I am the only vegetarian living in our house with little meat lovers. Once in a while I come up with a fabulous concoction where my kids and husband don't miss the meat and we are all still getting a lot of protein in a compact meal.

When it is wildly celebrated by all, I feel that I must share it with YOU.

Lately, I have been full of gratitude and joy.

It is hard NOT to be when the world around me is coming to life day by day.

It is easy for me, to see God everywhere I go these days.

In the morning sunlight,
in the way the sun seems to hang in the sky a little longer every
evening, in the way the flowers bloom, and the way the grass grows more
vibrant with every new day.

I can't wait to just jump right in with The Super Woman wellness series!

Thank you for all of the positive feedback about this first ever series here at This Little Estate.

For those of you who don't know me you might think why does this hairdresser girly-girl who likes building and diy-ing all the time, want to now talk about wellness?! What could she possibly know about the topic!?

It is the beginning of a new month, and with new months, come new opportunities to enforce change!

I don't know why I get so excited about the beginning of a whole new month, but I do.

I
picture the whole month in front of me, the days not lived up yet, all
the opportunities, to be better, to love more, and the days seem to be waiting for positive changes to happen.

Savoring every last second.

They seem like a gift.
