Acne is a very difficult condition to analyse which it difficult for sufferers to attain acne free clear skin. Researchers find it difficult to pinpoint an exact remedy because what works for one sufferer might not work for another.

There are divided camps when it comes to diet, one side thinks that it plays a major role while the others don’t think it has much of an effect. Those that believe diet is a prime cause have suggested that a low GI (glycemic index) diet may severely reduce acne break outs.

So how is a low GI diet supposed to give you acne free clear skin?

Findings suggest that a low GI diet that is high in protein will improve acne from the inside out because you will be consuming natural ingredients as opposed to processed foods.

This study may seem like welcome news for long time acne sufferers but there are still researchers who have their doubts on this.

The researchers of the study believe that a low GI diet that is high in protein will help to prevent acne by ensuring that the blood sugar levels remain at an even level rather than fluctuating too much.

If a low GI diet does work, it seems that it will be like most acne remedies and treatments, it will work for some but not for others. The only way you’ll find out is if this diet will give you acne free clear skin is to give it a go yourself.

What if I told you these clear skin tips can also help you as the years go by? Some people have problems with blemishes and pimples throughout their life. Others don’t. The reason for that difference may be partly due to heredity or genetic makeup, but that doesn’t mean you are doomed by your ancestors. Dermatologists recommend a number of different treatments, but there are some things that you can do yourself and they are relatively easy and inexpensive.

Kill the Bacteria

Bacteria, present within the tube that leads from the sebaceous gland to the skin’s surface, are the cause of pimples and infected cysts. When the tube, commonly referred to as a pore, becomes clogged with keratin, dead cells, dirt or old oil, the bacteria starts to feed on these things and the result is a minor infection that shows up as a swollen red, pus-filled sore.

The common brands of anti-bacterial cleansers on the market contain triclosan. The bacteria that cause acne become resistant to this synthetic antibacterial agent, as well as other antibiotic ointments that are commonly used.
The bacteria are not likely to become resistant to natural compounds with anti-bacterial activity, which include active manuka honey and tea tree oil.

Some of the clear skin tips that you see have to do with light. There are specialized light bulbs that have been developed for daily use. With bi-weekly use, these have been shown to reduce outbreaks by about 64%. If you only have occasional blemishes, you may try spending a little more time in the sun, but not too much. Overexposure causes free radical damage that can eventually become a wrinkle or a skin cancer.

Don’t Clog the Pores

Ingredients found in makeup, soaps and many ointments will clog the pores, which starts the whole bacterial growth mentioned above. Be sure that anything that you use on your skin, including makeup, is free of mineral oil, paraffin, petrolatum or petroleum jelly. Water-based products with natural pigments are the best choice.

Cleanse Gently and Regularly

Some of the clear skin tips that you see recommend exfoliation or scrubs. These are not actually beneficial.
They cause the pores to become inflamed and close up, which is just as bad as being clogged. Clean your face twice a day, using a cleanser that contains tea tree oil or manuka honey. That’s you best bet.

Use a Natural Moisturizer

The reason that some clear skin tips do not recommend the use of moisturizers is because most of them contain petrolatum or one of the other pore clogging ingredients mentioned above. Moisturizers that contain plant-based oils do not clog the pores, because they are very similar to the skin’s own oils.

So there you have it! Even if you feel that your skin is too oily, that’s not really a problem. Oiler skin stays younger looking much longer than dry skin does. So, wash away excessive oils and then use a cream containing grape seed oil and natural vitamin E.

The medical treatment of patients with the diseases of skin have nowadays a great variety of methods to use. And in this article we wee the main aspects of general therapy, applied for the medical treatment of patients with the diseases of skin.
So, during the medical treatment of skin illnesses it is possible to select the following methods:

1. Influence (effect) on the nervous system
So, for example, for the therapy of the patients with dermatitis (eczema, neyrodermit, red flat lichen and so on.), the successful use has the treatment by the hypnotic sleep and also by electro-sleep in combination with hypnosis. Day after day the method of hypnosis became more and more popular. And many people has felt the result because of that method.

In the medical cure of many dermatitises it is very important the usage of psychotherapy (suggestive psychotherapy by word), which is used in the complex medical treatment of skin of the most patients. This mean, that when a person (patient) believe that he (she) is in good health – then he (she) really became healthy. Interesting, is it?

2. Use of medical preparations
Nowadays there is a great variety of medical preparations from skin deceases that have different influence on such illnesses. That is why this is a separate theme for discussion and I tell about it later. Now I only may say that every doctor can tell a long history and you may consult your specialist according to your diagnosis.

3. Desensitizing therapy (it’s mean that the allergy effect appears and we have to face with it)
Dermatologists more frequent, than other doctors, meet with the allergic displays (demonstrations) on skin. For this reason different desensitizing tools are used in dermatology for medical cure. Such process has two stages.
1) The first task is to see the allergen (the irritant, which causes and allergy) and to recognize (select) it.
2) And only after that discovering we can apply different methods and measures for removal of allergen or diminution of its influence on patient.
So, by revealing and removal of allergen, the skin of the patient will be beautiful!

4. Therapy by vitamins of the skin illnesses
Sometimes the appearance of some illnesses of skin is conditioned by three factors:
1) the deficit of vitamins (beriberi);
2) the plenty of vitamins (hypovitaminosis);
3) the combination of the two factors talked above

In such cases therapy by vitamins of the skin diseases renders the specific effect on the skin illness and on that disease’ demonstration and development. If the patient has beriberi – it is good to introduce a variety of day ration in order to improve the entrance of vitamins into organism. In other cases the patient have to take vitamins in tabs. If the patient has hypovitaminosis – so the answer is the same – change the day ration in order to organize incoming vitamins.

5. Hormonal therapy
The essence of hormonal therapy – is the usage (introduction) of hormones, which influence on the course of the illness. Every day this therapy becomes more and more popular.

6. Therapy by antibiotics
Hundreds of antibiotics have been discovered. And now they are used in practice. Every day a group of antibiotics for the medical treatment of skin illnesses becomes more wider and more popular. And only after consultations with the specialist you have to take any antibiotic.

7. Chemotherapy
This group sometimes has the negative impact on other systems of human organism. And because of that, also because of the popularity of the therapy by antibiotics, the chemotherapy becomes less popular day after day.

So those were the main methods of therapy of the skin diseases: 1) influence (effect) on the nervous system; 2) usage of medical preparations; 3) desensitizing therapy; 4) therapy by vitamins; 5) hormonal therapy; 6) therapy by antibiotics and 7) chemotherapy.

The skin is the largest organ of the human body and protects it from environmental changes. It regulates the body temperature via sweating and helps in sensing the temperature of the outside world. It also protects the body from bacterial and viral attacks. The diseases related to the skin are called cutaneous or dermatologic disorders. Some universal diseases show symptoms on the skin like measles and rubella, but these diseases are not categorized as dermatologic disorders.

Types of Skin diseases
There are various types of skin diseases such as skin cancer, psoriasis, eczema, acne, sunburn, impetigo, scabies, warts, erythema infectiosum, ulcers, tinea, herpes and pruritis. The skin becomes red, swollen and burnt due to irritation and inflammation. Due to some allergies, irritants, genetic makeup and problems in the immune system, the skin can suffer from dermatitis and hives. Skin disorders are caused by absorption of irritants and so, one should wear proper skin protective clothes, like gloves, aprons and overalls.

Skin disease-Vitiligo
Vitiligo or Leukoderma is a skin disease that occurs due to loss of pigment and results in irregular pale skin patches.

Signs and symptoms
Vitiligo can be caused due to stress that affects the immune system and eliminates the skin pigment. The skin patches may shrink, grow or remain the same in size. The white patches spread on various body parts such as the limbs, torso, face and groin. With time, the vitiligo affected skin patches re-pigment and other skin areas become affected. If the disease infects the scalp then the color of the hair becomes white. Sometimes golden brown patches appear around the eyes, nostrils and mouth.

Psychological effects
Vitiligo has an important effect on the psychology of the patient. Sometimes, people with vitilig can feel depressed due to the changes in their appearance. In some cultures, people having vitiligo, are thought to be evil and demon possessed.

Treatment
In mild cases of vitiligo, the skin can be hidden using makeup or camouflage solutions. Dermatologists also prescribe corticosteroid cream for skin patches. The exposure of skin to long-wave ultraviolet rays from the sun is also beneficial for the patient. The application of immunomodulator creams like Protopic and Elidel helps in repigmentation of the skin when used with ultra violet ray treatment. The chemical depigmentation of skin through Monobenzone results in complete or partially complete depigmentation.

Skin care
Proper skin care keeps the skin healthy and decreases the probability of any skin diseases. With age, the number of blood vessels in the skin decreases, the oil glands become less active and this makes the skin fragile and wrinkled.

Ultraviolet rays also causes damage to the skin and can cause wrinkles, rough skin, liver spots and even cancerous skin tumors. The complete sun protection for the skin can be attained by avoiding the sun during high-intensity peak hours, by wearing protective clothing and by using sunscreen when outside. Smoking results in a narrowing of the blood vessels that further results in a decrease of blood flow and a supply of both oxygen and nutrients to the skin. This damages the elasticity and strength of the skin and increases wrinkles. Daily skin care should be done by cleansing the skin twice or thrice daily and then applying moisturizer to maintain natural skin moisture levels. These simple skin care habits keep the skin healthy and also prevents any skin disorders.

Oily skin is shiny, thick and dull colored. Usually a chronically oily skin has boorish pores and pimples and other embarrassing blemishes. In this type of skin, the oil producing sebaceous glands are overactive and produce more oil than is required.

Oil glands are more normally known as sebaceous glands. In clinical terms, the oil, which is secreted by the sebaceous glands, is known as sebum. These glands secrete oil in the face, neck, chest and others parts of the body. But the nose is the region which is greately affected as lots of oil is secreted and agglomerated here. The pores in this area are larger and the oil then flows to most part of the face.

The amount of oil which is produced depends upon individual to individual. During teenage years, because of the increase in the level of sex hormones known as androgens, the sebaceous glands make more oil as these androgens increase and actuate the sebaceous glands. The extra sebum which is produced is the main reason of inflammation and acne. Oily skin can be due to heredity or hormone levels.

Commonly teenagers are plagued with oily skin and acne breakouts. But sometimes-oily skin can continue way into adult years. With age the stream of sebum decreases and the skin becomes less oily. Humidity levels can also be a cause for excess oiliness on the skin.

Oily skin is differentiated by shine and enlarged pores. On account of the high levels of sebum, the skin has a greasy gloss and tendency to break out into acne. The reason is that oily skin tends to attract more dirt and dust. Oily skin care second step is moisturizing. Instead of oil, our skin contains water, that is very important to all the skin functions.

Oily skin can, and very normally is, dehydrated. That means lacking water and the first signs of dehydrated skin are very fine lines, which form wrinkles. Oily skin moisturizers are especially formulated to not block pores. There are also specialty creams for oily skin which deals with eliminating black heads and preventing blackheads from forming again. In oily skin care third step is nourishing. This is normally the role of the night cream. Even oily skin wants antiaging products, which are applied at night. Eye creams are used at night or in the morning. Masks are very important and can be a part of the oily skin solutions.

Oily Skin Care Tips

·	Avoid using products on the face that add shine, like bronzers and shimmery blushes.

·	Use oil-free cosmetics and products made for oily skin.

·	A mixture of egg, camphor and skim milk powder can be take in action for oily skin.

·	Avoid reapplying powder throughout the day. A build-up of powder and makeup can contribute to clogged pores and blemishes.

·	Always remove your makeup before going to bed, but avoid cold creams and lotions, which may leave a greasy film on your skin.

·	After applying makeup, brush the entire T-zone with a loose, translucent powder.

·	Use an oil-free sunscreen with a minimum SPF of 15 when exposed to the sun.

·	Lavender is also powerful regenerative oil, antibiotic, antiseptic, and promote the prevention of scarring.

Everyone, to one degree or another, suffers from sensitive skin. Most of these problems are easy to cure since the cause of sensitivity is most likely triggered by an ineffective skin care routine. Many skin care creams and moisturizers contain harsh ingredients such as alcohols and perfumes that cause redness, itching and flaking of the skin. By using a natural moisturizer, you can soften and smooth irritation while fighting against external factors that could initially cause sensitivity. Sensitive skin moisturizer contain added antioxidants, which have additional healing properties that provide a barrier to factors that produce hypersensitive skin. These lotions help replenish lost moisture from cleansing and smooth over redness and blotchy areas on the skin.

A sensitive skin lotion is essential in providing relief from your easily inflammable skin. Sensitive skin moisturizers contain organic additives that your skin will love. Soothing extracts such as aloe vera, chamomile and green tea soften rough, dry patches while calming and healing redness. These natural hydrators lock in your skins natural balance of moisture, penetrating deep into the skin to increase moisture. Individuals with sensitive skin should choose a lotion specifically designed for delicate, susceptible skin. These natural skin care products will help you achieve your goal of healthy, vibrant looking skin.

To get the most out of your sensitive skin moisturizer, be sure to put on your moisturizer within three minutes of washing your face, so it is able to lock in the moisturizer that still is present on the face. This will provide a barrier to pollution and other environmental aggressors that can cause harm to the surface. The added moisturize in sensitive skin care lotion can plump the skin and aid in keeping the protective layer of the skin intact, which can further help in preventing aging. Natural moisturizers are made to trap moisture so your skin feels soft and smoother throughout the day.

Acne can be devastating at any age, but far worse than the condition itself is the scarring left behind. While the pimples and infections will eventually go away and can be treated, many teens are left with the reminders on their faces in the form of unpleasant scars. Fortunately, they don’t have to live with them forever.

With laser skin treatment, acne scars are treatable. This process is also referred to as laser skin resurfacing and it can make all the difference in a person suffering from acne or another skin issue.

How It Works

The advancements in laser technology have made it possible to use this treatment to resurface the skin and not only remove acne scars, but also to treat the active cases. After a laser skin treatment, acne is greatly reduced and may even be eliminated after several procedures.

When the laser is focused on areas of the skin, it burns away the top layer and penetrates the skin to stimulate cell growth. This has the effect of producing an entirely new layer of skin, fresh and unscathed. Since this is a rather delicate procedure, it’s important that only a trained professional perform it.

What to Expect

This technique works very well on fair skinned people, but requires a little more finesse on those with darker skin, since the laser could cause loss of pigmentation or color. It can be used on a variety of scars caused by pimples and infections. These might include irregular skin, pitting or even raised areas of scar tissue, depending on how the infection was treated.

Before treatment, you’ll be briefed on what is going to happen. Your eyes will need to be protected, so the spa professional will cover them. This just ensures that there will be no accidental exposure, though the laser will not be used near your eyes.

The procedure can be slightly painful, so often a topical anesthetic is applied to help with that. Any discomfort after the treatment can be relieved with Tylenol. Depending on the type of laser used, you may have some recovery time and require multiple sessions. The least invasive laser treatment, Fraxel, is virtually painless, non-invasive and requires several treatments in order to achieve good results. For this reason, some people prefer the stronger CO2 laser.

Resurfacing the entire face can take up to 2 hours, but most people only need a partial treatment for specific areas which takes far less time. If you opt for the strongest and most invasive treatments, you could end up with a few weeks of recovery ahead of you. However, at the end of it, you’ll have smooth, much improved skin.

Not Just For Acne

While laser treatment is a great way to help acne and remove the scars, there are plenty of other uses. It’s been a common way to get rid of fine wrinkles and liver spots in celebrities for several years and now the public has access to this, as well. As an anti-aging treatment, lasers are quite successful. They can also be used to reduce or even remove (with multiple treatments) hair in areas where it is unwanted.

Laser skin treatments can be found at spas that offer more technologically advanced techniques. It’s a procedure that should only be done by professionals who have the experience with the equipment, since misuse could cause problems like burns and loss of pigmentation. A properly equipped spa will be able to treat acne and other skin problems without issue, though.

As this acne treatment becomes more common, you’ll find that more and more spas offer this option. The popularity also brings the price down, making this a procedure that nearly anyone can afford.

How do you find the top natural skin care products? You probably need some help. First, you need to know that an organic natural skin care product that is made in the US might contain non-organic ingredients, because the label is not regulated, and those manufactured anywhere in the world could contain unwanted contaminants, because manufactures are not required to test for contaminants.

For example, a consumer advocacy group recently tested a variety of organic natural skin care cleansers. They found that most of them contained Dioxane. Chemically, it is organic, but it certainly is not safe. It is either a possible, probable or known human carcinogen, depending on which list of cancer-causing substances you are looking at.

At one time, applying cancer-causing substances topically was not considered particularly dangerous. It was thought that they did not penetrate the epidermis and could do little or no damage. Now, we know that this is not true. Research has shown that these substances pass through the skin’s layers, enter the tissues, the blood stream and lodge in the organs.

The top natural skin care products, in my book, are ones that do not contain anything that is even suspected of causing cancer or other health problems. I believe in the Ayurvedic approach to skincare, which means that if I would not eat it, I should not apply it to my face or body.

I am sure that anyone who is shopping for an organic natural skin care solution has the same idea. It’s just that the cosmetic industry doesn’t see it that way. They still recommend the use of coal tar for eczema and dandruff. The primary components of most cosmetics are petrochemicals, byproducts created when crude oil is converted to gasoline. Why would you want to put that on your face or body?

The top natural skin care products contain “yummy” ingredients. Passion fruit is one of my favorites.

Like any other organ of the human body, the skin’s layers need nutrients. Vitamin C is a cofactor necessary for creating strong collagen fibers. Vitamin A is needed to maintain the skin’s health. Potassium is needed to maintain the skin’s moisture balance. Passion fruit is rich in all three of these nutrients.

One of the best organic natural skin care ingredients is grape seed oil. It can be used for everything from a shaving lubricant to a moisturizer. It is rich in natural vitamin E and essential fatty acids that are similar to the skin’s own sebum. It has a unique filming ability which helps keep dirt and makeup out of the pores, while locking in moisture.

Only the top natural skin care products contain grape seed oil. It isn’t that expensive. It’s just that it is not as cheap as mineral oil, one of the petrochemicals that cosmetic companies rely on.

When you shop for organic natural skin care solutions, be sure to learn a little bit about the manufacturer’s philosophy. That’s how you’ll find the top natural skin care products.

With everything that goes into these days, has green, natural skin care has never been so popular. Skin care products companies add on a natural basis for their product offerings. Most do not pass beauty shop she has natural skin care products in the window. But true natural skin care is more than just with natural products and homemade skin care products. It is a lifestyle routine.

Natural skin care is a natural beauty, and vice versa. However, it is more than what you are on your skin and if the product is naturally affected. Natural skin care practice encompasses a lifestyle that practice healthy habits all the time. If you eat a bad diet, exercise and never smoke, then there is no natural product or any other way that go to make your skin young and healthy. The most important factor for maintaining a beautiful skin starts from within. In other words, natural beauty under the skin.

Six factors that influence the way your skin looks

1. Nutrition: What you. It is just as important as any product that you could put on your skin. A balanced diet rich in vegetables and fruits, low in sugar, low bad fats that are rich in calcium and plenty of water to do more so that you have purchased a natural beauty than any other product, save.
2. Physical activity and proper sleep: Exercise is great for the skin. It promotes blood circulation in the dermis and brings more oxygen to the skin. On the other hand is enough sleep is just as necessary for beautiful skin especially when we are older. An average adult should be 8 to 9 hours of sleep, if possible.
3. Environment: The inside and outside, where you can spend your days the skin in many ways. The sun is the source. UVA / UVB rays can not do much harm to our skin into the deeper layers of collagen. With all the great sun protection choices, there is no reason not to protect the skin. Wind can dry and chap skin and smog can leave a thin layer of dirt on the skin, so make sure moisture and keeps clean the skin. Air conditioning and heating can also affect the health of your skin.
4. Inheritance: Great skin or skin problems in the family. If you have a beautiful complexion of your grandmother, do not take it for granted.
