<li>A bit of a rant about the BBC&#8217;s &#8216;cut n paste&#8217; solution to Jonathan Ross leaving his BBC radio show and leaving his BBC TV show and replacing him with Graham Norton who, in the past, has not, is not now and never will be any good. Is the BBC stifling creative talent through this series of decisions? Or is this somehow supposed to be a miraculous way of encouraging emerging talent?</li>
