Tim Kretschmer's father faces criminal charges:

You all remember Tim Kretschmer don't you? He was the cowardly scumbag who killed 15 in Winneden, Germany after shooting up Albertville-Realschule.

For once a neglectful parent is being held responsible for their role in one of these massacres.

Kretschmer's father is being charged with 15 counts of negligent manslaughter for not securing the gun that his idiot son used in his killing spree.

No word on what the possible sentencing will be.

Walker Middle School rape suspect freed on theft charge:

The last time we checked on 15-year-old Diemante Roberts he was being sent to jail on petty thefty charges. The time before that he was arrested for being part of a group of flag football players who allegedly sodomized a teammate with a hockey stick over the course of two months.

Now this stand up individual has once again been let out on the streets.

Hillsborough Circuit Judge Wayne S. Timmerman today granted Roberts' request but admonished the teen and his mother about the consequence of another misstep – immediate incarceration without any hope of bail.

"It that clear to you?" Timmerman asked Roberts.

"Yes sir," was the reply.

How many more chances is he going to get? He was out on bond for the rape when he committed the theft. In my opinion he should have never been given bond in the first place. Again, this isn't duct taping someone to the goal post or putting Ben Gay in their jock strap. We're talking about the forcible rape with a foreign object of a middle school boy.

These criminals need to start being held responsible for their actions, teens or not. 

The first one was that some Cho variety of mutant, I like to call them Chodes, posted a video on YouTube calling himself "nextvirgtechkiller" saying that "the massacre is incoming" and "next massacre is incoming." Police believe that the threat is not credible. Surprisingly YouTube actually pulled the video.

The other instance was on the campus itself where police found graffiti that said "A Cho reborn, it will be avenged" along with swastikas and racial slurs. 

So far no arrests have been made in either case.

On the first instance some people just shouldn't be allowed near a keyboard and on the second how do these nutjobs keep getting into college. Pretty soon you'll have to take a psych exam to get into school.

I've been sitting on this story for about a week because I thought they'd release the little punk's name by now but they haven't so I carry on.

Anyway, an unnamed 15-year-old male from Monroe, New York has been arrested on charges of plotting an attack against Monroe-Woodbury High School.

Guess when he planned the attack for. Yep, the usual. April 20th and for the usual reasons.

When police searched his home they found Molotov cocktails (pictured), a machete, and three propane tanks. And guess what, his parents had no idea what he was planning. This is starting to become so repetitious that these stories are starting to blend together in my head.

The motive is the usual too. He claims he was bullied (boo-hoo). He said the reason he was bullied was because he bears a resemblance to Columbine killer and scumbag coward Eric Harris. Considering they found a trench coat in the kids possession I wonder if that was what made people notice that he looked like Harris.

The kid is known to police since he was picked up in January on an unidentified charge.

Now here's the best part. The kid actually hasn't attended Monroe-Woodbury since 2008. Any rational person would have let go of whatever hatred he had for the previous school. Not this kid though.

Kids, there's a lot worse things than bullying. Jail is one of them death is the other.

The Tennessee Supreme Court has declined to hear the appeal of Kenny Bartley. If you'll recall Bartley opened fire in Campbell County High School in Tennessee. He ended up wounding two and killing Assistant Principal Ken Bruce.

Bartley entered a guilty plea and was sentenced to a very long stint in prison which didn't sit well with a lot of teeth gnashers since Bartley was a juvenile at the time.

Bartley appealed his plea to the The Court of Criminal Appeals and they said the plea was valid.

Now the Tennessee Supreme Court said that they will not hear the appeal.

Meanwhile Ken Bruce has filed no appeals against his murder. Oh that's right. He can't. He's dead.

Let me share a couple of quotes with you...

But one Klebold writing I have yet to fathom occurred over one year before Columbine when Eric and Dylan were busted for breaking into a van and sent to a juvenile diversion program. Their parents were required to fill out a questionnaire, and it is unclear which parent actually wrote the answers, but the writing for Dylan's parents appears feminine. When asked about their son the Klebolds wrote: "Dylan is introverted and has grown up isolated from those who are different in age, culture or other factors. He is often angry or sullen, and behaviors seem disrespectful to others. He seems intolerant of those in authority and intolerant of others." The parent then crossed out the phrase, "He seems intolerant of those in authority."

On the day of Columbine police swarmed the Klebold and Harris houses. Among them was Lakewood officer Rollie Inskeep, who spoke with the Klebolds. "When asked about guns or explosives, she (Susan Klebold) stated that Dylan has always been fascinated by explosives and guns," Inskeep wrote in his report. "She stated that Dylan wore combat-looking boots and that he liked the look that he had established." Then, a familiar twist. "She then recanted her previous statement," Inskeep added, "and stated that Dylan did not really talk about explosives and guns but he just likes to have the look of the trench coat and boots."

And what did the Klebolds do about his ordinance fixation or his anger or his intolerance? Obviously nothing. Instead they just keep making excuses for their mass murderer of a son and themselves.

Like I've been saying for the past 10 years, Columbine was probably the most preventable tragedy in the history of this country and all it would have taken to prevent it was actual parents and not self involved people with a 'not my kid' complex.

The Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts has ruled that the jailhouse conversations between John Odgren and his family and fried were obtained improperly by prosecutors.

Odgren is accused of stabbing and killing James Alenson in the bathroom of Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School. The defense is saying that Odgren is insane because he has Asperger's. The prosecution say the tapes show that Odgren is far from insane.

Even though the court said that the conversations were obtained improperly they also said that this doesn't mean that the conversations can't be used at trial.

That decision has been left to a lower court.

Susan Klebold, the mother of Columbine cowardly scumbag Dylan Klebold, has written an essay for Oprah Winfrey's O Magazine about her experiences since that fateful day in 1999. I'm sure that a lot of people, especially those in the Oprah crowd, are going to say how brave she is coming forward and crap like that. I still say she's clueless and doesn't get it.

In her unpaid essay for O she goes on about how she had no inkling that her son was planning on killing himself.

Dylan's participation in the massacre was impossible for me to accept until I began to connect it to his own death. Once I saw his journals, it was clear to me that Dylan entered the school with the intention of dying there. And so in order to understand what he might have been thinking, I started to learn all I could about suicide. From the writings Dylan left behind, criminal psychologists have concluded that he was depressed and suicidal. When I first saw copied pages of these writings, they broke my heart. I'd had no inkling of the battle Dylan was waging in his mind.

Like I've said before she sees Columbine more as her son's suicide then she does the fact that he took place in the mass murder of 13 people. I don't care that her selfish bastard of a son was depressed. I care more about the fact that she did absolutely nothing to prevent the massacre from happening.

If the Harrises and Klebolds actually did their jobs as parents not only their sons but their 13 victims would be alive today. Instead they were too self absorbed in their own little lives and blaming everyone else for their kids' issues then being actual parents. And if Columbine never happened we probably wouldn't have had other tragedies like Red Lake and Virginia Tech.

In my opinion the blood of every victim from every school shooting that has happened since Columbine is on your hands.

The University of South Florida went into a bizarre lockdown yesterday.

Originally a report of an armed man went out across campus.

When police were searching a shuttle bus 23-year-old Vincent Thomas-Perry McCoy (pictured) claimed that he had a bomb and he was the man they were looking for. It's unknown if he was actually connected to the original alert. However McCoy actually did not have a bomb but the bomb squad blew up his backpack anyway which only contained his text books. I get the feeling he won't be needing them anytime soon anyway. He's been arrested for making a false threat.

Then another alert went out stating there was man on campus carrying a puppy and a large hunting knife wearing a black tanktop and a cowboy hat.

Outside of McCoy no arrests were made.

It sounds like that someone may have been having 'fun' at the expense of campus security. If that is the case I hope they find who did it and not only prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law but make them pay for the wasted expenses of campus police.

High school student who idolizes Columbine killers injures his hand building a bomb at home:

Every time some mutant kid is caught making homemade bombs in some convoluted plot to attack his school someone always asks how do these kids not blow themselves up. Now you don't have to ask that question anymore.

17-year-old Vincent Pizzonia of North Babylon, New York on Long Island blew his hand apart while allegedly making homemade bombs in the basement of his family's house.

Pizzonia is believed to have made the bombs of rocket model engines and gunpowder taken from bullets. He supposedly had access to the bullets because his dad is former NYPD. More on that in a little bit.

After searching the home police found that Pizzonia is in fact a mutant as he had pictures on the back of his bedroom door that was sort of an homage to the cowardly scumbags of Columbine, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold. Police believe he may have been plotting an attack on North Babylon High School.

Whenever guns and ammo start disappearing in these situations I always wonder are the parents really that clueless or are they being allowed to take these items? Not to mention that bombs were being made right under the parents' noses. You would think that a former NYPD cop would know better.
