Both times, I was scared out of my mind. My first yeast bread attempt--dinner rolls--came out surprisingly well. Then again, I was just shocked that they actually rose. Every time I make a tofu scramble, I think to myself, this is actually BETTER than eggs...and there&amp;#39;s none of that weird overly egg taste.
