Ray Manzarek, co-founder of The Doors, dies at 74

Ray Manzarek, co-founder and keyboardist of The Doors has died at age 74 in Germany, victim of a cancer that has not been overcome despite their long struggle for trying to end with the disease.

The Facebook account of the group has been responsible for giving the bad news. Ray Manzarek died in Clinic Romed in Rosenheim (Germany).

According to information published in the account, Manzarek, at the time of death, was accompanied by his wife Dorothy and his brothers Rick and James.

The guitarist Roby Krieger, very affected, said: "I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of my friend and bandmate Ray Manzarek.I'm just glad to have been able to have played Doors songs with him for the last decade. Ray was a huge part of my life and I will always miss him."

Ray Manzarek's family has asked that instead of sending flowers, the group's fans make a donation in memoriam, on behalf of Ray for Standup2cancer.org., So we can continue to fund research to eradicate this disease.

Ray Manzarek was born in 1939 in Chicago, Illinois, and was co-founder and keyboardist of The Doors from 1965 to 1973. Until 1971, the band played with their original line also composed of Jim Morrison, Robby Krieger and John Densmore, drummer of the legendary group. When Jim Morrison died in 1971, The Doors continue as a trio editing two more albums: "Other Voices" and "Full Circle", handling voice Manzarek and Krieger header of the choirs.

Warner Bros has revealed the first trailer for "Gravity" by Alfonso Cuarón, in which George Clooney and Sandra Bullock are faced with the vastness and loneliness of outer space after a terrible accident that will take them to the limit of his mental strength.

"Gravity", the new film project written and directed by Mexican film director Alfonso Cuarón, produced by Warner Bros. and starring George Clooney and Sandra Bullock, has its first trailer but we will have to wait until next October 4 for its release in all cinemas.

Suspend the filming of "Jurassic Park 4"

Universal Pictures has decided to keep the dinosaurs in a drawer and suspend the start of filming of "Jurassic Park 4" that they planned to start next June. The studios are mulling over a new film development.

The news has been so bad to the followers of the saga. It was all planned, the American film director Colin Trevorrow was ready to begin shooting "Jurassic Park 4". Steven Spielberg, who had given the direction of this fourth installment to become executive producer of the film, had consented to the script and the filming of the project. But Universal Pictures has said that the project should be suspended until further notice.

Those in charge of publishing the news has been two technical team members of "Jurassic Park 4", when they published in their Twitter accounts, messages that implied that the new film of these cute animals prehistoric, could have been canceled. Todd Smoyer, technical director of digital resources said "'Jurassic Park 4' suspended". In a more radical, the conceptual artist Dean Sherriff wrote "Hollywood does and destroys dreams. Farewell to 'Jurassic Park 4'".

If we refer to the situation of the cities, which would be called Geography, it seems that the writers of the show are not used to going to the beach or they have some phobia of the sea.

We give some examples more, the city of Barcelona ceases to belong to the Mediterranean coast to include it in the middle of the region of Catalonia, Tarragona is also separated from the coast to situate a few miles from Barcelona. The city of Valencia, located within the region of the same name, to place it, again, inside that territory. We know that in certain states of the United States are copying some Spanish traditional festivals such as the San Fermin in Pamplona or La Tomatina in Buñol. If you want to explain certain customs of other countries to the americans, at least for documentalists should be well informed before writing anything.

Oh, yes! This map is a gift from writers of CBS and others broadcast television. Yes, I know this post is too long, but this way we wanted to give a little lesson in Geography and Culture of Spain that should not forget all those who want to flaunt wisdom and end up not having a clue nothing of any country.

The Book of Mormon continues its huge success in the U.S.

The Book of Mormon, the musical satirist that is touring the United States, still winning and reviews, day after day, since the project began its career on Broadway on Feb. 24, telling the life of the founder of the Mormons.

If there is a musical that is not leaving anyone indifferent in the United States, that is, without a doubt, The Book of Mormon, which tells of a very peculiar way, the history of Joseph Smith, founder of Mormons.

This new project is another example of the taste of the authors satirize any form of organized religion from Catholicism to Scientology, as they do in "South Park", although both say they have not ever met a member of that sect not prove sympathetic.

Aerosmith cancels concert in Indonesia for terrorist threat

Members of the band Aerosmith have been forced to suspend the concert in Jakarta that were scheduled for Saturday May 11, due to security concerns and arrest, in the capital, of two terrorists who were prepared to attempt.

So they have had to think the components of U.S. rock band Aerosmith after the latest developments in the Indonesian capital, Jakarta, that have caused that Steven Tyler and his band members have canceled a concert in the city had planned for next Saturday May 11th.

"Ghostbusters 3" is becoming a dream come true after knowing the mouth of one of the protagonists of the previous two films, the shooting of the third start in 2014.

For those who expected to see flying, once again, the ghosts of the island of Manhattan, are in luck. The filming of the third "Ghostbusters" is closer, unless there is some other last-minute setback.

Dan Aykroyd, one of the protagonists of the two previous installments and creator of this reunion, was who gave the news in an interview on ABC News. "I feel refreshed and invigorated with script pages I've seen. Know we will have the second half of the script very soon. The film will begin pre-production this autumn and filming next year."
