instead she left it until the day to be honest with me."
Joe, who is single, believes being dumped has affected his chances of finding love again.
He says: "I have gone on some dates since my non-wedding but when girls find out I've been jilted they start to question why.
"I feel like I've been branded as the bloke that girls don't want to marry."
Jennifer, also from Exeter, is now in another relationship. She says: "I never wanted to hurt Joe. I had known for a few months the marriage wouldn't work but everyone was so excited and I didn't want to upset them or Joe.
"But on the day of the wedding I couldn't put on the dress because I knew I'd be ruining both of our lives.
"Now I'm in another relationship and am properly in love, I realise I did the right thing. Joe and I had a friendship more than a relationship. That's not enough.
"I wish Joe well and hope that one day we can be friends again."

The gravy champions

2011-08-30T23:31:00.000-07:00

IT'S usually poured over meat and two veg - but it was all gravy for these wrestlers as they grappled for the top prize.

Slippery competitors went head to head at the World Gravy Wrestling Championships in an array of costumes today.
It was a messy business for the contestants, dressed as chickens and Little Bo Peep, as they battled it out in a pool of gravy in the fifth annual event.
The championship was held on a knock-out basis, with the audience voting for the winner after each clash.
Some brave onlookers got close to the action at the Rose 'n Bowl pub, Stacksteads, Rossendale, while others stood well back with their drinks.
After several entertaining bouts in the gravy-filled ring, the crown finally went to Emma Slaterm, 25, from Oldham, and Joe Hicks, 32.
Landlord and organiser Jon Lowe said: "We had about 1,500 people turn up for it which is superb and we are delighted it was so well supported."

Glory ... Emma Slaterm beat off the other gravy grapplers

Photoshot

All money raised from the popular event will go towards the East Lancashire Hospice.
Elliot Rourke, who won last year's contest while dressed as a bunny girl, said: "I would say the gravy was of a slightly finer consistency than it was last year. I think this year was the best turnout yet."

Kate Winslet flees inferno on Sir Richard Branson's £90m island

2011-08-22T22:26:00.000-07:00

TITANIC star Kate Winslet fled Sir Richard Branson's Caribbean home yesterday as it was engulfed by flames.

Kate, 35, helped carry the tycoon's 90-year-old mum to safety after lightning hit the mansion on his £90million island Necker.
The actress scooped up frail Eve after lightning set the mansion ablaze.
Branson, who was staying in a villa nearby, yesterday likened Kate's dramatic rescue to a scene from one of her Hollywood blockbusters.
He said: "Many thanks to Kate Winslet. It was she who carried my mother out of the house. She swept her up into her arms and got them out of the house as fast as possible.
"My mum is 90 and can walk but it was more to speed the process up than anything else. But Kate was great."

Safe ... tycoon Sir Richard Branson and his mother Eve, 90

He added: "She said it was like being in a film set where you're waiting for the words 'Cut' but they just don't come. It was quite surreal for her to be in a real-life situation like that."

Kate was in the sumptuous 14-bedroom Great House with her children Mia, ten, and Joe, seven, when the storm struck.

Branson's daughter Holly, 29, was among others in the house. His son Sam, 26, and nephew Jack helped about 20 guests to safety

But they could only stand on the beach and watch as the beautiful house was reduced to ash.
The 61-year-old Virgin tycoon added: "We had a tropical storm with winds up to 90mph. A big lightning storm came around 4am and hit the house. My son Sam and nephew Jack rushed to the house and helped get everyone out.

Ablaze ... Holly Branson's picture of dad Sir Richard's island home on fire

"Around 20 people were in the house and they all managed to get out and they are all fine.

"Kate Winslet, her boyfriend and her family were there and Holly and some of her friends were also staying.

Smoking ruin ... charred timbers of the Great House

"The main house is destroyed and the fire is not yet completely out.
"My office was based in the house and I have lost thousands of photographs and my note books which is very sad.
"But all family and friends are well, which in the end is all that really matters."

Caribbean island ... Necker

Branson said he would begin rebuilding the Great House as soon as possible. He added: "It's very much the Dunkirk spirit here.

"We will rebuild the house as soon as we can. We have wonderful staff here and want them to stay in work.
"We'll all stay here for the time being. There's a lot of damage and we won't be able to stick it back together again right away.
"It was a beautiful house. But we'll create something even more special out of the ruins. I'm currently just huddled up with family and friends in the continuing tropical storm realising what really matters in life."
Branson was staying 100 yards from the Great House with wife Joan.
Oscar winner Kate is holidaying on Necker with her boyfriend.
Branson bought Necker Island, part of the British Virgin Islands, for just £120,000 in the late 70s.

Firefight ... officers douse the smoke at home

It is now said to be worth £90million. He built the Great House in 1982, followed by the surrounding Balinese-style villas.

Branson regularly lends them to famous friends, with past guests including Mel Gibson, Princess Diana, Oprah Winfrey, Steven Spielberg and Robert de Niro.

Escaped ... Kate Winslet was staying in Sir Richard Branson's holiday home

The 74-acre island has been a luxury retreat for the super-rich since 1984. The isle can be privately hired for £33,000 a night. Sixty staff run the island, which is home to more than 200 flamingos.
It also has its own three-man submarine called the Necker Nymph.
Each of the 14 bedrooms in Great House has its own balcony, four-poster bed and en-suite bathroom.

Holiday luxury ... Bali-style decor and furnishings

A spokesman for Virgin said today: "In the early hours of this morning, a fire took place on Necker Island, causing substantial damage to the Great House.

"While the cause at this stage is unknown, it is thought most likely due to a lightning strike.
"While substantial damage was caused, no guests or members of the Necker Island staff were hurt. Sir Richard Branson, members of his family and guests were on the island at the time. They are all safe and being accommodated elsewhere on the island."

Courageous ... Sam and Holly Branson

Branson originally bought Necker Island to woo Joan - his wife of 35 years.

He has said: "I was about 26-years-old. I was chasing this beautiful lady, trying to persuade her to come and live with me and we discovered this beautiful island.

Brave ... Kate Winslet and boyfriend Louis Dowler

"I somehow managed to get the island, the lady and the mother of my children.

"I appreciate every moment of my life. I was born under a lucky star."
Holly, who took some of our exclusive pictures of the fire, is due to marry ship broker Freddie Andrews on the island later this year.

Great getaway... the incredible resort before the fire

Ashley Cole serenades Cheryl

2011-08-22T21:20:00.000-07:00

TONE deaf Ashley Cole grabbed a karaoke microphone to serenade ex-wife Cheryl - only to SLAUGHTER the Bruno Mars ballad.

The England soccer romeo - back dating the Girls Aloud beauty after she dumped him for cheating on her - turned crooner by belting out the soppy song Just The Way You Are.
Cole, 30, was with the former X Factor babe, 28, at a pal's housewarming bash when he launched into his "out of tune" rendition.

Marred ... singer Bruno Mars

The song includes the cheesy lyric: "When I see your face, there's nothing that I would change - 'cause you're amazing just the way you are."

A family friend revealed yesterday: "Ashley pretty much murdered the song. But Cheryl loved it."
Blushing Cheryl then sang a track by US country band Lonestar called Amazed. It includes the line: "I'm so in love with you, it just keeps getting better."
The pal said following the slushy antics in Barnet, North London: "It was clearly about Ashley."
The couple have battled to keep their reconciliation hush-hush. But it emerged they also enjoyed a pizza together at the house of Cheryl's Girls Aloud bandmate Kimberley Walsh, 29.
Chums say the pair now plan to holiday together.

Bride sees groom eaten by a shark

2011-08-16T21:24:00.000-07:00

A BRITISH bridegroom was killed by a shark off an idyllic honeymoon island yesterday - as the horrified bride he wed 11 days ago looked on.

Ian Redmond, 30, was attacked in shallow water 100ft off a Seychelles beach.
Bride Gemma Houghton, 27, from Wigan, was sunbathing and heard him shout "Help, help" as the Bull shark savaged him.
Ian suffered horrific injuries as the monster tore huge chunks of flesh from his body.
Fishermen carried him to the beach in a dinghy but he died before paramedics could arrive as she wept beside him and screamed "that's my husband".

Attack

It was the second attack by a Bull shark in two weeks on Praslin Island in the Seychelles - 20 miles from where Prince William and wife Kate honeymooned.
A witness, also called Ian, said: "The swimmer was missing a huge chunk of flesh from his left leg, so much so that I could see the bone of his thigh. He was sickeningly pale, but still had his flippers on both feet.
"A woman ran over and started screaming. She said, 'That's my husband! We were just married'."
An islander said: "The man was swimming close to the beach. He began splashing and shouting. His arm was ripped off and parts of his torso were missing. There was a horrific amount of blood in the water. It was like Jaws."

Horror ... beach hit by the attack

Another witness said someone grabbed Gemma and kept her away from her mutilated husband.

He added: "The damage was too great. It was too horrific for her to see."
Beach restaurant boss Jeanne Vargiolu, 56, said Ian had lost one arm and had the flesh stripped off one leg.
He also had holes in his chest and stomach.
She added: "All the meat on one leg was gone."

Bill Houghton, the bride's uncle, said: "Gemma is just devastated. They had a perfect wedding. Ian was a fantastic bloke."

The couple, who married on August 6, were at stunning Anse Lazio beach in the early evening - about 3pm UK time - when the shark attacked in shallow waters, 100ft from the shore.
The previous shark attack victim was a French diver.
A Seychelles tourism source said: "The latest bite marks are consistent with that of a Bull shark. It is probably the same rogue maneater."
The couple's families, David and Coleta Houghton and Stephen and Corinne Redmond, were flying to the resort last nigh

Cesc Fabregas leaves Arsenal for Barcelona

2011-08-15T08:06:00.000-07:00

CESC FABREGAS has ended the summer's longest-running transfer saga by signing a five-year deal with Barcelona.

Following confirmation last night that Barca had reached an agreement with Arsenal, Fabregas undertook a two-stage medical in Spain this morning.

And the 24-year-old midfielder, who has had a £175million buy-out clause inserted in his contract, was introduced to the Nou Camp faithful after being handed the No4 shirt.

Fabregas said: "For me it's a special day. I'm returning home.
"I know that the Arsenal fans will be disappointed with my exit from the club, but I'm here to face an incredible challenge — the challenge of my life.
"To get the No4 shirt is very special. I know there has been a debate about whether Thiago Alcantara should have it but I'm very pleased to be able to wear the number.

SEALED WITH A KISS ... Cesc Fabregas shows where his loyalty lies

"I come here with great humility because I know I have a lot to learn and I can learn a lot from Pep Guardiola and this great team.
"I know I can enjoy it and make a contribution. I'm going to try very hard to make this team even more competitive and strong.
"I will give everything to make this club better."
Fabregas, who joined the Gunners in 2003, was also full of praise for former boss Arsene Wenger.
He added: "I'll never have enough words to thank Wenger for all he's done for me. I'll never forget him.
"I can't express my admiration for him strongly enough, I owe it to him that I am here.
"The relationship is fantastic. On Friday I said goodbye to him and I got very emotional because he's like a father figure to me.
"I couldn't even talk at one stage when I wanted to say how grateful I was. I got a bit emotional and couldn't talk much.
"I had to send him a message afterwards, saying 'I'll never forget what you've done for me'.
"If it hadn't been for him I wouldn't be here today, living my dream."

Breivik back on murder island

2011-08-15T01:45:00.000-07:00

MASSACRE monster Anders Breivik once again stalked the island of Utoya - as he showed police how he slaughtered his 69 victims.

Killer ... Anders Breivik

Tethered to a rope like an animal, he was seen raising his arms in a firing position at the water's edge to demonstrate how he picked off terrified victims as they tried to swim to freedom.
Officers gathering evidence against the 32-year-old beast videoed his every move as he attempted to recall each shot fired with his semi-automatic Ruger Mini 14 rifle.
But the killer - who is proud of his twisted gun rampage - did not show a flicker of remorse during his eight hours at the scene of the horror.
He arrived on the island at 2pm on Saturday - on the same ferry he took on the fateful afternoon of July 22. He was made to wear a bullet-proof vest to guard against revenge attacks.

Flashback ... bodies scattered on the shore of Utoya after Breivik's bloodthirsty rampage last month

Breivik - who admits the killings but denies any criminal guilt - wore a red shirt and a yellow harness attached to a long rope. He was shadowed by a dozen cops as a police helicopter hovered overhead.
Police could be seen following him past the Utoya club house and up a hill into a wooded area where most of his victims had been camping.

Breivik's lawyer, Geir Lippestad, said his client claimed to be able to recall every shot and every person killed.
Lippestad said Breivik believed the massacre was necessary to save Norway from Muslim immigration.

The monster spent years planning the attack on a summer camp of the youth wing of the governing Labour Party, where most of his victims were teenagers or in their 20s. He created a diversion before heading to Utoya by detonating a huge bomb that killed eight near government buildings in the Norwegian capital of Oslo.
The attacks traumatised the Scandinavian nation, which prides itself on its tolerance and multiculturalism.

Prosecutor Paal-Fredrik Hjort Kraby said yesterday: "The suspect showed he wasn't emotionally unaffected by being back at Utoya - but he didn't show remorse. He has been questioned for around 50 hours and has been calm, detailed and collaborative, and that was also the case on Utoya."
Breivik has claimed that he phoned police ten times during the shootings to try to turn himself in - but that eight of his calls went unanswered.

Police officials confirmed yesterday they had received several phone calls from him during the terror attack, but declined to say how they had reacted.
Breivik faces up to 21 years in prison if he is convicted on terrorism charges, but could be caged indefinitely for as long as he is considered dangerous

Make me laugh and I’ll sleep with you

2011-08-15T01:40:00.000-07:00

SOUL singer Adele says her ultimate turn-on is a man who makes her laugh - and she couldn't care less about looks.

The Someone Like You chart-topper, 23, admits she is on the hunt for love and has revealed a checklist for her ideal bloke.

Must have GSOH ... Adele's checklist

She said: "I would like someone with humour. If they make me laugh, I'm in the bed. I really don't care how they are physically."
And she said her tastes range all the way from a Hollywood heart-throb to a chunky bearded American stand-up.
The North Londoner said: "For husband material it ranges from Leonardo DiCaprio to Zach Galifianakis. It really does vary that much. I like all sizes, it doesn't matter - if they make me laugh I am on it.
"I also like a man who can cook and someone who can be passionate for life.
"I like someone who really inspires me and I admire."

Here's a few who hit could fit the bill ... (l-r) Leonardo DiCaprio, Zach Galafianakis, Jedward, Jamie Oliver and Johnny Vegas

The double Grammy winner, from Tottenham, has made a fortune from being unlucky in love.
Her album 21 detailed the painful bust-up with a long-term boyfriend and sold millions worldwide.
But the singer-songwriter admits she is still stunned by her sudden fame.

Adele said in a US telly interview: "This success literally all fell into my lap. I was always singing and knew I would be involved in music. But I thought I would be a receptionist or work in a shop and on my days off go and play an acoustic show to my family and friends. I never ever thought this would happen.
"I didn't bother to dream about being a professional singer because everyone I know has dreams and none of theirs has come true, so why would mine?"
The musician was discovered after a talent scout came across three tracks on her MySpace web page in 2006.
She said: "I didn't bother to hand my demos in anywhere as I didn't even know where record companies were.
"Nothing has ever sunk in - and I don't really remember very much.
"Being a singer is like an out-of-body experience and a bit bizarre."

Britain’s drunkest woman

2011-08-15T01:27:00.000-07:00

A SHOPLIFTING mum downs up to 28 pints of lager in a single day, a court heard.

Dawn Marsden, 31, drinks so much she should be dead, experts said.
She was wrecked as she appeared on a theft charge and had to ask reporters later what her sentence was.
Jobless Marsden spends all day drinking cheap lager at home in Hartlepool, Teesside, and steals to fund her habit. The charge related to ten packs of bacon stolen from a Co-op and sold for £1 each.
Her solicitor John Relton told the town's magistrates: "You may have noticed my client has a drink problem. She will drink up to 16 litres a day. She has a long-standing appetite for alcohol."
Her two-year-old daughter was taken into foster care because of her boozing, the court heard. Marsden, who has a string of previous convictions for theft, admitted the new charge and was handed a six-month conditional discharge.
She then turned to a reporter to check the sentence, before branding it a "sham" and walking out.
Her booze intake is a staggering 84 units in 24 hours - the recommended safe guideline for women for a month.
She sinks more than the drink-drive limit EVERY HOUR of the day.

After the hearing, addiction counsellor Dr Robert Lefever said her body would not cope if she suddenly stopped.
He said: "She should be dead at those levels. The reason she isn't is that she has trained her body by drinking every day. She is the equivalent of an Olympic athlete when it comes to drinking."

She says she needs extra handouts to give her kids a "lifestyle they deserve".
Jobless Moira Pearce's £600-a-week income includes child benefit, child tax credit and income support.

Payments ... weekly income

Her housing costs are covered by the local council.
She has seven daughters and three sons by four different dads - Kayleigh, 17, Jamie, 16, Chloe, 13, Tyler, ten, Shania, six, Blade, five, Shonna, four, Candice, three, Chardonnaie, two, and Maxy-Jane, one.

Moira, 34, said: "All I want is to provide for them. I'm struggling. I've asked the Salvation Army for clothes and toys but haven't had a response. I just don't think I get enough money. I cope with what I get but I need more help.
"All I want is a few hand-me-downs. If I had another £120 a month I'd be able to buy them clothes myself."
Greedy Moira lives in a three-bedroom home in Gillingham, Kent. She said she spends around £300 a week at the supermarket alone.

2011-08-13T12:35:00.000-07:00

THE air will be frosty at the breakfast table round George Clooney's gaff this morning.

The actor's new girlfriend has well and truly put her foot in it - by announcing she's got a crush on his best pal.
Now George might want to think twice before inviting Brad Pitt round to introduce him to the missus, WWE wrestler Stacy Keibler.
She gave an interview to Playboy magazine where she revealed that Brad was her ideal man.
She said: "I think that Brad Pitt is definitely a hottie and his acting is so great that it makes him even more sexy.
"At the same time, I'm not really starstruck.
"A regular guy with the same look, who works just as hard at what he loves, would do it for me too."
