Host a Thirty-One Home Party Your Way!

2010-08-05T16:42:00.000-04:00

Gone are the days of spending hours cleaning and preparing for a home party. No longer is it necessary to plan a menu for your guests. Thirty-One makes it very easy for you to be a hostess and we have options that will fit your lifestyle. Are you the type of person who just wants to carry some catalogs around with you and collect orders? We’ve got a party designed for you. Would you prefer to do everything online and let your guests just enter their order information without having to show them a catalog? We’ve got a party designed for you. As soon as your sales reach $200, you’ve got a party and will receive hostess rewards. It’s just that simple.

Thirty-One Gifts Party Options

Thirty-One Gifts – PARTY TO GO

Thirty-One Gifts – CATALOG PARTY

Thirty-One Gifts – ONLINE PARTY

Thirty-One Gifts – HOME PARTY

Party to Go: Sometimes life gets the best of us and we find ourselves struggling to find the time to do simple everyday tasks. If this describes your life, then a Party To Go may be just the thing for you.

A Party To Go is exactly what it sounds like. It’s a traveling, portable Thirty-One Gifts party. The Party To Go kit is comprised of catalogs, order forms and a selection of Thirty-One products. Simply take this kit with you to work, church, school or anywhere else that your travels take you. Show the products to your family, friends and co-workers. You will be very surprised to see how quickly your orders will add up. The more orders you get, the more free product you will earn.

Tips for a successful Party To Go:

1. Establish absolute start and end dates. You need to pick a date to close your show and stick to it. Your friends are going to want an idea as to when they can expect to receive their order and this way you can tell them when you are closing the show and how long shipping usually takes.

2. Show the products and catalogs to everyone that you know. You would be surprised how many people will place an order. Don’t hold back just because you think someone might not be interested.

A Thirty-One Gifts Catalog Party is similar to a Party To Go. The only difference is that you don’t have products to show. This is great for repeat hostesses. You and your friends have already seen our products and you love them. Now, you just want more of them.

Tips for a successful Catalog Party:

1. Establish absolute start and end dates. You need to pick a date to close your show and stick to it. Your friends are going to want an idea as to when they can expect to receive their order and this way you can tell them when you are closing the show and how long shipping usually takes.

2. Show the catalogs to everyone that you know. You would be surprised how many people will place an order. Don’t hold back just because you think someone might not be interested.

Thirty-One Gifts Online Party: Do you have family and friends scattered all over the country? Do your friends have hectic, overbooked lifestyles? Is it impossible to get everyone together at once due to schedules and travel? Plan a Thirty-One Gifts Online Party! Online parties are a great way to get orders from those people that can’t make it to a home show because their schedules are too full or they just live too far away from you.

With an online party, you simply send out invitations via email, facebook, myspace, twitter or whatever other form of electronic communication you use. Your guests will then log in to your party and place their orders. For those people that live a good distance away from you, they can choose to have their order ship to their address.

Like a catalog party, this option is great for repeat hostesses too. Use the two types of parties in conjunction – online for some and catalog for others and find great success.

Tips for a successful online party:

1. Establish absolute start and end dates. You need to pick a date to close your show and stick to it. Your friends are going to want an idea as to when they can expect to receive their order and this way you can tell them when you are closing the show and how long shipping usually takes.

2. Invite everyone in your electronic database to the party. You can send emails, post it to your facebook or myspace account or even just send a quick text message.

Thirty-One Gifts – HOME PARTY

Having a Thirty-One Gifts Home Party is easier than ever. You have options as to how the party will be held. You can choose to do a traditional party where everyone arrives at a specific time and I show them my product presentation. Maybe you prefer something more casual and want to do a Thirty-One Gifts Open House. With this option, you set aside a couple of hours and invite your friends to stop by. They can browse through our products, place their order and be on their way. Or maybe you’d like to have a girls day or night out and host the party at a coffee shop, restaurant, park, virtually anywhere can work.

Need some additional assistance in getting your family and friends to come to a party? We can put together a Guest Incentive Drawing. Your guests will earn raffle tickets for a free prize by doing various things. These things can include bringing a friend(s), placing an order over a certain amount or booking a show. The more of these things they do, the more raffle tickets they earn.

Many people avoid the home party because they don’t think they know enough people to invite. I can show you how to assemble a list of 40 guests in under 4 minutes. I’m sure you’ll be surprised to find out just how many people you do know. And even more surprised to see how many of those people will come to your party.

Tips for a successful Home Party:

1. Combine your home party with a catalog party or a party to go. Carry catalogs everywhere you go prior to the date of your party. Outside orders are a key component to a successful home party. Showing the catalog before the party gets people excited about seeing the products and will increase the likelihood of them attending.

2. Invite everyone that you know and tell them all to bring a friend. The more people that you invite, the more sales you are going to get and therefore, the more free product and half price items you will earn.

3. Keep food and drinks simple. You are planning a Thirty-One Gifts party, not a dinner party. I can share plenty of simple and inexpensive ideas if you need them.
