A unique aspect of these three states is that in Maine, followed by the others, have more vacation and second home properties than anywhere else in the country. Vacation properties and land markets have stayed relatively strong in these markets and are likely to continue to see moderate gains. The folks here at LandsofAmerica each have a passion for land. Whether it’s the founder’s love of hunting and God’s country, or it’s a new employee’s 70-year old deer hunting lease or another’s ranch that has been in grandma’s family for nearly a century, we all have different reasons for loving land.
