Robann + Donny {Married!}

What a great way to spend a Monday afternoon! Robann and Donny came in from Kentucky and they had one little “to-do” (or “I do” rather!) on their list before taking off for their adventure to Argentina.

They planned a sweet garden ceremony with just the two of them. Here’s how super resourceful they are … they found a group of Catholic priests that perform ceremonies in church gardens (eh-hem … in-natural-light)!

Not only did they choose an amazing garden ceremony spot, they checked into the Biltmore Hotel so we could capture their getting ready moments and post-ceremony portraits!

Thank you Robann and Donny for letting us take part in and capture your special day!

P.S. A big high-five and thank you to Jennifer at Cabana Pictures for being talented and awesome to work with and helping to make their day simply perfect.

Taylor + Reagan {Sisters!}

I love these girls to pieces! Taylor is one of our former brides and Reagan is her awesome sister. They wanted to give their parents photography as a Christmas gift, so we were asked to sit on this post until the new year… here’s a few of my favorites!

Lauren + Jose {Engaged!}

Lauren and Jose are from Boston and getting married in a few weeks in West Palm Beach at the Trump International. I knew we were going to hit it off with them because of our shared love for a little show called So You Think You Can Dance….
Plus Lauren and Jose are so-so sweet and more importantly so-so sweet to each other. There’s an unmistakable tenderness with these two that was a joy to capture.

Alyson + Mike {Engaged!}

Alyson and Mike currently live in Atlanta and they were kind enough to make time over the holidays to meet us for their engagement shoot! We were forewarned that Mike is not a fan of being in front of the camera. Its almost fun for us to hear … because we know that usually its those guys (Mike included) that end up being perfectly great before its all said and done!

We’ll be announcing the finalists for our 2012 REGIFT tomorrow morning! Until then, I can’t think of a better distraction than Michelle and Mark’s engagement session in Bal Harbour.

Aside from their wedding this May, we’re currently working on inventing more reasons to photograph them. (Seriously any reason you guys need our cameras in your faces, we’ll be there!) …

They’re bayaack … We met Melinda & Matthew at their home to capture them in everyday settings and meander around their adorable West-Philadelphia neighborhood and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. (Where Matthew cleverly proposed to Melinda)

Yes we were so thrilled to shoot a little more with them, but secretly we were just thrilled to be able to hang-out more.
