One of the biggest mistakes guys make is being blind to the fact that “the man” you are has a bigger impact on your success with women than anything
else. It’s not pickup lines or fancy clothes or losing a few pounds.
Who you really are -- on the inside -- plays a bigger role in your
dating life than any of those superficial fixes.

Check out these 10 tips on ways to become a better man -- the kind of man women are naturally attracted to.

Learn to see little cues that tell you the “social status” of people
around you. For example, a person of high status may seem a bit
distracted when he’s talking to someone, while a person of lower status
will be giving him 100% of this attention. Or, it’ll be clear to you who
has the higher status when you see a man and a woman out on a date and the woman is standing there with her arms crossed and the man has open body language and is smiling.

Look at groups of people and try to see who has the status. Why?
Because when you go into a situation where group dynamics are happening,
you’re going to want to quickly identify who the person of high status
is -- the person with the most power -- and connect with them. You’ll
also want to behave like a person of high status, so when you’re
communicating with important people they don’t simply blow you off.

Of course we could not ignore the fact that web designers and programmers are also important in giving a good website. However, it is the content that matters to the audience.

Contents are the traffic producers of a website. In this age of information technology, almost everyone needs to get some information. Likewise, it is always a must to hire content writers to fill in the page of a website. The website might have a good design. It might also be interactive, however without something to read on it, the website is as good as nothing.

Being a content writer does not only entails that one knows how to write. It also means that one knows how to keep in touch with millions of audience worldwide. Here are some good tips for an emerging content writer who wants to pursue his profession in Internet writing

1. Write Clearly and Direct to the Point

If a content writer would consider the millions of audience who will be reading his articles, the important goal for him is to communicate to his audience in simple and understandable words. Some audience are not native English speakers, likewise, local slangs should be avoided. Standard English must be the language to be adopted for content writers

While some writers has the habit of writing long paragraphs just like a treatise, in content writing, this is one of the pitfalls the article would not be read by the audience. The audience does not care about explaining further just like in a term paper. They need to know the facts directly. Writing straight to the point is a must for content writers.

2. Know The Purpose of Writing

One mistake most content writers have in content writing is the inability for them to stick on the bread and butter of the content. The basic rule of content writing is to know the purpose of what a content writer needs to write. The ideas must be centered on that purpose. <

Some content writers are take so much time in the fancies to the extent that a reader will be detoured on the its purpose. If one would like to sell a product, a content writer must write something that would make it sell a product. If promoting an event is necessary, a content writer must write something interesting to the audience that can help promote an event.

3. Style of Writing

One of the most important aspects of a content writer is his style of writing his piece. Some writers are just contented enough to write anything about the subject matter to the extent that coherence and transitions are ignored. While content writers might have different style of writing, it must always take into consideration the organization of the written piece. In this way, the audience can better understand if the written piece has the form and the substance.

Most of the content writers in the Internet are writing in a conversational tone. Indeed, this is very helpful to readers. However, personal clichés and expressions must be avoided by the content writers. In this way, the written piece can be understood universally.

Perhaps, these three guides will help a content writer in his profession of pursuing his writing career in the internet. But the most important thing a content writer must possess is his passion. It is passion that drives him to do his thing. One's creativity is crafted because of the passion for the thing. Likewise, it is a must for writer to have be passionate in his writing endeavor.
Q: I'm doing some remodeling and I want to remove a partial wall. However, there is a light switch in the wall. How do I remove this switch and wiring safely?

A: To remove the light switch and wiring, first turn off the power. Then use a volt-meter to verify that the power is off. Remove the cover plate and switch from the box.
Now it depends on how many wires there are in the box. If there are only 2 wires, then you can disconnect the wiring in the light box and remove the old wiring.

If there are 4 or more wires in the box, you need to determine where the other wires go. One set of wires will go up to the light. The others are going to be power. If there is only one power wire, you either need to trace the wire back to a light, switch, receptacle or junction box and disconnect it and remove the old wiring; or place a new junction box in the ceiling, attic or crawl space, put the power wires in it, put wire nuts on the wires and put a blank cover on the new box. Something to keep in mind when placing the new junction box is it needs to be accessible; not buried behind sheetrock.

You may also have 2 sets of power wires. This is power in and power out. If this is the case, you either need to determine where the power out goes to and run a new power wire to that location; or place a junction box and splice the power wires in it. Place the junction box as I explained above.

Innovation is simply the foundation of new beginnings. Through innovation we can find new products, learn new techniques, offer better quality and a more simplistic style and even help to bring the dollar out a little farther. But, what many business owners do not realize is that you can use innovation to help move your business to the next level, one that is better for the customer an better for you. Can you ask for more than that?

There are several ways in which you can use innovation to help transform your business. For example, it can be as simple as having access to the right information so that you know what the latest and greatest is. Or, you can even hire on individuals and companies to help provide you with the tools that you need to take your business to the next step.

Think it is too difficult to manage on your own? Consider hiring on change management teams to help you complete the process. Or, simply hire on a group of creative people to manage innovation on your own. You would be amazed at the quality that can be improved as well as the efficiency of even the simplest of tasks when you call on innovation in some form.

It is challenging to get started. Innovation research will be needed, brainstorming will have to be done and ideas will have to be brought to the forefront. But, there are enormous resources available to everyone in every type of business out there. Books, websites, organizations and many more avenues are available to you. The bottom line even looks better when you use innovation that is targeted and accurate. Even though you are spending time, resources, and money on finding the answers, learning how to make it better for you will help you increase your business's profit margin. Innovation changes every single day. Do you know what it can do for you, yet?
You've got a baby on the way!
Once your baby has arrived, one of the most important parts of your new life together will be getting a good night's sleep - you in your bed, the baby in a safe and comfortable crib. At first, you may want your newborn to sleep in a bassinet by your bed, making it a little easier for breastfeeding moms, but have a crib ready by the time your baby can roll over.

Your baby will spend more time in the crib than anywhere else, so safety is of utmost importance. What makes a crib safe?

* The bars or slats of the crib railing should be no more than 2-3/8" apart, close enough together to prevent your baby's head from slipping through or getting stuck. That crib in the attic may be a beautiful antique, but it probably does not meet this safety standard. Secondhand older cribs may also have splinters or lead paint as well as slats that are too far apart.

* Cribs with cutout designs along the rail may look pretty, but your baby's arm or neck could get stuck in them.

* The crib must be sturdy. Your child will sleep in a crib until it's time to move into a regular bed between the ages of 2 and 3. When shopping for the crib, give it a good shake to see if it wobbles or rattles.

* Construction materials should be stained or painted hardwoods like maple, ash, beech or oak. The use of inferior woods can potentially weaken or warp the slats. Some metal cribs are also very sturdy and secure. All finish materials must be lead free and non-toxic.

* For safety, the dropsides must be at least 9" above the mattress support when lowered. When the side is raised, the top must be at least 26" above the support at its lowest position. You should have no trouble quietly raising and lowering the side rail easily with one hand, since chances are you'll have a sleeping baby in your arms.

* Make things a little easier on your back by choosing a crib with an adjustable height mattress. A newborn can rest higher in the crib, while a baby who can sit up needs a lower mattress so he can't climb out. You can change the height of most mattresses by simply raising or lowering the mattress support.<

* Check the hardware on the crib for sharp edges or points or anything else that could hurt your baby.

* The mattress should fit snugly into the crib. If you can fit two fingers between the side of the mattress and the crib, it is too small. Keep an eye on foam mattresses; over time, they may break down at the edges and leave gaps. Check the mattress support to make sure there are safety clips that lock the hangers into their notches.

* Use nonflammable and hypoallergenic bumper padding attached to the inside railings of the crib to cushion all four sides and prevent your baby from sticking an arm or leg through the railings. Securely fasten the bumper pads to the sides of the crib in at least six places. Be sure to remove bumper pads when your baby becomes more active.

* Follow assembly instructions carefully. Periodically tighten all nuts, bolts, and screws and check teething rails for cracks. Check the mattress support hooks regularly.

* Don't place a crib against a window, near curtains or drapery cords, or near furniture that could help your baby climb out.

* Crib toys need to be removed from the crib when baby is sleeping. And remove mobiles when baby is able to grab at objects.
New or experienced parents would like nothing more for everything to go smoothly. However, there is a long list of tasks to complete before baby arrives. If parents want to share their excitement with friends and family, a baby birth announcement is one of the most important tasks to complete.

It may be difficult to decide the style of baby birth announcement to send out. One great idea is to choose a style that coordinates with your nursery. Lots of work has already gone into making the nursery ready for baby. Choose a similar style for the baby birth announcement and save time deciding on a theme.

Another great idea for the birth announcement is to include a photo-that is if the parents have time. It can be difficult to get a great picture and can take some time. It is important to be patient when taking pictures but eventually a shot worthy of the baby birth announcement will be taken. A photo taken with parents and new baby are a great way to share with everyone the new family entity. If it is too difficult or too time consuming to take a picture right after baby birth, send the announcement first and then send pictures at a later date.

There is a standard for what type of information should be included in the baby
birth announcement. First the parents names and then the new baby's name should be included. Information about the baby that should be put in the announcement includes birthday, birth weight and height. This should all the information friends and family need to learn about the new baby.

It is important to remember that birth announcements are not a request for gifts. Gifts are something that should be taken care of with the baby shower before baby's birth. However, some friends and family will send gifts, and may even send them before the announcements are sent. When ordering baby birth announcements, it is a good idea to order thank you notes that coordinate with the theme. This way the parents will be ready to send thank you notes when gifts arrive.

A new baby is such a happy and busy time. Choosing the right baby birth announcement is the perfect way to share the happiness with friends and family. How so? I'm about to explain.

Stupid businesses don't grow right. They treat their customers badly. It's likely that they don't want to but they do because they have an environment of treating people badly. Employees are treated badly and they, in turn, treat the customers in like manner.

1. They don't care about the customer

2. They're rude or inattentive

3. They do bad work

I know there are reasons they act this way. I was in a store recently and the cashier was so worn down that she looked like a zombie. Glassy-eyed, she hardly knew I was there. She couldn't ring a particular item up right and offered no solution to the problem. No help. It was fun to pull her out of it and find a smile, but that was for a moment and then she was back to longing for the day to end.

Last week my daughter saw an employee at a Subway drive everyone out of the building. Literally. "I've had it with this place!", she said. Once she got everyone out she locked the door!

That comes from above. Managers are above. Stupid managers make stupid businesses. Stupid managers:

1. Overwork employees

2. Command in all things

3. Don't accept feedback or suggestions

4. Frequently criticize and nit pick

5. Rarely give praise or recognition

6. Lazily expect subordinates to do their work for them

7. Yell and act in a mean manner

That creates an atmosphere for stupid employees. I have a son that works at a grocery store. His manager takes 10-15 smoke breaks a day. He comes back and finds that a yogurt container isn't facing the right way and goes ballistic. It's sad. Another son works in a clothing department. His manager always has it in her mind that the women's part of the department is trashed. "Get over there and clean it up, it's terrible!" Whether it is or not, that's her message. It's never right, it's never good, and she doesn't want to hear any different.

Above managers in the small business world are owners. Stupid small business owners make stupid small businesses. Let me put emphasis on small, I don't mean small in size here, but small in quality and integrity.

1. They provide no real incentives to perform well

2. They are self serving without regard for employees

3. They underpay, giving only what they have to

I've seen a business owner pit manager against employees, lie to customers, negotiate in bad faith, and do all things for their own aggrandizement and benefit. The business started in a great, innovative way but became small because of the owner. The source for good or bad in the small business.

Stupid businesses are remarkable but not in a positive way. The famous line from Forest Gump is true, "Stupid is as stupid does." Stupid businesses don't grow like they could, like the owner would really like them to grow. They can be planted in a good spot, sprout and start, but they will never get the powerful fertilizer of referrals or the life giving water of returning customers to grow into what they have the potential to become.
Ever date anyone like that?

Customers are the reason you have a business. Without them, no matter what you do, there isn't any business.

Therefore, you should approach customer service the same way you approach a date. Nurture it with good habits and relentless care. Each date builds on the previous one. Each sale does the same in building customer retention.

So, here are the simple suggestions for "dating" your customer and enhancing your business relationships.

* Dazzle customers with your service. The key to good customer service is treating all your customers well but not necessarily the same. Respond to their needs as individuals. While one customer might need a ton of help and attention, another might prefer an opportunity to browse with privacy.

* Anticipate the needs of your customers by emphasizing service over sales. Good service sells. But pushy service people who are always trying to sell more can be a major turnoff to all customers.

* Treat your customers well by being a problem solver. If you can't help the customer, help him or her find someone who can. Customers appreciate your help - even when you aren't directly profiting from a sale. Just consider it an investment. They'll appreciate the advice and remember your business the next time they need your goods or services.

* Innovate by understanding that most rules should be flexible. Don't ever say, "No, that's against the rules," to a customer who's making a reasonable request. Your main rule - one that should never be compromised - is to keep your customers happy and satisfied.

* Nurture your employees by giving them the care and respect that you want them to give your customers. If you treat them well, your employees will be great ambassadors of service. If you treat them poorly, they'll treat your customers badly in turn.

* Guarantee that your customers keep coming back. Have a great customer service plan and post it in a central location for all to see. Once employees understand the importance of great customer service, you will have customers returning over and over.

They help you think more clearly and concentrate better. They are also easy exercises to do.

More Mind Power in Minutes

A basic mindfulness exercise starts with sitting down, relaxing and breathing deeply through your nose. Close your eyes and be aware of your breath going in and out. After a minute, move your attention to your body, one part at a time, noting sensations of cold, hot, tight, sore and anything else you identify. In a few minutes, start listening to sounds in the room, without thinking about them. Just listen.

When it feels right, open your eyes and look around as if you are seeing for the first time. Rest your eyes on an object for half a minute, examining it without talking about it in your mind. Then move to another object, and another, while still maintaining an awareness of your body, your breathing, and any sounds. Stay in this state of mindfulness until you are ready to get up.

Being aware of your body, breath and immediate enviroment, puts you more fully "in the moment." Your mind is in a very receptive state, with fewer mental distractions that prevent clear thinking. Doing a mindfulness exercise before important mental tasks will give you greater mind power, specifically more focus and concentration.

An Even Easier Mindfulness Trick

Try this one today: When you feel stressed, stop, and carefully watch yourself to identify what's bothering you. Maybe you're expecting something bad to happen, or an argument is going on just below the surface of your consciousness, or you're worried about something, or in pain in some way. Make a note of everything you find.

Then deal with these mind-irritants. Make a phone call that's on your mind, take an aspirin, apologise to whomever you were fighting with. Write things on tomorrow's list, to get them off your mind. If there's nothing you can do right now, tell yourself that. Do this exercise, and you'll feel less stressed, and more able to concentrate on the tasks at hand. You'll have more mind power today.
However, if you're not careful, you can waste a lot of time and money on ineffective classified ads.

There are several factors to keep in mind when writing classified ads. If you keep these factors in mind, you can run an effective classifieds campaign.

1 – What are you selling?
Before you decide to run classified ads, you should determine if your product is well suited to classified advertising. In other words, are the people reading the classified ads likely to be looking for your product? For example, if you sell used cars, classified ads might be a great way for you to go, because people do read classified ads when they are looking for a car. On the other hand, you probably won't sell many Ferrari's with classifieds.

2 – Where are you running your ad?
How many people will read your ad? Who are these people? Are they young or old? Rich or poor? Are they likely to be interested in your product or service.

3 – Writing Your Ad
When you write your ad, remember what you are trying to do:

A. Catch the reader's attention, so they will read your ad (that is the job of your headline)
B. Convince the reader that you have something they might be interested in (that is the job of your ad body)

Get the reader to contact you or otherwise respond to your ad (you should have an clear idea of what you want the reader to do – call you, visit your website, etc.)

5 – Test, test, test
Once you start a classified advertising campaign, you should rigorously test your ads and methods to perfect them. This is one of the most important parts of any advertising project – removing what doesn't work, and improving what does work.

Happy advertising!

For the most creative solutions you need to get your mind looking in new directions. One of the most systematic ways to do this, is with a list of words, primarily adjectives, to create "what if?" scenarios. The process starts with the question, "what if it was..." and then you insert a word from the list. "It" in the question is the problem you're working on, or the current solution or situation.

Let's explain the process with an example or two.

Example one: You have is an unpleasant co-worker. You aren't sure how to deal with him, so you ask about the problem, "What if it was..." and insert from the list "smaller." How could you make the problem smaller? Spend less time with that person? Get reassigned?

"What if it was... fun?" makes you wonder if being annoying yourself might keep the other person away from you. "Closer" makes you wonder if this person might be nicer to you if they knew you better. You continue down the list and work with each word a bit to get new ideas, which you will look at more analytically later.

Example two: Your house is too crowded because you're running your business from it. You ask, "What if it was..." and insert from the word list, "smaller." Your house is already too small, but could the business be smaller? The word "divided" might give you the idea to keep the business in just one part of the house

Since most words on the list won't help, you can go through the irrelevant ones quickly. But don't automatically dismiss them without a few seconds consideration. "What if it was hopeless?" may seem like a useless question, or it may make you realize that you just can't keep the business in the house any longer. Moving into a rented office might be the most profitable of your creative solutions.

The Creative Solutions Word List

Feel free to create your own list of words. You'll want to use adjectives, descriptive phrases, and any words that can change your perspective. Here is a short list to get you started:

What if it was... larger, smaller, farther away, closer, sooner, later, easier, more difficult, higher, fat, rich, short, black, certain, hopeless, newer, boring, casual, subtracted from, cheaper, common, divided, more interesting, extravagant, subtle, or fun?

Just as with most problem solving techniques, it's important to allow the ideas to flow without judging them initially. You don't want to stifle the creative process. Take notes, then evaluate your ideas later, when you have a page full of creative solutions.

Candle making is an extremely popular pastime in America and abroad. Recent statistics have shown that the industry, as a whole, is currently undergoing a significant growth phase. Overall sales of candles and candle-related supplies are well over 3 billion dollars per year right now. Who would have thought that our beloved hobby would ever spawn such a profitable industry?

While some companies are moving fast to capitalize on the growth of the industry many of us are content to continue doing what we love, which is simply making candles! With this article, I intend to give you the basics on how to make your own soy candles. It will, however, require some patience on your part. This is an extremely delicate process, and it will likely take a few tries before you perfect it. So here goes…
The first thing you will have to do is stock up on supplies. You will need both large and small pour pitchers, some wax paper, and a quality thermometer that can withstand high temperatures. Hint: we have had great success with a candy thermometer. You will also need a good quality soy wax. Most supply stores offer it in block or flake form. In my experience, the flake form is best because it tends to melt down more consistently. You are also going to want to be sure that you have a supply of wicks, and some dependable glass containers to use as molds.

While wax colorings and fragrances are optional, they really do add a lot to the end result of your efforts. Until you have perfected the candle making process, I would recommend saving your money. As they say, want not, waste not! Once you have these basic supplies, you are ready to get started on making your soy candles. In a standard saucepan, place a reasonable amount of soy wax.

You can gauge the amount of wax to use depending on the size of your glass mold. Place the saucepan on your stovetop, with the heat slightly below half-way. Your wax will have a boiling point of 127 degrees, so keep a steady watch to ensure it doesn't burn. Pour the wax into your mold somewhere between 95-110 degrees for the best results. Place you wick in the wax, and allow ample time to dry. If you do decide to add some color, do this when the wax is still on the stovetop at around 150 degrees. Fragrance should be added around 140 degrees, after the wax has been removed from heat. Happy Candling!

This is a key reason why you should pay careful attention as you prepare to make you speech and as you plan to meet your audience.

Some people are naturals at public speaking and getting to audiences, you may think of politicians or a good college professor you took some classes with, the fact of the matter is most people are not good at making speeches and the vast majority of people are terrified of delivering a speech. This should not discourage you in any way, since many experts have studied this and worked hard for you to deal with these problems in speech making.
If you are at a point that you are going to deliver a speech, you probably got to a stage in your life your thoughts are worth something to other people, this means that in principle, people want to get into your head and they appreciate your talent or skill in some particular field, the people that will listen to you have something to learn from you. But you are not thinking of these people, are you? You are thinking of the few people that probably know more than you and will be in the crowd. This is a big mistake, first because you should think of the person that will profit from your knowledge and get to him, and secondly because you have something in you that will benefit even the ones that you fear.

The key to all this is simple, its preparation, it's the most basic, banal and trivial thing, but it is the base of any success in any field. Lets think about speech making preparation.

First think about your audience, who is the average person coming to your speech, what does he know, what does he need to know, what will inspire him and make him listen carefully to what you have to say, and how will you get him to appreciate your speech. It is not that difficult, its actually good to start at this point, remember – people want to know what you are thinking, you just need to keep them interested, and I am sure you got interesting thoughts.

Rehearse, this seems clear to me, practice the speech again, and again, and again. Obviously I know that you don't have all the time in the world to perfect it, but, there is a value to this, timing your speech, and pre setting spots in which you know you need to change your tone, your speed and rhythm, will make you a better speaker and a better speech planner. So rehearse your speech and listen to yourself while doing it. Start strong, confident, talk about things you know no one can beat you or undermine you, let the confidence and the experience shine through, people feel that, and if you do this right, you will own your audience.

Think about your entrance and the first 3 minutes of the speech, pay attention to the way you walk in, project confidence and calm, do not rush into anything, even if you are late or under a tight schedule do everything slowly and thoughtfully, show the room that you are entering your speech zone and that no one is allowed in, they can sit and wait for a few seconds (which seem like hours) – its only a few seconds. Make sure you got the attention of the crowd, and start strong. Pick the words of your opening carefully, and trust yourself.

In the next article I will review more of the speech making basics. Good luck.

Science tells us that we currently use no more than 70% of our brain's capabilities. Yet we struggle to cram our brains with content in this, the information age, where it seems to be particularly important to 'know everything.' Then too, along with the cramming comes the seemingly fantastical claims that we can 'have it all'- including wealth, happiness, abundance, and breath-taking love- simply by making up our minds to it, and using our brains in a more productive fashion.

I have come across a myriad of powerful mind changing tools. In the twelve steps of Alanon, AA, or OA for instance, there are wonderful books and slogans that hope to instill in people a new way of thinking. Then too, there are Louise Haye's affirmations in the form of mini-books and daily reading cards. With these you can work everyday to replace the negative thoughts in your head with positive ones. There are meditations, yoga, and body-mind-spirit practices which seek to unlock the power of the mind by going within the body. All of these practices are very helpful.

How often have you gone to a party in this, the' new age of enlightenment' and heard someone talk about 'mind over matter' or a way to increase mental power. If you're like me you nodded your head yes to the person across from you, while also thinking "Well, you can say it- but can you do it?" Or more to the point, you thought 'But can I really do it." And there may have been some frustration because you'd been working on that skill for a long time already. And if you're like me, you were probably not acknowledging your successes- but only how far you seemed to be from your goals.

My experiences with 'mind over matter' have included some life-changing things- such as a course called The Landmark Forum- where you delve into the very question of what it means to be human. I have looked at myself as a human being, and how my very self was created at a young age. I have dissected the process so that I could shift my way of being to become all that I want to be. In this process I have looked at the very way my brain operates, which sometimes empowers me but very often dis-empowers me.

It has been said that the mind is a machine. It is a machine very much like a computer. When you input information into the mind's machine, the mind comes up with an answer. Unfortunately, sometimes what you put in the machine is intrinsically flawed information. Life gives the mind a scarring experience. Life gives it other people's words that cause pain. Life gives the mind physical and emotional trauma. Usually these events are not the average. They are not happening every day. But by their very oddity the machine that is the mind singles them out, and makes special note of them. It then outputs some negative thought into your brain that will stick with you for life- and may sometimes be so intrinsic that you can't even see it.

I have often wondered, is it truly possible that the mind can speak to the very cells in your body? Is it true that the mind can heal cancerous cells, cause you to lose weight, whether or not you diet, and allow you to become masterful at some task that even if you believe yourself to have no skill in that direction. I have wondered if this were the true meaning of the biblical term that 'faith can move a mountain.' Perhaps truly believing does cause miracles. Or perhaps the truly believing is the miracle.

How would it be, I wonder, if we could skip over the hard work of constant bathroom affirmations, cards, and readers? What would it be like to just lay there and listen to a tape or CD- then fall to sleep and allow the magic to work on you the next day and into the future. Experts say this method, called brain entrainment, is entirely possible- and even works very well. I am also told does not involve any scary 'subliminal messages.' This is such a fascination for me- this thought that I really can train my brain without working so hard- that I am inclined to try this method and let you know how it works.

Until then, my task as I look at brain entrainment, seems to be one and only one thing to keep doing it, plugging away at a steady pace, for a few minutes a day, every day. This may very well be the key that has me permanently increase mental power- no matter which methodology I choose.
Perhaps you are jobless at the moment and are having difficulty finding a job because employers seem to want educated candidates. Or perhaps you are under-employed because you do not have enough education to progress further in your field. If either of these situations describes you, you might consider investing in your future with career education.

Career education consists of hands-on courses that were designed specifically to start you off or move further up in your particular field, which makes it different from the traditional college route or certificate programs. You don't have to waste your time taking electives or sit around reading a lot of books, because this kind of education is completely hands on and practical. Your exams may not be of the typical "pen and paper" variety. Your "test" will be your demonstration of how you solve the same sorts of problems that come up in real-life situations.

Going to school at night and on weekends gives you the flexibility you need to keep your current employment as well. You'll be with other students who are taking courses to progress in their job market. The programs are inexpensive and can be completed in less time than a traditional program. You may be able to get course hour credit for the position you currently hold.

Are you unsure about what you want to do in the working world? Are you mired in some job you hate? Why not talk to a career planning professional who can sort out the resources and options that exist to assist you in making the most appropriate career choice that will fit in with your way of doing things. Sometimes these professionals can give you tests to find a fit for you, and they can provide you with information about pay in various fields.

In the classroom, you will discover leading authorities in their area of expertise educating students to "learn by doing". They are not conventional college professors that understand nothing about the real world - they are individuals that stand out in the field that you love. Several in fact graduated from career training programs.

While you may dream of returning to school, the thought of attending classes with teenagers and having to learn unusable knowledge from books might make this choice less appealing. Instead, you can choose to learn through experience with career education. Instead of abstract concepts, you'll be involved in hands-on training catered to your field of choosing, helping you get up to speed on important skills for your job.

Career education is the best idea for people who are trying to decide their career choice. This program allows you to work your regular job and go to school on nights and weekends. Most of your tests are not written, instead your testing consists of determining that you can work out true-life problems. These courses are not expensive and can be completed very quickly. A career planning expert will test your aptitude in different areas as well as give you salary information. They will help you decide what career is right for you.

Opportunities can be found in all walks of life. However, we aren't often aware of them or don't know how to make the most of the opportunities we are given. This also holds true when accepting a job or embarking on a career. I cannot stress how important it is to begin career planning early in your life. My goal in this article is to direct you towards the proper approach in career planning.

Every adolescent sets their sites on some wonderful career, whether it's to be the next Neil Armstrong or Jimmy Hendrix. No one person's dream is the same as another. The sky is the limit. Whatever you dream, you can achieve. With the proper career planning and studying hard in school, anything is possible. The key is persevering and not giving up on your dreams.

A person should start early by asking adults around them about their jobs and career choices. Question everyone, family, friends, coworkers, parents, and teachers about their jobs. Ask their opinion on different jobs that you know of and talk to them if they can help you find more information about jobs. Experienced people can help immensely with their knowledge and would be helpful in choosing a career choice.

If when all is said and done you still don't know what career you might like to pursue, it's time to seek professional career counseling. For high school students, this help is as close as their school guidance office, and it's free. These professional counselors have been trained to determine your career needs, analyze your skills, and provide you with testing to evaluate your aptitude for various careers.

Career planning guides can be found at a library, at a bookstore, or on the net. A good one covers both common and uncommon jobs, and also lists the skills required to effectively do those jobs. Anecdotes from people working in a given field are often helpful; if you can imagine yourself in their place easily, the odds are that this is a good possible career for you.

Having said that, it's also just as vital to factor in a person's personality, skills, aptitude, and priorities if career planning is to be successful. SWOT analysis can assist you in doing this holistic type of analysis. When it comes to originality and enthusiasm, the sky is the limit. There's no reason not to dream big. Once you've singled out a dream career, all you have to do is support that dream with pillars of reality.

We all have personal preferences and our choice of career reflects these preferences to a great extent. Most of us never realize these adolescent dreams because of lack of career planning. They can draw on their wealth of experience in different fields, and seeking their advice will also be helpful to you in making your career choice. If after these conversations, you still feel hesitant or hazy about a possible career; you should waste no time in seeking career counseling from a professional. If you are a high school student, chances are that you can avail of such counseling at your school's career guidance center.

Some students are extremely focused on gaining career training to help them with their search. The students that have chosen their career early in their school career can find training during schooling. Career certification coaching is available at most colleges and schools, this helps students get the job they most want. Young students must establish their strong points and talents to decide if their goals are adequate.

Job placement programs are offered at most universities and technical schools. Career finders will normally match students with potential jobs. This is a great beginning point after graduation. Experience is as necessary as education in the job world.

Choosing your career path is one of the most important choices you'll have to make. There are some careers that require special skills, and others involve a great deal of education. Try looking into career training to help put you on the right path to acquire the skills you will need.

Career training can be availed at a career center where after probing you about your desirable work environment and your ideal career, they will help you follow your chosen career. The counselor, after considering your current job abilities, will try to commend some additional training that would help you in your career path.

An ideal career path to follow is one that manages to highlight your best characteristics and, at the same time, enables you to put your hard earned skills into use. Training helps you move up the job ladder sooner. It also helps your resume look better which in turn leads to increased job opportunities.

Building a career is very difficult to do on your own. A career finder can help to locate job interviews and suggest where you may find some job offers. You can also expand your opportunities by attending career fairs and, even more importantly, building a strong resume. Ultimately, you will get hired upon the skills and training that you have to offer. The appropriate skill set will increase your attraction to an employer. Without them, you will probably not be hired.

Career training is essential to finding the perfect career for you. There are training programs at colleges and technical schools. The best programs offer career certification coaching. These job placement programs match the students with a career finder who can help the students discover what their talents and skills are. If additional training is required, the counselor will help you get enrolled in the proper program. Ultimately, with training, your skills will improve and you will have a better chance getting the position you want at the company you want.
Instead of choosing one of his assistants or his children, he decided something different. He called young people in the kingdom together one day. He said, "It is time for me to step down and choose the next emperor. I have decided to choose one of you."
The kids were shocked but the emperor continued. "I am going to give each one of you a seed today. One very special seed. I want you to plant the seed, water it and come back here after one year from today with what you have grown from this one seed. I will then judge the plants that you bring, and the one I choose will
be the next emperor!"

One boy named Ling was there that day and he, like the others, received a seed. He went home and excitedly told his mother the story. She helped him get a pot and planting soil, and he planted the seed and watered it carefully. Every day he would water it and watch to see if it had grown. After about three weeks, some of the other youths began to talk about their seeds and the plants that were beginning to grow.

Ling kept checking his seed, but nothing ever grew. 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 5 weeks went by. Still nothing. By now, others were talking about their plants but Ling didn't have a plant, and he felt like a failure. Six months went by, still nothing in Ling's pot. He just knew he had killed his seed.

Everyone else had trees and tall plants, but he had nothing. Ling didn't say anything to his friends, however. He just kept waiting for his seed to grow.

A year finally went by and all the youths of the kingdom brought their plants to the emperor for inspection.Ling told his mother that he wasn't going to take an empty pot. But honest about what happened, Ling felt sick to his stomach, but he knew his mother was right. He took his empty pot to the palace.

When Ling arrived, he was amazed at the variety of plants grown by the other youths. They were beautiful in all shapes and sizes. Ling put his empty pot on the floor and many of the other kinds laughed at him. A few felt sorry for him and just said, "Hey nice try."

When the emperor arrived, he surveyed the room and greeted the young people. Ling just tried to hide in the back. "What great plants, trees and flowers you have grown," said the emperor. "Today, one of you will be appointed the next emperor!"

All of a sudden, the emperor spotted Ling at the back of the room with his
empty pot. He ordered his guards to bring him to the front. Ling was terrified. "The emperor knows I'm a failure! Maybe he will have me killed!"
When Ling got to the front, the Emperor asked his name. "My name is Ling," he replied. All the kids were laughing and making fun of him. The emperor asked everyone to quiet down. He looked at Ling, and then announced to the crowd, "Behold your new emperor! His name is Ling!"
Ling couldn't believe it. Ling couldn't even grow his seed. How could he be the new emperor?

Then the emperor said, "One year ago today, I gave everyone here a seed. I told you to take the seed, plant it, water it, and bring it back to me today. But I gave you all boiled seeds, which would not grow. All of you, except Ling, have brought me trees and plants and flowers. When you found that the seed would not grow, you substituted another seed for the one I gave you. Ling was the only one with the courage and honesty to bring me a pot with my seed in it. Therefore, he is the one who will be the new emperor!"

• If you plant honesty, you will reap trust.
• If you plant goodness, you will reap friends.
• If you plant humility, you will reap greatness.
• If you plant perseverance, you will reap victory.
• If you plant consideration, you will reap harmony.
• If you plant hard work, you will reap success.
• If you plant forgiveness, you will reap reconciliation.
• If you plant openness, you will reap intimacy.
• If you plant patience, you will reap improvements.
• If you plant faith, you will reap miracles.
But
• If you plant dishonesty, you will reap distrust.
• If you plant selfishness, you will reap loneliness.
• If you plant pride, you will reap destruction.
• If you plant envy, you will reap trouble.
• If you plant laziness, you will reap stagnation
• If you plant bitterness, you will reap isolation.
• If you plant greed, you will reap loss.
• If you plant gossip, you will reap enemies.
• If you plant worries, you will reap wrinkles.
• If you plant sin, you will reap guilt.

So be careful what you plant now, It will determine what you will reap tomorrow, The seeds you now scatter, Will make life worse or better, your life or the ones who will come after. Yes, someday, you will enjoy the fruits, or you will pay for the choices you plant today.
At one point or the other most of us get into arguments with others. Whether you like it or not, sometimes you lose too. Therefore, here is a list of tips to win an argument that can help all of us in our
future debates. Most people think that winning an argument depends on one's communication skills, however if you take heed of all of my suggestions here, you will be in a much stronger position in future arguments. If you find this list useful, I also recommend you read the book How to Argue & Win Every Time, by Gerry Spence.

Tips For Winning An Argument

10. Stay Soft and Steady
When debating you should never raise your voice. You should remain calm at all times. The louder you talk, the louder your opponent talks - and the end result is a yelling match. And of course, it goes without saying that you should definitely not resort to violence. You can even try to talk quieter than normal - as this can
draw people in to you and it can make you appear wise. An argument is not won by the person with the loudest voice, it is won by the person with the most compelling arguments.

9. Get Your Opponent On Your Side
It is a good idea to try to get your opponent on your side by making statements that you know he agrees with - this puts you in the strong position in the debate. You don't even need to use a fact relating to your debate - you could, for example, in a debate about the existence of God state "I am sure you agree with me when I
say that petrol is overpriced". As soon as your opponent agrees, you have won a psychological battle. You are no longer the opponent - you are a comrade. This technique is so effective it is used by telemarketers all the time.

8. Don't Attack
It is not a good idea to blatantly tell your opponent that he is wrong - instead you should show that he is wrong through good counter-arguments. Telling a person they are wrong merely annoys them and does nothing for your argument as (at least until you can prove it), it is a subjective comment. Be humble in the debate and show good will - not only will it make you look good if you win, it will show that you are a worthy opponent even if you lose.

7. Don't Play Dirty
Never resort to name calling - even if your opponent does. You must attack your opponent's argument - not their person. As soon as you begin to criticize your opponent, it becomes obvious that you have run out of ways to defend your view. These types of insults (ad hominem) are a sure way to lose a debate. You should
be pleased if your opponent resorts to this feeble attempt to escape the real debate as it means you are close to victory.

6. Define The Fundamentals
When arguing, both parties need to agree on fundamental "truths" to begin with - if you don't, there can be no debate. What is the point of arguing that the Bible was written by God, when your opponent doesn't even believe in God? First you should debate the existence of God. If you both agree that He exists, you can then
debate the smaller points. If your opponent convinces you that God can not exist, there is little point in arguing about the authorship of the Bible. This is the structure seen in the Summa Theologica by Saint Thomas Aquinas - he starts with the basic points, presents arguments and counter-arguments, and moves on when each point is "proven" by logic.

5. Stick to the Subject
When a person is beginning to lose an argument, it is quite common to see them try to divert the topic at hand to another - thereby hoping you will not notice their weakness and will get entangled in a whole new debate. When this happens, don't fall for it. Return to the original topic immediately. Do not give any time to
other topics (no matter how tempting it may be) until you have completed the first.

4. Ask Questions
This is the "socratic method". When your opponent states a "fact" - probe deeper in to the fact with questions that are designed to expose its flaws - these are usually "tell me more" type questions: "can you give me an example?", "Another way of looking at this is …, does this seem reasonable?". These questions will invariably lead your opponent to the truth - and if they are honest, they will concede. Unfortunately this is not always the case - I have seen frustrated people depart the debate in anger because they believe you are "trying to trick"
them. But don't worry - this is a win if it happens.

3. Be Silent
After making a strong argument, let your opponent do all the talking - especially if he lacks the facts to oppose you. He will bluster and fumble - giving you a variety of new weapons with which to attack him. This may not lead to him conceding defeat - but it may lead to him walking away from the debate - a clear victory
for you. Many an argument has been won by not arguing at all! As an aside, this is an excellent method for getting your own way - make your request, and when it is declined remain silent. This usually makes the other person so nervous (as no one likes silence) that they may give in just to get out of an uncomfortable situation.

2. Know Your Facts
Do not state that something is "true" unless you absolutely know it is - be prepared to prove it if necessary. It is incredibly annoying to debate a topic with a person who is simply making up their argument on the fly. You wouldn't like it if people did it to you - so don't do it to others. Only engage in a debate that you know you can win based on facts.

1. Know When You're Beat
If you have all the facts to back you up, you should be able to win your argument if your opponent is honest. But there will always be times when your opponent gets the better of you and they corner you. When this happens, be a gentleman and concede the win. You should always be graceful in defeat. Nothing is worse
than a person who argues simply for the sake of it and absolutely will not give in - no matter how obvious their loss.

1. In The First 10 minutes: 10 teaspoons of sugar hit your system. (100% of your recommended daily intake.) You dont immediately vomit from the overwhelming sweetness because phosphoric acid cuts the flavor allowing you to keep it down.

2. 20 minutes : Your blood sugar spikes, causing an insulin burst. Your liver responds to this by turning any sugar it can get its hands on into fat. (Theres plenty of that at this particular moment)

3. 40 minutes : Caffeine absorption is complete. Your pupils dialate, your blood pressure rises, as a response your livers dumps more sugar into your bloodstream. The adenosine receptors in your brain are now blocked preventing drowsiness.

4. 45 minutes : Your body ups your dopamine production stimulating the pleasure centers of your brain. This is physically the same way heroin works, by the way.

5. 60 minutes : The phosphoric acid binds calcium, magnesium and zinc in your lower intestine, providing a further boost in metabolism. This is compounded by high doses of sugar and artificial sweeteners also increasing the urinary excretion of calcium.

6. 60 minutes : The caffeines diuretic properties come into play. (It makes you have to pee.) It is now assured that you evacuate the bonded calcium, magnesium and zinc that was headed to your bones as well as sodium, electrolyte and water.

7. 60 minutes : As the rave inside of you dies down you start to have a sugar crash. You may become irritable and/or sluggish. You ve also now, literally, pissed away all the water that was in the Coke. But not before infusing it with valuable nutrients your body could have used for things like even having the ability to hydrate your system or build strong bones and teeth.

Relief From Headache In Natural Ways...
