11. Speeds up taskbar thumbnail preview by reducing the mouse hover time delay
12. Disables (Turn Off) Annoying UAC (User Account Control) and suppress UAC consent prompt dialog

I am very happy that i got Windows XP like Network Icon in Windows 7.

Windows 7 did lot of changes to Taskbar, Jumplist, Quick Launch and many other things. One change was Animated Network Icon in System Tray to plain normal Icon in Windows 7.

Most of the windows users know about Network Icon that sits in the System Tray. In Windows XP or Windows Vista, the Network Icon has two computers and gives you animation which tells you the packet movement on the network.
