Fringe – Kevin Weisman Casted For Guest Star Role

Kevin Weisman has been casted for a role in the third season of Fringe. According to Wisemans’ Twitter account he will be heading to Vancouver next week to film an episode of Fringe.

As of now, we can only speculate that Weisman will only appear in one episode this coming season on Fox, but maybe it will turn into a re-occurring role, who knows?

The third season of Fringe premieres on September 23rd.

2010 Fall Preview: The Vampire Diaries

The Vampire Diaries won several awards for its first season, and the second season promises to deliver even more. When season one ended, we seen Damon kiss Elena, or was it Damon kissing Katherine? I’ll go with Katherine, simply because just when we though the season would end in utter shock, with Damon and Elena sharing a heart felt kiss, we come to find Katherine stabbing Uncle/Daddy John Gilbert.

With that said, and the various promotional videos we have seen The Year of The Kat, a little bit of Cosmetic Love and some Promotional Photos which show us Katherine, and Elena both!

You have to ask yourself, are you truly ready for The Year of The Kat? The second season of Vampire Diaries will definately feature more Katherine, will Damon actually continue to believe that he kissed Elena past the first episode? Not if Stefan has anything to do with it.

Along with continuing storylines from the first season, we will see some new cast members in the second season, Tiya Sircar is just one of many new cast members to head to Mystic Falls. Tyler, and the rest of the Lockwoods will be planning the funeral for Mayor Lockwood, as well as Tyler now coming to terms with his Werewolveness.

Will Caroline be alive when season TWO begins? Will Jeremy Gilbert come back to life as human or a Vampire? The new residents in Mystic Falls can only mean that some current residents are on their way out, will they become Vampires or will they simply die?

The Second Season of The Vampire Diaries airs September 9th, on The CW network.

Chuck Exec Not Worried About Being ‘Axed’

Despite the fourth season only receiving a 13 episode order, and the fact that the show has not received a back-nine episode commission as of yet, Josh Schwartz has dismissed any rumor to the show being in danger of being canceled.

Schwartz told Entertainment Weekly: “We have never Started a season with more than 13 episodes, just like last season, we will hope for the best, and plan for the worst.”

Schawartz added that the 13th episode of season four could serve as a finale for the show. This means, the structure, and way the episode has been written has been done in a format as if it was the last episode of the series. Again, this does not mean the show will not live past 13 episodes, nor does it mean season four will be the last. They are simply doing what any show should, hoping for the best, planning for the worst. If you ask me, that’s a step in the right direction.

Remember when there were rumors of season three being the shows last? Fans showed their support for the show in major cities around the US wearing Nerd Herd type material, so it’s true. FANS do have an impact on the show. So don’t stop planning for the worst, as a fan get out an encourage everybody you know to watch the show, and if that happens, the ratings stay high, you won’t have any worries of the show being axed.

Chuck has been casting quite a few big named people for it’s upcoming fourth season. They have already casted, Stone Cold Steven Austin, and Stacy Keibler, and now the list keeps on growing. The fourth episode of season four is titled “Chuck Versus The Coup D’Etat” and for the fourth episode they have casted a new trio of villains.

WWE Wrestler Dave Batista has been casted for the episode, along with Eric Roberts and Joel Daivd Moore. The Trio will play old comrades of John Casey who have gone rouge, and are plotting revenge against John Casey.

Chuck returns for it’s fourth season on September 20th.

When you think of Nina Dobrev, the first thing, or name for that matter that comes to mind is Elena Gilbert, but did you know before Elena got the part there was much grief for her not being a blond from many fans of the book series?

The producers of The Vampire Diaries knew they had something special when casting Nina for the part of Elena Gilbert, and they rightfully took the chance. Knowing they had to take a book series that is highly popular, and turn it into a television show was a risk in itself, but taking it a step further and casting Nina for the role of Elena, much to the dislike of fans of the books, was a huge risk, but if you ask the producers of the show, they do not regret it one bit. The Vampire Diaries – Stefan is one Angry Vamp (SPOILERS)

In the season one finale of The Vampire Diaries, Damon had shared quite an intimate moment with Katherine whom we all at first believed to be Elena. Damon still does not know that Katherine is the woman he kissed, an actually goes as far as telling Stefan than he kissed Elena.

Paul Wesely whom plays Stefan on The Vampire Diaries recently revealed that Stefan is P*ssed off when he finds out that Damon kissed Elena. Stefan is going to be so irate that he threatens to kill Damon, but eventually Stefan realizes that fighting fire with fire won’t get him anywhere in terms of Damon actually showing signs of humanity.

Paul even reveals that at the end of the day Stefan loves his brother. Awe.
