Sleeping habit to help prevent acne

2011-03-15T16:20:00.000-04:00

Here's a nice tip if you're having problems with acne, one way to help prevent it is to stop sleeping sideways with your face touching the pillow, I know it's hard to change sleeping positions for some, but if you can't do that then another way to help curb acne is to simply change your pillow sheets. I washed mine a few days ago and it's been 2-3 months since I've cleaned them (yuck I know). It's hard to imagine all the germs, skin, and other material on them and also it's rubbing against your face for hours while you sleep, definitely not good for your skin so it'd probably be best to change sheets every 3-4 days. Thanks for your time, peace.

Hello everybody remember visiting your first website was it Yahoo? Google? Well for sometime this website has archived and has allowed users to go back in time from within their own web browser. Do you want to see how a website looked a year ago or 5 years ago, with this website you can! It's called the WaybackMachine it's been archiving web pages since 1996! I went on their website to see how Yahoo looked like years ago and I got that nostalgic feeling all over meh. So go there and try it on any website you can imagine: www.archive.org

2011-03-09T17:16:00.001-05:00

Alright we've all been there you're in the shower taking a hot shower you get out of the shower and you feel like making funny faces in the mirror but wait! The mirror is fogged up well guess what before you even take a shower sud up the bar of soap and rub it all over the mirror, but be careful to much will still fog it up. So if you ever want to make funny faces infront of the mirror and still want to see yourself then take that bar of soap and rub on the mirror. Enjoy.
