Just Wondering:
with the above being the Supreme Law of the Land, How can Banks, the federal reserve, decide on their own to create a facsimile of coin (a cashless society)?
CONGRESS CAN'T DO THIS -
Congress is bound by the Constitution to coin Money!
The Banks are now in the progress of striping down their branches to automation only.
How can poor people cash their checks and payroll checks, with no Bank tellers to assist.
There is no law that Employers-and/or Venders must direct deposit checks to employees.
And the big question is -- IS/COULD a cashless system be noted as COUNTERFEITING CURRENT COIN OF THE UNITED STATES?

And, Establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization,...; Sanctuaries Cities- are not to uniform - with the Constitution!

In September Jeri Wright, daughter of Reverend Wright, and 12 other Democrats were charged with embezzling $16 million in Federal health grants that should have gone to AIDS charities and other programs for the poor and needy.
More than one of the defendants has direct ties to President Barack Obama.
On Friday Reverend Jeremiah Wright’s daughter was found guilty of eleven counts that included money laundering and lying to federal agents.
Wright, described as a “close associate and friend” of Regina and Ronald Evans, is accused of aiding the Evanses in their money-laundering scheme.

Defendant: Quinshaunta R. Golden, former Illinois Department of Public Health chief of staff
Charges: Bribery/theft, mail fraud and obstruction of justice
Details: Golden, a niece of U.S. Rep. Danny K. Davis (D-Ill.), is accused of pocketing about $433,000 in kickbacks on health department contracts and grants that she oversaw.

These and other Dems are accused of stealing the money for personal use including mortgage and credit-card payments, vacation home payments, and in one case, a Mercedes-Benz, a Cadillac and a fur coat.

Jeri Wright was found guilty of a fraud scheme that siphoned thousands of taxpayer dollars intended for a not-for-profit work and education program known as We Are Our Brother’s Keeper.

{1} Make a Mandatory Health Care Insurance contribution to their Big Money Cronies (Masons/Knight Templars).
{2} Make a Mandatory Retirement Plan contribution.
{3} And of course the age old method, Tax and Regulation Permits/Fees. And, Social Security/ Medicare/Medicaid.
They are already spending our Social Security contributions,Medicare Medicaid/Welfare.
What is to keep them from spending our Retirement Plan Contributions also?

Trans-Pacific Partnership, or TPP.

“Fast track” authority for the Trans-Pacific Partnership, a sweeping free-trade agreement the Obama administration is ready to push through Congress.
The TPP is the first part of a two-ocean globalist plan the Obama administration is working quietly to put into place. The aim is to follow up the passage of the TPP with the finalization of the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership between the United States and the European Union.
As Obama announced in his 2013 State of the Union Address the plan to add the trans-Pacific free-trade agreement to the trans-Atlantic agreement already in place.
Republicans in the House are preparing to follow the lead of the White House and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to rubber-stamp the TPP, the most sweeping free-trade agreement since NAFTA.
Critics charge the Obama administration negotiated it in secret and is now trying to rush it through Congress before the American public finds out how the trade measure compromises U.S. sovereignty.
With Boehner’s decision to support Obama on TPP, the Republican Party appears ready to ignore concerns raised by GOP conservatives and various tea-party groups that the 12-nation deal further undermines U.S. sovereignty.
The opponents argue it places major sectors of the U.S. economy under a new dispute-regulation mechanism that takes precedence over U.S. judges and courts.
“Fast-track” authority would allow the Obama administration to ram the TPP through Congress with a simple majority vote. The rules would limit debate so that no amendments could be introduced to modify the language of the agreement the Obama administration has negotiated behind closed doors.

12 nations involved in the TPP are Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, Vietnam and the United States.

U.S. participation in NAFTA and in the World Trade Organization, have resulted in the loss of millions of high-salary U.S. jobs to nations with less expensive job markets.

Will this TPP agreement blindside the U.S. economy to further drive the American People into poverty, to sweep away the 'Middle Class'?

76 year-old grandmother Dorothy Hendrix was shot and killed on Saturday after a shootout with gang members. The robbers were trying to take her bingo money.

Hendrix, known as “Dot” to friends and family, managed to shoot one of the intruders in the stomach before she died at the scene.
The other two suspects ran off.
23-year-old Bradacious Galloway shot in the stomach, was taken to the hospital for surgery.

He really referred to gun safety?
He really said that the American People are much more Willing to Compromise, and Give, and Sacrifice?
Gun Safety? Really? I thought they were making a stink about Gun Control!
These are conflicting signals from these who would try and tell us that they Support the Constitution. And they are going to try and tell us that we have to Compromise, and Give, and Sacrifice!
If the Rich are the 2 percent, and that amount will not fund the Government but for a couple of Months, and the takers are the 47 percent (Which Romney let the Cat out of the Bag), then the 'Real Money' (Revenue) is controlled by the 'Middle Class', about 50 percent, which is the Real Target-yea, they are putting a Bulls-eye on the Middle Class, but telling the uneducated/uninformed that they are taking from the Rich - fuuweee!

The most powerful weapon known to mankind is the 'Power of Suggestion', and golly-Olly, are they trying to use it ON US!
