Preciso lotar minha geladeira de frutas e verduras e passar longe de lugares que vendem comidas gostosas. o Pior é que minhas aulas começaram, e la dentro da faculdade tem uma lanchonete com um salgado delicioso e de frente pra faculdade tem um bar que vende um lanche que é uma delicia também. Preciso aprender a jantar antes de ir pra faculdade e comer alguma coisa leve quando voltar. Ta difícil viu? Mas o começo é sempre o pior, se Deus quiser eu me acostumo. Depois que eu começar a trabalhar, minha&amp;nbsp;compulsão por comida diminui (eu espero, rs). Preciso atingir minha meta, já cheguei em uma situação em que eu não suporto mais me olhar no espelho. Fico insegura e minha auto estima fica lá no chão. Mas enfim, eu vou tentar segurar minha gula e seguir certinho a dieta. E venho contar pra vocês se eu consegui, haha. Esse blog serve mais como um diário, pra que eu possa registrar minha evolução em relação ao meu peso. Eu não quero me identificar agora, mas no final disso tudo, quando eu atingir minha meta, vou me apresentar e mostrar o antes e o depois. Mas vou referir a mim mesma como &quot;Ca&quot; quando for necessário. Não vou falar só de mim, nem do meu corpo. Vou falar também de moda, beleza, saúde, etc.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Eu tenho 18 anos e, desde muito tempo, eu tento emagrecer. Eu já tive bulimia e já fiz várias dietas loucas que só me prejudicaram. Já sofri Bullying na escola e até na minha família. Na época em que eu era bulímica, eu emagreci muito (ficando muito doente), nessa época eu era muito &quot;satisfeita&quot; com o meu corpo. Depois de um tempo, de passar por médicos e etc, eu tive que parar com isso senão ia me prejudicar mais. Então eu parei de vez de vomitar, mas comecei a engordar tudo de novo. Hoje eu estou 3x mais gorda do que eu era antes da bulimia. Agora em dezembro, eu fui passar férias na cidade do meu pai (eu moro com a minha mãe) e todos os meus parentes se assustaram com o meu corpo! A última vez que eles tinham me visto, eu estava magra. Então, minha tia me fez uma proposta que eu prefiro não falar agora, mas se eu atingir minha meta eu conto (e mostro) depois. Resumindo... Ela me daria uma coisa que eu quero MUITO se eu emagrecesse 30 kg! Então esse é o meu desafio, passar dos 97 kg para 67. E quero deixar tudo registrado aqui para comparar minha evolução, mostrar o que eu fiz pra conseguir, mostrar as mudanças passo a passo e quem sabe futuramente servir de exemplo pra muita gente que passa pelo mesmo problema que eu.
