The announcement came the same day UNICEF, the United Nations children's agency, released a statement saying at least 20 children -- including some as young as 9 months old -- have been killed by shrapnel or bullet wounds in the city of Misrata.

Ramtane Lamara, the African Union's commissioner for peace and security, read off the agreement with Gadhafi early Monday, flanked by Libyan government spokesman Musa Ibrahim.

The deal announced on Monday does not address whether or not Gadhafi will step down, nor is it binding. It does have four basic elements, according to the memorandum detailed by Lamara:

Wife of abducted Briton in Libya speaks

Graffiti artist killed in Libya

Gadhafi visits school in Tripoli

New NATO airstrikes in Libya

-- An immediate end to all fighting

-- Libyan authorities' cooperation "to facilitate the diligent delivery of humanitarian assistance"

-- The protection of foreign nationals in Libya

-- The start of talks involving various Libyan authorities, including opposition figures, with the aim of setting up "an inclusive transition period" to adopt and implement "political reforms necessary for the elimination of the causes of the current crisis"

The agreement, which the statement said Gadhafi had signed off on, states that the final resolution must consider "the aspirations of the Libyan people for democracy, political reform, justice, peace and security, as well as social ... development."

No timetable was spelled out as to when and if a cease-fire might take effect or the political transition might take place. In the agreement, Gadhafi does voice support for the "deployment of an effective and credible monitoring mechanism."

"Leader Moammar Gadhafi expressed his full confidence in the African Union and its ability to successfully carry out the peace process in his country," the statement said.

Gadhafi's government previously has announced unilateral cease-fires -- only to continue to attack the opposition.

Following the announcement Monday, the African Union delegation arrived in the rebel stronghold of Benghazi to meet with opposition leaders demanding an end to Gadhafi's rule of almost 42 years.

A news conference was expected following the meeting.

The African Union's special committee on Libya has representatives from Mauritania, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Mali, Uganda and South Africa.

Gadhafi has been a strong supporter of the African Union and has channeled large sums of money its way. Libya also holds a seat on the 15-member Peace and Security Council, which Lamara heads.

Libyan cease-fire?

As such, opposition leaders have voiced doubt that any mediation involving that multi-national group would end the conflict in a way that would satisfy their goals, which include Gadhafi's ouster.

The talks come as violence continues in the North African nation, where pro- and anti-Gadhafi forces have been engaged in bitter fighting since February.

After a series of setbacks driven by the advances of pro-government forces, Libyan rebel fighters recaptured the besieged city of Ajdabiya over the weekend after apparently holding off Gadhafi's better-equipped forces.

In Misrata, NATO airstrikes hit parts of the city over the weekend, destroying 14 tanks, said an eyewitness who did not want to be named for security reasons. NATO is operating under a U.N. Security Council resolution authorizing the use of force to protect Libyan civilians from attack.

On Sunday, two rebel fighters died as they attempted to hunt down pro-Gadhafi snipers near the city center, another eyewitness said. The snipers took positions on top of residential and commercial buildings, the witness said.

At least eight people were killed and 22 injured from fighting Saturday between the pro-Gadhafi forces and the rebels, according to medical sources in the city.

Shahida Azfar, UNICEF's regional director for the Middle East and North Africa, called for an immediate end to the siege of Misrata.

"Until the fighting stops, we face the intolerable inevitability of children continuing to die and suffer in this war zone," Azfar said in the statement Monday.

CNN's Reza Sayah and Ben Wedeman contributed to this report

Flying Dutchman

The legend of the Flying Dutchman concerns a ghost ship that can never make port, doomed to sail the oceans forever. It probably originates from 17th century nautical folklore. The oldest extant version dates to the late 18th century.

Sightings in the 19th and 20th centuries report the ship to be glowing with ghostly light. It is said that if hailed by another ship, its crew will try to send messages to land or to people long dead. In ocean lore, the sight of this phantom ship is a portent of doom.

The first reference in print to the ship itself appears in Chapter VI of A Voyage to Botany Bay (1795) (also known as A Voyage to New South Wales) attributed to George Barrington (1755?-1804)[1]:

I had often heard of the superstition of sailors respecting apparitions, but had never given much credit to the report; it seems that some years since a Dutch man of war was lost off the Cape of Good Hope, and every soul on board perished; her consort weathered the gale, and arrived soon after at the Cape. Having refitted, and returning to Europe, they were assailed by a violent tempest nearly in the same latitude. In the night watch some of the people saw, or imagined they saw, a vessel standing for them under a press of sail, as though she would run them down: one in particular affirmed it was the ship that had foundered in the former gale, and that it must certainly be her, or the apparition of her; but on its clearing up, the object, a dark thick cloud, disappeared. Nothing could do away the idea of this phenomenon on the minds of the sailors; and, on their relating the circumstances when they arrived in port, the story spread like wild-fire, and the supposed phantom was called the Flying Dutchman. From the Dutch the English seamen got the infatuation, and there are very few Indiamen, but what has some one on board, who pretends to have seen the apparition.[2]

The next literary reference, which introduces the motif of punishment for a crime, was in John Leyden (1775–1811): Scenes of Infancy (Edinburgh, 1803):

It is a common superstition of mariners, that, in the high southern latitudes on the coast of Africa, hurricanes are frequently ushered in by the appearance of a spectre-ship, denominated the Flying Dutchman. [...] The crew of this vessel are supposed to have been guilty of some dreadful crime, in the infancy of navigation; and to have been stricken with pestilence [...] and are ordained still to traverse the ocean on which they perished, till the period of their penance expire.[3]

Thomas Moore (1779–1852) in his poem Written on passing Dead-man's Island in the Gulf of St. Lawrence, Late in the Evening, September, 1804[4] places the vessel in the north Atlantic: "Fast gliding along, a gloomy bark / Her sails are full, though the wind is still, / And there blows not a breath her sails to fill." A footnote adds: "The above lines were suggested by a superstition very common among sailors, who call this ghost-ship, I think, 'the flying Dutch-man'."

Sir Walter Scott (1771–1832), a friend of John Leyden's, was the first to refer to the vessel as a treasure ship, writing in the notes to Rokeby; a poem (first published December 1812) that the ship was "originally a vessel loaded with great wealth, on board of which some horrid act of murder and piracy had been committed" and that the apparition of the ship "is considered by the mariners as the worst of all possible omens."

According to some sources, the 17th-century Dutch captain Bernard Fokke is the model for the captain of the ghost ship.[5] Fokke was renowned for the speed of his trips from Holland to Java and was suspected of being in league with the Devil. The first version of the legend as a story was printed, in Blackwood's Edinburgh Magazine for May 1821,[6] which puts the scene as the Cape of Good Hope. This story introduces the name Vanderdecken for the captain and the motifs (elaborated by later writers) of letters addressed to people long dead being offered to other ships for delivery, but if accepted will bring misfortune; and the captain having sworn to round the Cape of Good Hope though it should take until the day of judgment.

She was an Amsterdam vessel and sailed from port seventy years ago. Her master’s name was Van der Decken. He was a staunch seaman, and would have his own way in spite of the devil. For all that, never a sailor under him had reason to complain; though how it is on board with them nobody knows. The story is this: that in doubling the Cape they were a long day trying to weather the Table Bay. However, the wind headed them, and went against them more and more, and Van der Decken walked the deck, swearing at the wind. Just after sunset a vessel spoke him, asking him if he did not mean to go into the bay that night. Van der Decken replied: ‘May I be eternally damned if I do, though I should beat about here till the day of judgment. And to be sure, he never did go into that bay, for it is believed that he continues to beat about in these seas still, and will do so long enough. This vessel is never seen but with foul weather along with her.[7]

There have been many reported sightings in the 19th and 20th centuries. One was by Prince George of Wales (b. 1865) (later King George V). During his late adolescence, in 1880, with his elder brother Prince Albert Victor of Wales (b. 1864) (sons of the future King Edward VII), he was on a three-year voyage with their tutor Dalton aboard the 4,000-tonne corvette Bacchante. Off the coast of Australia, between Melbourne and Sydney, Dalton records: At 4 a.m. the Flying Dutchman crossed our bows. A strange red light as of a phantom ship all aglow, in the midst of which light the masts, spars, and sails of a brig 200 yards distant stood out in strong relief as she came up on the port bow, where also the officer of the watch from the bridge clearly saw her, as did the quarterdeck midshipman, who was sent forward at once to the forecastle; but on arriving there was no vestige nor any sign whatever of any material ship was to be seen either near or right away to the horizon, the night being clear and the sea calm. Thirteen persons altogether saw her ... At 10.45 a.m. the ordinary seaman who had this morning reported the Flying Dutchman fell from the foretopmast crosstrees on to the topgallant forecastle and was smashed to atoms.

Saving is basically putting aside money or a way to utilize your present income for future use.

One saves for several reasons such as for a college education, buying a new car, for a new TV set you wish to acquire in three to four months time, for down payment on a home, or to provide for yourself when retirement comes.

As much as there are several reasons for saving, there are likewise many methods in which one can save. In most instances, the best method can be determined by whatever plans you have for the future.

1. Savings accounts. When saving for just a short period or for emergency purposes, consider opening a savings account passbook, as it is in this method that you can easily gain access to your funds.

Great for both long and short term savings, you can deposit and withdraw money to your account and earn interest, based on your average daily balance. A minimum balance is required to be maintained though, and you are charged with a penalty should you fail to maintain it.

2. Checking account with interest. Here one can benefit from checking account conveniences, while your deposits gain interests. Generally these types of accounts grants privileges such as limitless withdrawal and check writing, access to ATM and bill payments that can be done online.

This method typically requires a daily maintaining balance of at least $2,000.

3. Money market insured accounts. For long-termed goals, this method is ideal, as it generally offers a much higher rate of interest compared to a regular or standard savings account.

The interest rate usually is dependent on the amount of money in your bank account; larger balance means higher interest.

4. “CD” or Certificates of Deposit. This is a savings method requiring you to “loan” your money to your financial agency for a certain time frame, usually ranging from thirty days up to five years. Here, the longer the time span again, means higher interest.

Keep in mind that usually insurance companies offer better deals on interests compared to banks, so before you invest, compare rates first!

At certain times, when your goal is many years away, it can be a wiser decision to save money in a certain way that you are not drawn on using it other than the main reason for saving it. Deciding on the right financial agency such as a bank, credit union or insurance firm can bring about a lot of benefit in your finances.

Madrid's Kaka takes confidence boost after scoring brace

             Updated Apr 10, 2011 8:25 AM ET
Kaka believes his two goals in the 3-0 win over Athletic Bilbao will do wonders for his confidence as he seeks silence his Real Madrid critics.
The Brazil international has been sidelined for significant parts of the campaign due to injuries and last night's game at Athletic was his first start since February and only his 13th appearance in all competitions this term.
It was to prove a good night for the £56million man and Madrid though, with Kaka scoring his side's first two goals from the penalty spot before substitute Cristiano Ronaldo added a third midway through the second half to complete the win.
Kaka, the 2007 FIFA World Player of the Year, said: "Those two goals are good for my self-confidence, they are very important goals.
"I understand the fans (criticism towards him). I hope that with time and with important games I can win over the supporters again. I only ask they give me time.
"I need to work hard to enjoy football again. The only problem was with my knee, which limited me from playing all out. I have to work hard in this final stretch of the season. I hope to have fun playing football.
"I feel like I owe it to Real Madrid and the fact that I haven't fulfilled expectations bothers me," added the 28-year-old, who also dismissed suggestions he was looking to leave the Spanish giants and insisted he has no problems with coach Jose Mourinho.
"I know what the truth is about my injury. Some have taken advantage of my absence to say I want to go and that's not true. I want to triumph at Madrid," he added in AS.
"My relationship with the coach (Mourinho) is very good. People are saying many things that are not true, but I have no problem with him whatsoever and I'm grateful to him for everything he has done to help me. He's a great coach and he is helping me grow as a footballer."
Madrid's win over Athletic was hugely impressive considering Mourinho made seven changes to the side that started Tuesday's Champions League quarter-final first leg win over Tottenham and rested many of his first-choice stars.
However, it was not enough to cut into Barcelona's eight-point lead heading into next week's mouth-watering showdown between the two at the Bernabeu as the league leaders defeated rock-bottom Almeria later in the evening.
With only seven games left, Barca are overwhelming favourites to retain their league title, but Kaka believes his side can still claim the treble this season.
Aside from the league, Madrid will also meet Barca in the final of the Copa del Rey and the Spanish superpowers look set to clash in the semi-finals of the Champions League as well with both clubs holding big advantages in their respective quarter-final ties.
Kaka added: "Madrid can defeat Barcelona, they are not unbeatable. We have to believe we can win La Liga, the Copa and the Champions League, but first we need to focus on Tottenham."
Around the JR Koenji Station in Suginami Ward, some 15,000 people took part in a demonstration march organized by local shop owners and reported online as a call for joining the event had spread on Twitter, organizers said.
''I learned of the event on Twitter. Now is the time to stop nuclear plants,'' said Takashi Kamiyama, who took part with his 2- and 6-year-old children among participants. ''I want to do what I can do for these kids.''
As an organizer, Hajime Matsumoto said, ''It's epoch-making that so many people gathered without being mobilized by a large organization. It's become big power as we joined hands over the Internet.''
In Shiba Park in Minato Ward, about 2,500 people gathered for a civic rally to demand that Chubu Electric Power Co. (OOTC:CHUEY) halt operations at its Hamaoka nuclear power plant in Shizuoka Prefecture, saying the plant located ''right above'' the assumed epicenter of a predicted major quake may cause another nuclear crisis.
''We've learned that nuclear plants cannot be controlled by human power,'' said photographer Gentaro Todaka, 34, among the participants. ''We hope to halt the Hamaoka plant which is said to be the most dangerous, and the campaign to halt nuclear plants will spread elsewhere.''
In the wake of Japan's worst nuclear crisis at the tsunami-hit plant of Tokyo Electric Power Co., Chubu Electric has put off rebooting the Hamaoka's No. 3 reactor that had been slated for early April after regular servicing, while running the Nos. 4 and 5 reactors at the five-reactor plant.

Are you confused about old cigars versus fresh cigars? What does this mean, exactly? If you're new to the world of cigar smoking, these terms can be a little perplexing. Basically, know that cigars are never really fresh. That is, you generally can't purchase a cigar just after it has been produced. Most tobacconists store their cigars at the proper temperature and humidity before they are stored. Also, the tobacco in most premium cigars is usually aged for about one to two years before it is rolled into a cigar.

Many smokers prefer old or vintage cigars. Why? Older cigars are not inherently better than newer cigars. This is simply a matter of personal taste and preference. How long can vintage cigars last before they lose flavor and integrity? Cigars that are properly stored at a constant temperature of approximately 70 degrees, and about 70% humidity, can be stored indefinitely.

What happens if an old cigar is not stored properly, and begins to dry out? Although the integrity of the cigar will probably be damaged, it can be restored significantly by re-humidifying it. This process must be done slowly and with great care to restore the cigar's flavor and consistency

Libya: Nato launches fresh attack in boost for rebels

The strikes were designed to counter an assault by the dictator whose soldiers carried out sustained shelling and artillery attacks over the weekend.

Coalition aircraft targeted Gaddafi troops outside Ajdabiya, in eastern Libya and Misurata, the only rebel held town in the west, which has been under siege for six weeks.

The strikes came as a delegation of African leaders arrived in Tripoli to try and persuade Gaddafi to halt the violence being meted on his own people.

Jacob Zuma of South Africa and Denis Sassou Nguesso of Congo were among those who flew to the capital and plan to go on to the rebel stronghold of Benghazi.

Nato's air attacks, combined with rebel fighting, brought to a halt the advances of Gaddafi's troops, who were believed to have killed at least 30 rebels in Misurata.

Many people consider that fish are only a medium of survival, or to some extent a food supply; yet there is another angle that is little known. The manufacturing industry utilizes more than two billion pounds of fish and fish by-products every year. This is slightly more than is used for food.

What most people do not know is that fishing continues to provide recreational activity of making it one of the most preferred hobbies.

In fact, fishing as a hobby is continuously growing and that is why the estimated number of people who acquire fishing licenses each year is more than 12 million.

Moreover, surveys show that for every dollar spent for a fishing license, there are sixteen dollars spent for equipment, such as fishing tackle, food, clothing, and transportation. There is more money spent on fishing than on any other hobby in existence.
Why is it a Great Hobby?

It is a means of providing something to free the mind and body of the worries of the day. It has also been proven to help in mentoring troubled teens, replacing negative thoughts and activity with more positive traits and pursuits. Fishing is truly a wholesome sport.

The use of all types of fishing equipment has added something that no other feature could possibly accomplish. Thousands of youngsters are enthusiastic to learn how to cast a fly or plug bait.

These youngsters have an interest in fish and fishing and they desire to fish in a lawful and recreational manner.

Boiled down, fish and fishing may be considered one of man’s essential resources. It is hoped that further realization of fishing as a hobby will develop the necessary knowledge of the true recreational value of fishing, the fish, and the general conservation of all natural resources as well as the value of good sportsmanship and developing good citizens.

Personal Blogging, Documentary, and History

Personal Blogging, Documentary, and History

When it comes to personal blogging, documentary is
the default genre. There are plenty of blogs that serve
other functions, but many blogs are primarily catalogues
of the life experiences of their author. Although there
are quite a few blogs that focus on collecting poetry and
other forms of creative writing, the vast majority of
personal blogs are in some sense documentaries.

For many years, the act of making a documentary was
meant to be an objective act of reporting the sights and
sounds that the filmmaker, writer, or photographer
encountered. However, in contemporary times there has
been a movement towards embracing the subjectivity
inherent in the documentary form. This means that
modern documentaries often reflect the distinctive
voice and sensibility of their creator, and the fact that
todays documentaries often revolve around personality
blurs the lines between documentary and memoir. Blogs
rest somewhere between these two genres, muddying
the distinctions even further. Personal blogging,
documentary, and memoir are now irrevocably
intertwined, for better or for worse.

Although few bloggers think of themselves as making
documentaries in any formal sense, every time
somebody sits down in front of a computer and types up
a record of their day, they are documenting their own
historical moment. The things that we take for granted
about our daily lives, like the way that we use specific
modes of transportation, or the kinds of products that
we buy, often seem quite fascinating to people who live
in circumstances different from ours, and it is this kind
of fascination that is at the heart of many documentary
projects. When people think about blogging,
documentary is not very likely to be the first adjective
that crosses their minds, but a few decades down the
road it is very likely that todays blogs will be seen
primarily as very subjective documentaries of our era.
The people of tomorrow will almost certainly look to
the blogs of today for insight into our historical
moment.

When it comes to blogging, documentary may not be
the aim of most people who spend their time posting
their thoughts and ideas on the internet. In some ways,
the documentary aspect of blogging is more of a side
effect than a primary goal. However, the fact that so
many people are interested in publishing these public
online diaries shows that personal blogs are about more
than just rumination. The fact that bloggers are so
stimulated by and interested in sharing their ideas with
each other reinforces the idea that personal blogs are, in
some ways, documentaries meant for public
consumption. Documentaries appeal to people who are
curious about other ways of life, and many people who
regularly read others personal blogs are looking for this
same kind of new perspective.

Online Job Hunting

Online Job Hunting

There was a time when a person who wanted to find work had to buy newspaper and look through the classified ads section. The advent of the internet has changed that by creating opportunities for people to work either in a different state or in another country.

It has made the world a smaller place rendering it accessible for anyone with a computer to search for a job and apply to it.

There are many sites that offer such services. All the person has to do is open an account, fill up the necessary fields then submit your resume.

These sites usually ask for pertinent information such as the person’s name, age, address, contact number and social security number.

Additional information that will be requested is educational background. Employment history is also another thing that has to be mentioned which includes the job description and highlights that one has experienced during that person’s career.
A section in the account will also ask the preferred industry of work, if the person is willing to do field work or open to relocation and the expected salary should one be accepted for the job.

With all the information provided, these sites will then match your qualifications with the jobs available. This service is free and matches can be seen when the person logs on the account or gets a notice via email.

Some sites offer a service with a fee that will place the resume over other applicants giving that person more priority but even that is a not a guarantee that one will get the job.

Online job hunting is not just for professionals. It caters to anyone who wants to work either full time, part time or on a per project basis.

Applying online is not only done through job sites. You can also check the websites of companies that usually have a section on careers to see what openings are available. You simply have to go through the process of giving certain information and uploading your resume.

There are many jobs available in the market. The internet has made it easier for companies to make people aware that there are vacancies available. It has also made it convenient for applicants to apply online instead of walking to an office and dropping of a resume. With everything that is just a mouse click away, all it takes is a little effort on one’s part to sit down in front of a computer and looking for a job.

Making Money with Articles: Article Directories

Article directories are websites that house free articles. These articles are usually put there by whoever owns the copyright to them as a promotion method. Each article has the owners byline placed under it so that those who eventually read the article will know who wrote it (or at least who owns it) and will be able to get in contact with or visit their website for further information.

Articles directories are a great place to put your articles so that they will make you money. By using this method, people who are interested in your product or service will see your article, view you as an expert in the subject, and will visit your website. Even if you cannot write or do not have any knowledge on the subject on which you are promoting (for example for you run an affiliate website), you can always hire a writer to do the work for you. Getting quality articles written will be expensive up front, but they will pay for themselves in no time, either through affiliate sales or selling your own services, and everything from then on is pure profit.

Let’s take a real life example. Imagine that you are an accountant working from home. You write an article on an accounting topic and place it on various article directories. Those who are looking for the subject you wrote about will read your article, see that you have the knowledge and skill that is needed to do a job for them, and visit your website or contact you via e-mail. Your article just gained you a new client who may use your services regularly, but will definitely give you a nice profit at least once.

Furthermore, since you have posted it on a free article directory, others who have affiliate websites about accounting will inevitably use your article for their website. Since they must attach your byline to it, this will bring you even more exposure for every website that re-posts your article. This because you will be benefiting of off the traffic that they get to their website.

There are numerous article directories out there for you to utilize. Your bet best is to put a copy of each of your articles on every one for maximum exposure. It will eventually help to bring more traffic and customers to your website, which will lead to new orders and more profit.

world war III

world war 3

Can not believe it but this prediction may sunggung horrible. A predictor of Bulgarian origin, which is synchronized with the famous seer Nostradamus or Valdes, said the third world war will erupt in November 2010. Beginning with the war between neighboring countries that grew into a large and involve many countries, as well as nuclear war and chemical weapons. This role will last four years, until 2014.
As a result, just terrible, this war destroyed almost all life in the North hemisphere, especially Europe whose population was almost extinct. European continent was inhabited only predicted only a few people because many were destroyed by the war.
World War this time unlike the World War I and II, this time technological sophistication of weaponry, nuclear, chemical, etc., contributed to destroy everything, not just troops but also to society in a war are innocent. After the war, most of the world’s population will experience a skin cancer and other skin diseases caused by chemical and nuclear weapons.
More about the predictions that follow this review.
Not many people believe in prophecy but it is usually a new trust arises when what was predictable beginning to show the truth or a reality. Like Vanga whose real name Vangelia Gushterova, a fortune-teller Bulgarian origin.
At the initial appearance, not many people believe his predictions about events that will occur in the future. However, over time when the prediction is starting to become a reality, people began turning to him. Start remembering what she had said before. Many Vanga predictions about major events that shook the world, to finally become a reality.
Vanga have died since 1996. But forecasts-predictions about the future world is now examined all the people. After a number of previous predictions become reality. Call it, predictions about the terrorist attacks on America on September 9, 2001 or known with 9 / 11. When he said the U.S. would ‘fall’ by the steel bird attacks. And it became a reality in which the center of American pride, the World Trade Center, the plane was hit by a terrorist who hijacked.
He also had predicted about the outbreak of World War II, also of perestroika that make the ‘face’ of Russia is different, and the death of Princess Diana. Or the sinking of the Kursk submarine in the Barents Sea related to the armed conflict in South Ossetia. Predictions about the sinking of the pride of the Russian nuclear submarine, the Kursk, was expressed in 1980. He said, “in the August between the years 1999 or 2000, Kursk will be covered with water and the world will mourn him.” Proved, in 2000 a nuclear submarine that sank.
World War III
But the alarming Vanga predicted about the outbreak of World War 3 in 2010. Based terawangnya, World War 3 is happening because of conflicts caused by an assassination attempt against the head of the State, namely Ukraine, Estopnia, Lithuania and Poland are part of Georgia. World War erupted after the conflict in Hindustan (India).
Initially, the war is only a local war between neighboring countries that began in November 2010. Then it hindered the war involving many countries, nuclear war and chemical weapons. World War III will be completed by late October 2014.
Here are excerpts terrible predictions:
2011: as a result of war, radioactive rain will destroy almost all life in the Northern Hemisphere. Most of the people of Europe will be destroyed and facing threats from Muslims who would use chemical weapons to kill them.
2014: Due to terrible received the world’s population resulting from the attack of chemical and nuclear weapons during the war. Where most of the world’s population will suffer from skin cancer and other skin diseases.
2016: Population of Europe until a bit, almost continent was not inhabited.
2018: China will emerge as the new superpower of State, which has a big power in the world. What had been eksploiters will be exploited.
2023: Orbit land will change
2025: Population of Europe are still very rare.
Vanga was born in 1911 under the name Vangelia Pandeva Dimitrova, after marrying his name to Vangelia Gushterova. He is originally from Bulgaria and blind since the age of 12 years. Vanga spent much of his life in the area in Kozhuh Rupite Mountains, Bulgaria. He allegedly illiterate and did not write any predictions. Divination-spoken and those predictions just record it. Sometimes there are difficulties, because her words mixed dialeg Bulgaria is hard to understand.
He said the ability to see the future because with her help of magical creatures and whispered to him about what will happen. But Vanga could not explain where the creature’s supernatural origin. Supernatural creatures that give information about people or anything that will happen or has happened.
Vanga predictions now become the object of research, the Institute of Bulgaria. A total of 7000 predictions are being investigated. From the study, said that 80 percent of his predictions accurate. Shortly before his death, Vanga, predicted, the earth will be hit by unrest and imbalance, and a number of creatures beyond number (alien) who actually has many years of life on earth.

After school activities and burnout

There are still pictures to be painted, songs to be sung and games to be played. This all adds up to keeping children happy, safe and out of trouble. But, parents have to steer away from going overboard.

After school is not baby-sitting:
After school activities thrive only if it is backed by sufficient parental involvement. What would a soccer match be without parents cheering their little heroes from the sidelines?.

Research and choose:
Instead of convenience being the decisive factor, find out things that will interest your child. Once you select a program, get the fine print and find out what you have to contribute.

Free time:
Many children attend piano classes, followed by ballet and squeeze in some time for play dates in between just before they rush home in time for bed. This rigor is too much for a child. So, go slow.

When to quit:
Often, parents enroll their child in an activity to discover that he may not be the prodigy they thought he would be. This is the time to let go. Your child may not become the next wonder-kid. But, let him cultivate an interest that he enjoys. Remember, happiness and fulfillment are all that matter.

Computer puzzle may ease post-traumatic stress

(Reuters) - Playing Tetris, rated one of the greatest video games of all time, immediately after traumatic events appears to reduce flashbacks that plague sufferers of post-traumatic stress disorder, according to a British study.
The preliminary findings could lead to new treatments to prevent or cut flashbacks that are a hallmark of the condition, also known as PTSD, Oxford University researchers said.
"This is only a first step in showing that this might be a viable approach to preventing post traumatic stress disorder," Emily Holmes, a psychologist who led the study, said.
"This was a pure science experiment about how the mind works from which we can try to understand the bigger picture," Holmes said in a statement.
PTSD can often stem from wartime trauma such as being wounded or seeing others hurt or killed.
Symptoms range from irritability and outbursts of anger to sleep difficulties, trouble concentrating, extreme vigilance and an exaggerated startle response. People also can persistently relive the traumatic event.
The Oxford team showed a film to 40 healthy volunteers that included traumatic images of injury from several sources, including advertisements on the dangers of drunk driving.
INTERFERENCE WITH SENSORY MEMORIES?
After waiting 30 minutes, half the people played Tetris for 10 minutes while the others did nothing. Those who played the game had far fewer flashbacks to the film over the next week.
The game involves manipulating shapes composed of square blocks that fall down the screen to create a horizontal line of blocks without gaps. When a line is created it disappears.
The researchers believe that recognizing the shapes and moving the coloucoloredred building blocks around in the computer game competes with the visions of trauma retained in the sensory part of the brain.
This process may somehow interfere with the way sensory memories are formed in the period following trauma and reduces the number of flashbacks experienced later on, they said this week in the Public Library of Science Journal PLoS ONE.
"We know there is a period of up to six hours in which it is possible to affect certain types of memories that are laid down in the human mind," Catherine Deeprose, who worked on the study, added in a statement.
"We have shown that in healthy volunteers, playing Tetris in this time window can reduce flashback-type memories without wiping out the ability to make sense of the event."
