			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It takes tremendous courage to end one own-life&#8230;. Wonder why people just cannot control his emotion and solve life ever plaguing problems.</p>
<p>This friend whom we know of, suddenly committed suicide (30 Jul 08) at his home.  Apparently, he sealed up his room and smoked up the room by burning charcoal.</p>
<p>It is really so sad to know such thing does happen to highly educated people.  He is in his early twenty and training to be a medical doctor.</p>
<p>Was he under alot of undue stresses of life, like relationship, study, family, finances matters?</p>
<p>Could be a combination of many factors. </p>
<p>Well, the lesson learnt from this episode is to acknowledge that life does go Up and Down.  It will never be plain sailing.  Our life journry is like a sea sailing journey where we shall experience various sea-state conditions of calm, to choppy and to thunderstorm.</p>
<p>Importantly, it&#8217;s able our ability to maintain a work-life balance approach. Engage in adequate exercise, rest, healthy nutrition, stable emotion.</p>
<p>When you really feel stress out, you can use this simple <a href="http://thehappyhealth.com/updates/?p=33">Breathing Exercise</a> to stop you from hyper-ventilating. It also help in reducing headache.</p>
<p>That is why I am committed to seek a life abundnace in personal Health, Wellness, Happiness, Wealth and Recreation.</p>
