Hi there! It's time for another fun Wednesday Sketch Challenge from MFT!

Today I'm sharing one of the Mother's Day cards I made this year.

My first Mother's Day was a blast, I was so spoiled! Here's a photo of my little dude and I taken on the day.

On to my card!

Today I've used Sweet Roses and paired it with Lucky Charm paper - I love the retro feel of the patterns in this paper pack! All the layers in this sketch were so fun, I've used the Fishtail Flags STAX and the Open Scallop Doily. I finished off the card front with some liquid pearls.

Inside the card I used more of those fun retro printed papers and repeated the gorgeous sentiment.

Release Rewind! Down on the Farm!

Hello! Today I have a couple of cards to share for this month's release rewind from My Favorite Things, where the design team get the chance to showcase amazing products we might not have had a chance to really explore during teaser time.

There were so many amazing new goodies in the May release - available here now. I'm down on the farm today, using chicken wire, farm animals and stencils!

You'll find all the designers with projects to share on the MFT Blog today.

My first card today uses Life's Direction and the fab new Chicken Wire Die-namics.

For this card, I stamped the images then overlaid the Mini Chicken Wire Stencil and lightly sponged with Kraft ink. I love the way you can easily direct the colour when using a sponge, it was really easy not to sponge overtop the image. I've also used the new Farm Fence.

The flower from Blueprints 3 was stamped with the chicken wire stamp from Distressed Background Blocks. The sentiment was stamped on a sign from Howdy Frames.

Here's the inside of my card...

For the inside, I sponged a design again, stamping the sentiment directly on the card base, and trimming out the rooster so he's popped up on foam tape.

My second card today uses the new PI Farmer Girl and the wonderful Blueprints 3. I've used one of the sketches you can find on the MFT Blog.

I've also used the stenciled background on this card. I coloured the girl with copics, trimming her out and adhering her over the stamped hay image, I lightly shaded the hay with an E30 copic marker. I've used the woodgrain image from Western Backgrounds on this card as well, and repeated the flower treatment.

I really love the chicken wire sponged in kraft on kraft cardstock, it looks so cool! I stamped just the outline images of the PI and chicken and added more pieces from Blueprints 3 to finish off the inside of this card.

Hello! I'm stopping in today with a card for this week's Viva la Verve sketch. This week we also have an inspiration photo, fun!

Isn't it gorgeous! I just love all those doilies and floral accents with the hint of eggshell blue.

Here's my card...

I wanted to keep everything nice and open, so went for lots of white with floral hints for my card. The stamp set is Kind Words. I inked the flowers with markers, then added splatters of ink to the panel. The flowers and splatters are accented with some Stardust Stickles.

I wanted to work in some eggshell blue, and used the adorable Scalloped Trim Trio dies.

I used more of the same supplies on the inside of the card :-)

New Product Tour - Heirloom Label

Yippee! It's here - the amazing My Favorite Things May release is available right here, right NOW!

But first, it's time to make sure your wishlist is complete (grin) with our New Product Tour!

I have a set of FOUR cards to share today, using SO many new goodies just released today!

All my cards feature the fab new Heirloom Label Die-namics. I love this die, not only is it great for vintage and shabby chic creations, I'm going to show you today how awesome it looks with modern, funky designs.

I have a TON of photos, so let's get started and I'll try not to talk/type too much!

My first card uses the Document It -Bingo stamp set and the Happy Hellos Die-namics.

I cut the Heirloom Label from my patterned paper and taped one of the sentiments from Happy Hellos in the center to cut out the word. I pierced the label and added a sentiment from the stamp set. The arrow is from Lead The Way. The label is layered over the stamped bingo image that I hand cut as I didn't want a border.

All my cards today also feature one of the Dotted Scallop Border Trio Die-namics cut from Blu Raspberry cardstock.

I love this sentiment! I highlighted the word lucky with another arrow.

My second card features the Chalkboard Sentiments set - yours free with a $60 spend this month!

For this card, I cut a window using the Heirloom Label in my cardstock before embossing. I've paired the Lead The Way arrow with a Hearts a Plenty Die-namics, cut from Electric Red and covered in glossy accents.

Here I've used the label simply stamped with a sentiment. This label fits the Chalkboard Sentiments perfectly! The black strip is from Blueprints 3.

For my third card, I paired the Heirloom Label with a couple of Alphabet Die-namics for a really modern look.

I used the By the Letters alphabet to cut the word out of the Heirloom Label. The U is from the Bottomline alphabet, I love how collegiate it looks!

I couldn't waste those gorgeous Kraft letters, so they went on the inside of my card!

My last card uses Document It - Right on Target for a playful card that would make a great valentine!

I started by stamping the arrows in Kraft ink on the Kraft Heirloom Label. I added a strip of Blu Raspberry stamped with the sentiment. I pierced the heart and added the fun target image! All my cards today feature a fun grouping of three rhinestones, I love adding sparkle like this!

I'm so excited to share my card for todays My Favorite Things teasers - I just LOVE the Die-namics I've used today!

There are so many new goodies coming on the 7th - is your wishlist a mile long yet?!

You'll find all the details about prizes, the release and the inspiration for today on the MFT Blog.

I've created a clean card today, using the Blueprints 3 and Accent It - Feathers and Arrows Die-namics. I am in love with those feathers!

My card started with the feathers - I sponged the edges and added some speckling with a double sided pen. I cut the card base from Kraft and cut out a window with the arch shape from Blueprints 3. The sentiment is from Document It - Right on Target.

The birds are from the previously released Inspired by the Caged Bird. The first bird is stamped in Black Licorice, then the second was stamped with the second generation of that inking. The top bird was stamped in Steel Blue to create depth. I added some Kraft buttons to finish off the card front.

Isn't that sentiment great?! I couldn't resist adding another gorgeous feather and more of the borders from Blueprints 3.

My Favorite Things teasers continue today, and I have a fun game themed vintage card to share with you.

I've used the new Document It - Bingo stamp set from Laina Lamb, this is such a fun set!

Here's my card...

My card started with the awesome Bingo stamp. I stamped the stars in a heart shape on the bingo card to fit with the lovey sentiment on the inside of the card. I wanted to carry through the game theme, so I used the checked stamp from Distressed Background Blocks as a layer, and also on my flower embellishment - I love this look! The flowers is from Blueprints 3. I've also used a ticket and stamped the sentiment three times (without reinking) I've used the new Berrylicious ink - loving this colour!

You'll also notice one of the Dotted Scallop Border Trio peeking out behind my layers. I love that these Die-namics are great on vintage or modern designs! I also have a Heirloom Label layered behind the bingo card. Finally, I've embellished with a Medium Fancy Flourish and some rhinestones.

I thought the piece of card I cut the flourish from was too cool to throw out, so I stamped it with the checked background and went for lots of layers on the inside of my card too! I've used a Rustic Heart to anchor my sentiment strip, stamped on an element from Blueprints 3.

I have a bright and fun card for you today using Words of Wisdom and the I Heart U Cut Above Dies.

I stamped the sentiment on a Curvy Bookplate, using the border from Tag Time. The adorable arrow points to the U from I Heart U, which I covered with glue and glittered up. You'll also notice a leaf accent, stamped with the image from Sunny Days and cut with the Leafy Sprigs die.

I have a BUNCH of that narrow Grosgrain that I barely ever use, but it was just right here and I finished off with some liquid enamel accents.

I repeated the Curvy Bookplate sentiment treatment and finished the inside of my card with some leftover pieces of my patterned paper and another Leafy Sprig.

Introducing the Vertical Frame Die-namics!

Welcome! It's day three of MFT teasers - I hope you're enjoying them as much as I am!

Today I'm going to share two projects made with a fab new Die-namics, the Vertical Frame Die-namics.

My cards today also feature the amazing new Steel Blue range of ink, cardstock and buttons. I really, really love this colour - it's so unique and goes with everything! I've cut a little off the sides of each card to mimic the proportions of the tall frame.

For my first card, I've used the Vertical Frame to frame some beautiful wildflowers from Lisa's new set. I cut the frame twice, once from cardstock, and once from paper to give it some strength. I stamped the flowers in Steel Blue and Black Licorice to give the posy some dimension. I've only adhered the die-cut flowers at the base of the frame, so they move a little - I love the natural feel this gives.

My sentiment is stamped on an Oval STAX and I've used the Distressed Background Blocks stamped in Steel Blue on the cardbase. The top of the frame is decorated with a Steel Blue button centered with a jewel embellishment.

One of the great things about the Vertical Frame is that both pieces it cuts at once are super cool! Inside my card I used the center from the front of the card as a mat for another die cut wildflower.

For my second card, I paired the Vertical Frame with the new Chalkboard Sentiments, this month's Triple Scoop set. These two products work PERFECTLY together!

For this card I cut the Vertical Frame twice, inserting the middle back in and using tape on the back to hold it together. I stamped the sentiment in white chalk ink, I love how soft it is on the Steel Blue background. The border is one of the new Dotted Scallop Border Trio, love this shape!

Again, on the inside, I've used more of the off cut from the center of the Vertical Frame as a panel, just trimming it to size. I really like to use all pieces of a Die-namic this way, no waste and less scraps for me to store! I thought this sentiment from Cheerful Blessings went well with the feel of the card and stamped it overtop the Distressed Background Block dots.

Rainbow Hello!

Hello! It's day three of MFT teasers, and I have a clean and simple card to share today using my fave new Die-namics!

I've also used the fab new Distressed Background Blocks today -you're going to see lots of these from me, I love them! The Simon challenge this week was a "happy mail" card, I know receiving a rainbow in my mailbox would make me happy!

This card started with some Smooth White cardstock and the dots image from Distressed Background Blocks. I inked using a rainbow of MFT ink and stamped once, then moved the stamp over and restamped for a softer shade of each colour.

I cut the hello from Happy Hellos Die-namics from Black Licorice cardstock and adhered the negative over my rainbow on a kraft cardbase which I scored a few lines on. A Rainbow of rhinestones finishes the colourful theme!

Inside the card I opted to stamp the background in black and adhere colourful sentiments overtop. Don't you just love that mix of fonts?! I'm going to reach for this Die-namic a lot!

Dandelion Wishes

Welcome! Day two of teasers for My Favorite Things brings news of a new designer...from our very own design team! Yay Mona, I just love your products!

My card started with a billboard - yup, a billboard. We were out this weekend and on the highway I noticed a billboard with a black chevron background and a bright pink panel. I filed it away and used it as inspiration for this card!

I laid the Large Chevron Stripes Stencil on some Sweet Tooth cardstock, and sprayed with some chalkboard mist. I wanted to grunge it up a little, so mixed some Black Licorice and Razzleberry reinker with water and splashed it on.

The Dandelion was inked with Razzleberry then rolled in Grape Jelly for a two tone effect. I love Mona's sentiments - I've stamped them on a Fishtail Flag STAX I've cut twice to make it double ended. It's hard to see in photos, but the Razzleberry panel was stamped with the chicken wire from Distressed Background Blocks in versamark ink for a little texture.

I noticed this leftover piece from the bottom of my sprayed background looked cool so I stamped the Dandelion head on it, and repeated my sentiment treatment.

Welcome! Today marks the start of Teasers from My Favorite Things for the amazing May release. There are some unique and fun things coming out this month, you're going to love them!

My card today features a new Pure Innocence image, the latest Blueprints set and a new Die-namic I fell in love with right away!

For this card I started by stamping the dots from Distressed Backgrounds in Berrylicious ink on Berrylicious cardstock.

The little cutie was stamped on watercolour paper and coloured with watercolour pencils using a method I think of as "washed out watercolouring" - if you'd like a video on this simple effect, please let me know! I was going for a very soft focus look so pencils worked better than copics.

The hello is from the new Happy Hellos Die-namics- I LOVE this set! I cut my hello from Blu Raspberry cardstock and covered it with Crystal Stickles.

All the other dies, except for the base layer come from the fab Blueprints 3 set. I can't wait to experiment more with this fantastic die set!

Inside my card I've repeated the background and some of the Blueprints 3 Elements. I also shadow stamped the girl in Pink Lemonade ink.

Mocha Me Crazy!

Wow - I cannot even believe April is almost over! We had a dramatic week last week with our little dude getting very sick, very fast! Fortunately, he's on the mend now, though I'm still recovering from the fright and having our week turned upside down!

I love being a stay at home Mum, but it's a hard job sometimes. That's why one of my favorite things every day, is sitting on the couch with hubby and a coffee once bubs is in bed, and just relaxing while we watch "our shows" (we just started Game of Thrones) I love this time to unwind, and even better, Shan always makes the cappuccino!

So when I thought about making an unconventional Anniversary card for Shanan this month, Better with You from Verve was the perfect choice!

I created my clean and simple card by first cutting a window, then layering over my sentiment panel which is stamped with the ring image and sentiment. The heart was die cut , covered in red stickles then glossy accents.

Inside the card I used a large panel of woodgrain paper that I wanted to peek through the window on the card, and another glossy heart.

Viva la Verve - Big Wish

Welcome! It's time for another Viva la Verve sketch challenge - and this week is extra fun for me because we're using my sketch!

and here's my card using the Big Wish stamp set.

I couldn't resist these Botanical Odyssey paper from Kaisercraft while I was out crafty shopping, the colours were very different to anything I had in my stash.

I stamped the elegnat cake with memento ink and coloured with copics. The sentiment was stamped in Blue Bayou from SU! and carefully shaded with a copic marker.

I added lots of stickles and glossy paint to the cake so it has lots of sparkle in real life!

I hardly ever use the die-cuts in the back of the Kaisercraft paper pads, but pulled out this label and scalloped trim to layer with the Pennant Trim I had cut.

For my card today I've used Cupcake Cutie - I had a blast colouring this sweetie!

I went for a soft look for my card, using tone on tone die cuts and stamping. I've used hexagons to create a faux embossed panel, I LOVE using my Die-namics like this, even more versatility.

Inside my card I shadow stamped the image and repeated the scalloped border from the front of the card.

Scene Building with Die-namics - Video!

Hello! It's time for another fun Creative Challenge with the MFT design team!

This month, we are focusing on creating scenes with our MFT goodies. I have two cards for you today, using two of the newest Pure Innocence girls. I also have a video to share!

My first card uses I Wheelie Like You.

I coloured the image with copics before cutting her out and placing her in her own little scene.

I have a video for you today on how I like to design my scenes when using Die-namics.

You'll notice that I added some extra colour to the tree, using a Hot Fudge ink pad. You can find my previous video on that simple technique here.

I really wanted to use Grape Jelly as the colour for the small pennant, but didn't have any cardstock in that colour, so I simply cut it in white and pressed it into my inkpad.

I just love that picket fence!

Inside my card I stamped the image again in Grape Jelly, adding a sentiment and a strip of leftover grass. I like to keep the insides of my scene cards quite flat as the front has lots of dimension.

My second card features the new PI - Little Gardener.

I've used lots of wonderful background stamps on this card to add interest and whimsy to my design.

I think my favourite thing about this card is the tree stamped with hearts from Hearts and Stitches! For this card I used the Woodgrain Fence and Teardrop Tree, along with the Grassy Edges. I've used the wonky scallop at the base of my card as a "dirt" layer.

I have very lightly shadow stamped the PI image inside the card, adding more fence and grass to finish it all off.

Viva la Verve - So Loved

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by! Today I'm sharing a card for this week's Viva la Verve sketch.

For my card today I've used the new So Fluttery stamp set from Verve, and the matching Flutterby Die.

This week we also had a vibrant inspiration pic featuring a beautiful butterfly. I pulled out some Amy Tangerine Sketchbook paper and made a home for some vibrant butterflies of my own! There are so many butterfly and sentiment combos in this set, I know I'll be using it a bunch.

Inside my card I stamped the sentiment and butterfly directly on the patterned paper. I love how the sentiment in particular looks like it was always there.

Hello stampy friends! It's that time of the week, time for a new Wednesday Sketch Challenge from My Favorite Things.

I have to admit right away, I totally cheated with this sketch! I flipped it and changed some elements.

You can see the sketch, and get all the details about the prize at the MFT Blog.

I've used Sweet Roses and the co-ordinating Die-namics for my card today.

I kept this card bright and clean, focusing my elements at the bottom of the card. The rose is stamped with Orange Fizz and Gumdrop Green, with Hot Fudge for the outline and sentiment. I think with the leaves layered like this, it almost looks like a lotus flower.

I wanted to create my own patterned paper, so stamped the chevron from Spring Backgrounds in Pink Lemonade, then offset it and stamped again in Wild Cherry.

Three sno-cone buttons stand in for the banners on the sketch.

Inside I've stamped another sentiment and added another rose. I love the modern look of the stamps in this set!

Viva la Verve - Beautiful You

For my card today I used one of my favourite paper collections, Random by Crate Paper and the You and I set from Verve.

I've used liquid pearls and some paper roses from ZVA Creative for embellishment. I've also used the background from Grateful Elegance to stamp the Rose Red panel.

I had part of the scalloped circle from the front of the card left over, so I used it on the inside - I'm thrifty like that!

April Release Rewind!

Welcome! Today is day one of the Release Rewind for My Favorite Things. Today, half the design team will be sharing even more projects using the April release!

I have a few things to share today but first...

Ok, I have lots of photos for you, so let's get started!

My first project was a gift set using this month's Triple Scoop set - Chocolate Sentiments. I went retro with this colour scheme, Orange Fizz, Hot Fudge, Gumdrop Green and a little Pink Lemonade to brighten it all up.

The gift box is the new Scalloped Treat Box. I stamped the box with Darling Dots and decorated with a leaf filled flourish cut from Gumdrop Green felt and a flower cut from Pink Lemonade that I split the fibers on. I added the heart from Chocolate Sentiments inside the flower. I also made a simple tag with another flower and sentiment from the set.

For the matching card I used the Mini Album Bracket STAX as my base layer. The sentiment I stamped twice, trimming out the pink version to pop up on foam tape. I've cut the sentiment with the fishtail flags. The stitched border is from Blueprints 2 and I've embellished in the same way as the gift box.

The front of the card shows a portion of the inside, stamped with Darling Dots in Hot Fudge.

Inside I have another sentiment that I inked with both colours before stamping. Some Orange Fizz hearts finish off the inside.

For my second card today, I've used the new Accent It - Reel Life Die-namics and Expand Your View stamp set.

For this card, I started by cutting the Reel Life Die-namics, and on the insert pieces stamping I love you with the Typewriter Alphabet. I used the hearts from Chocolate Sentiments to stamp between the words.

The sentiment was stamped in Hot Fudge and Wild Cherry ink. The Dainty Bow and Open Simply Scallops Trio border were cut from Wild Cherry felt.

The backgrounds for the card were stamped with Western Backgrounds and Distressed Diamonds.

Inside the card I've used Distressed Diamonds again, letting the pattern show behind the die. I love all the sentiment combinations you can make with Expand Your View - it's so versatile!

I've also used the woodgrain stamp from Western Backgrounds again.

It's time for another fun sketch from MFT and the Wednesday Sketch Challenge!

My card today uses the Cupcake Cutie stamp set again, this time I've let the adorable Doxie rest and I'm using the tiered cupcake image.

Here's my card...

I stamped the image on blending cardstock and coloured with copics. I've added gel pen and stickles to accent the image. After cutting with an Oval STAX, I sponged the edges lightly with Kraft ink.

The large scalloped rectangle is from Blueprints 1 and I ran it through a Swiss Dots embossing folder. I added Rhinestones to the Party Banner and finished off with some jumbo brads.

Inside my card I used the same scalloped rectangle to create a border. The sentiment is stamped on a Well Worn Greetings stack and comes from Birthday Sentiments.

For my card today I've used one of my first Verve stamp sets, Petals and Stems. This has long been a favourite - though I reserve the right to say that about ALL Verve sets! *grin*

I had a blast creating this card - you know when you have a vision and the card turns out exactly as you had thought it would? I love that! I kept everything very clean and simple for this one. I think you can just make out the two embossed lines bordering my ribbon. I fussy cut the butterfly and just added two rhinestones for embellishment.

New Product Tour - Hello!

Welcome! I'm here with my New Product Tour post for the new MFT release! I have two fun projects today - including a scrapbook page!

Today I've been working with Hello My Name Is, part of the new releases from Laina Lamb Designs.

Before we get started you should visit the MFT Blog to find all the information on the release that's happening tomorrow and see all the inspiration on offer today!

Here's my first project, an 8.5x11 scrapbook page...

I started my page by stamping elements from Darling Dots, Mod Borders and the word Adventure from Hello My Name Is, directly on the page. Then I started layering on my photos and accents.

I liked the idea of an "everyday adventure" - any outing with an infant turns into an adventure! This layout captures Jackson's first visit to a nearby coast. I stamped the Everyday from Expand Your View on an arrow from Lead the Way.

The page title was created with Hello My Name Is and the Bottom Line Alphabet. After cutting my letters from Electric Red cardstock, I layered on some glossy accents for dimension and shine. For the name label, I stamped in Factory Green, then masked off the inner rectangle and stamped Darling Dots in black.

I have the Remember Accent It - Story Titles peeking out from behind the main photo - I LOVE this Die-namics set!

On to my second project today, a bold, modern card for someone awesome!

For this card I stuck with a bold colour scheme - one of my faves - Wild Cherry, Black Licorice, Kraft and Smooth White.

I've used an arrow from Lead the Way with a sentiment stamped overtop again - this time to change the sentiment to your name is. For the name label, I cut out the inner rectangle, turning it into a frame. I've used the fun graphic borders from Mod Borders to stamp my background and layered it all onto a card base using the matting Die-namics from Blueprints 2.

You might have noticed I've been addicted to trios of rhinestones on my projects lately - on this card I added on of the trio on the name label for even more interest.

Inside the card I've repeated the graphic elements from Mod Borders, and added a sentiment from the set released last month, Document It - Rock On

I LOVE the new Cupcake Cutie stamp set, because the accessory images are large enough to take pride of place on a card. I'm entering this into the Simon Says Stamp challenge for Birthday cards.

Here's my card...

I stamped the dog three times on blending card stock. After colouring with Copics, I gave their noses and bows a little sheen with a glaze pen. I stamped the larger balloons, cut them out and adhered them over the edge of the panel. I've also used the new Open Simply Scallops Die-namics.

Inside my card I stamped the dog again, directly on my card base. I lined up the sentiment so it looks like it is part of the ballon string!

Fittingly, I've used a stamp set based on a concept from Jen, Making a Statement.

Here's my card....

I needed a thank you card for a special friend and had so much fun playing with the whimsical stamps in this set! I've used the Rounded Scallop Frame for my focal layer, adding a strip of patterned paper with the sentiment. The Loopy Blooms flowers were cut from cardstock and paper and layered with buttons.

I've cut out a half circle from my base layer to incorporate a large bow. Some jumbo brads anchor a flag to finish everything off.

I added a couple more flags and stamped half of one sentiment by selectively inking. I added that cute little bird on top and paper pieced his wing.

MFT Teasers - Blueprints 2!

Welcome! Today is very exciting - it's the start of My Favorite Things teaser time!!

Today I'm going to be sharing FOUR projects using the amazing new Blueprints 2 Die-namics. I'm going to share lots of inspiration for this new product and there is a HUGE prize today!

I have lots of photos for you, so let's get started! I'll be adding links for each project as we go - the new release products will be available in the MFT Boutique on April 9th at 10pm!

Blueprints 2 features some really fun shapes and layering pieces. Here I've used it with the new Pure Innocence - Serenity and a couple of older Die-namics. I've cut the oval frame then glittered it to add some shimmer to my card. The stiched sentiment flag comes in two shapes with this set - I've cut it twice to create a border. The oval behind my sentiment is from the inside of the frame.

I've cut a felt rose using the Mini Hybrid Heirloom Rose. A Leaf Filled Flourish is behind the rose.

I love the little tag that comes with Blueprints 2. I've cut it twice here for a shadow effect.

For my next card we'll take a look at some more of the fun elements in Blueprints 2!

On this card you can see the cool cut out rectangle element included with Blueprints 2. I've woven through the longest stitched border, which is the same length as the main base layer that the largest rectangle in the set cuts. I love the perfect mats these Die-namics create!

The oval is stamped with Darling Dots. The base layer has the corners rounded, and is stamped with the new Mod Borders. I've used one of the new Doodle Garden sets, Sweet as Can Bee.

I stamped the wings of this cutie on vellum and covered them with stickles. Using a craft knife I cut a little slit behind each arm and adhered the second layer of wings.

Inside this card I used the oval from the inside of the frame, stamped it with Darling Dots and added one of those sweet stitched flags.

One of the fun things about the Blueprints line is the PDF sketches that you can download at the MFT Blog. For this card I've used one of the sketches, along with Chocolate Sentiments, this month's Triple Scoop set.

Isn't that a fun sketch? I've stamped the chevron from Spring Backgrounds on Sno Cone card with Black Licorice Ink. You'll see a new colour cardstock for my oval frame - that's Factory Green! I've stamped the frame with Darling Dots. My base layer features one of the sentiments from the set stamped in Kraft ink.

I've added little pops of Wild Cherry with a heart image that is included with Chocolate Sentiments.

Inside my card I've used more Darling Dots and repeated some of the elements from the front of the card. I just love the way that Sno Cone looks stamped with the black chevron!

For my final card, I wanted to share a gorgeous look you can get with the oval frame in Blueprints 2. These Die-namics are also great for clean and simple cards!

For this card I started with a sheet of Smooth White cardstock. This is now my go-to cardstock, it's amazing with bold images and MFT ink!

I created my paper by stamping the new LJD Sweet Roses elements in Sno Cone, Blu Raspberry and Wild Cherry ink. I then cut my frame, and stamped the sentiment on the oval in Black Licorice ink.

I reassembled the frame on an Oval Dainty Doily Die-namics. Mixing and matching Blueprints with your existing Die-namics is so fun! I layered the frame portion with foam tape before matching up the image edges. I really love the look this gives.

I finished the inside of this card with a full rose I stamped using a stem from Pretty Poppies. I really love the pretty fonts in this stamp set, don't you?
